I enjoy going to this one. I was hoping that it was not crowded. The staff and manager are great, friendly and professional. They even sometimes help you decide and even let you sample the food so you can make a desirable choice. Thank you. Keep up the good work.

The best Panda Express ever. Sanghai beef was very sofe and fresh. Orange chicken was a little spicy while other panda express serves only sweat tastes. I usually dont like fried rice of PE, but it was very delicious here. Everything was very fresh. I visited on Tuesday so there were not many ppl. I didnt wait. Ladies working there were very kind.

I have bought the family meal 3 times recently. You get 3 large entree's and 2 large sides. 2 of us enjoyed that meal at least 3 times and found that it even gotten better over time. Highly recommend. Ordered delivery all 3 times.

Cant complain at all, food was well prepared and service was great. I wish she would have asked if I needed forks and chop sticks, it would be a standard, i got home and the kids werent happy they didnt get chop sticks. aside from that, Get the Family Meal!!! its a steal! I got the Rice, noodles, one large orange chicken, two large beijing beef, and then I ordered a 3 meat platter to make sure me my wife and the 3 kids would have enough to eat. Everything came to about $65. This amount of food would ahve been more than $90 somewhere else..

Chow mein is a little too crunchy, idk if that’s how Panda Express is in general or just this location since my first few times having it came from here. Nonetheless that orange chicken and spicy beef are really good! Staff moves at lightening speed.

Really good Chinese food, my delivery arrived fast and piping hot. Very big portions that will satisfy the heartiest of appetites. If I had one complaint some of the dishes were a little too sweet probably a bit more than you'd find at your local Chinese place. I would opt for their more savory dishes although the orange chicken was legit.

The food was good. By the time ubereats arrived with my order, it was cold and I didn’t have a taste for it anymore. Pretty good portion sizes and flavorful. I ordered the Beijing beef and the teriyaki chicken - both delicious !

There was no white rice. I don't like fried rice. I though it was strange. I asked and I was told they don't make it every day. I know that is not true. The food was great and so is the price.

Had they're spicy chicken and original orange chicken it was amazing , cooked fresh still steaming hot and I had those with noodles which weren't as flavourful but still delicious 🍜

The food was actually pretty good, especially for fast food. And the service was fast. I have to say, good value for the money. I’m leaving 4 stars instead of 5 because I ordered Beijing beef and they just sent an extra serving of orange chicken. If you’re out of something, just call and offer a refund or replacement.

Reliable Panda Express to the rescue, nice to rely on the consistency of this chain. We enjoyed this experience here, it is clean, has a large seating area, and lots of customers mean regularly hot food being replaced. Staff is friendly. Enjoy!

Panda Express was relatively new to me until one opened up in the Cross County shopping center in Yonkers. The first time I ordered the food there I realized this was not your granddad's Chinese food store. These people are the Chinese food what Chipotle is to fast food, the tip top epic peak of the crowd. Not only is the food well prepared but almost anything you pick from the menu is super delicious and that's for me when I'm finished eating I usually want to have a second one. But that would be gluttony . They can be depending on the time you go a victim of their own success. I've seen the place crowded to where the line went outside the store and partway down the sidewalk. But if it's like that, pull out your phone do your order online walking to the store bypass the line and pick it up within a few minutes. They have standard meal size, a bigger meal size with an exercise or if you're especially hungry you can have the big guy meal with four different sides of meat. There's always a choice of white rice, brown fried rice, or noodles. Pay attention to the spicy meter before your order something. And foods that are spicy make sure you pull apart or at least separate the peppers from what you're about to eat unless you're going for punishment. I had a spicy beef spicy orange beef and it was delicious as hell but I accidentally bit into a piece of one of the peppers and like the cartoons were smoke comes out of the characters ears and their eyeballs are popping out of their heads, that's the image that popped into my mind. But nothing a nice sip of ginger ale didn't calm down. Panda Express is my go-to when I don't feel like ordering Chipotle, and to be honest I've been going to Panda Express more than the other place.

As a surprise I took some family members to this Panda Express since they never been there. Gotta say this is one of the better Panda Express locations. The food was very good. The service provided by Kevin L. Is worthy of him getting accolades from his supervisors. The atmosphere was your typical fast food place only they keep it clean. Definitely will be back.

