This is the best Cracker Barrel we've ever been to! Food was great as always. Our servers name was Starresha. She really went above and beyond giving excellent service, I don't think we've ever been served so we'll anywhere, ever, haha.

I made reservations for about 40ppl and they accommodated us very well. They had enough servers and always kept our cups filled with coffee

Our group of 12 senior women solo campers stopped for the night in your parking lot. We filled up the RV parking spots and lined up around the edges where we could fit and still be out of the way. Your staff was cordial, respectful and helpful, even though they hadn’t expected us (it was a spur of the moment decision). We had dinner together and spent between $10-$25 each plus generous tips and making purchases in the lovely store. We spent a nice, quiet night and came in again in the morning for breakfast before pushing on down the road. The food was wonderful, the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the staff was incredible! We are very thankful that Cracker Barrel gives us a quiet and safe place to rest up and rejuvenate as we caravan across this beautiful country. Individually and collectively we will be back often!

I had a wonderful breakfast this morning! I was escorted to a table immediately and my food arrived in a timely manner, just as ordered. My server, Ramon, came by to check on me just the right amount. Not intrusive, but right when I needed something. He was awesome! Overall a great breakfast dining experience.

The old country store are a nice place to look around while you wait for your table. I enjoyed looking around and bought a few things. The staff are very friendly and nice. I’ve been coming to this Cracker Barrel location my entire life, and I can honestly say I’ve never had an experience as memorable as the one I had on Saturday thanks to our server, Star. From the moment we sat down, she went above and beyond in a way that felt genuine and effortless. She was attentive without being intrusive, incredibly friendly, and made us feel truly welcome — not just like another table passing through. Star anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, kept everything running smoothly, and brought such a warm, positive energy to the whole visit. You can tell she takes real pride in what she does, and it shows in every interaction. It’s rare to come across service that stands out this much, but she absolutely made the entire trip worth the drive. I’ve always loved this location, but Star made this visit exceptional. If you have the chance to be in her section, you’re in for a great experience. Cracker Barrel is lucky to have someone like her on their team.

This review is primarily for our server Starresha ! we have traveled all over and been to dozens of Cracker Barrel's and never had the amazing service we received from Starr.. she was naturally freindly, courteous and kind...someone needs to bottle her attitude and sell it- it was infectious.. if your an RV traveler, this Cracker Barrel has a VERY large parking area large enough for any size RV.

Absolutely the best Cracker Barrel that I've ever been to! Everything was beautiful, hot, fresh, well-served and we loved it. My guest ordered a bacon egg and hash brown bowl (hold the green onion). I had a medium bacon cheese burger (hold the cheese), steak fries and a side salad. We both had tea, one sweet one unsweet and of course, we had the wonderful biscuits and cornmeal muffins. Everything was PERFECT! Orders were correct, cooked right, tea wasn't mixed up...I mean really perfect. I want to say that our server was Jessica, I hope that's right. We were there Sunday at 1:30 ish on November 9. (She's a pretty, petite young lady with very long hair in a pony tail) She was spectacular in every way. What an excellent server and a real asset to Cracker Barrel. The place was packed but we sure didn't ever notice, that's how good she is. Best lunch in so, so long. Can't wait to go visit my friend in Beaumont again, so we can go back there to eat! Meal was $42 with tax, left a $10 tip.

We had a great experience at lunch yesterday at Cracker Barrel in Beaumont. We always enjoy shopping at the store and our food was delicious. Our server was great! Brooke is a delightful waitress. The sweet tea was just right- not too sweet & not too unsweet. Their biscuits & cornbread muffins are one of the reasons we love Cracker Barrel. Our plates came out in a timely manner and hot. I had the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and mac & cheese. My bf orded the meatloaf & fried chicken breast with chicken n dumplins along with fried apples and sweet potato. We enjoyed our dinner date very much.

So we decided to be too Crackle Barrel today for dinner. The place wasn't to crowded so we were seated right away. Our server was Staci M and she was the the sweetest ever. We started with sweet tea and decided to order an appetizer called Loaded Hashbrown casserole Tots. They were so good. It was hashbrowns loaded with bacon pieces and melted cheese served with buttermilk ranch. Once we were done with that we were ready we were ready for our main course. I decided to order the Chicken Fried Chicken with a side of sawmill gravy with fried okra and Mac n cheese. My husband decided to get the grilled sirloin steak medium well with steak fries and green beans. The steak was cooked to perfection. Then came those delicious biscuits and cornbread muffins were yummy. By the time we left the place was filling up. Great food and excellent service. Thank you Staci M. We will be back. If you're in or near Beaumont Texas give Cracker Barrel a visit. You won't be disappointed

Very consistent with all other Cracker Barrels. Passed through during a long road trip. Somewhat difficult to get to from frontage road - use Walden Road entrance... Food was delicious. Staff was very friendly. Bathrooms cleaner than other Cracker Barrels I've visited.

