This is now an egh place. I was there for the remodel and at the time it offered pizza and other fabulous pastries. The menu looked dismal just sandwiches and soup and it looked like the pastries were gone. Nevertheless we had a gluten free grilled cheese sandwich and the turkey. Upstairs is a whole nother restaurant but it closes at a certain point and turns into the employee pub.

Free drinking locally-sourced water and fresh brewed coffee drinks and pastries from the Peet’s with vegan / plant-based milk options (I only asked for soy and oat). Sandwiches, salads, oatmeal, gravy and biscuits, salads, and other snacks! Very spacious!

Degnan’s deli has a delicious turkey sandwich. Add avocado if you get one, it is worth it :). We wanted to order the salmon but they ran-out :( WiFi in Degnan’s is better than WiFi at hotel 👍

Cozy and warm interiors provide a wonderful retreat from the weather outside. Modern feel with beautiful wood and architecture. Expensive and not the best tasting food, but it’s a warm meal. They have good breakfast sandwiches. Excellent hot oatmeal. Questionable sausage and gravy with the biscuits. My friend got a veggie sandwich and the soy patties were still cold. Super good coffee, soy options available. A large americano was almost $5. But it’s super good and you’re in the middle of a forest where you can watch waterfalls fall. Free parking out front. Limited parking, may need to park in the Village and walk over. Credit cards accepted. You can grab fruit, yogurt and pre-made sandwich’s.

Came here for breakfast before exploring the valley for th day. The food is pretty good, as will as the service. Th raspberry pastry I had was excellent! Great atmosphere, early in the morning anyway. We had a screaming kid so we probably offset that a little 😂. Recommend checking this place out!

Was hoping to dine in at the loft. However it is close for some reason and we ended up buying from the deli. They have limited amount of selection to choose from. I ordered the Pastrami sandwich and the soup of the day which is Bacon Potato soup. Sandwich is okay, as it taste very normal for me. Not really memorable. However, the soup is quite tasty and I enjoyed it. Prices is a bit high, which is expected when your buying food inside the national park.

If you’re a coffee snob like me, you already know the struggle in Yosemite Valley because most of the coffee options aren’t great. So let me save you the trouble: you really only have two decent choices. One is here at Degnan’s, where they serve Peet’s Coffee, and the other is the Starbucks inside Base Camp Eatery. Degnan’s also offers a few small pastries to pair with your drink. I want to give a special shout out to Maria, who was working the counter during our visit. She was so friendly and refreshingly honest. She realized she forgot to apply a discount for the guest ahead of me, immediately called him back, and corrected it. She absolutely didn’t have to do that, but actions like that show real integrity. I love seeing that kind of customer care in such a busy national park setting. Just a heads up: Degnan’s doesn’t have a huge food selection. Our friends grabbed a bagel and a cinnamon roll, which were perfect for a quick bite or something easy to take on the go. And honestly, if you find yourself wanting to complain… take a breath and remind yourself why you’re here. You didn’t come to Yosemite for craft coffee or gourmet food. Remember, you came for the experience, the nature, and the views. Degnan’s does exactly what you need it to do before a big day of exploring the park.

It's alright. The restaurant has free WiFi, but other than that, it's kind of basic. Food wasn't the greatest, and they didn't have a large selection. The line is usually pretty long, and it's a bit of a hike to get here. Probably wouldn't come again, but it's decent for a restaurant in the middle of a national park.

I visited both the days for breakfast & lunch They had only limited items on the menu ( 6 types of sandwiches, 2 soups) & cold salads. Breakfast items - oatmeal, gravy & sandwich. The coffee & bakery items are good & fresh made.All the items are affordable. They have a large dining space ( indoor & outdoor) which is cozy & comfortable.

I greeted the cashier/server. Hi how are you doing today and he literally just nods at me no smile no I’m great. How are you? Just cold stare and nods. OK, no small talk. I’ll take a breakfast burrito egg sandwich and bagel with cream cheese. The quality of food was extremely poor , cream cheese, and bagel was OK, but it’s pretty hard to screw that up. The eggs seem fake and rubbery. The cheese also seem to have that craft plastic flavoring. All in all, not appetizing, overpriced, and horrible service To be straightforward, the guy wasn’t rude. He just lacked any aspect of Customer Service skills or communication skills.

Do yourself a favor and don’t eat here. It’s over priced, the food is stall, and the staff is rude. We had some biscuits and gravy and the biscuits were tough and hard to swallow. The lady preparing the food was pretty rude too. Everyone waited about 10 minutes for the biscuits to even come out. I would go elsewhere for breakfast in Yosemite! Save your money.
