This White Castle certainly has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Most people who came in ordered their food for takeaway (the venue doesn't have much seating), but we ate ours on-site and it was a very enjoyable meal. Everything was freshly cooked and tasted great.

I enjoy going to this white castle location. Great teamwork staff. Variety of options. Staff repeats the order back to the customer before putting the order through to be prepared. Staff ask if customers wants sauces or any condiments with the order after order is in the bag which is great. Like going to this location. Highly recommend this location.

I'm reading a lot of reviews that seem to be written by people who have never worked in this kind of business, nor run a fast food place. I started going to White Castle when I was a kid, and am approaching 70 now. My best recollection is of the one on Fordham Road, though it looks nothing like that these days. Still, I like them and when I get the chance to get some without going out of my way, I will. So today we hit the one in Yonkers, because I wanted to. Service was reasonably prompt, and the food was as expected. The staff was friendly, although the guy who we were talking to seemed to have some difficulty understanding that my lady wanted one packet of mustard to go with her chicken, which we somehow didn't get. Other than that, we enjoyed the visit.

It had been a long time since I'd been inside a White Castle. I usually buy them frozen, lol Anyhow, all the employees were friendly & didn't question me about my service dog. I thank them for that. I've been hassled too much lately over him. I have rights & will stand up for my rights. The food was good & fresh. French fries were hot. Lucky liked his treat of 2 plain burgers. He even ate a few fries. He's particular about fries too. He won't eat Burger King fries. However, he loves McDonald's fries, lol

I know the owner and he keeps everything at a high standard...I got to know him over the years of me stopping for breakfast or lunch depending on my work shift. He hires hard workers who are always pleasant and clean.

It was the most longest wait. Tried drive-thru, waited, waited too long, then went inside, no one was taking acknowledge the customers on the line so I went back to the drive-thru. Supposedly they were short of staff that day. Nevet have I've been through this.

I bought 4 original sliders last night at 915p thru Uber. I gave them a great review before I ate because the last 3 times I went at night, it was great. Last night was different. The burgers looked like they were overcooked and sitting on the heat all day. The onions and ketchup on it looked old as well. It was also very salty. I was really disappointed because from the last 3 times my girlfriend and I went in person, the burgers were very fresh! Do you just treat online orders that way!? I should have taken pics.

Dinning área is dated and falling apart. Dirty also needs cleaning and attention. Soda machine never working. NEVER! Customer Bathroom out of order. This place used to be a lot better.
