Delicious food and incredible service. I had the chicory salad - which was so fresh that I thought they just picked the chicory out of a vegetable garden ! Delicious fennel dressing. Then had the agnolotti with mortadella filling - super tasty. Finished it with the chocolate and ricotta torte.
Best Italian food I’ve ever had- better than the food in Italy. Fantastic serving sizes and great sharing portions. My favorite it the hot honey pizza, linguine, and Caesar salad. Service is always great. Noise level can be loud but I didn’t mind it at all. Honestly can’t go wrong with anything on their menu.
Had a nice dinner here last night. It came highly recommended to me and was absolutely packed so k was excited to try it. We had a great table outside which was great to watch the sunset from. The food was solid, not anything to write home about in my opinion, but good fresh pastas and some nice wine. A little pricey but so is everything else in the area. Overall would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a solid Italian meal in yountville
Whoa. Yummm. Impressive. Delicious. Those were all adjectives that were thrown out as we were eating our meal at Ciccio. We took part in our outdoor dining experience after a winery experience. I am not a huge Italian cuisine fan but this was superior to any other of my Italian experiences (close to what I actually had in Italy). To start, we ordered the spicy cucumber crudo, the Caesar salad, and the roasted eggplant. I can’t pick a favorite. They were all worth fighting over the last bite for. The cucumbers did have a kick to them. The eggplant was flavorful and perfectly cooked. And the Caesar salad was not only a huge portion, but the best one I have ever had. Our group decided to get two pizzas to share as our entrees. Their fermented crust was mind blowing. We got the avocado and Nardello pizzas. Nardello came out first and it was the perfect amount of heat. Then the avocado came out. At first we all said we were enjoying the Nardello (sausage) one better but then the avocado one grew on us. The flavor combination and smoothness of the avocado made it something to be devoured. Our whole experience here was impeccable and I would HIGHLY recommend this be on your list if you are in the area.
We had a great time dining at Ciccio’s! General Manager, Cheer and her team provided exceptional service. We tried various items and our group loved the pizza the most!
We finally got to get in and try Ciccio! I consider myself a pizza snob, and this was the best pizza I have ever tasted. Unbelievably good. We also had the Cesar salad, heirloom tomatoes, and the focaccia. This is my new favorite restaurant for sure. It’s refreshing to be able to go somewhere in a very expensive area and get great food at a fraction of the cost compared to most restaurants around. The staff was also very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable.
What a joy we had here! Came for two seperate evenings & had the same server. We’ve tried nearly everything on the menu and we’re so delighted at the creativity & balance each dish had. We particularly loved the avocado pizza, fresh tomato pasta and the Italian G & T (with rosemary and olive oil). Pure bliss!
absolutely perfect experience. amazing service, atmosphere, food, cocktails. everything I love in a restaurant it hit. felt like home and the food made me feel like I was being swaddled by an Italian grandpa with a bottle of Amari. if I was staying here for longer I would have gone every night to try everything on the menu twice over.
Our first time at Ciccio was last night and wow, we were impressed. Yes it’s hard to get a reservation, but plan ahead and you will score one. We arrived Thursday at 7 and were taken to our table right away. It struck both of us how loud the restaurant is but we got used to it and quite enjoyed The vibe once we were over the initial noise level shock ;) Then we made some decisions about drinks and food and we were off to an extremely tasty meal. Cocktails were great, Caesar salad was on point, pizza (we got the tomato) was just phenomenal (the crust and chewiness reminded us of the consistency of Kostow’s Loveski bagels which are hands down the most amazing bagels!!!) and the rigatoni bolognese was out of sight! Dessert: don’t snooze on the lemon sorbet! Wow it’s inventive and yummy. Overall: Service was great! Loved this spot! Thanks for a great night and can’t wait to come back!
Great night and food. Waiter was fantastic. Pizza was nicely thin, close to Rome style and very good. Bottom a bit overdone but then we arrived just when they opened @5 and the pizza oven likely was at peak fire. Pepperoni and cheese excellent. The rigatoni bolognese was excellent. The cacio e pepe was good but not outstanding. My wife had a strawberry limoncello spritz dink she enjoyed and for desert the lemon sorbet. We deliberately over ordered to try multiple dishes and took the leftovers to go. Most certainly would recommend it. Casual atmosphere. Reservations strongly suggested.
The Octopus Rigatoni was out of this world. Best Italian restaurant in Napa Valley.

