Heartbroken that Three Birds Cafe is closing down, but hope to see them reopen in another location soon. I’ve been going for years and I’ve never disappointed. Everything I’ve tried from them has been phenomenal, especially the “That’s What Cheese Said” board. Never got a better cheese board and for that value anywhere else. Three Birds has become a staple in DTWG, and maybe this is an opportunity for them to grow an even larger community with a new location.

First time here and food was so good. Too many options to choose and I ended up with honey lavender latte & chicken pesto with tomato bisque soup. Amazing food! The latte was pretty but tbh I could’ve done without the potpourri 😅 would you get it again? Probably but ask for them to leave it off. So many other drinks to choose from though too! Definitely will be back though

Had a nice meal sitting outside. They have a good variety of food and drinks. The club sandwich is my favorite.

I love everything about this cafe. The pricing may resemble more of NYC than Central Florida, but I think it’s worth it. Especially if you have looked around how expensive it is to have a meal at the Farmer’s market or at the Plant Street market, it feels like a bargain at Thee Birds Cafe. The food is exceptional. I had the breakfast sandwich with potatoes and I was impressed the sandwich was stuffed with many breakfast favorites, including egg frittatas, not scrambled eggs. Tomato soup was very tasty as well! Servers were somewhat slow with cleaning up the tables, but the pricing kind of justified it. I don’t think they can hire more servers at current pricing. So I decided to clean up the table myself and it was perfectly fine. The deco and the vibe are just about perfect. I wanted to stay longer, but guests are coming in constantly, so felt bad and left. It was Saturday lunch time. I highly recommend this cafe if you are planning on visiting the Winter Garden area.

My friend was so excited to choose this place for my birthday brunch. We dined outside, and the cheese board received multiple (positive) looks and comments from people walking by, and it was enough to feed all of us. It's a place to go as a treat, not weekly, but it's very cute! The honey lavender latte was excellent.

Delicious and versatile menu with vegan and gluten free options! This was the perfect meet up with friends for a bite to eat and with a menu that suits so many dietary preferences, we all enjoyed our choices. We ate at noon and the place was very busy and a little noisy, but outdoor seating is available and food all arrived within 15 minutes.

Great vibe in here, pretty good coffee, the food is delicious we had the Banana Cream Latte, Caramel Latte, Prosciutto and Brie Sandwhich and the Ultimate Breakfast Sandwhich... 10/10 will definitely be returning to try more of their menu items

I came here for lunch with my sister on a Friday and I was happy to find that their brunch board (only available on weekends) was available to order on Fridays! It is meant for 2 but it was full of food and we couldn’t even finish it all, we probably could have split it between us and a 3rd person or small child. It even comes with a regular coffee or orange juice all for $30. We chose turkey bacon as our protein and they had several options. Everything was delicious and very aesthetic. One minor negative detail was they didn’t provide us with butter or jam for our croissant even though it’s supposed to come with it but I asked and they gave us some. This was a perfect brunch with healthy options. My sister also got a to go avocado toast which she said lasted her 2 days! I will definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant!

I had a great time I took my friend for a birthday brunch. We ordered the brunch for two plenty of food beautiful space the space just made you feel like you are in a different world. love how they design the interior, just had a lovely time. Really enjoy the French toast, I know my friend was truly happy and I was glad that I could bring that emotion for her.

This place is the cutest cafe I've ever seen! The coffee is amazing, as well as the food. The pastries are made fresh every morning and I love that the menu is diverse and friendly to everyone's dietary needs. You can tell the food and coffee menu are both carefully curated to make sure everyone gets the most out of what they are spending without sacrificing the quality. Three Birds is a must-have and a go-to in the Orlando/Winter Garden area!

Stopped in on a busy Saturday morning and the energy here was fantastic. Clearly a beloved local spot. Even at peak flow, the space felt joyful and welcoming. You can tell the team works hard and that the community shows up for them. A great example of a place that anchors downtown Winter Garden.

Charming atmosphere, great food, and friendly service in downtown Winter Garden. The Cuban sandwich is meaty and delicious, but they also have vegetarian-friendly options for breakfast, brunch, and lunch. I also appreciate the gluten-free options, as I have friends and relatives for whom that is a concern.

