Forgot to post came around christmas time between lunch and dinner. The place wasnt very busy but eventually picked up. We sat at the bar and had a great bartender who discussed some of the best dishes and cocktails. You have the best hurricane we have ever had and we will probably only drink your from now on. Thr food was hot and delicious and the beneights we great as well. We were glad we tried you out...finally.

Had dinner on Christmas Eve and as a native New Orleanian I expected to not be impressed but I was! Everything we had was very good especially the beignets!

We LOVE Tibby's! Every time we visit Florida we make sure to visit this restaurant. Some of our favorites are the BBQ Shrimp, Debris Spring Rolls, Boudin Rolls, Red Beans and Rice, Po Boy's and the Pasta Monica. Their Beignets are the perfect dessert to end your meal. There are a couple of locations and they have all been consistently great. Don't forget to try the Brandy Milk Punch and enjoy the beautiful decor along with the excellent service. We have been eating at Tibby's for over a decade and have never been disappointed. 5 STARS.

From the moment you walk in, you are immersed in the festive atmosphere that New Orleans is known for. From giant Mardi Gras beads to a colorful art and jester heads, this restaurant offers great food and atmosphere. We were seated promptly, great service when our server offered to half our chicken sandwich with lemon sauce(very good), promptly brought out our side that was originally incorrectly brought out. The restaurant is rated top 5 for their onion rings. I would have to agree as an onion ring frequent eater. They have thick cuts of onion rings with crispy breading that isn’t just salted, but spiced with Italian seasoning and buttermilk in the breading. The honey-crystal shrimp was delicious but be warned that the hard shell tails are under the batter so don’t put the whole shrimp in your mouth before removing the tail. I e had the debris spring roll which came with a rich gravy. I didn’t like the spring roll myself because of the heaviness of the meat inside but it was a unique dish. They also have an outdoor covered patio in front of the restaurant.

First time here. I was very impressed everything was great. Our waitress Jasmine was on point with everything and the manger Germaine was also on point. The ambience was great they make you feel at home. I would definitely come back. If you have not been here you are missing out!!! I’m extremely picky takes a lot for me to ever leave a review. The brunch was delicious and the service was awesome. Our waiter, Andrew was attentive and the general manager, G made sure we had a great experience. The praline Belgian waffle was super delicious with the praline sauce. I recommend coming to Tibby’s for brunch and the atmosphere.

This place brings all the flavors of the Nola! Great southern cuisine and amazing service. We enjoyed everything. The Honey Crisp Shrimp were a hit. I don't eat Shrimp, but I enjoyed the fried green tomatoes, onion rings and my Oyster Po' Boy. Great brunch menu on hand as well.

This place has an awesome decor, inspired in New Orleans; the decor in itself makes the visit worthwhile. The service is excellent, the food is very good. They have table service, with indoor seating and very limited outdoor seating. Inside you may also choose to sit at the bar. They have a semi private room, the Napoleon Room, which might be used for events. The menu is well thought, not very expensive, with stews and sandwiches typical of NOLA cuisine.

Our waiter Blake was awesome. My shrimp and grits was awesome. The shrimp and sweet potato fries as well as the appetizer onion rings were amazing and the hurricane was top-notch. The team really made us feel welcomed and valued!

Sarah, Brooke, and James took excellent care of us!! Food was flavorful, the Bloody Mary’s were bold and delicious, and don’t get me started on the beignets… positively sinful!! Thank you all for a fantastic dining experience!!

Sarah our server was awesome! The manager James stopped by and told us about the restaurant and to see how we were doing! I ordered the shrimp and catfish Cajun basket with sweet potato fries. The Cajun was not very spicy. The meal was delicious fresh and yummy! The sweet potato fries were amazing! Lovely atmosphere! I can’t wait to try the other locations. The one I went to was winter park!!!

We visited Tibby's for the first time on Valentine's Day, and our experience was nothing short of amazing. Everything we ordered from the appetizer, to our entrees, to the dessert was super flavorful and absolutely delicious. Service was outstanding! Will definitely be returning and bringing others to enjoy this hidden gem. Highly recommend if you are in the area!

This was our first time at Tibby’s New Orleans Kitchen, and it definitely won’t be our last! We started with the boudin rolls, which were packed with flavor and a perfect way to kick off the meal. I had the Cajun pasta, and my fiancée had the jambalaya—both were absolutely delicious and full of authentic New Orleans flavor. On top of the great food, the service was just as impressive. The guy in the green shirt (assuming he was the host) was so helpful and welcoming, showing great hospitality and even bringing us extra bread! It really made our experience even better. If you’re looking for amazing Cajun food and a warm, friendly atmosphere, Tibby’s is the place to go! Would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Family winner restaurant. This was a great place for the whole family. We have family members who are pescatarians, and they enjoyed this location restaurant. The staff were friendly. We ordered fried green tomatoes and shrimp and grits. Food came out in a decent time. Plus, no one rushed us after eating. We haven't seen each other in a while, so spending time catching up at the family favorite restaurant was a blessing. Bonus, we ended the night with beignets, although we were full.

