Thank goodness they were open Christmas!!! Needed my shaken espresso for the day and MIL house didn't cut it.
I rarely give out five star reviews, but I love how this Starbucks franchise never complains about making my drinks, I’ve been to other locations here in Santa Rosa and they try to give me half empty drinks. But these employees just get to work and just give you what you ask for!! 🙏👍🏼 keep up the good work!!

This is the best Starbucks I’ve been in in recent memory. Newly remodeled clean bathrooms great wash your hands area with very cool dispenser water soap and dryer all in one bar! I got a venti Americano and it was the perfect temperature nice and hot, stayed hot through the time I drank the whole beverage.the staff is always fast and cordial and great location right off the highway👍.
Super weird, but apparently there’s another review for this location using my first and last name which is not me nor is it one of my accounts. Since I’m the only person in the US with this name it’s fairly obvious and very strange. Not sure why somebody would do that. This is actually one of my two favorite Starbucks locations in Sonoma county and I’ve been coming here my entire life. Service is always great and I’m a big fan of the food options here. I don’t know any employees names here either. Anyway, just wanted to throw up a real and positive review to counteract that. If you could, please report that review. This is one of the top notch locations in Sonoma county Photos for proof.
This is my normal go-to Starbucks. Has the best hours and the staff are always lovely. Today I had a venti iced coffee that I spilled shortly after I got it... I went in very sad and they just replaced it right there on the spot. Definitely turned my day around! Best Starbucks there is!
my fav starbucks in santa rosa! I love coming here to get work done. The baristas at this location are so sweet and friendly! The store is always clean and well maintained, great atmosphere.
For a few months this location had a burnt flavor in the coffee but they have gotten everything organized I guess cause it's back to being great. Normal bumps in the road here and there. But its great. This location also always has a line but yet always keeps the wait under 10 min
Quality wasn't right. Cold brew was off. Cool design inside but if you aren't posting up, drive the five minutes to a different location.
I understand that this is a coffee shop, not a library, but many people settle into a Starbucks to get work done or study. The employees (both on and off the clock) at this location make that nearly impossible as the lobby quickly turns into social hour amongst themselves, reminiscent of uncontrollably obnoxious tweens at a One Direction concert. No amount of caffeine could make their behavior tolerable. Hell, not even noise cancelling headphones could drown out the squawking permeating throughout the store. The final straw was when I saw one partner, off the clock, walk in and out of the back room barefoot. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. But, two stars for the free WiFi - thanks, Starbucks!
At 10:23 on 11/11/25 there was a extremely rude guy working the drive through...I had to raise my voice a little bit to get a thank you from him ...he was clearly upset I didn't tip ...sorry buddy I don't tip men ...personal policy of mine
This was one of the worst Starbucks visits I've had. The supervisor, Angelina's, attitude was unprofessional and rude. Seem's to be a familia problem as several of these partners are related. The service was careless. My order was delayed and made incorrectly. Instead of fixing it politely, I was treated as if I were the problem. The atmosphere was uncomfortable from start to finish. I will be taking my business to other locations where customers are treated with respect
Visited this location today and had a very disapointing experience. The supervisor, Angelina, was noticeably rude when I asked about my order, which was then made incorrectly. The store manager sat in the lobby and watched this experience with no coaching. The service overall felt extremely dismissive, and I left feeling uncomfortable. I have had much better experiences at other Starbucks locations and do not plan on visiting this location in the future. The lack of training at this location is clear in the horrendous service
I recently had a disappointing experience at Starbucks with an employee named Angelina. As my friend and I approached the store, she gave us unwelcoming and dirty looks before we even stepped inside. It was uncomfortable enough that we chose not to enter and instead went through the drive-thru, where another employee provided excellent service. This type of behavior creates a negative impression and can drive customers away. I can only imagine the type of treatment she gives her coworkers. I hope this matter is addressed and she is fired or under someone else’s supervision to ensure all customers are treated with courtesy and respect.
I went to this Starbucks around 8:30–9:00 PM with a classmate, and before we even walked in, a supervisor named Angelina gave us a nasty, unwelcoming look that immediately made us feel uncomfortable. This is not just poor customer service — it’s unacceptable behavior, especially from someone in a leadership position who should be setting the example for the rest of the staff. If this is how she treats customers, I can only imagine how poorly employees must be treated under her supervision. We avoided going inside entirely and used the drive-thru instead just to avoid her. If a supervisor cannot greet customers with basic courtesy and professionalism, it raises serious concerns about the work environment and training at this location. Management and corporate need to address this immediately.
I recently had a very disappointing experience at Starbucks that I feel compelled to share. I visited the store around 10 PM, when there were no other customers. I politely asked the supervisor, Angelina, for an iced water. To my surprise, she was incredibly rude and told me that I had to purchase something from the menu to get a complimentary drink. I've worked in customer service for years, and I've never encountered such a lack of professionalism. It's one thing to have policies in place, but it's another to be impolite and unwelcoming to customers. A simple 'I'm sorry, but company policy requires a purchase' would have sufficed. Angelina's attitude was completely uncalled for and left me with a bad impression of this Starbucks location. If you're not happy with your job, Angelina, perhaps it's time to consider other options. In the meantime, I hope Starbucks management addresses this issue to ensure better customer service.
I only come to this location if I’m on my way to work. I ordered a refresher today and I told the lady I wanted a venti she kept saying grande. When I expressed to her I wanted a size bigger she finally got it correct. When I received my drink I got a venting cup I drove off. After talking off I took ONE sip and to my surprise my cup was 90 percent ice. I shouldn’t be almost done with my drink after 1-2 sips.
