It was my first time trying Indian oven tonight and oh my goodness it was sooo good! The restaurant was very nice and clean the service was great and the food was amazing we will definitely be going back!
Absolutely delicious! Went with 5 other people. Everyone got a different dish and appetizer and there was no bad thing on the table. Amazing flavors and great service.
We were on our lo g drive back from albuquerque to houston and went to India oven for take away. I am a big fan of authentic punjabi food but had disappointments . But experience at India oven was beyond expectations. 1. Food was so good and brought back memories of authentic tasty punjabi food 2. Manager and staff were very caring and enhanced the experience. Highly recommend this place for service experience and food. They are genuine people and accomodated our additional requests very warmly. India oven became the part of great experience during vacation. See you next time. @ management team, would love to see your branches in major cities and expanding.
My husband love the Indian Oven. We first tried it two years ago when we had our first born and have gone many times since then. We have not been disappointed yet. The service is always exceptional, it’s nice and clean and the food is spectacular. I love all the food we have tried but the Naan is the best Naan I’ve ever had. We have eaten at other Indian restaurants in town but their Naan does not compare the Indian Oven.
I could eat here every day! great food and service 🤩 Indian Oven never disappoints and is vegetarian/vegan friendly. I got the vegetable pakora, onion naan, and aloo gobhi. the tomato shorba is also superb.
Wow. Just wow! This place delivers an incredible experience. My husband and I are driving through on our way to Colorado and we stopped in. We immediately fell in love with the ambiance, and then the food was impeccable! The restaurant is filled with beautiful Indian art. It is super clean and inviting. The service was also great! We obviously love this place! We will certainly be stopping by on our way back and hopefully soon after. We are vegetarian and we’re so happy to find this gem on our path! Definitely check this place out!
I loved Indian Oven! I was shocked to find such delicious food in Amarillo! The food was very flavorful and fresh. Fast, kind, attentive service. Plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. I definitely recommend dining here if you find yourself in Amarillo! You will definitely want to visit again!
Always a great choice to break the diet. 🩵
My husband had the lamb biryani. The meat is tender, flavorful and plentiful. He asked for spicy and it is perfect! I ordered chicken Korma. Spicy (I asked for it), creamy and had bits of cauliflower, which I appreciated. Clean facility and quick, courteous service. Win win!!
I think the Indian food there was great. I spend $20 there for the buffet and tips. It was a little pricey, but if you are looking for some foreign food experience, I would recommend you to try out. The service was great and atmosphere was nice and comfortable. Overall, I would give them a thumb up for the first time experience.
Im a Heavy Long haul trucker pilot . . Love indian food both sides of the border 😋. This is in my top 5 . Had the Madras lamb and butter Naan. Asked for medium spice as my stomach is aging . It was perfect. The butter Naan was my #1 favorite so far . So buttery and lite not doughy. The rice was fresh and fluffy always a pleasant surprise. The lamb was soft and succulent . Cut it with my fork. Seasoned perfectly . This is definitely a future stop on my travels thru Amarillo. 9/ 10 . The only reason not 10/10. I'm not done searching yet . Roger v
My family and I love Indian oven! We eat here often. I've never gotten a dish I didn't like, so you really can't go wrong with anything you choose. The staff is exceptional, always nice and prompt. Rarely do I have to ask for a refill on my drink (I get my food Indian spicy so I go through a lot of water!) Overall it's a great place to eat.
The entire staff was simply incredible! They were exceptionally polite, caring, and knowledgeable, making our experience delightful. The food was an absolute delight, with the meat cooked to perfection and incredibly tender. The attentive service from everyone made us feel truly valued, and we can't wait to visit again. The ambiance added to the overall enjoyment, creating a wonderful dining atmosphere. Thank you all so much for a memorable time!
Fantastic experience. The service was top notch from when I walked in. I had my water and beverage of choice within two minutes of sitting. The food was incredible. The Chicken Tikka Masala had rich creamy flavor. The rice was cooked perfectly. The garlic naan was as big as a medium pizza and was full of flavor. In my opinion, this place rivals some of the “higher end” Indian spots I’ve been to in big cities. Well done! The beer was ice cold too!