8.16.21 - stop by for dinner to get the Spicy Crab Club Sandwich with Fruit and The Hugo. The cocktail was good and I could taste the rose, just the right thing to wrap up the day. The sandwich was good too and the fruit fresh. This is such an amazing place! It was on my list to try and it stood up to the hype! The cafe is located in a corner and the space is beautifully decorated and organized. Plenty of tables to sit inside and outside, but during busy times be prepared to wait. You walk in to the register at the end to place your order and they will provide a table number. It was so hot, that we decided to sit inside by one of the high top sitting tables by the main window and glad we did. We people watched as we waited. Yes it did get busy during brunch time on a Saturday (30 min or so from order to food) but I was worthwhile. The staff is nice, friendly and attentive and even when they got so busy they still take care of everyone as they can. We ordered lattes (one with almond and the other with oat milk), the southwest bowl and the French toast. The lattes tasted divine! It had been a while since we had a good tasting latte and this sure hit the spot! French toast is nice and fluffy and the syrup and cinnamon touch made it yummy. The southwest cobb bowl was good too and full of flavor. We will definitely come back to enjoy the ace and try more of their menu!

Super cute spot for breakfast, recommended to me by locals. The cafe is very open and delightful, with lots of menu options (with a good price range so you can control how much you're spending) and comfortable seating. You place your order at the front and are given a table number so they can serve your meal once ready. The salmon avocado toast was really flavourful, with beautiful presentation and great value! I also LOVED the house - banana foam chai (tea) latte! Honestly one of the best tea lattes I've ever had. If you love banana and chai I highly recommend! 🥰 Also liked the eco-friendly straws. They also have their own merch for regulars. Only qualm I have is that the menu is up at the front on screens placed high up - the font was kind of small and difficult to read. It would be helpful to have larger fonts on screen and perhaps printed menus to reference close up. Will definitely be back.

The food was amazing the service 4 stars because there is always space to improve and the atmosphere amazing, basically everything was great, good and, overall the cafe was nice. They also had sticks that were shaped like birds on the top to hold the food in place.

My niece told me about this place. We met for breakfast around 1030am. There was a long line, but only because there was a music festival going on in downtown Winter Garden. The prices were good. I got the Florida Sunshine French toast with strawberries, bananas & whipped cream. I also ordered a cappuccino with mocha. My niece got the Spicy Chicken Avocado Sandwich with the Cinnamon Toast Crunch Latte. Everything was delicious! Tuesday February 24th will be their last day. They are closing their doors and moving to another location. They don’t know where yet but they will announce it once they know. (According to the cashier that we spoke to this morning)

Tree Birds Cafe is an absolute gem! The food is excellent — beautifully prepared, generously portioned, and visually appetizing. You can tell there’s real care in the kitchen. The coffee is also top-notch, expertly brewed and rich in flavor. However, if you order the 20oz size, be aware that it comes in a paper cup, even if you’re staying in — not a ceramic mug, which feels a bit out of place given the otherwise high-quality experience. The service is outstanding. From the barista to the server, everyone is warm, attentive, and professional. The ambiance is another major highlight — cozy, beautifully designed, and inviting. There’s also outdoor seating, which is perfect for enjoying a crisp fall or even a mild winter day. The surrounding area is lovely and adds to the charm of the visit. The only real downside — and it’s a surprising one — is that the café does not have a bathroom. If you need one, you’ll have to go to another establishment nearby. This is quite unusual, especially considering the café’s pricing and upscale vibe. One would expect basic facilities like restrooms to be available in a commercial space like this. Despite that, Tree Birds Cafe is a fantastic spot overall and well worth visiting for its food, coffee, and atmosphere.

Met my brother here while we were on the road for winter break. He is vegan and this was the perfect place 🎉 Located in a cute little town still decorated for the Holidays. We all had breakfast items: breakfast sandwiches, french toast, avocado toast, salmon avocado toast, fresh squeezed OJ, and coffee drinks! All was tasty ❤️ You place your order at a counter and they will bring the food to your table. Cute area outside to sit and enjoy your meal/drink in the sunshine! Cute little book store a couple doors down as well 😊

My family and I had brunch here today and it was absolutely amazing! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The sandwich came perfectly stacked with quality ingredients, paired with a crisp side salad and kettle chips. The avocado toast was outstanding loaded with toppings like pickled onions, feta, pepitas, and fresh tomatoes that made every bite a burst of flavor. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and it made for such a great family outing. I highly recommend Three Birds Cafe if you’re looking for a place that serves both delicious food and a great experience!

