I’ve traveled to so many countries… and this place is extraordinary in food, service and professionalism!!! I can’t express enough how much I love this restaurant!

Beluga offers a vast variety of dining options. I only visited for the last hour of service (not recommended), but was pleasantly greeted by the staff with wine and dessert options. The staff is knowledgeable about the different wine varieties and dessert pairings, while also maintaining a fun and vibrant conversation

The service was excellent, upon arrival we were warmly greeted and seated immediately. The staff is very knowledgeable on the food which is amazing however they will recommend multiple dishes but be advised that the portions are very generous. Ultimately the food and drinks were outstanding and even though we were full we ended our meal with the dulce de leche dessert which we highly recommend!

Excellent. They are 420 friendly. Ask waiter they will take you to smoking lounge. It's hidden you go though kitchen to rooftop with pool

Ommmmggggg. The most awesome experience. They said it was the #1 restaurant in Guadalajara and they are right. Food was up to par. The ambience and decor was ommmggggg. The most memorable was ALL the staff. I meany all the staff were pro and fun and so friendly. I truly meant it. A must try. The price is high for Mexico but not for value u get. It was well worth it

We had a great time at Beluga’s. The food was excellent and at a fair price for a restaurant of this category. What places Beluga’s apart is the the way you are treated. You feel like a millionaire. If you can afford to pay at least $ 150 US dollars for a two people meal, visit Beluga’s, it will be the highlight of your day.

The Beluga is a restaurant that has extremely good service, there may be times when up to five people can be served per table and the food I give it five stars in a restaurant that has everything and especially the shrimp are very good. I really recommend them a lot, it's very tasty and when they go I hope they enjoy it

Great service, it's been awhile since I have this kind of service. Food is great, ambiance in general looks good but food and service win. It might be pricey but it's worth it.

Wonderful restaurant to have a great Velada with a date or your family, the service it's magnificent from the moment you step into till the time you walk out. And the food...well you outta taste it.

Great Food, music and service. Some people complain that the place is expensive , well i believe that the pricies should be set according to the treatment we get and Beluga provides great treatment in my opinion.

It's an extremely fancy place but quite reasonably priced for what it is as we expected it to be way pricier than the other high end restos around. In all aspects it is a definite 5 star (food quality, service, ambiance, drinks) but personally, I just wished it was a bit more chill so I can fully enjoy the experience. I find the level of attention was royalty but needed the balance of not having someone hover over every move.

great location, kind staff, good music, cocktails and food. the tacos de langosta as starter were exceptional and are worth mentioning!

Make sure you get a large table for your group. They will stuff 10 people in an 8-person table

The decoration is on point, food/drinks were good, but service was a little too much. We had the waiters on us all the time, so it became a little annoying. We couldn't enjoy eating alone because there was always a waiter talking to us and suggesting dishes or drinks.

Cool place but overrated. Fresh seafood and steaks are average

The service was great. You have couple staff members around you all the time. Nobody speaks English.Actually there was one waiter that spoke decent. They do not have the menu in English so we had to use Google translators. The food was horrible. We got octopus-it was stringy and hard to eat. Next one was Tuna - it was ok , but nothing special. The best one was the salmon. Prices are normal. Probably a little overpriced comparing with the other restaurants around but nothing crazy.

The food is fantastic but the customer service was offensive and even insulting. The wines served were clearly not well kept and were spoiled but the poor skilled sumiller did not want to change it . A pity because the food and the environment is excellent

The venue is very pretty and decorated with a good taste. Servers are just too much I don’t know who trained them like that, international 5 stars (or even 3 if you know what I mean..are far from that 😂.) A total pitty as I felt overwhelmed and wanted to leave asap, they just missed asking if they could chew the food in my place so I could shallow it easier.

Don’t recommend this place at all, last night was a disaster, it supposed to be a business and pleasure dinner, and thanks to the waiter... the hairless one, we almost lose one big deal, he treated to some of our guest so bad that she didn’t eat at all. The food was regular nothing special, overpriced... they don’t have any control of the other table in the private room, it was like a cheap club with loud bad music.

