What a fantastic grill! Xirivella. Vergé de la Salut Industrial Park. Grill with excellent quality cured meats and grilled meats. They offer two options: a half sandwich for €5.50 and a whole sandwich for €6.50. This includes a drink, a sandwich, peanuts and olives, and coffee. The half sandwich is larger than usual. Bread: good bread, nice crust, just the right crumb; it's clearly from a classic bakery, the kind they used to make. The process is as follows: You queue, pay for your half or whole sandwich, and then look at the display case or the grill and choose. They assemble your sandwich on a silver platter with your napkin and take it to your table. While you're queuing, another woman asks you what you'd like to drink and assigns you a table where she brings your drinks. Everything goes very quickly, even though the queue stretched almost to the door. The whole process is very well organized. The cashier takes your payment right away, and next to him are two girls behind a triple-sided display case with hot coals, preparing your sandwich. The selection is extensive, and everything looks delicious, homemade, and well-prepared. In the grill, you'll see enormous platters, each with its own set of ingredients. The sausages are perfectly cooked, with the characteristic ridges from being tightly packed on the grill after passing over the fire. I ordered sausages, blood sausage, and a fried egg. You can definitely smell the smoky aroma and get that distinctive flavor that meat cooked over embers retains. The non-alcoholic beer is San Miguel, very good. Cortado (a small coffee with milk): good. You can also bring your own sandwich, and they charge €3.50 for it. Excellent grilled meats in an industrial park restaurant, with a classic steakhouse feel, tiled walls, and brown wooden furniture. The atmosphere is bustling, as there is a large hall and when it gets so crowded, there is a lot of background noise and conversation can be difficult, but it is worth enduring for the quality of the raw materials.

Excellent service from the staff. It's always packed, there must be a reason. Even if there's a queue for lunch, the food comes out quickly. Great variety of sandwiches, cold cuts, and grilled meats. A delicious half-sandwich of horse meat with spring garlic and potatoes costs €6.50, and a cremaet (a type of coffee drink) is €0.50.

What a surprise! We could rename it the lunch factory, a human machine to provide the best service as quickly as possible to the workers who come for lunch. A half sandwich with a drink, cocoa, olives, and coffee costs €5.50. A wide variety of lunches, including special sandwiches or plated sandwiches with grilled sausage. The place was packed inside and on the terrace. The entire staff was friendly and prompt, everyone doing their job. Highly recommended 💯

Edited: The owner is right, I got the place wrong, but I don't know how to delete the review. I don't like leaving such low ratings, but what seemed like it was going to be a perfect dinner wasn't. The service is definitely the only redeeming feature. The food left much to be desired. The empanadas, although very tasty, were frozen in places. And the grilled meats, unfortunately, weren't cooked to perfection; everything was overcooked and difficult to eat. The flavor was good, but you expect better quality from a steakhouse. As for the atmosphere, it was very pleasant until the football match started. The TV was incredibly loud, and the music in the dining room was just as loud, making it almost impossible to have a conversation without shouting. It's a shame because we went on a recommendation, and after this experience, I don't think we'll be back.

Ayer fuimos a almorzar, la comida no estaba lo que se dice “buena”, dejémoslo en comestible. La tortilla más seca que un zapato, la cantidad brillaba por su ausencia, y la atención.. ni la comentamos!!! Si algo tenemos claro, es que hemos repetido alguna vez por darle la segunda oportunidad, pero ni la segunda ni la tercera.. 7,50 por un bocadillo entero que para encontrar la comida tenías que coger lupa! La atención de los trabajadores si fuesen más simpatic@s, porque menuda cara!

They reuse the olives. I find it unbelievable that they put so few olives in a small bowl, and then throw all the leftovers into the large container to be used again. The waitresses were also picking them up with their fingers to eat them. The worst part is that they do it openly, in plain sight. They also refill the wine, but I find that acceptable. This is not only unhygienic, but completely unacceptable for a restaurant. Such a practice calls into question the entire hygiene of the establishment. We won't be back, and I don't recommend it. It's a shame because the lunch was good, and the cremaet was perfect.