Three Birds Cafe was a place my daughter and I had passed by many times without stopping, but it turned out to be a wonderful breakfast spot. The staff was engaging, the place was very clean, and the menu featured creative options. My daughter ordered a s'mores waffle while I had a Belgian waffle, both of which were delicious and fresh. It was a nice day to sit outside, and the atmosphere inside was very comfortable. We’ll definitely be back.

I ordered the chicken cheese artichoke sandwich on sourdough and it was excellent. It was very cheesy and the chicken tasted fresh. The sandwich comes with a choice of fruit or soup and we went with the tomato bisque, which paired perfectly. My girlfriend tried their matcha drink and really enjoyed it. She mentioned it is not sweet by default so she recommends asking for three pumps of sugar. I ordered their cinnamon latte which was DELICIOUS. Overall it was great food and a nice experience.

Update to my review. It seems like good quality is getting poor. French toast was 100 years old, very dry and not moist at all. It’s almost like they get it frozen and warm it up in the toaster. My daughter and I frequently visit Three Birds Cafe in Downtown Winter Garden, FL, and it's always a fantastic experience. The cafe boasts a welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, and a diverse menu of delicious offerings. From their pastries and sandwiches to the perfectly brewed coffee, everything is made from fresh, high-quality ingredients. It's our go-to spot for a delightful meal in a cozy setting, embodying the community spirit of Downtown Winter Garden. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a top-notch dining experience. Five stars!

Great little place for breakfast or lunch. Good menu selection. They use good quality produce and food comes out tasting delicious. Unbeatable coffee price!! And coffee is really good! I tried a few different things here but on my most recent visit we had the steak sandwich 5/5, breakfast chorizo wrap 5/5 and tomato basil soup. 4/5. The steak sandwich was absolutely perfect! It’s like they asked me the exact flavors I want and used them all in there. The bread was perfect as well. The wrap had great flavors. Came with potato or fruit. We got potatoes but I didn’t really care for their potatoes. The soup was good, but lost a point for being barely warm. Coffee was perfect. This is perhaps the only clean food you can find in dt winter garden that uses high quality ingredients. I have a hyper sensitive immune/gut system and can always tell when a restaurant uses good produce and when they don’t.

The southwest breakfast bowl was perfectly balanced and had all the right flavors happening together. It was a huge portion! The ultimate breakfast sandwich had great flavors on a perfect bun. IMO it could’ve used a bit more sauce but that personal preference. I added ketchup to add some acidity and cholula for some heat.

Adorable little cafe, cut atmosphere, great friendly service, I wish I took pics of the food, but I was in the moment, enjoying life. Next time! We had the steak and egg burritos, cappuccino and regular coffee, the food was good, can't wait to go back and try new items. By the way the cut food pick is a bird, I swear it was a Capybara...lol...

