The food is filling, the prices are consistent with those of a famous fast food brand, and the customer service is excellent. If you're ordering to-go, it's recommended to go to the drive-thru, as the soda is dispensed in automatic bottles, either 600ml or 400ml depending on your purchase. Upon entering the restaurant, you're greeted by interactive menu screens that allow customers to browse the menu and place orders. An employee will assist you with placing your order if needed. Upon completing your purchase, whether by card or cash, you'll be assigned a number, which appears on your receipt. With this number, they'll call you at the counter to take your order. You can sit down while your order is being delivered. To obtain coupons, you must make a food purchase (does not apply to desserts). I also recommend asking an employee if there's anything they don't have for sale at the moment, whether due to a shortage, out-of-service machines, or a discontinued product. If you need more condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise) or napkins, you can approach the counter and ask an employee, who will be happy to assist you. If you have any concerns about what you received, you can approach the counter and an employee will provide excellent service so you're satisfied with your purchase. IMPORTANT NOTE: Service closes at 10:00 p.m.

No hay hielo para las bebidas, no les han surtido mayonesa para las hamburguesas

Dice que cierra a las 11 y esto no es verdad llegue 10.20 y me dice la señorita que ya está cerrado siempre con mala actitud nada más por qué no hay opción Pero si no no iba.

Amburguesas Frías frias frias., ademas están quitando cosas de la barra, la pepsi sabia caducada, para esa mala calidad ya están carisimas. Ya no regreso NUNCA.

Lamentablemente la encargada no da para el puesto, lento el servicio, muy malo y las mesas sucias.

Ya cada vez más baja la calidad de alimentos.

Be careful if you go to the drive-thru. We were just charged for two double soup bowls that were actually delivered, but they charged us for two of the new jumbo ones and gave us a double soup bowl and a mini cheese bowl. A real robbery in the wilderness.

I went with some friends, and when we tried to order, the waiter was terrible. We went over to ask for food, but they said they weren't helping us and that we should use the screens. You can't even ask questions. There are better places to eat.
