Went through the drive through. Arlenes was friendly but most of all a Very good communicator. She knew that I would ask for No Mayo (along with no cheese) since I was getting the beyond burger. She also made to sure to ask if we needed any condiments. She got us through very smoothly.

The food is usually good but I've watched this restaurant since it opened almost twenty years ago. It has grown where the established names have declined. The service and quality of the food is worth the extra when you compare to how their competition is faring.

I thought that the food at Carl's junior in yreka California, was amazing. I had recently lost my wallet there and I came back to come. Look for it, and they gave it back to me. And everything was there, and they were just really honest and we will be back.

The lady working the drive through was the sweetest happiest personality ever. She even made my dogs day by giving her some bacon. We’ll definitely be going back 😁 thank you

Everyone was very nice and patient. They brought our food to our table. They even went back to bring us more condiments. The area is a little hectic, being so close to a major intersection. There are several people pandering at the corner nearby at any given time of day. The restaurant does keep it clean inside, and there aren't people hanging around outside the door.

Melvin was great. He took our order (which was huge) with a huge smile and even explained that the big Carl was a better deal than what he wanted. He was right! Great customer experience.

My daughter and I stopped here on our road trip from O.C. to Oregon. We were greeted very warmly by a lovely young lady with a great smile, named Courtney P. (According to the receipt) She was courteous and friendly and made sure our order was perfect!

The food was good. The order was perfect. I can't tell you how long it has been since the order has been correct anywhere. It was my first time eating here and I will return.

We got fast and friendly service from a patient cashier. The lobby was clean and warm, very important in these cold months. The food was delicious and well priced. Thank you, we always enjoy being able to eat here when we can.

It's usually nice here but on occasions you will get some workers here who don't put effort into preparing the food walked inside asked for a fresher burger they hooked it up no problem

Always good. My go to is Bacon Western . This one wasn't epically fast but turned me on to a deal they had going so save me a couple bucks that's always cool.

When you go to a chain store the menus are the same but the food doesn't always come out the best. This Carl's Jr. Is delish!

Carl's is the best fast food burger in Yreka ,bar none! The only reason for four stars instead of five is that on some shifts, it would be hard to call it 'fast food'.

Food is hot fresh and tastes great, but be careful in bathrooms as they were NASTY on my last visit, however when I told the gal at the counter she was cleaning them with just a few moments.

Big improvement over the last few times we went. We actually stopped going here for a months because the food was never hot and service was slow. Not to mention there were more flies than the population of siskiyou county. Now the inside was great, near spotless, and service was quick. Burger tasted great, fries coulda been warmer, but they were still good. Hopefully it stays like this.

Out of all the fast food burger restaurants in southern Siskiyou County I count Carl's Jr as the best. My meal tonight was a bacon guacamole with large fries and a medium drink. Free refill on beverages as long as you eat in. Delicious. You know how the pictures of the food at fast food places look so tasty, and then when you get it, it's kind idroopy and soggy? Well, My burger looked nearly just like it's picture. I only ordered a single patty and I'm still feeling full. I think it was a good 1,/2 pound. You can order at least a double or a triple. I bet if you never tried Carl's Jr, but like a certain place initialled"BK", you will LOVE Carl's Jr! It a little offset Into the shopping ctr and it's entrance is facing away from the street, but it's not hard to find. There's plenty of parking and s drive through window, of course. I say definitely check it out.

I live in weed, so whenever I do my shopping at Walmart I always stop at Carl's Jr before heading home. Haven't been inside in like a year, but remember it's not the cleanest restaurant. However,the food is usually always good, because let's face it McDonald's and burger king can't compete with Carl's overall menu. No contest. Except for Saturday morning at around 1130am I went through the drive thru and ordered a famous star with bacon on it. I get on the freeway headed home, open the the sandwich and "where's the beef?" No freaking beef patty, and of course I just pass the first exit, so not worth going back. I was livid. That's only happened to me one other time in my life, which was at McDonald's in weed. 3.5⭐s, and Carl's is my favorite chain from mt Shasta to yreka.