This Cracker Barrel has alwas been a great place to dine. However, on my last visit, the tables were so close the servers were carrying food trays over everyone's head. Maybe they were remolding a section. If that's the case tell me and I'll go somewhere else and not leave a bad review.

Service is usually good and breakfast is so tasty. Lunch and dinner options aren't highly seasoned but still good. The "Old Country Store" has interesting things including the peg game. Family atmosphere lots of conversation pieces for your kids.

I've always loved going to Cracker Barrel, but the last few times I went the food was mediocre. The quality has seem to go down a bit, mostly in the gravy department. The waitress we had didn't get our order correct, but the store is always cute. The hostess sweet and sat us down fast too.

Pancakes were great but 100% pure maple syrup is 50% cane syrup. Also, crispy bacon was not crispy at all.

Cracker Barrel has the best pancakes. They are fluffy on the inside with crunchy edges. I made the mistake of eating two biscuits before my pancakes arrived. Note to self, don't do that. Our waitress was Glenda. She was attentive and very friendly. It was freezing in the restaurant, but outside of that, it was a filling and fulfilling visit.

Whenever we’re in Beaumont, this is our go to Spa to talk about work because it is quiet enough. It doesn’t seem like the impact from the branding snafu really impacted the food that much. But it seems like there was only one waitress and she rocked it.

Service was slow. Food was typical Cracker Barrel food. Lots of older folks. Broccoli had good flavor. Cornbread and biscuits were my favorite part.

Sad to say, but the food quality has gone down tremendously along with the portions of your sides! I had the chicken and dumplings with three sides. The chicken pieces were extremely small and very few. It also was very plain and a little chewy. The green beans and carrots tasted like they were straight from a can with little to no seasonings. My son said the same for his chicken tenders meal......average tenders and his seasoned rice was plain and gummy. I hated to write this review because my family has always loved Cracker Barrel! Now, we will only frequent for the breakfast menu and hope that the quality of the food hasn't changed.

Went Thanksgiving yesterday. Been going for years. Appearing they weren't ready for this year's crowd. We got there at 11 and registered and were told 25 to 30 minutes. Hour later we were 13 down. We left at 2pm. The food delivery was fast the food wasn't as good. The sweet potato casserole my favorite was way off. I was very disappointed. I'm 76 and can't stand to cook all of these favorites anymore. The pumpkin pie was great. The entire experience was so bad that next year my family said if I wanted to go there, they would get mine to go and bring it back to me. Guess we will have to look elsewhere for Thanksgiving. I almost stopped going to CB when you changed the dumpling recipe. I live in the South, Texas. We don't eat dumplings as soup in a bowl. It's a side with seasoned chicken hunks of meat. Your chicken and dumplings tastes like watered down canned soup with little to no favor. I'm the only one that was a CB lover in my family and they only go to please me. No more. Sorry, we may never be back.

Our waitress was great and that's the only thing that kept the review a 3. They were out of several menu items like bacon bits, honey mustard and french fries. The dumplings were so watered down and extremely bland. The poor waitress had to come back to our table a couple of times to let us know they were out of these items and something about the delivery truck being late that day.

35 minutes from walking in to being seated. Another 20 minute wait for my food. There were about 15 unbussed tables when I sat down so maybe a large group just left making my wait way longer than it needed to be. The food was good and the waitress was courteous and attentive. I left a $5 tip on a $10 meal. If I hadn't waited almost an hour to get my food I would have given this place four stars.

Over all I think everyone else had a good time and the food came out fast, service was good. But I got the chicken sandwich, the bread just smelled a bit stale, and the chicken patty was really bland and dry, no pickles or toppings just breaded chicken on a bun and two things of sauce on the side, and it was pretty unsatisfying. The other two orders looked good though including the hashbrown casserole and meatloaf. Probably best to stick with chicken fried steak, meatloaf as in general cracker barrel does those well.

