I got the special the Shaq-a-Roni which is supposed to be pepperoni& extra cheese and there was no extra cheese. I also order the honey chipotle wings and they shorted me on my wings. Word of advice, count your wings before you leave the store. Unbelievable if you ask me!!!

So I have one for From here they messed up my whole order. I ordered one cheese pizza and one chicken. They tried to tell me it was chicken and it wasn’t. The guy pointed his finger near My Food. I told him can he make it over they had an attitude, and I said the order clearly states chicken on here. He tried to tell me no it doesn’t I had to show him the paper and it said chicken not only that My Daughter is allergic to dairy. I ordered a papa dea with sauce and chicken. They have put cheese inside of My Daughter‘s food. I explained to him he could have killed my daughter. He was not even genetic or anything so I called him back over the phone and asked him. Can you bring My Daughter another one? He said sure if you could pay five dollars I said why should I have to pay five dollars because you messed up why should I have to pay five dollars because you messed up I said once again you messed up on My Daughter‘s phone she cannot have dairy and you put cheese on My Daughter‘s food. He never apologize. Once said OK I will bring the food he said over The Driver is busy. He’s too busy to bring you anything that’s fine I will try to come and get it. It goes once again if you pay five dollars I could have to driver Bring it to you

Worst Papa John’s !!!! I walked in and was immediately on ten toes. I decided to walk in and order good thing I did. The gentleman on the register was chewing some type of red stuff, making his lips and teeth red. I don’t know why but still proceeded to order a medium pie with extra pepperoncini. He rang me up took the cash. There was also a gentleman working also in the back walking by rubbing his nose with his tee shirt on his cell phone. Another guy walked in from completing a delivery and gave both of the guys a hand shake. The gentleman on the register then went to take the dough and prep my pizza without washing his hands or putting on gloves I mean seriously. I would never ever in my life go back there and definitely will be reporting them to the health department very unsanitary conditions in this restaurant. When i then asked the gentleman whom i placed the order with can i get a refund very quite. He then yelled what you placed order online no request back money online. I then told him he was completely out of his mind because he just took my money I have home cash. After going back and forth for 5 minutes he said ok he found my order in the register rings and would give me a refund. I mean the nerve of this guy I’m still in complete shock. With all these viruses and sicknesses going around you would think they would handle food with care.

Do not order delivery. They don't actually deliver. The driver will get close to where you are and then try and make you come find them. If I needed to leave my place and walk down the block to get the pizza anyway, I'd be better off picking something up from a local, not terrible chain spot or getting a frozen pizza from the store. I didn't pay delivery and tip to get in an argument with someone who refuses to do their job. Avoid at all costs.

The delivery guy don't like to deliever door to door delivery meanwhile it's part of the service he was rude, he didn't even want to come up at least the elevator since they don't like to come up what's the sense of paying for delivery service they shouldn't be asking on how we want our delivery service on the website if they not going to deliver properly. I waited half an hour for a burnt cold pizza

This place is trash, you order and tip they still don’t come up. Yesterday I ordered my son a pizza pie, everything was fine with his pie but I on the other hand was tired of ordering anything from there cause they’re really bad, but I decided that I would order some chicken bits, chicken looked great, I bit into it and can’t break it apart with my teeth(when chicken is tough like that it’s probably raw) I tried to eat another one.. same thing, through all the chicken in the garbage, I recommend you eat somewhere else!

Zero stars. Papa John’s needs to do something, this restaurant smears the name of the company. The owner threatens you (a friend of mind, saw it with my own eyes), and won’t deliver to the door. Was in my house with a broken foot and had to argue with the owner and delivery driver to come to my door. My wife, who was very sick had to walk downstairs to pick up $30+ worth of food. Then, they tried to mark my order as delivered without actually delivering the food and took another 50 minutes on top of the 50 minutes I waited to get the food. So basically 1 hour and 40 minutes — I spent $34.00. Thats a lot of money to be treated that way. Especially for pizza. Also very cheap, they tried to charge my buddy seventy five cents for a garlic sauce and didn’t include the pepper that comes with my order. It’s worse than the DMV.

I usually buy here with no issues since I have a special discount from my job, they usually get it right, but today I’ve been waiting for over an hour for my correct order. They sent the wrong pizza and wrong soda, the ticket even has a different address on it so idk how that happened. We’ve been waiting and waiting to receive what we order and they said “yeah, he’s on his way”. Waited and waited and called again: “give us a few minutes, he’s delivering other pizzas”. You would think that if they mess up, they would try to fix their mess before delivering to other people. We ordered, paid and expected what we ordered and paid for. It’s not that hard.

I’m giving this place zero stars if possible. The fact that they are even able to still be in business with the level of customer service shown between the delivery driver and the present manager at the time( Malik) is unbelievable. I placed an ordered for delivery and not only was the delivery driver unreasonable making me come to the lobby but he flat out refused to give me my food because the 4 digits on my card didn’t match what was on the receipt. When I explained I used Apple Pay and tried to show him the card on my phone he yelled at me and told me he refuses to give me the food, driving off. Calling the store proved fruitless cause the manager claimed the driver said my ID and card didn’t match, which was an lie, I actually had to go to the location and prove them wrong. The manager was apologetic but still made excuses for his driver. Long story short, I got a full refund and will not be ever ordering from them again. I’ve already filed a complaint with corporate as well. By the way the manager even said he didn’t know how Apple Pay works. Maybe papa Johns needs to train their employees better before accepting certain payment methods.

The pizza was fine in all fairness. But they sent me cinnamon buns (I'm highly allergic to cinnamon) and it's been an hour that I've been waiting for the correct order. I called the first time to politely inform them of THEIR mistake and it sounded like they were joking around while on the phone and seemed like the manager didn't care. Second time I called and what was said to me was, "I don't know what to tell you the driver will be there in a few minutes" Great service Papa John's on S. Broadway in Yonkers 👍
