I've been here for a Couple time and always is nice and clean , they have a maintenance people who doing a great job . Also about the schedule they close Dinner Room at Midnight BUT they are 24 Hours Drive-thru , it was so Convenient who likes enjoy a late night meal .

This location is very nice and clean with excellent staff providing great customer service over the phone and in person making good customers want to return back! HERE'S MY MAJOR CRITICISM: THE PRICES HERE ARE VERY HIGH COMPARED TO OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE YONKERS WESTCHESTER AREA AND THIS IS UNFAIR PRICE GOUGHING THAT MUST BE FIXED! YOU ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A LOT OF HIGHWAY TRAFFIC TRAVELERS PASSING THROUGH BUT THERE ARE STILL LOCAL CUSTOMERS LIKE ME THAT DON'T WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!

Customers beware when ordering via the application. If the restaurant doesn't have an item you ordered, you will be out of whatever you paid, because the restaurant claims they can't refund it. No wonder they don't have a direct customer service number. BK is always promoting to order from the app. This might be the reason, once you pay you just because a victim of their scam. After reading the last review, I'm glad they didn't have the item I ordered. I'm deleting my app, after posting this review, I won't visit that restaurant ever again

Visit started off nicely until it was time to pay. I questioned the amount and the cashier/manager became irritated that I challenged the amount. She did actually rung it up incorrectly. It seemed to be a problem when asked to retake the order. I was owed back money and it was shown on the revised receipt. Money my change and even the condiments were just placed on the counter without any eye contact. There was a special request and it was not fulfilled. The onions were not a fresh batch was not the correct temperature and were broken up and old. Food would of been better if the service was. Rereading the order before cash out also helps.

The worst burger I have tasted in a loooongg time. It tasted of pure chemicals!! That grill must be filthy & never cleaned because it was not a fresh grilled tasting burger. Will NEVER eat from here ever again. This food is NASTY!

The employee from the drive through try to kill me by adding a A bacon which I am allergic to, and I have called them many times and they respond and they said they cannot do nothing and that the kitchen issue not their issue in the offer, no hope at all to resolve this matter

I have ordered the cotton candy slushie twice in different occasions, The slushie itself and the cup both smell like wet gym socks. Terrible. The liquid itself smells like someones armpit that has not showered in 3 days. They hace not cleaned those machines in a long time. This is a concerning health hazard.

I’ve only ever used the drive thru at this BK and the non management staff is great! It’s just the evening manager that sucks on another level. No patience, no customer service, rude, little understanding of English. The latest incident involved me placing a mobile order twice by mistake, and when I asked her what to do and if they could void the other order, she kept saying she doesn’t know what to do, dismissing me, flippant. I told her even if you can’t void the second, I will contact customer service, but how do I prove I didn’t get the food? She continuously dismissed me saying I don’t know. Sorry, can’t help. This is the second time I’ve had to deal with her and both times was a total unhelpful mess. I go regularly to get fries for my daughter and the evening staff is GREAT!!! I also have no food complaints, but I won’t go to this location anymore just because of her!
