Key lime pie is the worst cheesecake ever, 1 sale a year to joe castro. Aside from that 5 stars though!

The food was very different from California. I had the chicken permasan and was not impressed with it.i have to try other plates, hopefully they are better. 😒

Honestly a lot of people say that is a expensive place but is not, portions are huge and for that quantity and quality of food, is cheaper than others restaurant. My burger was delicious, and the steak has no words! Great place to enjoy. And please do not forget to take a cheesecake...a piece of heaven.

Always a good experience here. Don't understand why this location is never busy. While there are a few items that aren't on the USA menu, the food generally is prepared and tastes the same - just a less expensive.

We love coming to the cheesecake factory. The foid is really good. Huge portions. And the cheesecakes are next level. The ambiance is always very chill and relaxed. Great for special occacions or stopping randomly. Would highly suggest!

Shout out to Luis the server, quick and efficient. Everything arrived hot, quickly, and excellently prepared. The crunch on the calamari, the crisp on the egg rolls and the fried Mac n cheese, simply excellente. The spinach dip and chips was superb, I don't think any restaurant does it like them. It doesn't matter what country you are in, or what time you go, it will always be excellent. I am definitely going back soon, and I hope Luis can serve me again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were so surprised with delicious food and expert service at this restaurant. I haven't been to this restaurant in the States, but if it is like it is here in Mexico, then I highly recommend it. The food was fabulous, and the portions were very generous. We had cheesecake as well, but got it to go because we were so full from the main dishes. Great restaurant

First of all the service is attentive and very welcoming. Their food is on point, speaking about the food their menu is quite big and include almost no photos. The waiter was happy to explain anything on the menu so there is no confusion on what you order. The wait time from sitting to eating is great, you aren't waiting for so long but your aren't leaving early either. Also if you are a connoisseur of Cheesecake you can gladly go in there for just a slice, either be dine in or take out.

It was a great experience. Food was delicious. The flavor in all the dishes we order was better than in the US locations. Atmosphere is great. Highly recommend if you are in Guadalajara.

The food is very well served, service is pretty good the price of the food is a little on the higher side but it is expected. Bathrooms are clean and if any accommodation needs to be made they are quick to do if they can.

Delivers the Cheesecake Factory experience (even the characteristic bakery/buttery smell, which is a good thing) in Guadalajara. Overall a nice restaurant, with the classic dishes from Cheesecake Factory. Having some experience with the menu is better, because some things are really simple items that disappoint some people expecting more (e.g. classic burgers and fish and chips), while others are really good and tasty culinary experiences (the steak Diane, Jambalaya chicken and the Madeira chicken are worth a try). Moderately priced with good quality food and service overall.

This place was very Americanized, it is a mirror clone of what we have in the states. The pricing included. When in Rome.. As a visitor I thought it would be nice to go get a coffee and cheesecake. The coffee was not great but the cheesecake it what you would except. Rich and high in sugar.

Went couple of times and the food is average. The portions are huge. The service was slow.

Large menu, of course. My wife's hamburger had lots of grizzle and her fries were dry. Imy chicken was ok, but nothing to write home for.

Been a few bad experiences in recent years, as well as good. Would get higher marks if the quality wasn't hit or miss given the prices for the dishes. Miss certain things that used to be on the menu but also as of 2022, dig some of the new offerings.

This is the 3rd time that I go to a The Cheescake Factory in Mexico. The prices of the dishes are above and beyond of what can be considered fare for what you pay for, the quality was not good enough for the prices payed.. Therefore, it is expensive and food is very greasy (fat), in fact the restaurant smell like old-fat. The hosts are extremely friendly and polite, the same from some waiters. Unfortunately if you ask to add your points in the WOW reward program that is a different story. I asked to add it, the waiter never showed up and a gentlemen approached with a ticket saying that my points were added and, of course with the Card-Terminal. I payed (tip included) and left the restaurant but WOW points were never added.

I went here with a friend to try their burgers but I have to say they’re nothing special. The taste was good but for their prices I would have expected something much more better. The staff was friendly and the vibe of the place is nice, but maybe next time I would try to order something different.

I can't believe that a place like this has no air conditioning!!. I don't know if they are trying to save some pennies, hahaha. I don't understand this mentality of not making your customers 100%happy in order to save again, some pennies.

Honestly had a good time there, but I assume the waiter thought we didn't have money because he wouldn't really attend us. He refilled me once, never brought the bread till I asked and was quick to rush us out. That whole experience made the meal taste bad. Cheesecake was bomb though.

Disappointment of customer service. No kind face willing to serve, discrimination totally. I do not recommend it, education is not in their curriculum, apparently.

The worst thing about the Cheesecake Factory is their cheesecake it’s nasty too sweet that it burns the throat. It is disgustingly awful. Costco’s cheesecake is still better though both are horrible
