Food- been here a few times play the past couple years and overall it's a really good place to eat it does get busy during the snowboard ski season but they get you in and get you seated in as soon as they can! The food is amazing, the classic pipeline Burger to go eat good, the tie noodles are extremely good and the chicken sandwich is so much better than any fast food restaurant. They also have homemade sodas, they are very expensive and you do not get free refills but they are very good Service- the service was good, not the best in the world but they were very busy so definitely understandable! Are waitress was very kind and attentive to us, she made sure to check up on us the best she could Atmosphere- it's a brewery and restaurant, it's kind of self-explanatory. It wasn't Extremely Loud, but it was somewhat busy for dinner time but overall the experience was great

There were so many good choices on the menu that it was hard to decide on a dinner dish. I opted for the Ahi Tacos and my friend had the beat salad. Both were delicious. I would order them again in a heart beet ;) We also had the cauliflower bites with tasty sauces. The employees were friendly. The atmosphere was great. Loved the decor, including the bathroom.

While staying in Shasta overnight on a road trip for my daughters birthday we went out to dinner at this cute location a one minute walk from our hotel after seeing the reviews. We were able to get a seat right away luckily, the last available, but as it's a busy place I would probably recommend you get there early or make a reservation. It has a cute cozy decor and we were brought water immediately to our table. My daughter got the duck fat fries to start and a Burger which she loved. I got the What The Puck Portobello Burger which was hands down the best veggie burger I've had in my entire life. Our server Hayley was there when needed. Unfortunately they were completely out of dessert, it was late on a Monday night, which was very disappointing especially on my daughters 21st birthday 🎂. I asked if there was anywhere else in town that was still open that might have dessert. Our server gave us the name of another spot that might have pie but we decided to just go back to our hotel because my daughters not fond of pie and we had candy left from our road trip instead. All in all I would 100% definitely go back just for that Amazing Portobello Burger! 😋 ☘️ 🦄

5 Star fun. Not a 5 star restaurant. Our lunch was fun, this was good food! There was a 45 minute wait on a Saturday, so be prepared to wait, it's always busy. Our waitress was great, food was fresh, flavorful and on par with price. About $100 for 3 people.. but we had 2 appetizers and 2 beers total. Outdoor seating as weather permits. I'll call ahead next time because I'm pretty sure they take reservations. And I'll be back!

A great addition to Mt. Shasta. Pipeline offers upscaled pub food. We had the fried cauliflower with dipping sauces and the steak salad. Both were fantastic. My daughters had the smash burger and srinachos with ahi tuna and wanton strips. They were also very good. The service was perfect. Lots of staff and they were knowledgeable and helpful.

Update the goat burger is delicious 😋 👌 Tried their Southern Fried Chicken Sandwich and ahi Tuna Bowl. Overall, both dishes were tasty. I'd recommend trying either if you're in the mood for some good comfort food or a lighter, healthier option

Let's start on the positive, the outdoor seating was nice, the Mac and cheese was pretty good. The sauce on the pub burger was awesome. The service though was a little slow, the rest of the food was just OK, nothing special. The burger itself was just ok, only thing that made it standout was the sauce. Price though wasn't too bad, so would be worth going back for that burger just to get the sauce.

Comfortable and friendly place. The pozole tasted fresh and spicy, and my wife described her burger as "the best I've had in the last few months." Dinged on the stars cuz they charge 3% for using a credit card. Seems kinda petty when we are already tipping 20% to pay their wait staff.

I am a traveler by trade and personality. I have loved Shasta because my family would come thru here all the time growing up. I was driving thru to head back home from a trip to see all of them, tired, super hungry. I stopped here because my accommodations recommended it. The menu looked so good and I was excited to stop and fill up at a new place. I’m not sure if it was a busy night or maybe stressful in some other way….but I felt so unwelcome. It literally felt like they didn’t want to bother with a to go order let alone let me sit and have a drink while I was waiting. Normally I don’t do reviews, but I’ve been in the service industry my whole working career (barista, busser, chef, server, etc) and I understand that there are off days or other stressful situations that happen and create a somewhat hostile environment. However, I felt compelled to write a review because I have never, experienced such a cold and unwelcoming atmosphere. The only thing I can think is that I wanted a to go order, I was a single person, annd they were kind of busy…maybe that was just too much in that moment? It was quite literally the worst experience I’ve had to date at any food establishment, I do still love this town. I went right next door to the Mount Shasta Crafthouse and they all were so kind and accommodating. Crazy, but they let me sit at the bar and have a drink while I looked over the menu. It was a wonderful experience. ***wow…wish I had read the reviews beforehand. I’m at least glad I’m not alone in feeling this way…