Summary: I’ve had three pleasant experiences at Three Birds Cafe. Some of the food tastes good & is a great value, others are overpriced. Service has always been prompt & kind. With a quaint, bright atmosphere, this corner cafe has me coming back. Best for one-on-one dates. More positives than negatives, and I will return. Seating: They did their best to accommodate the appropriate number of guests for the space. The cafe is usually popular (even on a cold, rainy day like today), so seating may be limited. If you’re going with someone, I suggest claiming a table before you order. I wouldn’t come here with more than 4 people. Most tables accommodate 2 guests. Food commentary: - Avocado Toast: $9 for a single hearty slice that will fill you up. Tastes good, but not jaw-dropping. After ordering it twice, I’m left questioning if the avocado mash is made in-house. Somewhat tastes like premade spread (with a slightly thicker consistency) you’d buy from the store. Really enjoyed the pickled red onion, which adds vibrancy to the dish, paired with the diced tomatoes. Do not order if you don’t like goat cheese. Gluten-free option available. 3.5/5 - Smoked Salmon Avocado Toast: $11 is a steal, a single slice with fresh smoked salmon. My friend really enjoyed this. Similar commentary on the avocado mash & pickled red onion. Gluten-free option available. 4/5 - Belgian Waffle: $13 for a waffle with a little fruit, no sides, and no eggs feels like a bit of a scam. My husband said the strawberries were mushy the second time we ordered them. I’ve ordered the same thing at Kiki’s, with sides, for about the same price. Granted, this is a small business and not a chain. 3/5 - Iced latte: Tastes good, but the espresso was definitely shocked both times I’ve had it. (That’s when hot espresso is poured directly on ice. It creates a bitter flavor, even if it’s quality espresso.) They charge a base price and add-ons for any changes. For a 16oz it was $4.75 + $1 Oat Milk + $0.90 Vanilla + $1 Caramel = $7.65 before tax. If you consider what Starbucks charges, it’s not that bad. Just seems like more than it is because of how they lay it out on the receipt, versus having a flat “flavored latte” price with an alternative milk upcharge like most cafes I’ve been to. 4.5/5 *Photos taken nearly a year apart.

My husband and I went in on a Sunday around 9:30 AM and it wasn't so full, with less than 10 min wait in line. We loved the atmosphere, and we were able to place the order and they delivered to our table with great service. Our order was correct and the flavor was good. The lobster bisque was OK, but not impressed. The All American Club was really good and crispy with the lettuce and the bread toasted. My husband ordered the Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich, and it was good along with the side of potatoes. Both were a bit overpriced for the portion served, but again we're at the historic downtown area so we were not surprised. The fresh orange juice was delicious! Will return to try the Mimosa flight.

visit jan 24th: some reviews nailed it: a little pricey for what you're getting. all breakfast places usually serve coffee with someone walking around with a fresh pot asking everyone if they want some more.. service is a little weird in this one.. menu on screen are teenie-tiny somewhat. tables are not sanitized or cleaned properly or just eye-balled to an extent whether a table needs wiping. despite the weird experience and the "meh" food, the place was packed! unbelievable but understandable. the feel of the place still stuck on christmassy-vibe.. barely any birds for decorations! (lol) and first thing i noticed was a throw pillow on a couch, torn on one side -too bad i didnt take a photo.. it's like the staff (opening) didn't care. (i worked as a dining room manager in a family restaurant) the ONLY incentive for eating here is the healthier food compared to thr greasy-quick, breakfast places that'sout there.. i mean, there are other places to have breakfast, but this is our first (and last?) unless no other options. food was okay -nothing to get excited about or wonder what they did with the food.. girlfriend had the salmon on avocado thing and i had the steak and cheese or eggs in a wrap -no "wow" except the hashbrowns: they were perfect. parking may be a little difficult, and not sure about options for kids.. i mean, they have scrambled eggs but no omelettes.. go figure.

First time here and I really didn’t like it. Didn’t enjoy what I ordered and I had a sip of the coffee and just no. Ordered the avocado artificial pre made toast… and was charged for 2 toast unknowingly. Also added artificial eggs tasted like liquid - processed eggs. I will say that the shop itself is really cute but overall the food was just disappointing and if I’m going to pay as much as I did I want real avocado and I didn’t like that the cashier made it seem like the 2 toasts are not charged separately kinda felt tricked.

Went for first time 11/21 to celebrate my daughters 30th birthday Walked in & stood there waiting to be seated…server (?) rushed by asking if we had any questions but didn’t stop to actually hear our big question …is it seat yourself? Finally figured out it’s counter service & seat yourself They only have one big board with the menu hanging from the ceiling over the kitchen so as you stand there trying to read it, runners are constantly trying to get by you to expo food. (Suggestion: print some menus up so people can sit at a table out of the way & figure out what they want!) We had the chicken salad sandwich w truffle fries, chicken Caesar salad, harvest salad, eggs & bacon & a blueberry scone. Five out of five! Everything was delicious, hot & fresh. Problem is employees! Not friendly..not helpful…no smiles…downright pretty rude. Too bad with such great food & then ruin in with terrible, uncaring employees