Guys I just wanna say , food coma everything was just savory flavorful , butter chicken was creamy , sweet and spicy , very welcoming taste , the restaurant is quiet , great environment, Chicken tandoori I dipped in the butter chicken sauce and man that was amazing for whoever cooks this food deserves to be sucked from the back
I love India food though I am not an expert on the cuisine. I try new places in my travels when I can and have never found a better place than Indian Oven. If they are open when I'm passing through I will always stop for an amazing meal. My daughter loves their chicken curry. I enjoy their lamb dishes. And I tried one of their Tandoori chicken dishes yesterday; it was devine. The staff is friendly. The facility is clean and inviting. I 100% recommend Indian Oven.
As always, the food was amazing and the restaurant was incredibly clean and well decorated. We usually order online and wanted to try eating in the restaurant this time. Unfortunately our first server was incredibly condescending and frequently said “I’m not judging, but…” We’re very familiar with our normal orders and his arrogance nearly ruined the dining experience. Thank goodness another server took over and was incredibly kind and helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience and I wouldn’t dissuade anyone from trying it.
I had a great experience at this place I learned the difference between South India and North India food Southern India food is very spicy always cooked a little different and could be the same stuff I had a great experience tonight 09-07-2017 they also have a lunch buffet reasonable prices and nice atmosphere
This was my first time eating lunch here and the food was fantastic. The selection on the buffet was limited but what they did have available was superb! I highly recommend trying this place if you like Indian food!!!
We ordered takeout and the service was great. The employee made sure I was taken care of quickly and checked on my food a second time without prompting. The food was very hot and didn’t sit in the kitchen for a minute. Food was great! Service was great! We’ll be back for sure
I really love the food here, especially the samosas and butter chicken curry. All of the servers here are incredibly respectful, and food came out really fast! I wanna come back and try their buffet and bring my friends here. (I'm also a lassi addict and its just right!) Its so clean and nice inside, its a nice atmosphere to just chit chat as well! Thank you to the person who paid for my bill as well. I will never forget it! (´。• ᵕ •。`) ♡
What a beautiful restaurant! Went last night for my cousin's birthday, we had the Butter Chicken with butter Naan bread. It was so delicious. The atmosphere was so relaxing, which was well needed after a stressful day. The service was absolutely wonderful. They made sure we did not need anything and were right on it when we did. The prices were very reasonable as well. I will definitely recommend Indian Oven to everyone I know.
I’m a delivery driver for karma so I try something new once in awhile. We also eat out at a lot of places and I’m pretty harsh on my reviews sometimes because we cook great at home and when we eat out we want even greater food. This was amazing! I Loved the food here and the customer service is appreciated ♥️ the chicken in the orange sauce (maybe butter chicken) on the naan bread was my favorite. I would definitely bring my family to dine here.
I went with my daughters for a girl's dinner. We tried a variety of things. I had the Lamb Biryani, and we shared the Assortment of Breads. It was all so delicious! We'll definitely be back to try something new off the menu. There are so many things to choose from!
Great Service. The staff were attentive and friendly, especially Jennifer. We ordered two vegetable items and both were tasty. The quantity could be a little more generous compared to the price. Overall a nice experience.
If I had the money to hire the chefs in this kitchen to cook for me every day, I 100000% would. My husband and I LOVE this place. It never misses. I haven't even tried the other Indian restaurants in town, because Indian Oven has set the bar so high, I'm afraid I'll be let down elsewhere. My staple dish is the chicken korma HOT. Husband's is Chicken Vindaloo HOT. Always get the garlic naan and veggie samosas. Service can take a while sometimes while dining in, but that just means more time enjoying the intoxicating aromas. Thank you for making some of the most delicious dishes I have ever tasted ~Your regular takeout customers under the name "Jordan" ❤️
OMG Indian Oven is amazing! I haven’t had much Indian food in my lifetime so I really didn’t know what to order. However, I love trying new food. I went with the chicken tiki masala spice level hot with Jalapeños cilantro naan. Good Lord! Very very tasty! Portion was generous. My husband and I shared and got full. Even had a lil left over. We”ll definitely be returning. I want to try everything! I love that they have a buffet.