3rd time I’ve been here. The first two times the service was bad. Food came out wrong. This time our server was definitely better. I got the big country with med rare steak tips server said that was fine. Food came out and it was passed well done told the server about it and she just said that’s how it is. Talked to the manager about it and he said the steak tips are on a timer they just throw it in there. I told him it wasn’t even steak tips just big chucks of meat that was way too chewy. I replaced it with ham but I finished my food waited bout 15 minutes and still never came out. The plus side was the server did take off my meal. But I just wanna enjoy my food when I go there

My husband bought $70 worth of toys for my grandkids while we were there. When he came outside (where we were waiting) I asked if he used my phone # so that I could get points. He said no, so we went to the front and I asked the lady if we could still get the points. She said yes if he has his receipt. He pulled out his receipt and gave it to her. She said oh this is the card authorization portion of the receipt, we need the long itemized portion. He said, this is what I was given. I asked if she could pull up the receipt, she said no. I felt this was odd, that they could not pull up a receipt that was only a few minutes ago, but it was Sunday and crowded so I didn’t want to have an issue. I left and said I will call later. He bought 3 toys and the total came to $70, I REALLY wanted the points “pegs” for this large amount. Cracker Barrel, do better PLEASE!!

I feel that Cracker Barrel is completely boring. Biscuits were dry. No gravy available we were told because no milk to make it. The hash brown casserole was flavorless, coffee was tepid and my waitress never checked on me to refill. Every request I had to stop her as she served the table next to us. Radio was EXCESSIVELY LOUD in the restroom!!! I rushed to get out. How annoying. Decor is dusty, old and boring. Who even cares to go to Cracker Barrel anymore?

Enchanting Love Creations

Every time I order delivery from Beaumont with uber eats. As you can see in the photos the trays are not full with food and this time some liquid from the chicken and dumplings is in one of them. The other has some liquid. And the other dry. There have also been times drinks were missing or wrong drinks. I'm just sharing my experiences so maybe it can be helpful in some way.

Mashed potatoes are nothing to write home about! ambience is country cute. Just wanted to give this place a try. Ham was fatty and tough, so bummed!

Poor service no salt or utensils on the table. No tartar sauce for the cat fish (fish was good). Ice cold corn. Inattentive service OK prices.

We love Cracker Barrel and hate leaving a bad review. The restaurant wasn’t crowded, but we had to wait longer than we expected to be served. I ordered a chicken breast with gravy over rice and it was not good. I wondered about where they got this recipe. My husband was disappointed with his dish also. From now on, it will be strictly breakfast if we ever go back to this particular location.

So 2- stars is just our server. The other-1 was the food. They were busy, so we had a wait, no biggie. Sat at table, ordering was slow and rough for our server, again not too big a deal they weren't tech savvy with the iPad even though they had 4 stars on their apron. We made it a point to stress our orders (southern fried chicken and chicken fried chicken and 2 grandma's samplers). We were waiting about 30 minutes, then our server finally came back to refill drinks and we asked for the free biscuits/cornbread and she mistakenly informed us that's not a thing (we find out later after I talk to the manager and see them on others tables it is a thing). Food finally comes out. No silverware, both chicken orders are completely wrong, all my sides are cold, the ham and sides for the samplers are wrong. We ask for a fix they again send out the wrong thing, talk to manager, they redo it, then bring put biscuits. This is a small thing but I at this point am waiting for my food, everyone else has theirs and she brings out the receipt. I get it? Maybe trying to speed things along, don't bring me my food and the receipt at the same time, feels like a "please leave". Breading on chicken tasted cheap like concessions stand food, was hot and fresh for over an hour wait and 2 mess ups, pancakes my wife had were a little stale tasting/texture was tough. I will never be coming back to cracker barrell again, especially this location. To Gabrielle at the front desk though +1 star to get to the 2 star review. Helped in the shop, kindly wrapped up our items very neatly, and was super friendly. Good knick knack store, screw the food and service.

We've eaten here many times in the past but whatever new changes they just implemented are a disaster. New menu is missing some favorite items from the past. Ordered the Sunday Pot Roast special and was horribly disappointed. The meal had been sitting in the little pot for a long time, drying out before they served it. I asked to exchange it for chicken and dumplings thinking it would be a quick option. My wife had finished her lunch for 20 minutes before my bowl of dumplings arrived and the place was not busy, no waiting lines. I'll give them one more chance in the future just to ensure it wasn't an off day for everyone.