Service: The first reason for 3 stars. From my interactions with 4 different staff members, the overall impression is that everyone is somewhat inexperienced and/or in their first jobs and/or lacking enthusiasm/energy. I had to ask for water and the staff member who was busy (doing something other than actually assisting patrons on the countertop next to the cashier, I believe she was folding napkins) gave me a little plastic cup with water, which is much different from what I normally get at similar breakfast/brunch places - a large glass bottle of water and some glass cups for the table. I left there with the overall impression that they lack strong leadership to be able to provide good customer service. Food: The second reason for 3. All of their plates are in the $15 dollar range, which is $2 or $3 above what I would expect to pay for those plates, given their complexity and size. My smoked salmon/avocado toast was $16 - while not outrageous since it had smoked salmon, all of the ingredients were pretty standard. My friends’ chicken wrap was tasty according to them but, again, $15 was a bit pricey for what it was. Ambiance: it looks like the place was recently renovated as their paint/furniture is still looking new. The interior is definitely Instagrammable, with lots of natural light coming in. A good amount of seating inside and outside.

I have loved this place for years. It’s been my go to every single time I come over to downtown winter garden. My husband and I went recently and I ordered the avocado toast (as I always have done). When did they start using avocado spread instead of real avocados? Huge huge disappointment when you’re paying $10 for one slice of toast. Thankfully I went with the single toast this time instead of the normal double portion. I also ordered their seasonal soup - it was broccoli and cheddar. I would be surprised if it wasn’t canned soup. It first came cold and jiggly and then I asked them to reheat it. Came back hot but the quality is just not there. I ordered the peppermint latte and it looked nothing like the picture they use on their social media. So messy and over poured all over the mug. Tasted amazing though! The presentation was the only issue. This place used to have amazing food and I will happily pay $30, $40, or even $50 for brunch but when you keep (or raise) your prices but lower your quality? That’s when I decide to not come back. If I do, it’ll just be for coffee.

Food was simply not good. I rarely ever find myself leaving a restaurant unsatisfied, but I will never give this cafe a try again. The scrambled eggs seemed microwaved and were tasteless - the texture was very odd. Our waffles were both completely cold. The chocolate chips I added were clearly just thrown on before serving as they were completely hard/not melted. Only saving grace was the coffee. I don’t think I’ve ever had a breakfast out be so gross, you’d be better off spending your money ($27 for these three items) elsewhere in my opinion.

Looks cute, but bring earplugs, a cushion, and low expectations Let’s start with the cons: 🚫 No bathroom. Good luck finding one that’s not a mile away… after you’ve already sat down. Not ideal if you’ve had your morning coffee. 🔊 Sound levels = Airport Terminal. If you’re hoping for a quiet, intimate morning, skip this in the summer. The place has major echo issues—no rugs, no sound absorption, just a loud chamber of overlapping conversations. Apparently, everyone’s life story needs to be heard here. 🪑 Seating is rough. Like… literally painful. Hard chairs = sore back and sore bum. If you have back or hip issues, prepare to squirm. We had to find stray cushions along the wall, which also meant sitting 12 inches apart from each other. Cozy? Nope. You’ll get front-row seats to everyone’s vacation plans, relationship drama, and career woes. 🧂 Sugar options? Just "Equal." No stevia, no monk fruit, no nothing else. It’s “Equal” or equal disappointment. 🥤 Value? Not really. $2.54 for a glass packed with ice and a splash of tea—maybe 2 ounces of actual liquid. 🥑 Food: $11 for one slice of avocado toast and two tiny pieces of salmon. A bit steep for the size. But now, the pros: ☕️ Coffee looked fantastic—beautiful presentation, seemed well-made. 🥪 Breakfast sandwiches also looked solid (we didn’t try them, but maybe next time). Will we be back? Maybe—but differently. Probably just for a drink to-go… and we’ll call it a day.

Ordered sandwiches and drinks with one of the sides being potatoes. We got 8 oil soaked tater tots and when i called to ask about this they told me that is the portion size and they are using these until they get new potatoes. So they think this is a normal portion size and quality for something that costs $16-$17. The woman on the phone talked like this is totally fine and normal for this restaurant but it is not okay. The sandwiches were also lackluster and not worth the price of $16-17. Only the drinks were okay and would prefer i got a refund for something of this low quality for the food. It was our first time here and we are very disappointed.