Definitely a must go to place if you like all things Cajun. Dominique our Wonderful waitress was kind and helpful, she took good care of us We asked for the Gumbo which was really good. And the Seafood basket with shrimp, crawfish and onion rings was to die for!!! Cheerful and good music that won't drive you crazy!! Will visit again soon. Thanks for the great food and wonderful service

If you miss New Orleans, have never been but want to, or just want some delicious food, Tibby's is the place to go. The food is superb, everything my table ordered was tasty. Rita's chicken, the jambalaya, the gumbo, gator bites, it was all delicious. My jambalaya was seasoned perfectly, and had a decent amount of heat. They offer both Tabasco and Crystal hot sauce, I obviously went with Crystal. Our server seemed to not be in the friendliest mood, and seemed to stick to one location at our table of 6. My girlfriend ordered hot tea, and instead of placing the scalding hot mug on the table, handed it to my brother to pass to her. Needless to say, he burned his hand. Towards the end of the night though, our server seemed to become a bit friendlier and made a bit more effort. The atmosphere is what you'd expect from a New Orleans themed restaurant, leaning towards boisterous, in the best way. Overall, I'll definitely go back, even today if I could.

First time visiting Tibby’s kitchen. We loved it had the shrimp pasta and the shrimp gumbo both were great. This was followed up with the bread pudding. Maybe the best I’ve ever had.

Exactly what we were searching for; The Nawlins interior, friendly and helpful server. Bret took care of everything we needed, and went above and beyond. We had the trio sampler, got my kids to try fried crawfish and gator. Shrimp and grits and jambalaya were perfect! An 11 out of 10! Beignets for the win!

Such a wonderful experience. Blake was our server, he was phenomenal. My hubby and I both had Rita's chicken and agreed that it was the best chicken dish we've had anywhere. Can't wait to return.

Amazing place for Amazing NOLA food! The staff are so friendly and gave great recommendations. My server was Sarah and Germaine the manager was really cool. Definitely recommend checking it out when you can. I’m definitely going back for a Sunday weekend brunch and live music. The vibe here is fun and festive which I’m all about.

From the outside this place is very unassuming, but when you enter it’s all New Orleans and Mardi Gras. IMO this place rates the high star rating. The service, atmosphere, and food were great. I had the shrimp and catfish combo with onion rings. Everything was crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. Also had a Hurricane - very tasty. So if you’re in the area and want some southern cooking or Cajun food, I’d recommend stopping by.

Beautiful restaurant, I love the Artwork! Food was very flavorful. We ordered the catfish with cheesy grits, spinach with artichoke dip, shrimp po'boy and beignets. Cheesy grits were a little stiff but no complaints. I enjoyed everything

I am so glad we booked a table for New Years Eve at Tibby’s! It was just what we were looking for! The service was excellent, the food was absolutely delicious, and the ambiance was so fun! We were seated as soon as we walked in, which is shocking on New Year’s Eve! We booked using open table which was convenient. They are so friendly and accommodating! Excited to come back and try more of the menu!

I just love this restaurant. My husband and I make this a must stop for dinner every time we come to Orlando for a visit. We've tried a few items from the menu and they never disappoint us. We just happened to be in too for a football game, Philadelphia Eagles vs New Orleans Saints and it was really fun to see it so packed with a cheering crowd. And in spite of the many tables, the service was still as great as usual! Our favorite so far is the Rita's chicken. Oh and do not forget to order some beignets!

My first time here, we made reservations and once we entered there was no wait and we were seated. Our waiter greeted us within two mins of us being seated. It was very nice in the restaurant, a lot of beautiful art to look at while your eating. I got a Cajun shrimp basket with sweet potatoes fries. A nice cool strawberry daiquiri to drink. And my friend had Rita’s chicken with dirty rice. Then we were surprised with beignets from the manager which was very nice! The service was great and we enjoyed our meal!

What a great restaurant yo get a true NOLA experience without being in New Orleans. The decor is fantastic, our server Michelle was excelent and the food was delicious. Not only do they have authentic Beignets, but also Cafe du Monde coffee. We'll be back for sure!

This was my first visit. The atmosphere is pretty nice, lots of art and interesting decor pieces to catch the eye, service was great, our food came pretty quickly, all our meals were tasty, I had the Cajun Chicken Tenders, the sauce was pretty good. No complaints 😋. The only thing I did not enjoy was the strawberry lemonade. It had an after taste and did not taste "natural."

First time going to this place. It was the best shrimp pasta I think I have ever had. Can’t wait to go back and try more things. If you like Cajun food you can’t go wrong here! Staff was inviting and atmosphere was like we walked in off bourbon st. 5 star all around.