I have not been happy with the service the last few times I have been in. The service is not very good and the quality of the food is poor, my grandkids love the Bmt location but they also have complained about the lack of customer service and the food service there are two waitresses that still strive to give you that regular customer love and service that you get when coming back!!! We love the restaurant and really hope it turns around for the better and brings back the memories of our local restaurant !! I want stop coming back because I don’t want to loose another establishment but please use the two loving long lasting waitresses to train your other waitress there love for there job should never go unnoticed

When did Cracker Barrel stop making omelets?? And NO white toast!? Food arrived cold, butter was blocks of ice, how do you spread that. Just really disappointed over all. The new menu is totally confusing. I got a CB gift card for Christmas, but won’t be asking for another one next year: looks like BOB Evan's or IHOP is my new go to for Breakfast.

We had a sweet young waitress, new. When ordering, we specifically pointed out we both wanted the Early Dinners (under $10). The food came. Most tasted fine, greens were cold and white gravy was definitely a mix; otherwise, food tasted good. When we got our check, my husband noticed the price (13.49 ea). We were charged the full dinner price. We told the waitress, she told (guessing, manager). The lady came and told us the waitress was new, we got the regular dinner and not early. That was it. Like it was OUR fault. We don't go out to eat that often, we weren't familiar with what we were NOT supposed to get. We pointed on the menu, specifically said Early Dinner, got the food, ate it. Then, to make us feel guilty. And do NOTHING about it. She could have. But did not. My husband said there was probably a comment section on our app. Yes, and I did reach out. They did sent a complimentary meal (which is WAY more than I ever wanted or expected.). My issue...the manager should have handled it right then, right there. And, not put the blame on us for not knowing what we were supposed to get and then eating it.

I've had Back to Back bad experiences with Cracker Barrel in Beaumont, Texas. 1st - I went for lunch. I ordered chicken & Dumplings, with a side of Baby Carrots and greens. Instead of putting the carrots on a small plate, seperate from the dumplings, they put them in with the dumplings. Why? 2nd - For dinner, I ordered the Turkey & Dressing. the Turkey was "Pressed Turkey". And it was very dry & tough. And it was draped over what I think was just Stuffing. My wife & I couldn't eat it. this was 2-3 years ago. we haven't been back since. it's a shame, that they ruined a good place to eat. I may attempt to eat there again, if they have changed either the Manager, or the cook. I do love the shop. Especially the Florida ones. I am a Florida gator fan. So they have collectibles for the Gators.

Then I had to for the manager come & void the Transaction. Then the cashier still couldn't get the order right. Finally everything was fixed thanks to the other cashier knew how handle the situation. I think they are pushing customers to shop because the last 4 times I've been they said it would be 20-30 min. I could see plenty of empty tables. I'm not going back.

3rd time here.. Not fond of this place normally. Decided dinner tonight and this was my pick. Ordered hamburger steak side salad, steamed broccoli. Waiter came stated side salad was no longer available. So I doubled broccoli. Later comes back to say they're out of broccoli..lol.. so just hamburger steak and sautéed onions. They later came to the table to tell us they're out of the boneless fried chicken..lol.. They bring our food out my "hamburger steak and onions" no gravey..lol.. and literally 4 strands of onions which are extra cost..lol..9.00$ dinner..Tonight had to have been the worse night of dinner..

Can only rate on service. Me and my daughter arrived an hour and 8 minutes before closing with a couple that came in behind us. Sat down was about 8. For the waitress to take out drinks 17 minutes. By this time 8:34 rolled around no drinks still and still haven't came back to check on us. Will not be back it wasn't that busy and I wouldn't be surprised if they go out of business soon. Half the restaurant was already put up there chairs and cleaned. But I counted and was right at 33 people eating. Now as I write this we went to Black Bear across from them. Already ordered and had drinks within ten minutes of being hear. Plus about the same amount of customers they had.