Today we visited what used to be my favorite restaurant. It was once a place I loved, but today’s experience showed how much it has declined. They no longer value their loyal customers or respect them, given what they served us today. I will attach a picture of what I always order and love, showing how it used to look versus how it looks now. I’ve been coming to this place for four years, and in the beginning, it was truly something special. I recommended it to everyone and brought friends here for breakfast. But today, I was embarrassed by what they served. I was very hungry, having not eaten since the morning, and although I finished my meal, I pointed out to them that the plate was wet, and my toast had soaked from the bottom. I didn’t notice the drops at first, but halfway through my meal, my friend pointed out the water on the plate. Only then did I realize. There was also smoke in the restaurant, likely from something burning, and the smell was unpleasant. After leaving, we smelled like food, and the scent was far from pleasant. Moreover, when we sat down at our table, the people before us had left it dirty. The waitress cleaned all the empty tables around but left ours untouched until we asked her to clean it. Today’s experience was awful. I hope my favorite place will return to its former glory and start cooking delicious food again. I also hope the atmosphere becomes pleasant, like it once was, and that the manager won’t be too busy to come out and address problems with customers.

I just received my order from this place and if I could give 0 stars I would do so. I ordered the burrata bruschetta with a side of scrambled eggs. Eggs are overcooked and the bruschetta barely has any of the bruschetta mix in it. The bruschetta was $18, which is significantly overpriced for what they made. Yes, eggs are expensive these days but $4.95 for what I got is ridiculous! Never ordering or visiting this place again.

So i uses to good to go app, and i have picked up food from lots of places and this was by far the worst place ive tried. Its my first time picking up and order from this location and all i received was 3 terribly dry hard a rock hard pastries, they offered a soda to go with it but all they have is Pepsi products so I passed, I cant believe this is supposed to be a $18 value i would skip this place in general for any future orders because any resturant that would serve this kind of food to people is lacking in quality. i talked with the store associate and they informed me the pastries are A WEEK OLD!!! so this place is feeding WEEK OLD pastries to people, what a joke and disgusting. Makes you think about the way this place is run that they would feel comfortable enough serving people pastries that are a week old!

I really hate writing bad reviews but wow. Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered avocado toast and added eggs. I was charged $18 for two pieces of toast, and when it arrived, the eggs were missing. After I pointed it out, the server brought the plate back, but then another employee came to my table with a handheld payment device and says “that will be $8” and points the device at me. I was confused? I said I already paid for this.. and she says “you paid for the toasts only, we forgot to ring up the eggs”… so.. $8 extra for carton scrambled eggs, and the mistake was theirs. I spent nearly $30 for premade avocado toast and carton eggs, which is insane. It got worse. My friend ordered the buffalo chicken dip, which came with very little bread. When she asked for more, the server said she had to “check” first. While waiting, my friend found a hair inside the dip. She politely asked for the dish to be refreshed, and instead of apologizing or comping anything, the staff came back and charged her $3 for extra bread — despite the contamination issue. Prices are extremely inflated, food was not fresh, and customer service was shockingly poor. Charging customers for staff mistakes and food quality issues is unacceptable. We won’t be returning.

We should have read the reviews before we ordered the French toast. Others mentioned that it seemed like frozen French toast heated in the toaster, and that is exactly what it tasted like, so we didn't eat it. It was also very expensive for frozen French toast. The fresh- squeezed orange juice was squeezed when we ordered it, and was very good.

I’ve been here before and had a good experience, but they just can’t keep up when it’s busy. The line was horrendously long, and after not moving for 10 minutes I looked up and no one was even taking orders at the register. Food-wise, my Cuban sandwich came out lukewarm and wasn’t crispy at all—just untoasted bread, and a soggy pickle draped over it. My friend’s food didn’t come out until about 10 minutes after mine, so we weren’t even eating together. For $13, that Cuban was just garbage. I want to like this place because I’ve enjoyed it in the past, but this visit was a mess. It’s going to take a while before I feel like coming back.