This is our go-to place when we’re craving a good curry. They are always super friendly and the food is absolutely delicious!!
Last night, over the phone, I ordered dal makhani, mutter paneer and tandoori rotis. When I spoke with Mr. Kiran, I made a couple special requests to customize the food pertaining to spice level and butter. I have to say, the food was PERFECT for our palate and tasted fresh as well as homemade. We were also given complimentary rice with each entree. The food was delicious was kind to our digestive system. After a 10-hour drive from California, my husband and I had arrived at the Marriott in Downtown Amarillo, totally exhausted. This food brightened up our evening. A big thank you to Mr. Kiran and his kitchen staff.
This was very good. Loved the buffet they do. That's what we ordered. Didn't have a single thing that was bad. Service was amazing and very friendly. Would recommend to anyone to try.
Great interior and setup. Clean and welcoming atmosphere. I tried a different dish than the one im used to, it was nice and spicy just as i asked for it to be. My main dish came with a side of rice which was awesome. There was a teenage boy that helped me and when he didnt know the answer he did find out for me. I highly recommend this pace if you are in Amarillo. I had the bhature with shahi paneer and mango lassi.
Food is absolutely amazing! The butter chicken and palak paneer is an absolute must. Any version of the Naan is great but my favorite is the the one with potato. Samosas are fabulous. Any kind. I'm just gonna list my favorites; shrimp byrani, the lentils, the okra and tomatoes. Basically anything you can order you will be pleased!
Really, nice place to dine. The workers are polite and respectful. He butter chicken was very, very good. My family loves it.
My husband and I enjoy coming here for their buffet lunch. Lots of choices, including vegetarian options. We also order from the menu, and have plenty for a second meal at home. Everything is freshly prepared and delicious. Service is friendly and helpful. Definitely a favorite!
i ordered togo on uber eats, everything came packaged neatly and clearly labeled. i got chicken biryani.... guys its so good, the spice is on point, the chicken is so juicy and delicious. i also got veggie samosas and bullet naan and they are excellent, this place doesnt miss. one of the best restaurants in town
Never had indian food before, but it was amazing surprisingly
I was unfamiliar with the game of Indian food glad I tried it at this place truly opened my eyes to new cuisine , like omggg it was so good loved every dish I tried I also loved the kind of bread they brought out as well, the atmosphere is so nice love the lighting the music and it was so clean I had everything in the buffet and also had the mango smoothie option which was good too 😋
This was our first time here, and we were not disappointed. The restaurant was not crowded when we went around 5pm. Our waiter was great! He had a good sense of humor and was so helpful in his advice about what to choose for each of our dinner plates. We had Chicken Tikka Masala and Chicken Jalfrezi. Each dish came out in beautiful metal bowls with a side of basmati rice, which was delicious! The seasonings of the dishes were very tasty and the heat levels (which YOU can choose how hot 🔥!) were spot on! We each had some naan bread, one garlic and one onion.... Oh so delicious! The entire meal was just right in amount of food, the prices were reasonable and we very much enjoyed it. The also have a buffet, so if you want to try their food, that's a great choice. Thank you Indian Oven for a great dinner after a long drive and an unsatisfying day with doctors. We will be back soon!
We went in for the buffet. We called ahead and was informed that all meat here was halal, so a good option for people looking for halal food. There was no biriyani in the buffet and that was something we missed. The mixed vegetables, the chicken tikka masala, the butter chicken, the naan, and the chicken fries were really good. Chicken fries were a bit extra salty, but that's what I like :p The service was awesome and the environment was good 👍
Amazing spread of authentic North Indian food . Host was very gracious. We were passing through Amarillo and did not expect an authentic experience like this here .