I usually don't write review but the service and quality was below a 1 star. Mind this not first time this happens. Feel need to share our experience. While we elect to dine-in of course we join the waiting list. Once there additional 16 minutes wait before a table. After being seated went straight to ordering. Our server Elsa was occupied with 4 table mindful 2 table was concluding their visit including our. 30 minutes passed by only to get our drinks oh just water Another table of 2 came afterward beside our and ordered as well. After seeing that table got foods and everything. It became apparent we not getting our foods. Asked kindly to make our order to go since close to an hour for just water. Waited finally paid online. Our not so great waiter disappeared never saw her again. She definitely need to be fire or retire if she can't handle it. And we were given our order to go by another person. Upon walked out to parking when realize they were missing 2 orders and have make that dreadful walk back in and ask to speak to manager. The manager never show up only that same person who gave our to go came and ask what we missing. At that point I was about to ask for refund with wife and kid asking what taking so long but I didn't. Waited additional 15 minutes before getting the order corrected. My advice don't ever go there for 1.5 hours of no foods and just water. Even if you order to go chances they get it wrong. Service is below par. Food is average at best. STAY AWAY Cracker Barrel BMT other option across or down the street.

My family met in Beaumont, one from Houston and the other from DeRidder La. My brother in law was coming from DeRidder to pick up my sister his wife and myself. So we decided to eat before saying our goodbyes. Worst and I mean worst experience ever. It took at least 20-30 minutes to get our drinks My tea was very watered down. Another waitress came by to check if we needed drink refills and brought us some lemons for the tea we had asked for 3 times Food came out after another 30 minutes of waiting All I can say positive is it was hot. My corn was all I ate. Chicken fried chicken tasted like it was cooked in old grease. Both my bother in laws seemed to enjoy their meals. Don’t know how good it was or if they were just hungry. The restaurant was so cold you could have hung meat in there. I had to step out twice while we waited to warm up. My one sister had a sweater on. I can say the bathrooms were clean and our server seemed nice but very overwhelmed. The most positive I can say is that my sister left her wallet and when I called they informed it had been turned in and we turn d around to retrieve it Nice to know honest people still exist. Whoever found it in the women’s bathroom. Thank you. Thank you. I want you know I have eaten at dozens of Cracker Barrel’s and they have all been good experiences. Totally surprised and disappointed at this experience. Sorry so long

A great morning turned unpleasant. First and last time to visit this place. We went for breakfast with three kids. Ordered food from pancakes to eggs and 🐔 fried. We were given raw uncooked 🐔. Told this to the server. She did not cared much. It seems chefs are not trainned or they do not follow food safety regulations. The matter should have been reported to manager. But it seems nobody cares. I also mention to the cashier and showed the picture. The cashier should have called the manager to offer apology at least. Here you go. I paid for the unpleasant visit to this store. I hope others should watch out for raw food being served here. Food serve training is really needed here.

Yeah I’m coming for you life on this one Cracker Barrel. TERRIBLE SERVICE ALL 4 TIMES IVE VISITED. RUDE STAFF. MANAGERS DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR IMAGE AND THE FOOD IS RUINED CONSTANTLY. EVERY TIME I CALL IN 2 MEALS 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. IM TOLD 15 minute wait and arrive 30 minutes later and NO FOOD IS READY. I am there waiting an additional 10-15 minutes...food that I’m told would take 15 is taking 45 and the restaurant is half empty?!??!!! Like cmon man I hate to pull the race card but this is hardly a coincidence. EVERY TIME IVE GONE THIS SAME THING HAS HAPPENED. I HATE THIS CRACKER BARREL WITH ANDEEP BURNING PASSION. Look at the photos. 45 minute wait for that?!? Wow. Just WOW. more than half of my biscuits looked like the one on the left. Just shameful. Y’all need retraining badly. Fire all the staff and start from scratch!! Lol I’m going to BAYTOWN FROM NOW ON THEY WERE AWESOME. The real mvps are not in beaumont.

I ordered the chicken and dumping soup and had 3 others ordering food as well, food came out 40 minutes later and I was told at that point that they had no soup of any kind available...mind you it is now past 11:45am and our waitress asked what else I would like..thinking how long it took for them to bring out the meal, I just asked for and order of bacon. One of the other people in our group ordered the eggs Benedict and it came out with eggs over hard and no hollandaise sauce and asked the waitress to bring some and she said they didn't have any so that meal got sent back. We have honestly never had this bad of an experience at this cracker barrel and hope this message gets to them to fix the issues that are happening there as until we hear that things are better, we will not return and will tell friends about our experience there. Not good for business 😕.

This has been the worst Cracker Barrel Experience I have ever had. Food was nuke warm, broccoli was hard, green bean casserole was well, disappointing with no onion on top. Server never asked if I wanted dessert.