We were beat after a day trip, just wanted to chill with pizza, and Ciccio was across the street from our hotel. We got the pepperoni pizza and smashed cucumbers (hotel’s coffee spoons in pic because we didn’t grab utensils) and ate them in bed, as one does on vacation. 🤠

Recommended to us by chefs and locals in our culinary course. Casually elegant Italian where everything went right and I will return. Menu stars included Sicilian Sashimi, Caesar Salad (the bonito is a game changer), Agnolotti (pillows of garnet yam joy!), Potato Pizza with Leek Confit (please sir, can I have some more?!), Vanilla Bean Gelato with wild pine nut oil (unsuspectingly delicious and quite possibly one of the best gelatos I’ve had outside of Italy). A great, casual Yountville experience that didn’t disappoint.
Hands down the best pizza I’ve ever tasted including Bianca and Mozza. Many chefs claim they’re using sourdough starter in their dough, but this place actually DOES. Phenomenal balance of texture and flavor. We didn’t even touch the pork chop we ordered. Too focused on the pizza. We will be back! Same restaurant group as The Charter Oak. Love both places.
Get the 3 Cheese Gnudi to share with the table, it's delicious and rich. We especially loved the pepperoni pizza - the hot honey and the basil really made it special. The red wine our server suggested paired perfectly with our food. The vibe is casual and laid back. We will absolutely be coming back. Thank you for the fantastic service!
Fantastic. Had the Foccacio, olives, meatballs stuffed peppers, chicory salad, cheese pizza, seafood spaghetti, milanesa... the pizza dough is quite fantastic as were the other dishes. Highly recommended.
We loved Ciccio! The food was wonderful - the very best pizza! We had the pepperoni with hot honey and the Caesar salad — it was perfect! The restaurant is incredibly noisy - not a great place for conversation and it is difficult to hear the server… the noise level does take a little away from the experience, but the food is outstanding!
Ciccio has a charming atmosphere and truly exceptional service—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. However, the food didn’t quite match the level of the service. The lasagna, in particular, was very untraditional and not enjoyable, leaving me a bit disappointed. While the overall experience was pleasant, the food didn’t live up to the expectations set by the glowing reviews. A 4 out of 5 for the outstanding service, but there’s room for improvement on the menu.
Ciccio in Yountville is a charming spot with good food and impressively quick service. The overall experience was enjoyable—the space is warm and welcoming, and the menu offers solid choices. The pasta was flavorful, though a bit overcooked if you prefer it al dente. Still, a great place to stop in while exploring the area.
The best dishes were: 1) Chopped salad 2) Pork Milanese - amazing tzatziki dressing The pasta was pretty good but small The pizza was perfectly fine. Pretty expensive (eg $50 for the Milanese)

Had dinner. Chopped salad was excellent. Stuffed peppers were ok. Service decent. Menue was limiting in variety. Dining area is small and crowded/ table wise. Overall, decent, not great, there's better.
Was expecting better service and the only reason I’m leaving a negative review was because the pork chop Milanese was raw and we almost ate it but good thing my fiance pointed it out before anyone in our group took a bite. They took it back and apologized. The pizza was very good and would go back for that. Not a bad spot but definitely expected more.
My visit to this Italian restaurant was deeply disappointing and left my entire party feeling singled out and unfairly treated. Upon arrival, we were seated at a separate round table, isolated from all other diners in the restaurant. We couldn't help but notice that we were the only group placed in this segregated spot, which felt very uncomfortable. The service throughout the evening was consistently neglectful and stood in stark contrast to the attentive service we observed at other tables: · Our initial server did not take our order; we had to flag down another staff member to get started. · We experienced an excessively long wait for our entrees. · Despite this delay, we were asked if we wanted to see the dessert menu after only two courses, while we were still waiting for our main dishes. · At the end of the meal, we were completely ignored and had to actively seek out someone to bring us the check. It was evident that other guests were receiving prompt and attentive service, enjoying a normal dining flow that we were denied. For a restaurant of this caliber, providing equal and professional service to every guest should be a fundamental standard. Unfortunately, we did not experience this. We cannot recommend this establishment and hope management will address these serious service issues to ensure all guests are treated with equal respect and care.

A Ghost of Its Former Self This was one of the most disappointing dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. My pork chop was unbelievably overcooked—by far the most well-done, joyless piece of meat I’ve encountered. My daughter’s “cacio e pepe” was a sad potato cake that bore no resemblance to the dish. The focaccia was equally disappointing—dry, late, and served with no butter, no olive oil, no balsamic. By the time those finally appeared, the main courses were already there. Service was poor, food was worse, and it felt like nothing came out of that kitchen with any care or love. This place is truly a ghost of its former self.
