I love Casa Theodoro for their pizza, I have been eating this pizza for about 3 years now(usually get it delivered) but this time I was around so I decided to eat in. I have tried other pizzerias in the Astoria area yet this one is my favorite one; always fresh ingredients, thin crust and baked to perfection, Pizza is never too greasy and I like that a lot. My favorites are Hawaiian with no sauce, Margherita or Prosciutto arugula. As for the mozzarella sticks they are also delicious, cheesy, crunchy and their marinara sauce doesn’t give me heartburn afterwards.

Loved this place! The pizzas are the best, and they also have absolutely delicious plates. The picanha and all specials are extraordinary! Highly recommend! 🙃🙂

A Brazilian Pizzeria was the interesting enough concept for me to visit this place earlier in the afternoon. Your eyes do have to be alert because the place doesn't exactly stand out and it looks narrow on the outside so if you're not actively looking for it, you will easily bypass it. Despite it's outside look, the place has a lot of length and solid enough seating space for 30 people tops. The service was fairly decent, not exceedingly outstanding but not bare minimum either. I'd say it's fairly decent. What I got for lunch was a chicken slice w/ white sauce and a chicken wrap which took it's sweet time finding itself on my table though when I got the wrap, it was worth the wait, it was pretty good. Kinda wish they didn't serve my slice early for it was a bit on the lukewarm side when the wrap came. All in all, while my experience was not perfect, it was decent so I'd give it a recommendation. Some things take more time to prepare than others.

Let me start by saying I loved the service and atmosphere. I was greeted at the counter and after making my order, was told I could have a seat and the pizza would be brought to me. I really appreciated that type of service. Two regular pizza slices were good. The Sicilian slice I ordered was a bit bland. Cheesy and fresh but it seemed to lack something to make the taste really pop. It honestly just tasted like cheese and bread and little sauce. Overall, I really liked this restaurant and would come back again.

I can not decide if I want to give 3 or 4 stars. I ordered for delivery through the Slices app. I ordered the 16" Meat Lovers pizza. 8 slices. $24.00 and I had a 15% of cupon through the app. The pizza was delivered 15 minutes before the earlist possible time for delivery was. When I opened the box it looked like a nice jucy pizza. Although you can see in thr picture that some of the slices came part already. As for taste, I was not to impressed with my first bite. But the end of my thurd slice it tastes good. I can't jump up and down over the taste. But, it is good. Overall, I might try them again. I have not found anythung in the area that jumps out to me. Pizza in Queens is not the same as in Manhattan. But I love Astoria. Update: After I reread my review, I decided to give 4 stars. I would lean more toward 5 stars, however, the pizza did not stand out to me. It was not something for me to jump up and down over. Four slices and still not something extra special. I will try to leave an update when I eat the rest of the pizza.

Brazilian pizzeria, ask for the Brazilian appetizers. The Italian pizza was decent but I prefer old school Italian like Rocco's for a regular pizza. But Rocco's doesn't have Brazilian sausage or some of the other items. These folks are very friendly and are trying hard. They have a good variety of slices. Some nights are all you can eat. They have a buy the pound lunch buffet, $6.99 per pound with the a free salad. They have games and a large table. A few families were at the table.

Pizza is really good is here. You can have pizza alacarte or "rodizio", allyoucaneat. There are 9 flavors. Some are brazilian flavor.You also can bring your own wine. The place is really cozy, nice for a date. It is small with a simple nice decoration. I went on a Sunday before a Monday holiday at 7pm, it was empty, but soon it good full. Parking is a problem, it's around residential area and it doesn't have dedicated parking space, you park on the street.

Ordered the small Margherita pizza, chicken penne a la vodka and bolinha de quiejo. The pizza was my fave! It was a nice portion for 2 people. The penne a la vodka was more creamier than I would’ve liked- good flavor but wouldn’t consider it a classic penne a la vodka. The Bolinha de Queijo was a little too greasy but overall good. Reasonable priced, I would order the pizza again

Pizza was ok. But the garlic bread is the worst! The bread was not toasted, it was literally a loaf of bread with raw chopped garlic inside. I’m Brazilian and I can tell that not even the American cheap pizza places has such a terrible garlic bread

I used to love coming here for a peaceful meal and some wine, but the atmosphere has been ruined. Loud children playing behind the counter or sprinting around the restaurant, workers screaming over the counter at their friends who hang out here, workers sitting down next to you to watch loud YouTube videos or having obnoxious phone calls on speaker phone. Solid food, but definitely not somewhere you want to sit down for a meal.