Worst experience ever! Came in and ordered the Louisiana shrimp. Rice was probably the bottom of the casserole as it was hard and maybe only two spoonfuls of it. Not to mention all the rice was all soaked in the grease. Ordered two eggs that I was going to eat with my casserole. Server said they are coming. 25 minutes my eggs arrived. How two over medium eggs take longer to cook then a shrimp casserole is beyond me. Asked for a manager and said manager never arrived. I have ate at many of restaurants and plenty of Cracker Barrel restaurants and because of the lack of carring and service this will be the last time I eat at your establishment. I’ll take my business elsewhere

One of the worst experiences of the multiple times I’ve been. What blew my mind the most was the customer service provided by the manager. After expressing how my eggs were running & I had requested for them to be well done, he told me they were well done and did not accept I did not want the eggs any longer. The waitress barely checked on us & claimed they were unable to remove the eggs from my ticket. & to top it off, she gave the wrong ticket with charges for items we did not have. The place was freezing cold & we waited on our food for a long time.

This Place needs some help. My husband and I often travel for pleasure as well as business. We often visit Cracker Barrel restaurants all across Texas. I love to find unique gifts in their stores and the food is southern home cooking type. But while at this restaurant, I ordered the 1/2 pound hamburger steak well done, mashed potatoes with brown gravy, green beans and a salad ranch dressing on the side. Only to be served a thin hamburger patty that was , absolutely not what I had been served and eaten in other cracker barrels, ( It was partially raw and other parts were cooked to medium rare) mashed potatoes, green beans and a salad that was nothing but lettuce, literally. My meal arrived without any gravy. The salad did not arrive before or even with my meal, I ended up having to request both. Then the salad was brought out drenched in dressing. She sat it down on the table and immediately realized it was not what I had ordered. She apologized picked it up and took it back. She brought back a bowl of lettuce. The manager came over and in a nutshell acted Like I was crazy. I asked him "does this look to you like a 1/2 pound hamburger steak?" He replied with " I have worked in this place for 5 years and this is what we have always served" I repeated my question and he responded "no, but that is what has been served since I started working here 5 years ago" I was completely dumbfounded. He then offered to redo the food. I declined and did not eat. My husbands eggs were ordered over easy and arrived hard cooked with no runny yellow at all. He ate them anyways. He was served two 1/2 pieces of bacon instead of two slices. The waitress said :I think they are running out". I did end up having to pay for the meal. The manager stated I ordered it and made the decision to decline heaving the meal re-made, in essence accepting it. Wow seriously unacceptable. I would never eat here again, unless the manager is terminated for his inability to handle this simple situation: And the Staff receive additional customer service training as the cashier was rude to us when we were checking out as well. She asked how everything was and I responded Not so good. She responded well that's too bad. So eat here at your own risk. But I would suggest finding an alternate restaurant.

Did not get all of food we ordered was in the middle of eating my friend had a long piece of hair in his mouth. I got sick. Very busy they need extra staff.

We have been waiting an hour with no silverware. Four tables have already been served, paid their bills, and left. All of our orders were wrong. Still no silverware.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Cracker Barrel. It’s been a while since I’ve eaten at the chain and was excited to be on a road trip that was near one. I called my food in and told it was only a .99 up charge to change the meat to chicken sausage, got there and it was an extra $2.49 up charge. Told the hostess up front about the charge he tried to tell me it was only 1.49 when it wasn’t, then I had the mngr come out to adjust the bill he tried to explain to me that it’s .99 per meat but that comes out to $3 not $2.49 so I know he wasn’t telling the truth. The mngr didn’t really seem to care about or to hear my complaint either. He didn’t even attempt to try to make it right. Then to top everything off the hostess walks to the front with food in his hand and a tea, proceeds to put the food on a brown shelf then talk to another associate about some movie called “THANKSGIVING” then he rings out 2 customers while I’m still standing there. Once he was done I walked over to the shelf to see if the food he put down was mines and it was, the young man never even told me that my food was ready just left it on the shelf to get cold and then lied to my face and tell me he didn’t know it was my food. NEVERRRRRRR AGAINNNN!

Not the best experience. Food was NOT fresh and didn't taste good. Servers started sweeping up the dirty floors while we were eating--anyone who understands cleaning know that when you sweep up, dirt and dust just fly into the air--not something you want while eating. We had to ask the server for everything, and, when we were just finishing eating and she clearly wanted us to go, she came over and started sweeping under and around our table. We were still talking and finishing up, but she wanted us out of there and just continued to work around us. We just left.