I had a very pleasant experience here. The customer service was very good. I usually pick Carl's Jr. When going out to eat because they have good food. Would recomend for anyone wanting a quick meal.

As far as fast food goes in Yreka California best option around. The girl at the drive up was nice and the food didn't take to long. I don't do fast food often but I would go back.

I love Carl's Junior, but I have to take away a star, almost two, due to the fact that on the regular I receive cold fries, and they are constantly closing their store 10 to 20 minutes early on a consistent basis. I don't try to be that person coming last minute before a place closes, however sometimes it happens when you have to drive 20 minutes or longer to get there to begin with and it's very upsetting to finally arive and realize they are closed 20 minutes prior to their store hours and sitting outside smoking cigarettes staring at you like you're stupid and then rudely stating they are closed while throwing their cigarettes down and going back inside. If those two issues were not an issue then I'd be very satisfied with this store.

Staff was prompt and we moved through thr drive through at a reasonable pace. They got our order correct and the guy at the window was friendly.

I tried out the 3rd pound hamburger with the pastrami, and I have to say that it was very good. I left off the pickles and threw away half of the bun--reducing considerable carbs. I did not choose the meal option so I did not have fries and a drink. I chose instead to have a strawberry milk shake. The store was very clean and even though there were only a few people in it at 6:40 p.m. one of this service people was sweeping the floor. In the restroom it likewise look clean and tidy. I only saw one table that needed wiping off. Outside the parking lot and parking area looked clean and well ordered as well. The personnel were friendly, professional, and on top of the job. We ate inside and so we were able to see up close and personal the cleanliness of the restaurant. I would return to this restaurant at any future date.

It used to be that this particular Carl's Jr was notoriously slow, with orders taking up to 25 minutes to be served. However they've definitely made some changes and as of my last few visits including this evening at dinner time it only took about 6 minutes to get the food out... not too bad if you're a fan of Carl's Jr or fast food in general.

The food is always hot but it is inconsistent. Sometimes sloppy sometimes it is prepared properly. Sometimes Ingredients are missing. Overall it is quick bite to eat for lunch.

The chorizo breakfast burrito I had this morning was fantastic however, the biscuits and gravy my fiancee had...not so good. The biscuits were so hard my fiancee broke his plastic fork trying to cut into them. He took them.back to the counter and they made him new biscuits and gravy. The second round was also tough and he had to use a plastic knife to cut them up. Today's visit was ok...could have been better if the biscuits were softer.

Wanted to sit outside but the tables and chairs were very dirty. They appeared to have not been cleaned in a while. The interior was clean.

Service varys on when you go there and whose working , I've waited at the window for almost 45 mins. And no one came to the window at all, but they took the order. The food is good and you get a lot.

The food was good, but the worker charged $19.00 to my debit card for the wrong order, mine was $3.44. She said she credited it back to my account, but when i called the bank she had not.... We had to go back to Carls Jr to have the charge removed, and then to the bank to have a overdraft fee removed.... I ha e been told by several others that it has happened to them, makes people wonder if this is intentionally and where is the extra mo ey going??? I wonder if that employee's brain has been flame broiled.....LOL

Carl's jr is just alright. The quality of the food doesn't really stand up to the prices, which can get pretty high. Their fries always taste like their onion rings, weird.

I love the food. It seems like they keep going through new managers. As soon as they start to get a good groove going they fire the managers or they quit. I’m not sure what is going on but I do know it’s gotten faster and the food is fresher and well made. I just wish they could get their shite together and keep it together..

A very dirty and run down fast food place.

I paid for an extra item I didnt order...I. disnt feel like driving back so I went with it but listening to the orders is important and repeating them back...