Good tasting fresh food, first time stopping by here! It was a busy day long line after I left. Pretty good amount of serving! Their veggie roll was amazingly crunchy and fresh. I bought the plate with two entree’s (grilled chicken and angus steak w/ broccoli rabe). I had to wait for fresh batch of steak cause they ran out. Would definitely come back another time when I stop and shop around that area.

The wait time here is horrible. Ran out of chicken. Nothing else prepared. Waited a long time for food.. Employees talk too much amongst each other. Young manager seem to not have control over his team.

Lines are frequently long. The restaurant is always understaffed. Many popular menu items are frequently out of stock or needing to be prepared. The food itself, if you can get any, is good and consistent with other Panda locations.

They need to step their customer service up a bit. There so focused on online order while having a long line of customers waiting around, plus it takes 3 different people to serve each thing you order. Don't give me wrong, the food is good. It just sucks waiting 20mins in line then an extra 10mins to be served.

Service was slow due to long line and couple ahead of me didn't really know what they wanted , so they decided to taste test & sample the entree menu! Otherwise once I got my order the food was good and price was right for the amount you get to eat.

I usually order through Uber Eats, but I was in the area and figured I would pick up. I placed my order maybe 10-15 minutes before getting there, and it was super telling when I arrived and another woman who was super irritated about waiting so long for her food; literally everyone who walked in and got on line, was able to get their order before her. Then when she left, I ended up in her exact position; waiting for my food while they served people who had just walked in. When I asked, one of the servers told me I needed to wait longer… It was until I spoke up more that someone else was able to just fix my order in minutes. Like, the food is mostly always great; fresh and hot, but the service? Garbage. I get being busy and overwhelmed, but come up with a better system so that way everyone is being taken care of in a timely manner.

Food is always delicious but I am unimpressed with the staff. I paid almost 9 dollars for a kid meal since prices have gone up yet they skimp on the amount of food they give and give you an attitude when you ask them to fill it up since you paid for it same thing goes for sauces, when you ask for more than just two little packets of sauce they give you such an attitude. if I just spent close to $30 on food I think they should be able to give more than two saues without the attitude!

The quality of the food prepare have changed. The only thing you taste in their dishes is sugar!

I'm very disappointed with the service I received from this location. I ordered for pickup drove 20mins to and from to get the food. When I open the bag a whole meal was missing. I called them and l was told to either come back to pick up the food or wait for the next day for the general manager to deal with it. How negligent was that. 😔

The food is usually good. I guess the cook wasn't on his/her game this day. Noodles were dry. Rice seems a little off. The black pepper chicken was off as well. These are all fresh batches.

I bought a plate, chow mein with grill teriyaki chicken and walnut shrimp. The shrimp was ok but the chow mein was horrible, the grill chicken bitter because they don't clean the burnt grill. All burn residue is on the chicken.

Service was not good, we were eating cold food , price good, you can eat there, but tell them you want you food "hot"

I ordered Kung Pao and Sweet Fire Chicken which are my favorite Panda dishes. While generous in portion size, absolutely bland. No spice at all. Might as well eat McNugets from McDoos. This is not why the put the chili beside them on the menu.

The service was good and fast, but the food was not great. In addition to ordering the family meal, I ordered the bigger plate and was disappointed with only receiving a few pieces of broccoli as one of the entrees. The batter on the chicken and beef was so overwhelming that there does not seem to be any meat. It tasted like fried flour in sauce. The chow mein noodles were dry and tasteless. The grilled teriyaki chicken was decent and the watermelon mango refresher was delicious.

I sometimes only go here because it’s supposed to be fast and easy. What’s the point of ordering online if your order is never ready on time. You end up spending your whole break waiting for your order. I will no longer come to this place, the staff see you and don’t even prioritize the orders that are already paid for. Smh

My experience at Panda Express was a mixed bag. While the food met the expectations for fast food, there's room for improvement. The dishes lacked a certain freshness, and the variety seemed somewhat limited. The service, unfortunately, left much to be desired. The staff appeared disengaged. On a positive note, I must commend the cleanliness of the establishment. The restaurant was impeccably maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere. If Panda Express focuses on enhancing both its food quality and service efficiency, it could significantly elevate the overall dining experience.