Horrible food. Horrible service Night Manger not friendly at all. Food wasn’t done and cold she wouldn’t take care of it. Nor did she want to fix the issue. I took pictures of the uncooked food. I’m never going back.

There's a Waffel House nearby, go there. We (a party of two) waited 20 minutes to get seated while the dining room was half empty the whole time. The only place to wait was the gift shop due to it being so hot & humid outside. There was nowhere to sit during the wait, which was like being held hostage looking at overpriced junk souvenirs made in China. Once seated, the food order was promptly taken. It took 45 minutes for the food to arrive. The food is not impressive by any stretch and is overpriced. This was my second and last time, I'll never set foot in a Cracker Barrel restaurant anywhere again. The first time a few years back was equally as underwhelming. The nearby Waffle House is a better option.

I ordered the hamburger steak, loaded mashed potatoes and hash brown casserole and it was all bad. The meat was very chewy and not cooked how I asked, the hash brown casserole is definitely from a box and was crunchy and the loaded potatoes were also from a box and consisted of some cheese and bacon. My daughter got chicken tenders which did not taste right at all. Definitely never coming back. The only good thing was the waitress was nice.

The service was awful. Ordered Garden Scramble, was charge for the 2sides. Server Aaron did not mention there will be an up charge. Spoke to the GMJennifer- explained to her and she said that why you get a menu!!! So would not listen or remove the up charge 3.28. A customer behind in line agreed with me !!! I did report it to customer care , very nice sorry for the incident and gave me a 20$ credit!!!Thank you customer care !

I hate to say it, but the food was terrible. I had meatloaf and mashed potatoes and didn't even eat them. My mom had turkey and dressing, sweet potato casserole and green beans. She said only the turkey was okay and the rest not good. We usually will eat just about anything, but I only took one bite of each and did NOT eat anymore. Not sure what the problem is, but we won't be returning anytime soon.

My wife and I decided to go for breakfast this morning for one last time before it all changes. We were seated at 10 and waited for are server to come by. It was not busy so there was no reason for what has happened. 10:15 finally order drinks and some biscuits before we order are food. 10:30 comes around we still don't have any drinks or biscuits. Looked around to find are server and she was on snap chat and sending pics because when I walked up to ask were are drinks were she said she forgot and I noticed it on her phone. So I tried again order drinks and biscuits. 10:45 WE LEFT AND NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING

Maybe it was an off day, but we went in for breakfast and it took an hour and a half to get our food. The waitress didn’t take our order for 45 minutes. We did get drinks after about 20 minutes though. The restaurant was not busy at all- it was 7:30am. Some of the food came out wrong but we didn’t want to wait even longer getting it fixed. I got the steak and egg hashbrown thing- it was room temp. I couldn’t chew through the steak. Honestly it was just really bad food and a really bad experience. Probably won’t visit this Cracker Barrel again. **waitress was really nice but an older lady and she probably just needs extra help.

I've been to many Cracker Barrels, but this is hands down the worst when it comes to service. Came in last night and got seated right away as it was not busy. Waitress finally came by as I was getting ready leave after a 15 minute wait. Couldn't understand why, the place was not busy. Came in for lunch today. Same thing, not busy, and darn, same waitress. Now she brings me half my order wrong, didn't bring utensils, now half my food is getting cold due to no utensils. Have to ask hostess for refill due to waitress no where in sight. Finally received the rest of my order and could no longer enjoy my meal.👎👎

I repeatly asked for lemon which never came. Ordered a cup of vegetable soup that was not full. More juice than vegetables. Corn bread was ordered and never came. When the soup came to the table and I complained the wait staff stated it was not her problem! You have to be kidding me! This is the poorest excuse for service I have experienced. I highly recommend diners find some where else to eat.

01-22-2021 Breakfast at Cracker Barrel. The location appeared to be clean for the most part. Except for the restroom. The restroom was nasty. The food was not bad. Average as far as the taste goes compared to other locations. The waiter was awful. I felt like I was a inconvenienced the whole time. One of my coworkers had a question about the menu he did not understand the menu and appeared to not want to assist us. We got our drinks and the sweet tea was horrible. We asked to swap the teas for a different drink and he had a attitude. This was a awful experience and I would not recommend this location I also would not return. I posted a picture of the waiter 🤦🏻‍♂️
