We were very impressed by the level of service at this restaurant! The employees went above and beyond the usual to serve us. Very friendly, brought our food to the table, went and got us ketchup, held the door for us when we left and gave us plenty of smiles. We felt like our business was important to them. Food was what we expected and it was fine but the service was five star.

Short drive off of Highway 5, easy if you're traveling north or south. Went through the drive thru, entry not a problem. Clear view of menu items, no problems hearing the associate. Polite and friendly folks working there. Nice to get a senior discount. Watch the exit leaving the pickup window, which can be a little tight for bigger vehicles. Have stopped here many times while traveling, and the food and service are consistent.

As I waited for my order I was impressed with Hailey working the counter and cleaning the entry area. She engaged with customers with a smile and “Welcome” while cleaning, anticipated needs and offered information about extras and options before customers asked, and elevated everyone as I observed. I hope she is your trainer, she’s a great customer service example.

Best Carl's in CA. Food actually looks like the posters and advertising and very fresh. Visited many times over the summer, and the place is always clean. The staff are very personable and happy, like they actually enjoy preparing and serving food to guests. What a pleasure.

I'm changing my review because I am compelled to do so. I don't know who is making the food here, but they should get a raise. I've never had such good fast food in my life. I've been across the US multiple times and this is by leaps and bounds, the best Fast food restaurant I've ever been too. I dream about it and go through withdrawals when I can't get it. Yreka needs a Carl's Jrs Anonymous meeting. Who's with me?

Keep in mind this is a fast food place, and my rating is comparing it to other fast food places. The food was hot and fresh. Even with my special order, they didn't forget anything or mess my order up. They did have us pull around to the front of the building to wait for the food. I took away a star because I asked for my fried zuchinni to be extra extra well done, and even though it was freshly cooked, it was not well done.

The food is always hot but it is inconsistent. Sometimes sloppy sometimes it is prepared properly. Sometimes Ingredients are missing. Overall it is quick bite to eat for lunch.

Good for Fast Food! Too expensive at $31.00 without drinks for 2 people!! 8.6.25 Their Chicken Tenders are the best in the Fast Food Realm! Sat out on their patio and it was a beautiful evening!

After 5 hours of driving we stopped here before checking in to our hotel. Customer service not great. No eye contact just what do you want and your total is. Change fell and he didn't help pick it up or apologize. Food was hot and fresh. That's why they got an extra star.

If you ever wanna go to this place, don’t. They didn’t even refund me for the mistake of a burger they gave me, they gave me a spicy Jalapeño one, I didn’t ask for, I ordered a big Carl double combo. And still had to go back to get a new one and paid for it, and then the girl employee shut the door and took my card and didn’t say a single world or even apologize or refunded it. Then she gets her guy employee to give me the burger and her not coming back out. Terrible service.

I have to admit I just experienced the most rude employee I have encountered in a drive through. I ordered a low calorie beyond burger with no cheese and no mayo, she then asked what kind? I then said I guess like the famous star with no cheese and mayo (because I really don’t know what kind I can really say). I also ordered a beyond burger famous star with no cheese regular for my son. Well, my low calorie burger ended up being beef. I kindly went back through the drive through to request a beyond burger and she continuously argued with me and said I did NOT ask for it to be beyond and she just ordered what I said. I decided not to argue and backed out and told her to just forget it. My dad was with me and heard me say Beyond. I also have food sensitivities so no I am not just picky lol. But I genuinely would suggest being more kind to people and not calling them a liar when you mess up an order, people pay a good amount to get what they request.

Order was not as requested. Hamburger was a sloppy mess. Waffle fries dumped upside down in the bag. Milkshake lid cover a mess of whip cream, covering my hands. Used to be my favorite burger but I've given up on them. Just a sloppy mess.
