The Barista was so nice and friendly. It was super busy,but when I left an hour after my order he still remembered my name. Even with all the orders they had mine came pretty fast. Nice atmosphere.
My favorite place for breakfast or a quick bite through out the day. Usually pretty quick, and the service used to be amazing. Everyone was happy and treated you like a human. Whoever they have working now doesn’t seem too happy. They just throw the food at me and send me on my way. No “hey” “have a good day” etc.
Coffee was hot and the caramel macchiato was middle of the road. I swear they just make it the same regardless of how you placed the mobile order. Nobody working there said a word to me. Happy Thanksgiving.
Coffee was fine. Baristas loudly discussed customer order’s and how the customers / their orders are ridiculous (two too many cold foam pumps here and there and people just want to get sugar high). Weird energy.
The girls who were working there were not customer-friendly at all. They gave me a coffee that was barely filled, and they were very rude. They even made a big deal out of refilling a mug with hot water for an elderly man who was standing in front of me. Overall, their behavior was very impolite and unprofessional.
I placed an online order and waited over 30 minutes, but when I went through the drive-thru, they refused to hand me my drink. I had to go inside, and even then, it still wasn’t ready. The drive-thru employee was rude, and the inside of the store looked unclean. For a $10 drink, I expected much better service and cleanliness. Very disappointing experience.
Said no whip on my drink at the kiosk, because the whip is not just on the top but the middle of the drink. Said it multiple times. Takes forever to get to the window and at the window the drink had whip. Okay things happen but I get attitude when I didn't take the drink because I said no whip. Says she'll re make it. I watch one of the people there push all the whip off the top take it around the corner and brings it back not even a minute later. Guess what. Whip was still in the drink itself. I'm tired and just want to get home or I'd have gone in. So no if I could give service a 0 I would.
Younger gal taking the order was great but there was a ringing up mistake with my drink that was noticed by the barista after I waited for it for 15-20 minutes(totally fine, it happens) BUT that barista made me reorder my drink at the register (ordering mistake was not my fault), REwait in line for another 15 minutes while everyone who came in after me drinks were made. I was in a huge hurry and ended up spending over 30 minutes waiting for a drink that I couldn't wait any longer to get so I got a refund and left. Before leaving, after waiting for about 30 minutes I asked the barista at there counter (who was extremely unfriendly) if she could make my drink before my ticket printed which was now at the back of the line of tickets because of, again, a mistake they made ( I had odered originally before 3 or 4 large groups that came in with about 15 drinks or more after me). Essentially, I wasted half an hour of my time because of a mistake that was made by them that the barista couldn't accommodate for. Never have I been in a customer service situation where a business makes a mistake and then makes a customer "pay" for their mistake in wasted time and money. Never ever has a Starbucks taken so long to get a drink out, so obviously I didn't set aside an entire half hour of my time to grab a basic coffee and go. I never write reviews, but that barista was AWEFUL. I understand if there's a certain policies in place to prevent workers there from accommodating you after they made a mistake, but that was by far the worst experience I've had in food andd business, if the barista had taked any time to explain anything I would have felt differently, but all she did was shrug and say sorry, no, and I have no idea where your ticket is. I do want to note that there girl taking orders at the register was AMAZING and so sweet. Worst and best Starbucks employees I've ever met lol.
For the 7 workdays, I have went inside and placed my order, everyone is always very nice and professional. Today I went into the drive through, started placing my order, ordered the first drink all good, I asked for a specific drink and was told they could not make it (I never get the same thing) But it has been made for me on several occasions, so I said ok I will order something else, I started, the young lady told me that my order was cancelled that I am always rude, have a good day. Drive on through, I stated that I could file a complaint and she said she was too. I spend a minimum there of $15.00 per day, always tip $1.00 per drink. But I do not need to be put in this category, I am always on the phone with my co-worker when I am ordering, she was shocked about how I was treated, I have never been rude to this lady. I guess I am done purchasing drinks at this location.
I am writing to formally express my disappointment and frustration regarding a mobile order experience I had at your location today. I placed a mobile order for drive-through pickup, and after waiting approximately 5–6 minutes, I joined the line behind four cars. By the time I reached the speaker, about 10 minutes had passed since I had placed my order. I gave my name as requested and continued to the window. When I arrived at the window, 15 minutes had elapsed since placing my order, and I was told that my drink was not ready. The employee informed me that I would need to either pull around, park, or come inside to retrieve it. I explained that I placed a mobile order specifically for drive-through pickup and that had I ordered at the speaker, I would have received my order at the window. I also emphasized that I had already given my name at the speaker and that my order should have been in queue. Instead of resolving the issue, the manager told me I would have to go back through the line behind seven more cars or come inside, which defeats the entire purpose of placing a mobile order for convenience. When I refused to do so and stated that I would wait at the window for my order, the manager threatened to call the police. I found this behavior extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and an unacceptable way to treat a customer. I have never experienced such poor service, especially after placing an order well in advance with clear instructions for drive-through pickup. I would like this incident to be reviewed, and I would appreciate a follow-up regarding how this situation is being addressed. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and to receive the service they paid for in the manner it was offered. I chose not to get my drink and left. It was ridiculous.
I do not understand how this Starbucks still gets customers. I put in a mobile order in for drive through. I waited in a long line for my drink just for them to tell me my drink wasn’t ready yet and I had to go through the LONG drive through line again or come inside. They said my order would be ready at 6:57 and I got there after 7. I went inside because I had to get to nursing school and didn’t have time to go back through the drive through line. I went inside and I saw my drink ready and sitting in the drive through line mobile order spot. They took several minutes to help me in store and give me my order even though they were the ones who told me I could come in store and pick it up. The customer service is horrendous. The employees seem incompetent. They have no idea how much this inconveniences people and it seems like it is all out of pettiness. Next time, I will sit at the drive through window until they give me my order or I just won’t go there because I give them a chance every time and they seem to disappoint with their horrible service and bad attitudes.
So whoever the manager was working today was literally Petty because Zeke went to go sit up in a chair and instead of asking him to get out of the chair she literally kicked us out into the rain yet again and it's pouring wet outside and I bought a coffee too in order to even be there so this is unnecessary and absolutely ridiculous and people need to stop being so unnecessarily Petty and ridiculous and it's not like he's causing any problems because everybody that comes through there and meets him absolutely loves him so she's creating a huge problem out of absolutely nothing