My first time going to Indian oven the food is amazing. I said spicy and when you say spicy it means spicy 🌶️ . I I highly recommend this place if you love spicy food ❤️
A consistent excellent experience. My wife and I have dined here several times, and Indian Oven never seems to have an 'off' day. The food is high quality and authentic. The wait staff are helpful and have clearly been educated on the menu. The atmosphere is clean and cozy. If you're craving Indian cuisine, you can't go wrong with Indian Oven. [Pictured: Madras Chicken Curry, Bullet Naan, Original Naan]
I’ve been a regular customer of this restaurant through its three locations and have always enjoyed their food and hospitality. This is a terrific new location for them, I wish them all the best and will continue to frequent them. Buffet or off the menu they never fail to please.
We don't live in Amarillo but we pass through here on road trips about 3 times a year. When we do, we make a point of eating here because the food is always great and the service is usually good. What keeps this from being 5 stars is that our most recent visit was a rather disappointing experience. The service was very slow, took forever to get refills of my tea even after asking and the naan was cold. I'm hoping it was a fluke so we'll see what happens on our next visit. EDIT: came back through Amarillo on the way back to Oklahoma and went here for lunch. They do a buffet which had 3 items my wife could eat (gluten free and vegan) which was a big plus. Service wasn’t really an issue since it was a buffet but I had no issues with getting my ice tea refilled and the food was top notch. I was surprised by one of their breads that was essentially a sopapilla but one of the staff educated me that it’s a common Indian breakfast bread. Was great as a dessert though with butter and honey. UPDATE: been back a few more times this summer on road trips and they continue to impress. Even when we arrived half an hour before closing we had a fantastic meal and didn’t feel rushed.
I had the best experience at indian oven. As someone who cannot eat gluten or dairy they took such good care of me and the food was phenomenal! I will definitely be back!
I had decided to eat dinner at the India Oven after a pretty tough day at work. I was sat and taken care of by Precious. Precious completely changed my day for the better and was the best server I’ve had in all the years that I have been in the panhandle. She was incredibly kind and had genuine warmth and compassion within her that she seemed to share with her customers. Her generosity made such an impact I decided to write my first ever review of a restaurant. Besides the enjoyable food, Precious is the main attraction that ties together an overall significant experience.
Literally the best buffet in all town, walked in and had a really nice server, and then somebody working in the back bought out some fresh naan for us. Very amazing and clean atmosphere as well.
We went here for dinner on a date and the food was WONDERFUL, and minus the breads you could order on the side, everything was gluten free. The atmosphere was nice as well as quiet on a Tuesday night. We will come again!
We ordered through Uber Eats. We're transplants from Northern California and missed Indian food. On a whim I ordered Indian Oven and it did not disappoint. Everything was fresh, hot, and carefully wrapped so nothing leaked. The food was delicious and brought back so many memories of enjoying Indian food at home. Namaste
We stumbled upon the Indian Oven minutes before closing while frantically searching for a restaurant when a previous takeout order at a different restaurant was canceled. We were immediately met with kindness and the woman at the hostess stand placed our order. We are so grateful for their hospitality but their food itself wins the 5 stars- we both agreed it was the best dinner we’ve had in a long time. The house salad was incredibly fresh, the dal and the butter chicken were delicious, and the naan was impeccable. I could not recommend Indian oven enough, both for their hospitality and their food!
My husband and I love Indian food! We went to Indian Oven based on a recommend for someone in town. We were not disappointed!! The butter lamb and garlic naan were off the hook! Great service too! The waitress knew the menu backwards and forward and was helpful and attentive. Thanks for the great food!
