Papa Murphy's

I have been to quite a few Papa Murphy's but this one is definitely the best. Friendly crew that are very welcoming and work very quickly and promptly, and the salads were surprisingly good!!!!! We get pizza and salad weekly from here!!!!!

Great customer service from Rachel, she greeted us as we walked in and told us the specials while she kept pace filling the order she was working on when we came in. Rachel was friendly and personable and had a wonderful attitude. The store was clean and the premise case was full.

The people here are always helpful and very kind. The pizzas are made well and delicious.

Because this place is great! Dylan has thee Best Customer Service I believe I've ever came across! The pizza is great every time! Well worth the visit

Great staff even though it was almost closing and they'd already cleaned up the employees still pulled out the stuff and made us our pizza. One other nice thing is they take EBT.

We were going to be late picking up our pizza and they stayed open a few minutes longer to accommodate us, very kind and friendly

This visit had my order ready to go & I was able to get in and out very quickly with a staff member assisting me to gather it all & bag it up for easier transportation. Papa Murphy's Pizza is my favorite take n bake pizza place, with this location being fantastic.

They always make the food great, always fresh never have a problem with them. Maybe let them listen to music or something in there though, workers look like they are miserable.

Just delicious and it is very easy to eat too much at one time. $15 for their family size pizza is about 1/2 the price of a pie from Say Cheese or Pizza Factory and tastes far better with more uniform toppings. They are almost always very busy, so a walk in customer can sometimes wait a half hour or more...call it in ahead!

This place has the most awesome crew! Always friendly, knowledgeable, quick and efficient! The menu is great, my favorite (I'll get heck for it I'm sure) The Hawaiian with creamy garlic sauce instead of red sauce. I've always received superb service and if by chance someone doesn't...I'm sorry, but I highly recommend this restaurant. PS...take n bake means you have to cook 🙂🍕👍

Im not a fan of the thicker crusts but that's just my personal preference. Sparkys is good, Pizza factory is edible but if what your after is a thin pizza Papa Murphs is probably your best bet. 👌

It's okay but there seems to be less toppings on the pizza. The last time we were there they didn't have dressings for their salads. The employees are great though.

Great place most of the time but won’t sell you their dough or anything separate so we can make it our self trying to do something cute for valentines

Papa's Murphy's in Mount Shasta California is a very clean and friendly take home and bake pizza store..The pizzas are fresh and tasty..They staff is polite and nice..The store is clean and fast..They have deals on pizzas all the time.. papa's is one of my families favorite pizza stores we enjoy our papa's pizzas at least 2 a month...They also have mini kid pizzas, 2 liters of soda , Salad's, bread sticks, Cookie Dough and Sweet wheels.... Awesome is what I call Papa's

I would love to give the Mt. Shasta branch 5 stars but just can't....every 3 or 4th order they get our phone order blatantly wrong. The topping amounts are not what they used to be, sadly. Nice people on the phone but you just need to get it dialed in.

Always friendly staff & good ready to bake pizzas! So convenient, It is a treat to have a piping hot pizza from your own oven that is ready when you are.

Great cheap pizza. I would give them higher rating if they could manage to have my order ready on time. Every single time they are at least ten minutes behind. If it wasn't such a great deal I would never go back!

The service here was sub par at the best. We called a and made an order for our pizza we were told it would be ready in 20 min. The online time says the store closes at 9 so we stopped and got gas first as we arrive it is 8:05 mind you I say can I get my pizza. They tell me sorry we r closed..... long story short fix the times online

I've always loved going here throughout the years but the past few years the place has sucked. Idk what they're doing to the crust but it's not crisping up like it should on the bottom. The top gets burned and the crust stays undercooked. Now last night we got some for a sleepover and I found this piece of plastic on my second piece. Then in the middle of the night I got deathly ill and had to run to the bathroom about 3 times. I'm done with ever going here. Also the little boy that's almost always there working is not very friendly and always seems to be in a bad mood. Will never go back to this location.

They even offer cookie dough a fresh salads to add to your pizza, my favorite is the " Chicken Bacon Artichoke Pizza "

Great place to get a Pizza and feed all the kids at a reasonable price, it takes about 20-30 min for them to prepare your order, so you have to make sure to keep that in mind when organizing a Pizza order. They offer daily and weekly specials which is always nice, we like a great deal. They even offer cookie dough a fresh salads to add to your pizza, my favorite is the " Chicken Bacon Artichoke Pizza "

Today they were a little confused in the store. Seemed like everyone was a new employee getting orders confused.. I'm hoping our next experience is better... I love this place and would love to come back as long as stuff gets worked out..

We went in at 11;00 this morning. We were the first ones in the door. They didn't listen about what was wanted on the pizza. They were rude. We asked for the 10$ Tuesday. We asked for extra cheese and got ignored. We left for 10 mins at the most went back to the store and saw someone else coming out with his pizza. When we got back into the store I was saying how we were there first and how come our pizza wasn't even ready and waiting? I thought that Papa Murphy's was supposed to be a great take and bake. The people who work there suck.

This location by far is the worst. I guess when there are not many options around you can get away with selling thrown together slop. New management and customer service would go a long way here.

Pizza was okay. One person (short guy, blond hair, black glasses, at the register) was extremely rude. Not ever going to buy from here.

I canceled my order and they said they were going to return my money and a long time has passed and they have not returned it to me "Be careful if you order and cancel it because they are not going to return your money"

Stupidest pizza place EVER! Take n bake more like the employees are too baked! Took 30 minutes for a raw pizza, right! NEVER GONNA EAT THIS $*#%!

Its truly sad to see this store from previous years because This store has really gone downhill. The crew looks like they walked in off the streets and just started making pizza not to mention having literally 1 person working while a random employee wearing street clothes ( no uniform ) walks back in and just starts making pizza . Its also not good to be greeted by a rude " do you have a order ?" Instead of " hello " or " would you like to hear our specials " Knowone is wearing Aprons or uniforms ( extremely unprofessional) no nametags and genuinely no professionalism at All. The product is a disgrace and is always wrong or the dough is messed up because it is obviously old. the lines are dirty and the floors are herendous. Its obvious Whoever is in charge of This store has no clue how-to run a clean business or manage one. I will not be coming back ever.