THIS IS FOR THE ALL THE TOURISTS- STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE- DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING WITHOUT SEEN PRICES. In our family trip (7 people) we visited this place, staff was aware that we were tourists and this was our first visit; they offered us dishes that were not in the menu and WE WERE NOT INFORMED OF PRICES. After we placed the order they started making us feel special and they started bringing us extra tequila shots for our drinks. We ordered a total of 13 drinks, 1 tail lobster, 1 tuna sashimi, 4 tiger shrimps and 2kg Tomahawk. When we received the check total was $18,800 pesos, ($1,060 dollars) Gratuities were not included and they forced us to pay the 15% ($165 dollars gratuity). The total amount that we spent was $1225 dollars for 7 people. They charged us $9000 pesos ($520 dollars) for the tomahawk. I really suggested to all the tourists to learn from our experience and check prices before place the order, I believe that we could easily get the same quality of food and service for half of what we spent.

Dejaron a un trabajador muerto hasta que terminó la jornada. El hecho perverso de que siga abierto. They left a worker dead until the shift was over; through bribes to Mexican officials they avoided further investigation. The fact that it continues to operate is perverse.

My family ate grilled oysters and the next day they felt horrible and couldnt even walk. Turns out it was food poisoning

A very enjoyable meal that was totally ruined by the manager. We came as a group of 7 adults and one child. The food was very good and the service of our waiter ‘Ivan’ was exceptional throughout. We were really enjoying our Father’s day celebration until we saw that we’d been charged more than 400 pesos for 2 tiny bowls of pasta with butter. We ordered the pasta for our daughter and there was no mention that these would be charged the same as an adult seafood pasta. The portion was so small that we ordered a second. The manager Jairo as per his badge or Manuel as he told me, handled the situation terribly. He said that the waiter should have told us that we would be charged for a sea food pasta and that they would bring us the protein (after we’d finished the meal, deserts and coffees). He said that if this wasn’t acceptable then he would charge the waiter for the mistake! Until we dealt with this awful manager we would have returned to this restaurant but this left us feeling very disappointed and uncomfortable and shows how little respect that the manger has for the staff (who are the stars of this restaurant) and the customers. This could have been easily solved by someone with a little bit of common sense. For context the bill was 7,500. We are a family who enjoy eating out and have never experienced so bad customer service in a restaurant here, especially that from a manager.

Expensive and the food is terrible. The service is great, sometimes annoying (Feels like they almost want to chew the food for you).

We had a great experience last night at this restaurant, large group of 15 people celebrating a birthday. Unfortunately three of us got very sick after our dinner. We all had in common the same dish “grilled oysters”. This ended running our last day of our trip and Súper bowl Sunday. Called the restaurant to let them know our situation and they just said that everything was fresh and they sold out of that product last night - so worried me more people got sick. I usually never write negative reviews, but also I had never gotten sick from dinning at any restaurant.

First of all great dishes, great quality but above all that they trick you and make you feel special when your check is more than 5k and invite you to a special events for free, that are more expensive without telling you or be honest about it, no prices of the dishes that they serve you and offer you in the special extra expensive events!!!!! extreme expensive dishes that no one tell you the prices just offer to you and when the check arrives Surprise a tuna sashimi of 6 to 8 thin pieces for 500MXN, 2 tuna tostadas for more than 400MXN etc so at the end all the great taste, service and quality thrown out the window, just to be dishonest business!!!!!!!! Please when you invite a family to a special event need to be totally clear of the costs of the foods that they will serve you that are out of the menu, dont scam customers, that is a very same and dishonest way to do business!!!!!

They do know how to ruin a dinner celebration with not edible meal. The attitude toward to solve the situation was missing. We don’t recommend this place nor coming back, even though the manager said that will send the feedback to the chef.

The service is horrible. They should not be forcing you to pay a tip at whatever percentage they want as it is not even requiered. The food is meh but they try and take advantage of their clients by offering you something without consent bringing you the most expensive thing they have in their menu. Not recommended at all. They should close the place down.

The worst restaurant in GDL. They don’t respect the reservations. They have a very strict rule regarding the reservation, but I had a reservation for an specific hour and when I arrived (on time) my table wasn’t ready. However, I decided to wait outside (since they don’t have a waiting area) and it took them more than 1 hour to “give us a table”. When we arrived at our table they had improvised a table in a hallway between the bar exit and the kitchen entrance apart from everyone in the restaurant. Literally a segregated table. By far the worst experience I’ve had in Guadalajara.

They don’t speak any English and don’t have wheelchair access, can you believe this guys? An expensive place with no handicap access. If they don’t care about the people who need a wheelchair access, imagine the food. Please change the name to “Russian wannabe”
