At first we had our doubts because some comments said that the customer service was not good, but on the contrary, they did not serve very well and without delay. The pizzas are another topic, they are very delicious, we went for the famous Apple pizza but the truth is that what took our hearts and stomach was Tuscany, it was very very delicious. Completely recommended.

El servicio fue un poco lento, para el tiempo de elaboración de la pizza y la mesera se tardo en pedir la orden, así como estar atenta se si necesitaba algo. Pedimos la mitad y mitad en la hawaiana la piña no parecía que fuera horneada con la pizza.

It's true that the pizza is delicious, and the drinks are great too. It's a great option for eating in Zacatlán; they should just let you know when they give you the menu if an ingredient is unavailable, so as not to delay orders. The place has a nice atmosphere, and the restrooms are very clean.

Little Pizzeria in Zacatlan. At this time of the year, with the cold coming at night, this is one of the warmest restaurants of the village and it is really comfortable. The staff is friendly, and the pizzas and pastas are really decent.

They took ages to take our order... Then, after half an hour, we still hadn't received our drinks... The pizza arrived about 45 minutes later, but not the salad we ordered. They brought us the bill and were already charging us! I was swayed by the good reviews, but I wouldn't go back. Bad service overall, an excessively long wait, and the pizzas were nothing special.

I went five days ago with my family (there were four of us). Here's what I experienced: we arrived and no one greeted us or said anything until we'd been sitting for a while before the waitress approached. The table we sat at was dirty, and the waitress NEVER cleaned it, nor did she have the slightest intention of doing so, even though she saw us literally wiping it with napkins while bringing us the food we ordered. The waitress's attitude was completely unhelpful, super apathetic (she was a girl with blue hair). The food actually took less time than we expected, even though we ordered several things. I didn't like the Chai latte; it wasn't bad, but it didn't taste like Chai. Honestly, I don't know what they gave me, haha. My sister ordered an Italian apple soda and didn't drink it; it tasted like pure syrup (and my sister has a LOT of sweets). The Barila pizza is very good, and the pasta with chili is also delicious; we really enjoyed it. That's it. I don't know if I would go back.

I'll start with the positives: the place is nice and the food is delicious, in line with the prices. What could be improved is the staff's attention and the wait time. The negatives: we arrived when there were hardly any people around, ordered two pizzas, and it took them just over 45 minutes to get the first one. They were even delivering pizzas to tables that arrived after us. My suggestion: ask approximately how long it will take for your pizza to come out, otherwise they'll forget about you.

El lugar es extremadamente pequeño. Los asientos no son suficientes para dar el servicio a más de 50 personas. La atención de los meseros es pésimo, la carta es una copia fotostatica que las letras ni se entienden. Entre con mascota y si no se dieron cuenta no me dijeron nada (PD. Chihuahua de bolsillo)

Pésima atención, tardaron como 20 min en tomarnos la orden, mejor a los que llegaron después que nosotros les trajeron su comida, tardo hora y media y no llegó la pizza, nos fuimos

I don't recommend it during peak season. I went for dinner around 7 pm. There were people waiting outside, which is usually a good sign. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza, BBQ wings, an Italian soda, and a frappé. It took them 50 minutes to serve me. I'm sharing photos of the pizza; you can judge for yourselves if that qualifies as a pizza. The ham was left whole, and the pineapple should be in syrup, but they served freshly cut pineapple that was so overpowering it that it ruined the flavor. Now they have a stone oven and a great location, but please, take a course and/or update your staff because the food was truly awful. I was even more surprised when I read the reviews, and most people praised them. I hope they take my criticism to heart and take action. I wouldn't go back. Sorry. 👎👎

I had a terrible experience. Not only did they deliver the wrong order, I ordered the Zacatlán pizza, which is one of the most expensive, and they gave me a basic Hawaiian, but they also charged me more than I should have. I feel completely ripped off. I will definitely not buy here again; it's a total lack of respect for customers. We came from Tampico, and they recommended these pizzas to us. I do not recommend this place at all.
