This was definitely one of my better experiences at Whataburger. My burger was freshly cooked and dressed just the way I ordered it. I had to wait a while but it was worth it. The staff was really nice and the new salted caramel shake that I tried was maybe the best tasting milkshake I've ever had.

Excellent service. We ordered ahead and when we pulled into the space to pick up we were immediately greeted. The food was brought out to us shortly after. Our order was correct. This Whataburger is much better than the one in Vicksburg, MS.

Great food, tasty shake, super yummy fries! Hadn't had Whataburger since 2000. Was not disappointed! I got the Avacado Bacon Burger and he got the Honey BBQ Chicken Strip sandwich. Messy but delicious!

Whataburger's wherever consistently good and this one is no exception. I always enjoy the sweet and spicy bacon burger but they do have other burgers that are equally good as well as their chicken sandwiches

We stopped here on our way back home to Houston and it was the best whataburger I have ever been to. Super friendly staff and my patty melt was so good I was tempted to go back through the drive through to let everyone know how happy I was. I could have cried! They did an amazing job and I will be back!

Sausage, egg and cheese jalapeno biscuit out of this world and fresh. I laughed when told whataburger does pancakes, again a good item. Service was excellent and we should all take a lesson on how they bake the guest a priority. Great job!!!!

Used to app to grab a pick up order while passing through town. Order was ready in a timely manner and service was fast and friendly. All the food was hot and burgers were made correctly. They did forget one item which we noticed before pulling out so we were able to fix the issue.

We travel for a living and sometimes travel to states that don't have a whataburger. This is the first thing we get when we make it back home. We've eaten at them at many locations and they never fail on the taste and price.

I ordered a small banana pudding shake. It was not the best. I took one sip and gave the rest to Mom. There was a syrupy after taste.

For a really good quality hamburger reliable consistent and taste and texture there's no place better than getting a Whataburger and french fries. And it's just a bonus that you can use the app or buy it without a bun if you have diabetes or you're on low carb or you have celiac disease it's it's nice to not have to worry about the bread.

Unusually pleasant experience at a fast food establishment. I did a mobile order to save time on a road trip. Drinks and patty melts were ready when I arrived and fresh fries were put in the bags upon my arrival without asking. Kudos

First time eating at a whataburger but definitely lives up to the hype. Not just the ordinary fast food staples and very fresh. The blonde lady who tool our orders was also so friendly and gracious and patient with us and our kids asking questions. She made a good meal great!

Stopped here a few days after my horrible experience at the Bridge City McDonald's. What a difference! Placed my order with a real person, received both a receipt and an order number. The wait was less than 5 minutes!!! Meal delivered to me, hot, juicy, exactly as ordered!

This mushrooms swiss burger that they just brought back? FIRE! I stole my hubby's. Keep up the good work peeps at this location. Strawberry shake is very good and tea is Fresh.

Great fresh burgers, friendly servive, plenty of parking.

Our car broke down, and a tow truck driver dropped us off here so we could figure out what to do. We walked in with our luggage and everything and probably looked homeless. I saw the manager in the corner and went and let her know what was going on. She was very understanding and friendly about the situation and ensured us we had nothing to worry about. They even laughed with us when they saw the car on the tow truck. They helped us make light of a difficult situation.

Whataburger, amirite? But seriously, THIS particular establishment...customer service oriented! I'll be back for sure!

Food was cooked fresh, staff were lovely and talked us through the options, being from the UK we had never been before. Staff took the time to recommend us places to visit. Store was immaculate and food came out fast and was brought to our table. Really decent meal for what we paid.

The food was great! There was a little bit of wait as expected for any place making hot food. The service was friendly but they messed up our order by forgetting food and drink items. They messed up our friend's order as well. We checked out bags and they corrected the issue before we left.

We liked it but the wait was very long in the drive through. We waited for prob 40 minutes total. We prob sat at the window for 25. They were kind of rude about BBQ sauce my kid wanted for his fries. She tried to tell us it was in the bag.. It wasn't. Then she wanted 64 cents for BBQ sauce and we said why.. It should be free. We thought I'd be a little packet but she didn't explain it was this big dipping cup and she made a stink face when we said it should just come with it. We gave her some money and she gave us the sauce and then we realized it was the larger kind. Stupid customer service. They were rude we were rude back. Food was excellent and everyone was happy.