The service was great from the 3 people who waited on me ,the time was short but in my order I had 3 plates, Swifire chicken breast , Honey with shrimp and the last plate was Broccoli Beef. We ordered to go . In all three plates there was only 1-2 pieces of chicken , beef or shrimp. They pack the plates with Fried Rice as well as Chow mein, to make seem that you paid for value but I was disappointed

Avoid this place. It's always the disgruntled employees are the face of the company. It's more like they profile you and serve you accordingly. Worst experience ever. You order ahead and all they do is make sure you don't return. If you don't like your job go do something else. No fried rice and they sprinkle a bit of beef and top it off with broccoli. Workers have been very nasty, get orders wrong and then when you say something about it they get ruder. One worker got my order wrong today (3/12/25) and she ended up shoving both the bag and receipt in my face.

The server was ruled made my wife and I feel as if it was a bother to choose what we wanted to eat even ordered the same thing as each other and got served uneven portions.. Customer service is everything in a business or establishment and I Definitely don't see myself returning.

Never again. I've had bad experiences for 2 years with this place. Knowing the turn over rate for employees there I've tried to give them chances every half a year or so, but it's always the same problems: slow service, out of fried rice, lack communication with the customers, poor quality food. This time I went in and asked how long for the fried rice to be ready and they said 3 minutes. About 6 minute later it was finally done, which isn't so bad except the girl taking orders neglected to let anyone know from me and anyone new that there were about 10 orders ahead of me adding an extra 10 minutes to the wait! I will say that the girls there today we trying to be speedy, which is the only reason I gave them a second star.

Food is good for the price but they need to hire more people. It's always understaffed so the service is extremely slow almost every time I come to this location. This has been going on there for a very long time.

I tried the food here once, and never went back. Three different meats were purchased; chicken,, pork and beef. All were very tough to chew; as they seemed to be over cooked. The ones that were breaded, were too hard. It was like eating fried jerky. Needless to say, I did not have a good experience with the selections. This is not a place that I would recommend to anyone. Tonight was not a good night. Very slow with the service due to products not being available. The chow mein was at the bottom and the server sifted through it to make my order. I would of take all rice instead. The cooks appeared to be overwhelmed by the front line people asking for items when they are scraping the pans. This is a good restaurant just need to tighten up the crew with stronger people who know their position

NEVER use their catering service. I had 2 orders for 2 separate corporate offices and the orders were almost 1.5 hours late. I had people waiting. And they also managed to give the wrong order to the wrong delivery person. Total mess and embarassing. I will never recommend nor use them again.

Should have taken photos but they literally gave us no food. Not even a full spoon of the entree. The rice was hard. Terrible. We ordered 2 bigger plates and a bowl. I recently ate here 3 days ago or so and a manager called Miguel was very rude to me and his own employees. I saw him yelling at another customer because she wanted to take out an extra piece of teriyaki off her plate and he said no he’s going to charge her for it when she clearly didn’t want it. The lady ended up walking out store with no food saying she would never come here again. While I was on the line paying Day had no change so she asked the manager to get some because she was dealing with me ( a paying customer) and he told her that’s not his problem . He was very rude to her and started arguing with her about how it’s her job to get change. She was very nice to me and apologize for having no change which was no big deal . Never eating here again though management was so rude !!

Wassup with the teeny tiny portions they give when you order through uber eats? A tiny lil teaspoon of rice, smallest amount possible of chicken, etc? When I order in person its not like that? But ANYTIME I order thru uber eats I get this nonsense. 🙄 never again in person OR through uber. Anyway they been sketch as hell to me ever since that time where they were requiring the clot shots in order to dine in at their lousy locations.

This store is never prepared with fresh food ... or in the case of my last visit, ANY food. It was 830pm and they do not close until 930pm and they were trying to sell that scraps and scrapings from the bottom of the pans and refused to make any fresh food. The store was packed full of people too. I have always had this problem with this particular store. Very poorly managed. Ridiculous. Never again.

This Panda express is horrible and needs to consider shutting down or getting better management and staff. The managers are clueless and the workers seems to not get along with one another. Maybe that's why they never open on time and when they finally do open the food is never prepared, especially the chicken teriyaki which happens to be the best selling item. It's never prepared! Even when you order online for pickup your food will not be prepared when you get there (it's happened to me twice) all they do is point fingers ato each other and offer no apologies for the inconvenience. I hope corporate reads all the complaints because they need major changel at this location.

I ordered chicken teriyaki and lo mein noodles. The server was skimpy on the chicken, and the lo mein . The noodles was so dry that I could not eat it. The food was horrible. I am returning it. I am not going to spend money on food that I am not satisfied with..