I knew I was going to love dining here as soon as I opened the front door. You could cut the smell of curry with a knife. And if you like curry-themed dishes, well, this is heaven. As I looked around, I saw a very diverse crowd of diners, of which about 50% were either Indian or from nearby. This is always a good sign when dining in ethnic restaurants. If the folks from the featured cuisine are eating there, then you know it passes muster. I started with a cup of piping hot black tea, which was perfect for the chilly night I visited. I then orders the Madras Vegetables, which as the menu says is “fresh vegetables blended with spices and a touch of curry sauce,” the base of which was coconut milk. A large bowl of steamed rice accompanied my entree. Although I asked for medium heat, I was a little surprised that it hardly registered. It was still delightfully tasty, though, so next time I will turn it up a couple of notches in hopes of getting the full effect. I also ordered a huge round Roti, which is a vegan flatbread, very thin, and perfect for dipping. Serving sizes were perfect…not so much that I needed to do takeaway, but not so little as to be left still hungry. It was a great value, and as with most Indian restaurants, there are many options for vegetarians and vegans, but also plenty of choices for omnivores.
Decided to eat here with my fiancé to try a more authentic Indian cuisine that is in Amarillo. We defineitly had a good time at the Indian Oven. The portion sizes for the meals are quite large so be prepared to get a to-go box if you need one. Together we ate the lamb curry and chicken curry with Garlic Naan and Garlic Jalepeno Naan. The Naan also is alot. We probably would have been able to order one Naan and been enough for both me and her. Altogether, the food was very delicious and the staff very friendly and patient. In addition, the atmosphere of the place is calm and quiet if you’re wanting a good sit down restaurant with not many loud voices around. I definitely recommend eating here if you’re in the mood for some good Indian food.
This is the second time we tried here and the buffet was really good. The food was awesome and delicious. May be we need to plan on weekends to see how the menu looks, since we went on Monday and felt not much of variety but definitely worth it. Definitely would recommend this place for others and will be visiting again very soon!
We had been to this restaurant for the buffet lunch, We enquired earlier if they would accept orders at closing. The staff were kind enough to accept us even though we came after the closing time. Food was fantastic, vegetarian variety was great. Spice levels and oil levels were pretty mild and consumable. Interiors were stunning and clean. Price was nominal. Amazing find.
I was nervous due to this being my first time eating Indian cuisine. The environment was very relaxing. Customer service was friendly. I ordered the Chicken Curry. I was not disappointed in the least. In fact, I was happy that I tried something new. The spice in the curry was absolutely divine. I dipped the butter naan into the Chicken Curry sauce which enriched the flavor on my palate. Our drinks were constantly being checked on. Big plus.
Best Indian restaurant in Amarillo, Texas town.
Smells wonderful and the food is absolutely delicious! The black Lentils and Samosas were so tasty. We shared 4 dishes and were all very pleased with the flavors. Loved the place! Can’t wait to go back. Try it-you’ll like it! Friendly staff too!
The best curry and naan... But it's in Amarillo! What?! 👍👍👍 Many Indian restaurants will take a shortcut on their naan which will tell you what the rest of the courses will be like. I'm shocked by this place's attention to detail. Amazing and definitely returning here when I'm back in town. --- Edit: 1 year later. 12/30/23. Curry and breads on point--expected nothing less. However, soups are lacking in flavor. Also chole bhature dish too strong in tomato flavor. Let's go Indian oven. Rooting for you guys
A very good Indian restaurant with good North Indian taste. Lots of vegetarian options, prompt customer service and very welcoming attitude. Ambience is just OK but clean. Mango Lassi was made fresh and is a must try. They also serve Roti's. So if you are sick of eating Naan, this is the place to go. Stopped twice during our recent trip from Dallas to Colorado springs and had similar experience both times.
My wife and I eat here pretty often. The price is a little on the higher side and the portions are a bit small on the appetizers/starters but the food is fantastic and the entrees are sizable. The ambience in the restaurant is very nice and they keep the lights low. I recommend eating inside but you definitely won’t miss out if you go with a takeout order.
When you are one of the few (or only?) Indian restaurant in the city, it's easy to offer mediocre food and call it a day. But, Indian Oven offers an above average Indian taste experience. Their service is also 5 stars, with their staff being super friendly and courteous with us (our kids especially loved interacting with them). As for the food itself, their curries and appetizers all on point (special shout out to their Chili Chicken). The only dish I did not really like was their Biryanis. I don't know if it's specific to a certain Indian region but the biryani taste just didn't do it for me, I've had better. Overall, a solid experience. I've already been here twice and my family has come out happy and satisfied both times. Will visit again for sure!