My husband and I stopped by this location, Carl's Jr in Yreka, Ca. on May 8th 2015. They had a cod sandwich and the picture looked inviting and so I did place this order. I removed the fish from the bun and tasted like rubber. The bun was not fresh! like they've advertised.I also ordered an oreo shake that was like water. Very disappointed.

Girl at drive thru tonight said they can't take Samsung pay because it crashes their system, no sign or anything saying so until I tried to pay. I said bye then. Thanks for wasting both of our time.

Ordered 2 breakfast burritos. After $11, very disappointed with the puny breakfast burritos. I wished I went to Jack in the Box instead for Jack's breakfast burritos. I kindly went back through the drive through to request a beyond burger and she continuously argued with me and said I did NOT ask for it to be beyond and she just ordered what I said. I decided not to argue and backed out and told her to just forget it. My dad was with me and heard me say Beyond. I also have food sensitivities so no I am not just picky lol. But I genuinely would suggest being more kind to people and not calling them a liar when you mess up an order, people pay a good amount to get what they request.

Went to Carl's Jr tonight for two 5 piece chicken strips and a kids meal plus Cris cut fries I waited for like 15 minutes for my food. Then they tell me that they forgot to cook my food then I had to wait like another 10-15 on top of that not very happy. Usually good service but the one sucked big time.

If you ever wanna go to this place, don’t. They didn’t even refund me for the mistake of a burger they gave me, they gave me a spicy Jalapeño one, I didn’t ask for, I ordered a big Carl double combo. And still had to go back to get a new one and paid for it, and then the girl employee shut the door and took my card and didn’t say a single world or even apologize or refunded it. Then she gets her guy employee to give me the burger and her not coming back out. Terrible service.

With the customer service I just got I must believe that people hate their jobs here here. You would think with the prices you pay you would get a little bit of service.

If I could give negative stars I would! The manager proceeded to yell at my dad after my dad asked if they could break a $100 bill. Then when I said the yelling was unnecessary she flipped me off and said “fuck you”. THE MANAGER!!! What a joke of a place this is. Do not go here unless you want to be treated badly. Taking my experience all the way up the ladder on this one. Rude is beyond an understatement.

I know weed is legal in CA but through a drive thru passing the vapor to a customer in front of me and wait for our food for over twenty minutes. Isn't the drive thru a five minute wait?? I love the food but being professional in drive thru is get the food out on time. Seem like this is very lacky in customer service....

Very disappointing to see some masks being worn as "chin straps" (i.e., not covering either the nose or the mouth) by people preparing the food. Others covered the mouth but not the nose. I would've left had I not been starving and merely traveling through.

Been there a few times and every time we eat there we fall ill, the people that work there are very dirty looking with no respect or manners, I can just imagine how they prepare the food. I will never go back, it's horrible.

None of the employees had masks on when i was there ti order a burger and said im good ill just wait. All the beef patties looked like they were all stuck at the end of the converter belt that the patties go through just stack up, it looked like they may have made a bunch of patties and were all stuck in a pile. Especially when this covid is going around. I don't want anyone cooking my food without a mask. Thats how you can spread the virus. Plus it also had a notice saying ALL EMPLOYEES MUST BE WEARING MASKS AT WORK BECAUSE IT'S REQUIRED, ESPECIALLY WORKING WITH FOOD!

Absolutely terrible. The cashier appeared to be high and the staff in the kitchen completely unprofessional. It's like watching the Jerry Springer show with complete disregard to the customer audience. We have been waiting for our food for at least 20 minutes since ordering. We should have gone to McDonald's next door... in addition, one of the employees had her boyfriend hanging around which was disruptive to other customers getting their meals as well. Corporate needs to fire these clowns and replace them with a functional staff. We have finally gotten our food and the presentation is unbelieveable. We ordered the lettuce wrapped and It's not even wrapped. It looks like they places a piece of lettuce on each side. DO NOT EAT HERE!