Terrible service. I got home and nothing I ordered was in the food containers. No one answers the phone. Horrible place. Repeated the order 4/5 times, even at the cashier, still it was all wrong.

I wish I could give this place negative stars because wow what a terrible job. Out of almost every food item and were not listening correctly to orders. The wait was not bad. The food was disgusting. Very dry and no flavor. I had lomain, terriyaki chicken and the rice with vegetables. My entire family did not enjoy. Deff overpriced. I went today 12/31 it's new yrs and busy understandable. We order and are ready to pay and that's when the problems start. We were a big group so Kenny tries to explain to Sophia (new worker apparently) how to put in a big order, she shoos him away. She then proceeded to put our order in (incorrectly). When we tell her, Angel comes and clear whatever she did and he fixes her mistakes. Now the line was out the door which could have been avoided if she just took the help Kenny was trying to give her. Sophia needs to learn to accept help especially when training.

Food not fresh. Fried shrimp was too tough to eat. Like it was made yesterday and left out all day. And only got 3, maybe that's a good thing. Walnut shrimp had no taste. Never going again.

Came here to redeem my t-mobile Tuesday code, and the manger gave me such a hard time. With the Tmobile code, you have to place an order online, but there location is saying you can’t place an order from this location. I asked the manager to explain to me why my sister had no problem getting it from here but it’s a problem with me. She just kept saying the promotion has ended even tho it doesn’t expire till Friday night. Terrible management.

Don't eat here. The customer service is terrible. They don't accommodate their customers, they were out of all of their veggie sides and would not add a little more of the entree to compensate. I had placed an order today for pick up. I was coming from far so I figured let me order it ahead of time. My pick up time was at 11:15 am, the store opens at 11 am. I arrow at 11:25 am and the placed was completely closed the chair was up on the table you don't see any employees on preparing food to at least try to open up. As I wait there by the door there is an employee that is trying to get into the place himself, he seemed so confused. I asked him if the were going to open anytime soon? He responded and said idk what's going on right now. I finally gave up and left around 11:30 am. Worst experience ever I used to to love spot but after a while the began to slip up. Horrible place. This particular Panda Express gives you partially cooked food and very little quantity. I was given noodles which were barely cooked and given small portions even though I was charged full price. The staff too are very cold and give you a stern look for the slightest thing. Will never go to this store again; look elsewhere. Wished i could give them zero stars.

They really skimp at this branch. We ordered a family meal. The server couldn’t bother to fill any of the boxes, fearing to give us the full amount that we ordered. The KungPao chicken was filled so many peanuts that it’s disturbing to eat. Check out the picture. A quarter of the box is peanuts!! Mind you in Chinese food for this dish the peanuts are supposed to be garnish - sprinkled on for presentation purpose. But this branch seems to use it as one of the main ingredients. They are dishonest scammers. Scamming customers $$ and short change them on food. Panda Express food is always yummy but we’ll never come here again.

Got food today, I ordered white rice with teriyaki chicken. The rice was half cooked, tons of hard rice along with mushy rice. It was dusgusting, the chicken was wet like it wasn’t fully cooked and didn’t taste like chicken. Total waste of money

Every time I order from uber eats it's an issue. They NEVER EVER send soy sauce. Or any sauce at all. Theres no option to add it. I always have to beg the driver to ask for some. I've called about the issue multiple times. Management always offers free food as though that can be redeemed through uber eats. And now when I order my food same issue and they gave me old burnt rice. It literally is in chunks. I'm over it!!!! My last time eating at any panda express thanks to this location.

I’d pass on this place food looks stale, some of its burned and undercooked. Garbage can overflowing, soda taste watered down. Tables are not cleaned off. The cashier today “Rahi” was slow , rude & didn’t ring up everything. I just would find someplace else to eat. Peace of rubber found in my sons food, we didn’t ask for compensation just advised the cashier and she just gave a plain look. This is when we threw our food out and left. Not worth the trouble trying to hold them accountable

The Orange chicken and chow mein was great at first but steak was to spicy with four chili. When we order another chow mein, it was raw and cashier was horrible to us messing up our order which in the end the service was terrible.