I was in town and tried the chili chana. The sauce was okay and well spiced however the onions had an “old sitting out too long” taste. Made the meal difficult to eat. Disappointing because the onions and green peppers are the highlight of the food. Samosa pastry was great but the filling again tasted old and was not well spiced. Maybe I just picked a bad day. I will give them another try when I am in town again. Plenty of parking. Indoor decor is cute and the space appears to be very clean.
I had the lunch buffet and the variety was a bit lacking, with no lamb or beef dishes. Most of the food was quite good but the chicken could have been more tender. Friendly service and pleasant atmosphere.
The food was good. Not great... not bad. This the 3 stars. The people were nice, but the service was inattentive. The paneer kulcha needed more cheese. The lamb was dry and only saved by the sauce for moisture. If you really want Indian food you won’t be disappointed but you won’t be excited when you’re done.
The food is excellent! The quality of the buffet is wonderful and the variety of vegetarian dishes is enjoyable. The quality of the service has gotten progressively worse over the years. The servers are often standoffish, awkward, and/or have poor menu knowledge. The last notable server at the restaurant was Jennifer. She always had wonderful hospitality and made the environment warm and welcoming. Now, the service is cold and the ambiance is hollow. Additionally, if the restaurant is busy, it is best to just leave. The staff crumbles under the stress of a busy service. The hospitality declines to an even lower level and the wait time increases dramatically. Key takeaway: Go for the Tuesday buffet; and skip dinner service. Temper your expectations for the hospitality.
Indian oven seemed a very busy place when we entered they do have staff but they didn’t have a front desk for someone to ask to be seated. We ordered chilli chicken , kadai paneer and roti. The paneer tasted really good it does come with rice. The chilli chicken tasted more on the tomato ketchup side sweeter it was okay. The naan and roti were fresh. The main concern for me was the price to quantity ratio. For the price paid you get small portions I am not sure if it’s common around there. If there are two people I would suggest you to order 3 curries if you’re hungry.
It makes me sad to write this because Indian Oven used to be my favorite restaurant. However the flavor and quality of the food has slowly been declining. There was a marked difference in flavor between pre and post-covid. I don't know the reason, but the recipes definitely seem to have changed. I often wondered if the owner or chef changed. But the old flavor just isn't there anymore. More recently I've also noticed the quality of ingredients has changed too. What stands out to me, because the naan was so special, is that they've stopped using real butter in it and are now using artificial butter. It's easy to taste the difference, and it ruins such a special bread. At first I noticed that artificial butter was just used on buffet naan, at least from my experiences, but now it's even on the naan ordered off the menu. Unfortunately, each time I find less and less reasons to come back. I'm sorry for a not so positive review. Please return to the old recipes! 🙏
Ridiculous, I came in to eat, not to wait for more than 20 minutes. All I get was a water and nothing else. Noticed that one of the server forget to take my order, I called the server nearby, but did not hear me at all. I will never come back for at least 2 weeks since the food and music are the only positive things that this restaurant has. 2 stars for now.
I was on a small vacation to Albuquerque from Houston and on the way back we stopped at Amarillo where we found India Oven restaurant and had dinner there on December 30th, 2017. We ordered Biryani which took ages to come and the restaurant wasn’t even busy but we waited patiently and just before we were about to leave and find another place to eat, the food showed up. It was shocking to see the newest form of Biryani first time ever in my life as I am crazy about Biryani and eating Biryani all my life everywhere but this was some experiment on Biryani. The Biryani was not colored rice (white and red as it should be) but all yellow (like Pulao) but that wasn’t a big deal, it was stuffed with green peas as much as the rice in it which blew my mind off. I never ate, saw or even heard of such a Biryani anywhere in my life and I asked the owner’s wife about this unique Biryani and she said she is also shocked to hear that as she always knew that Biryani is supposed to look like that and never heard of what I was talking about. I told her that I am eating Biryani for decades and if you just search Biryani in Google images, you will see tons of correct Biryani pictures the ones I am taking about, she argued a little and left but did not offer any solution or made any effort to fix it – don’t know what happened to ‘customer is always right’. I then talked to the owner himself who just said ‘no problem’ several times and left, not sure what does that mean to the issue we were having. We then spend as much time in removing the green peas as much as we waited for the food but there was no other choice as there was nothing close by to eat and we had a lot of road to cover. Upon payment, I was expecting that the owner might give me a small discount for the inconvenience caused or even apologies for the inconvenience but nothing. The taste of rice and chicken was fine (once we removed the green peas) but I didn't like the attitude of the restaurant owners towards us. I am attaching a picture of the real Biryani to clear doubts of other potential customers.
