It's a nice place. I think the location is good, and the fact that it's on the second floor adds a special touch, although sometimes the music in the restaurant downstairs tends to be a bit loud, which isn't entirely bothersome. The only negative I have is that the food and drink preparation time tends to be a bit long. I'm telling you this because the time I went, there were literally only four people there, and it still took them a while to bring me my drinks. Other than that, everything is great.

A good place to hang out with friends; the best part is the very affordable prices, although the quality is obviously lower than in other places. The music they play is varied; sometimes you'll find rock, other times reggaeton, perhaps depending on whoever's in charge at the time.

The service is fast, the beer is delicious and cheap, but the food isn't worth it (only the Vancouver potatoes are, but not the rest of the food). The waiters are friendly, and the music is quite varied. They don't play bands or corridos, which I love. I go at least once a week.

Agradable ambiente, respeta las normas del reglamento por pandemia y atentos.

Las alitas son previamente freídas y al momento de pedirlas las vuelven a calentar, además de que seguido les faltan cosas para el consumó de los clientes.

Agradable lugar, buenas promociones en alimentos y bebidas. No es un lugar para platicar por el volumen de la música.

Sólo es un buen lugar si deseas tomar una cerveza y estar con amigos. Psrs nada recomiendo la comida, está horrible y fe una calidad nefasta. La comida ya no es lo que solía ser.

Para mala suerte no había nada de lo que pedí, y eso estaba en la carta ni la cerveza ni la limonada , ni el te helado, ni la hamburguesa . Me parece que deberían tener en cuenta que para eventos televisivos importantes llenen sus refrigeradores y tengan todos en orden para ese día

The service is excellent, the place is very good, the problem and the most important thing is the food, I have been there several times hoping they will improve the service, however it has never changed, sometimes they give me re-fried wings, all dry and looking like jerky, or sometimes they give me them raw, today I went and ordered takeout and when I got home I found that the wings were raw and the buffalo sauce looked like water (it was diluted with water or I don't know what) it seemed like it didn't have any sauce, unfortunately I will not return to that branch.

These franchises have been in Guadalajara for several years, and it's a shame to see how the quality of both their products and service are declining. I hadn't been to this place in a long time, and it was a surprise to see how much it's changed. Starting with the service of the waiters: slow, distracted, forgetful... well, if you don't mind having to ask for an ashtray three times and then having to go to the bar to get it yourself, then no problem. The quality of the food, for example the wings, which are the specialty of this place, is deplorable: tiny pieces of bone with a small chicken lining and lots and lots of grease. The bathrooms are very dirty; my companion preferred to go to the men's restroom; I can't even imagine what he saw. And the cherry on top, even with the terrible service, they automatically charged the tip to our bill, as if it were mandatory. I personally find that kind of action in very poor taste, and even a bit fraudulent. If you don't have an estimate of what you've consumed, you won't realize it because it's stated on the receipt, much less the waiter serving you will tell you, unless you question why the charge is higher than you expected. The only good thing is that they offer a variety of beer and continue with their style of having different promotions every day. I hope the franchise takes action and the business's reputation doesn't decline further.

The service leaves much to be desired... it's served by young people who have no idea what customer service is. We went at a normal time in the late afternoon, and the place was almost empty, yet they were already out of stock. A restaurant can't afford to deny its customers dishes due to a lack of inventory. That demonstrates poor management. I also requested a bill, but they never sent it to me. They have a lot of work to do to improve.

Terrible service. They sell you a supposed package for 8 people that says it's 2.5 kg of wings, but when they serve it, there are at most 12 or 13 veggie wings and 5 strips (when it says 100 grams). You ask for a plate and they give you a dirty look, you ask for a container and the girl says they're all dirty. Awful service indeed. First and last time. If you can avoid this place, do so.

The quality of the wings seems to be the cheapest and worst possible, with poor appearance, broken bones, and poorly cut pieces. The sauces are watery and flavorless. The waiters are slow, distracted, and lack a minimum sense of urgency or customer service. I didn't enjoy my stay at all and decided to leave much earlier than I had intended. The place has deteriorated considerably; I won't be returning for a very long time.