I feel really bad writing this review because the manager was very professional and apologetic about his rude staff but, STAY CLEAR OF HERE, I entered this store at 9 pm and was told by the short cashier girl, as I was ordering at the kiosk that everything wasn’t available ( which this whole situation could’ve been avoided if she used her head and said to order with her instead of kiosk but I guess that’s why she works there, full shade * ) so before ordering on the kiosk I looked and saw the items I wanted were there however, the staff was packing food for themselves so it was gone just as the order was going through, one of the other workers told the cashier girl if she had told us some items were not available to which in ears distance explained she did while cursing and condescending us THE CUSTOMERS, so trying not to make a big deal of everything, we asked for a refund which they brought the manager ( who again was great and professional ) offered to make us what we ordered and while finishing up, another employee tried to get the last of food FOR HIMSELF, that we already paid for, the manger had to bicker with him while the employee made us seem like the problem …. Overall horrible service, great manger, horrible employees, if the manger is reading this please fire those employees don’t let them embarrass you! Until new staff is here, DO NOT COME HERE

I would never go back to this place again. They serve you fried flour dough with sauce, where is the chicken meat? Seriously chicken breast is one of the cheapest food which I pretty sure this company buys them for very cheap price. Stop being cheap with the meat!

This experience was such a heartbreak this place was a nostalgic memory for me I used to come here as a kid I used to love getting my orange chicken teriyaki chicken and a big helping service of lo mein now now I am so disappointed because I spent $35 to $40 ( I still have the receipt ( and not only was it super expensive for what I purchased but it wasn't even good it was almost just the crispy part of the chicken drenched in a sauce that was burnt and sticky.... Trust me I have been eating Panda Express for 20 plus years . From the moment you walk in, the food looks delicious and the smell is amazing — but that’s where the good part ends Once you start ordering, the portions are shockingly small, and when the food actually arrives, it looks completely different from what you expected. Most of the dishes are either burnt, rubbery, or dripping with oil. The steak was paper thin and practically soaked in grease instead of being juicy or flavorful. The chicken, which I thought would be roasted, looked like something microwaved instead. With the exception of the broccoli beef, every protein dish was disappointing and poorly cooked. Overall, the food was a major letdown despite the restaurant’s promising first impression.

I placed online order for family pack of 5 items. Online order showed completed on my order but I didn't receive email. So I quickly drove to the restaurant, sever asked me to wait 5 minutes, packed my food and gave it to me. I took it home and realized it's missing one item. I drove back and explained, another server gave me the item in much smaller box than I paid for. At this point I was unhappy and I asked them to give me my item and give me something extra for inconvenience. They made me wait another 15 minutes and ended up give me something extra. I was kind of feeling ok now. But at home eating extra alone didn't seem to be fun. Just not happy when someone wastes an hour of my time. Nothing seems to compensate for wasted time. I prefer not to go here again after this experience but my kid likes their food.

HAIR IN MY DAUGHTERS FOOD COMPLETELY UNSANITARY! I DIDNT PAY $11 FOR MY CHILD TO EAT SOMEONES DIRTY HAIR. I JUST TOLD HER THEY SHOULD BE WEARING HAIR NETS. ONLY ONE GIRL ON THE LINE SERVING FOOD HAD A HAIR NET, WHILE ALL THE OTHER STAFF HAIR WAS FLYING FREE HANGING DOWN THE SIDES OF THEIR FACES AND ALL AS IF THEY DONT SHED 100 STRANDS OF HAIR DAILY. THISPLACE IS SCREMING FOR THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT, FINES FEES AND SHUT DOWN. GET IT TOGETHER DISGUSTED 🤢. TO TOP IT OFF STAFF LACKS PERSONALITY WITH THE EXCEPTION OF 2 OF THE STAFF.

Today I found a BLACK ANT in my food and I will share the photo. These people do not clean or check to do their job concerning food properly. I've eaten from here quite a few times and the food is fine at times but today was just the worst and I already ate my food when I spotted the ANT. Thank God I found it. I don't know how many was in there before that one. Ordered off of uber eats.

Dear Panda Express, I am greatly disappointed with my recent dining experience at Panda Express cross county. My initial excitement about trying Panda Express for the first time quickly turned into frustration. The customer service I received was subpar from the beginning – I was charged for my order, and upon receiving it, I discovered that crucial items, such as rice and chicken teriyaki, were missing. The subsequent 25-minute wait, along with other customers, only added to the dissatisfaction. When my order finally arrived, it was a small chicken teriyaki, but to my dismay, the chicken was completely raw. This not only ruined my meal but also made me sick. Additionally, the rice was distasteful, further contributing to my overall negative experience. Given the severity of these issues, I have decided that I will not be returning to Panda Express in the future. Your team definitely needs training in all aspects.
