There may be a Café Moka shop downtown, but there's one thing this place will never match: service. Claudia provides excellent service; she guides you and suggests blends.
They serve very well and the coffee is of the highest quality. I'm a super coffee lover and the mocha is definitely the best quality. They have all kinds: pot, espresso, gourmet, Americano, and more.

Every week I go for my 1/4 cup of freshly roasted ground coffee, with a delicious aroma, body, and flavor. I enjoy my cup of European coffee every morning. The service is top-notch, attentive and friendly.
Excellent branch, very well located, and the service is top-notch. They recommend different types of coffee beans and blends, and they certainly have a great variety of beans. The coffee prepared there is exquisite, very rich, and at a very good price, a thousand times better than the coffee at La Estrellita or La Floresita, there's no comparison. If you like good coffee, this is the place for you.
Cafés Moka has excellent coffee bean blends to enjoy on-site, as well as pre-ground coffee for home brewing, and best of all, it's always fresh. The staff is very friendly and attentive, offering recommendations on blends and varieties, as well as brewing instructions for home use. It's recommended to bring cash, as they don't yet accept bank cards.
The truth is that the best coffees to taste are in this place. I would really give them 100 stars just because they are not here, but they have very good service and it is such a delicious coffee.

It seems to me that the service has declined significantly since the previous manager was replaced. On numerous occasions, the new person arrives late (until noon if you're lucky), and you have to wait up to an hour or leave.
They don't open on Saturdays and Sundays after 2 p.m. and you can see that there's a woman inside. Once I waited until 5 p.m. and they didn't open. I recommend going during the week. The person who's there during the week is more punctual.
My mom went to buy two coffees a few days ago, and the young woman who served them was incredibly rude. She threw the money at them and kept giving them dirty looks, claiming she was angry because she was eating and they had interrupted her. We also work in customer service, and it's awful to go somewhere and encounter people like this. They should have better screening processes when selecting their staff, or at least manage them better so everyone can take breaks and eat on time, preventing them from taking it out on customers. We certainly won't be going back.
Terrible! The young woman was inside the shop with the curtain closed. I went for a walk in the plaza while waiting for it to open, and it was still closed. The hours are listed as 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, and I was in the plaza between 1:20 pm and 3:00 pm, and the curtain never went up. They should pay attention to this; it's not the first time this has happened. Even the neighbors say it's always like this.