It’s not too many places you can get New Orleans food outside of New Orleans, that being said this place exceeded our expectations and just got pinned on my map- we will be back again. The vibe is perfectly set & you can smell that you made the right choice when you walk in the building. Germaine the manager is running a tight ship in there and they got it going on. He came and checked on us, which I feel like is always a tale tale sign the people who are running this place care about it, which showed in every aspect, and we appreciate him bringing us that comfort being so far away from home. The host was attentive & promptly got us seated. Michael our server come to find out was brand new, but you would’ve never known. The service was seamless & our food came in an impeccable flow. The appetizers hit our table in a timely manner and we had proper time to enjoy them until our entrees came. The lobster mac & steak debris eggrolls were the perfect start to the night. We enjoyed ritas chicken and the pasta Monica which were both seasoned perfectly and cooked to perfection with proper portions. It was no better way to end our night than with their beignets and expresso martinis. 10/10. Truly one of them ones you don’t want to miss when you’re in town, & if you’re a local this needs to be a staple in the rotation. Unfortunately I have no pics of the food bc it was too good to be worried about that, but I wouldn’t steer you wrong.

Stephanie provided awesome service and recommendations (we were first timers). Words cannot express the gratitude for the follow up Germaine provided. He put an extra smile on my daughter’s face after recognizing the chicken Rita on her plate was overcooked. Without question, he quickly gave her another chicken. Great food, staff and atmosphere. Our new favorite restaurant in Orlando

Go eat at Tibby’s!! Wonderful food. I went there with a friend from Louisiana and she loves the food and atmosphere. The manager is super friendly and fun. I will definitely eat there anytime I’m in town. The service was outstanding!

Some of the best food I have ever tasted. Every bite was fresh, full of flavor, especially the, gumbo, cheese grits and to die for bread pudding with brandy cream. There was so much food we had enough for two nights of dinner. Being a native Louisian, I was extremely pleased to find a taste of home in Florida. Loved everything. Open a location in Virginia Beach,VA please.

Wow! First time dining at Tibby’s and will definitely not be the last. Our server Antonia was warm and friendly and the restaurant itself is beautifully decorated with an ode to New Orleans. The food portions were HUGE and reasonably priced. I can tell the kitchen staff take a lot of pride in keeping with the authentic flavors of Cajun cuisine. Tibby’s is a must try if you are ever in the area!

Cannot say enough good things about this place! Rita's chicken is one of the best lemony chicken dishes I've ever had, and I typically order Picattas anywhere that has them. Literally everything we ordered was amazing, the staff was super welcoming, and the ambiance feels so genuine & true to New Orleans. I highly recommend the Rita's chicken and dirty rice, but the fried green tomatoes were also some of the best I've ever had. Will definitely be back, even though they're almost an hour and half from me! 1000% worth the trip.

Food was pretty good. Our server got very busy and seemed to forget about us after we got served. We had to flag him down to get water and the check. To be fair it seemed like he was helping a ton of people on a lunch shift.

We left the movie theater two stores down and walked in around 9p to get a drink and just hang out. There were a small group sitting near the front, two guys hanging out near the bar and two others on the table near the bar. My friends ordere their drinks and I went with the brandy milk punch which has brandy, Irish cream, vanilla and nutmeg and cream all tossed together ($11). The drink was quite light on the liquor and was more milk than anything else but it was just a little something to sip on while we chatted about the movie and caught up on life. We left as just as the bar was closing up, last rounds was called and they were getting ready to kick us all out.

The French bread was so stale hard. No one at the table had edible bread. What was supposed to be sandwich shrimp was mostly hard fried batter with some other rubbery seafood. Possibly popcorn shrimp. I advised Lisa, manager the lack of clarity on the menu. Not edible on a sandwich. Butterfly shrimp?? Also advised I would never again. I was so disappointed. First visit, Took a family out for an ok experience. Sweet potato fries and Spinach dip was good. Horrible experience for a New Orleans style restaurant. FYI I made mentioned, I don’t eat meat. So excited to have butter beans unfortunately that was wasted. Loaded with meat. Suggest asking a lot of questions and if it’s not what’s advertised, you should be compensated with something else.

Great energy. Great service. Great vibes. The food... 3 out of 5. I ordered the shriml and grits with a topping of crayfish. The shrimp came out cooked perfectly. The cheee.frits were very salty. The crayfish was oddly dry but a fantastic add to the dish in my opinion. The star though was the red wine gravy sauce that was in the dish. Combined together a fantastic blend of flavors. Downside was the pools of oil. Tasty but very salty. Definitely worth a trip with friends for a good time.

L
Luke

Very disappointing. I just tried their gumbo for the first time and it was INCREDIBLY watery. Felt like I was eating brown seasoned water with some cheap rice and small shrimp thrown in. Not the worst thing I've ever tasted, but definitely not the quality I expected for a $20 dish. $30 because it was delivery... I could get something better from the frozen section of a grocery store. The picture on their website shows a rich vibrant gumbo, and I was served a small bowl of seasoned brown water with oil floating at the top. I am sad now. Giving an extra star simply because I did not experience the restaurant itself, just one bad bowl of gumbo.
