It seems to me that the service has declined significantly since the previous manager was replaced. On numerous occasions, the new person arrives late (until noon if you're lucky), and you have to wait up to an hour or leave.

They don't open on Saturdays and Sundays after 2 p.m. and you can see that there's a woman inside. Once I waited until 5 p.m. and they didn't open. I recommend going during the week. The person who's there during the week is more punctual.

My mom went to buy two coffees a few days ago, and the young woman who served them was incredibly rude. She threw the money at them and kept giving them dirty looks, claiming she was angry because she was eating and they had interrupted her. We also work in customer service, and it's awful to go somewhere and encounter people like this. They should have better screening processes when selecting their staff, or at least manage them better so everyone can take breaks and eat on time, preventing them from taking it out on customers. We certainly won't be going back.

Terrible! The young woman was inside the shop with the curtain closed. I went for a walk in the plaza while waiting for it to open, and it was still closed. The hours are listed as 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, and I was in the plaza between 1:20 pm and 3:00 pm, and the curtain never went up. They should pay attention to this; it's not the first time this has happened. Even the neighbors say it's always like this.