I visited your store in Yreka on Thursday January 9, 2020 at approximately 10:45 am. I ordered a California burger in the drive thru. The person that took the order said to drive around to the window. I drove up to the window and waited 12 minutes. No one came to the window. I watched three workers moving items and cleaning. One had a headset on - probably the one that took my order. I never received my order. No one even dame to the window. So I left. I’m so disappointed. The workers were not paying attention. I also noticed how dirty the floors looked. I will never stop there again. It’s too bad. Dennis

Do not waste your money here. Our order is wrong every time, the food is disgusting-even for fast food, and they take forever. Extremely messy presentation, my burger was smashed and had a piece of the patty ripped off and the milkshake was half spilled and had whipped cream everywhere. Went in to have our order fixed and let them know its unacceptable, and couldn't even get anyone's attention at all. People just standing around ignoring customers. It's more pricey than a Burger King or McDonald's, so do yourself a favor and go to one of those instead. This place has absolutely no standard, even for a cheap burger chain

Worst fast food experience ever! Waited 40 mins in line for ONE drink. When we arrived at the window, the lady said they were having an “electrical problem”. But if they were really having electrical trouble, why didn’t they just tell us when we were about to order our food?!! That way we could’ve just left instead of waiting another 20 mins after we ordered. Piss poor management and extreme lazy/unapologetic staff. The lady who worked there has massive amounts of attitude. PLUS SHE DIDN’T HAVE A MASK ON. 0/5 stars, wouldn’t even recommend this to Satan.

1st try: Horribly slow and unprofessional. 2nd try: Ok, gave it a month and tried again. This I would say is one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. When we arrived in the drive thru there were two vehicles in front of us.The first car paid, got their food and left. The next car sat there for about ten minutes then finally gave the drinks back and left without food. Once we pulled up to the window we waited for five minutes just to be greeted by the employee slamming the window open then yelling something to another employee in the prep area. After that he read the order back to us and yelled at the kitchen to make our two burgers right now because of how long it had taken. Them proceeded to give us the wrong change (shorted) and slammed the door again. Five minutes later he returned to the window with our order. As he was handing it to us I overheard another customer complaining to the manager at the counter about their order taking thirty minutes to arrive to them and was wrong. We waited in total twenty one minutes from when we pulled up to when we drove away. Would not recommend this place unless you have low expectations for customer service and have at least 30 minutes to spare.

Very disappointed with supervisor on duty. Wouldn't allow staff to remake my order of low carb beyond burger without mayo or sauce because it wasn't ordered that way. So I took many napkins and wiped clean my sandwich. It fell apart(the lettuce wrap) a total mess!!!! When i used to work there, I would've made the customer happy. Again VERY DISSATISFIED.

I was having trouble with the app and went in to see if I could get some help with ordering the advertised special. I was told that there was nothing they could do, and I couldn't order the special. After several minutes and much frustration I ordered off the menu board . It took about a minute and a half and they gave me my order. The burgers must have been sitting in a warmer for some time. They meat was dry and chewey, and overall not a good representation of freshness and quality control. I deleted the app from my phone and probably won't return to make purchases in the future.

Order was not as requested. Hamburger was a sloppy mess. Waffle fries dumped upside down in the bag. Milkshake lid cover a mess of whip cream, covering my hands. Used to be my favorite burger but I've given up on them. Just a sloppy mess.

Order was not as requested. Hamburger was a sloppy mess. Waffle fries dumped upside down in the bag. Milkshake lid cover a mess of whip cream, covering my hands. Used to be my favorite burger but I've given up on them. Just a sloppy mess.

I was having trouble with the app and went in to see if I could get some help with ordering the advertised special. I was told that there was nothing they could do, and I couldn't order the special. After several minutes and much frustration I ordered off the menu board . It took about a minute and a half and they gave me my order. The burgers must have been sitting in a warmer for some time. They meat was dry and chewey, and overall not a good representation of freshness and quality control. I deleted the app from my phone and probably won't return to make purchases in the future.