the servers tried to be very nice, but couldn't make up for the 30m it took for our food to come, and the terrible food that came. we are indian and this food was worse than the food we made at home. if you want authentic Indian food, do NOT try this
Worst place ever! They didn’t refill foods even though we waited more than an hour! They did not clean the table on time… on top of that, they took service charge even though they did not serve anything, except naan and water! Service, food and taste wise -this place doesn’t worth a dime…. 0 star for everything.
The service was awful. They did not refill anything . We have been there for one and half hour. They only refiled chicken wings none of the other dishes. The waitress handed over the broom and mop when we let her know theres some broken pieces on the floor. Even after letting them know they need to refill the foods they said they are working on it . And didnt refilled anything
I’ve waited an hour and a half to pick up a phone order and an Indian family got their food, ate, and left before I got my food. They got here a half hour after they said my food would be ready. They have no respect for your time, so don’t give them your money.
If you wanna spend some money on trash food and trash service with the added bonus of rude stuff then I recommend you to visit this place. And if you want even the worst food experience then don't miss the buffet. When I visited we were 11 people and the restaurant was almost empty. But only 2-3 buffet items were refilled. They have a total of 10 items at best. We asked several times but they never refilled most of the items after 1.15 pm although the buffet time was until 2.30 pm. In the buffet they didn't refill anything but 20% service charge was added for group of more than 8 people. When we asked if this charge is for regular entrees or for buffet as well, the rude woman was calling someone and complaining that customers are making a big deal out of it. Actually this restaurant provides the worst kind of service and they should work on it. And there is an old man always asking to take naan even before we took food and seats. That guy tried to talk in his own language I guess and had no idea what he was talking about. This is really unprofessional. In fact almost everyone was unprofessional.
This was the worst buffet experience I’ve ever had. They had only a few items: butter chicken, paneer masala, goat curry, chicken wings, tandoori chicken, and a few others. Of all these, only the butter chicken was consistently available. The other dishes were not refilled regularly. It appeared that they were counting the number of people at each table and only refilled the chicken wings twice—likely allocating just two wings per person. Once the wings ran out, they were never refilled. The tandoori chicken wasn’t refilled at all. I waited for over an hour for the goat curry to be restocked, but it never was. I mentioned this multiple times to the service lady, but she showed no interest or concern. Her attitude was unacceptable, as if we were eating there for free. This restaurant clearly does not understand how a buffet should operate. Not refilling food items regularly is misleading and unfair to customers. I also urge the restaurant owner to review the service staff’s behavior and facial expressions—especially the lady who was on duty that day. You can probably see it all on the CCTV footage. The food itself was good, but this was not a true buffet experience. Not worth the money !!!
The worst service I ever received! The chicken wings are too much salty. We went there multiple times only to find out the same taste over and over. Also, they were not interested to refill the food after 1:30 pm (just after we finished our first meal). Lastly, one of the staffs’ behaved like we ate there for free. Never going again!
We had been there for lunch over a weekend and opted for buffet and chicken biryani for our group. We were so much disappointed that none of the items were good. In general we ask the food to be spicy , especially biryani. But here , we couldn’t even taste it properly as it’s like a pickle ( too spicy) and we never had such experience anywhere. Had to give 1 star as I couldn’t give 0.