So down in Texas they have a place called Whataburger. Everybody said it's a must try so I tried it on my way to Louisiana. Great burger filled with flavor. French fries crispy perfect. I love the fact that you can get choices of ketchup. LOL spicy or regular ketchup.

I always feel that Whataburger are underrated in terms of the quality of their food and service. Their burgers are a much higher quality than those of the major, fast food chains, but they still compete well in terms of fast, reliable service and low costs. The friendly, fast service I received here was about the best I have ever experienced. While I filled my drink, the burger had been prepared fresh and was delivered to me as I sat down at a table. If there is ever a choice between stopping to have a burger at a Whataburger or another fast food chain, I will always choose Whataburger.

Couldn’t believe the experience we had here today. Husband ordered food for myself, my mother in law, our two kids, and himself. Told the lady what he wanted on the burgers and she would just talk over him to ask a question. She got a little snobby about the kids’s drinks. She didn’t give us enough adult cups and acted like we were lying to her about how many we were supposed for have. She asked my husband about five times if it was dine in or carry out. Food comes out wrong. Neither my husband or mother in law had cheese on their burgers. We were almost done with our meal when the same lady that took our order came over to where we were sitting and starts mopping and sweeping while we were still sitting there. First thing you learn in the hospitality business is that you do not sweep or mop around customers that are still eating. She told my sister in law to move her feet. I think the employee needs a little more training. She sure did walk around like she knew her stuff but she didn’t even follow the simplest rule in hospitality. So sad. She had glasses and blonde hair.

I have been to so many whataburger stores, I remember the ones that are the worst and the ones that are the best. Employees definitely lack training as far as customer service goes. You should greet people as they come up to order instead of staring into space. Part of your job is making a customer's visit pleasant. I didn't get a thank you or anything. As far as the food I had no complaints. With Winnie being so disgusting, not bad for store cleanliness. Management should step up a little more and help with training but I don't see that happening.

Food was good, atmosphere was not. It was about 10:30 on a Saturday night, so I guess I shouldn't be too surprised, but dining room was practically filled to capacity and the majority of the diners were loud teenagers with little respect for those around them and the staff did nothing at all to help matters.

More often than not I've found myself waiting 30+ minutes for my food. Typically it either ends up being that they made it and forgot to give it to me, or they haven't even started it untill I asked why the last 3 people have already received their family sized order when all I asked for was a burger. It just constantly seems disorganized when it comes to the orders and consistency between them.

Nothing against Whataburger but their burgers are just plain old fast food burgers and don't deserve to be in the discussion with In-n-Out or 5 Guys or any other dedicated burger joint especially the ones that pride themselves on the freshness and quality of their ingredients. That being said the service was pretty good and they do have lots of variety and I liked the spicy ketchup. The facilities look about two decades out of date and the price was not crazy high but I could get better food for what I paid if I went to another burger joint (In-n-Out/5 Guys).

I usually LOVE Whataburger. After a considerable wait, the fries were hard and slightly warm, the burgers were thrown together messily. When the wrappings were opened the burgers were barely warm, cheese didn't melt, the dressings were outside the burger, except that mountain of iceberg lettuce. This was inconvenient and 10 minutes before ordering, and the men's was not very clean. You'd think management would be getting it fixed since many are coming from the Interstate. It is sooo rare for me to give low ratings but I’m soooo disappointed!! They could’ve just added the extra grilled onions like I asked for on my order online!! And also toasted my bread or just taken my food to the car like it should’ve been. Beat the whole point of online ordering! I was probably better off coming thru their drive thru! They forgot the one ketchup and one spicy ketchup and salsa! Only put in two small pieces of the extra $.80 cent jalapeño extra!! They didn’t even try!! I had to walk in there after 30 min from my order placed and me driving up!! Don’t do this to yourselves! Just don’t give an option to order ahead and drive up. I wasn’t the only one there was a truck when I pulled in. They had to go in I waited about 5 min and still nothing. Sad!! Not many options in this town! Don’t do this to your community on $10+ meals

Asked the cashier if the chefs salad had cheese on it. She looked at the containers and replied One has cheese and One does not have cheese. Turned out, they were both loaded with cheese. I am highly allergic to dairy. The chicken tenders and fries were not hot when I received them.

I’m not sure what the point of an online order and curbside pick up is if I have to go inside 15 min after my quoted time to ask for my order. The front counter was a mess and unorganized. I love Whataburger but this location could do a lot better.

I ordered a Whataburger with easy mustard and add mayo with small fries. Before my card was ran, the burger was bagged and ready and I was the only car in the drive thru. The burger was cold and had cheese, which I didn't order. There's no way that burger could have been done that quick, so that was some other order. The fries, I was told, couldn't be small because they had already pre-made medium orders.

Pulled in drive thru at 545 am and the person taking my order made me pull up to the window when I wasn’t even finished with my order yet to sit in the line for 10 minutes just on the one car in front of me. They have resorted to pulling you forward and doing your order at the window so their drive thru times look really good.

Usually they are good but tonight around 2AM through drive thru they seemed annoyed. They werent busy but they were snappy and although they took down my order right they didnt make it right missing content I didnt notice til im on road and wondering what happened to my tomotoes and avocado. The Floors are constantly dirty there's roaches in the restaurant they don't change their gloves when their cleaning anything the restrooms are filthy they leave the trash cans full the managers there are rude and disrespectful to their workers and customers the management needs to be changed

Stopped there this AM, we were the first peeps in the dining area. Shift Manager needs to be demoted to someone that sweeps the parking lot or fired. Ordered to go, gravy was cold, taquito tasted sour. Biscuit was hard and like it had been reheated. Short and sweet, this particular morning shift is lazy and just there for a paycheck. Absolutely horrible service and food.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had at a Whataburger. I was knowingly given old hard food for breakfast but dinner the next evening was better except for the big fat roach crawling across the dining room. Park my truck outside. Of course I took three spots.. and the manager was walking into the store.. instructed me to Re Park.. meanwhile the parking lot is completely empty.. not only that but she said she ain't serving me because I didn't re park.. it's cuz I'm white ain't it... The most unfriendly place ever ! Went there today, with our service dog, one employee was very aggressive, once we were on the door (not even ordered or seated), asked for the certificate of our dog. Reminder for that stupid person ...... it's not legal to ask for it. Unfortunately we drove a uhaul truck and didn't had the certificate with us (was still left our car) If i can understand part of the request, I ABSOLUTELY disapprove the agressive and disrespectful behavior of the employee (already went there before with our service dog with no issue) Would I recommend this specific Wataburger, for sur NOT, would I ever go back in a Wataburger. I'm typically a huge fan of Whataburger but this place was terrible. They have kiosks so you can self order but they had the worst user interface I've ever seen. Very difficult to use. They took way too long to get the food ready and we're missing elements of our order. There were only 2-3 customers so there was no reason for them to be so unorganized. Lastly, it smelled like mildew.

One of the most unclean whataburgers I have ever been to. Every trash can overflowing. Workers were standing at counter not doing anything. And not cleaning. Food all over floor. Bathroom overflowing. Next time I'm not stopping here.

Very long wait at the drive through with two cars ahead and a deserted parking lot. The worst part is that I asked for the Coke Zero I ordered on the app, and the lady said I didn’t. And it’s on the receipt!!! I finally just left. No napkins either. I tried again a few weeks later. They’re allegedly open 24/7. The app says they are closed. At 11pm. On a Tuesday. I’m done with Whataburger forever. The hell with the entire chain. Keep going to Stuckeys or to Beaumont or Baytown if you’re on I-10 and want food! Horrible service for a “fast food” restaurant. I can’t even count how many times I’ve gotten home and realized that I didn’t get all of the food I ordered. I’m normally good about checking bags before I leave, but we were tired and just wanted to get home after a long day of work. Tonight we were stiffed on our kids meal chicken strips and to top it off, the sprite is more water than anything else. I understand that we could drive all of the way back to whataburger and they would likely correct the oversight as they typically do, but I would much prefer to not waste any more time or diesel on a fast food meal. This food is expensive now- at the very least, a customer should be confident that they received the food they ordered rather than being forced to check their bags to ensure they received their meals.

We waited over 30 minutes for the WRONG order I originally asked for a grilled whatachicken sandwich and other items. Food was missing out the bag and the employee in disbelief said if we were sure? Then he stated the other employee took out the food and gave it to another person. Which prolonged us from leaving. The food was dry, definitely not worth the money we spent and the employee stated “it wasn’t his fault”, and were even laughing at us for being upset.
