This was different than our usual Temecula location. The salsa bar tasted very different, you could tell we were in Texas! I like my Cali salsa better but the food was just as good. Tacos were fresh and I love the mix plate. I can actually eat here no allergy issues 😋

I love this place, but the skinny kid with the weird haircut who works on Mondays doesn’t care about the food quality. Really sloppy. I avoid Mondays because I know he works that night.

This was another late evening meal, but this Rosa’s was on top of everything! The restaurant was clean, friendly and pleasant!! Our server was so accommodating, and the cook came out and checked on our food! He was awesome! I think his name was Jose? But he made the rounds to every customer in there! The food was hot and fresh, our server had an amazing personality, and we were just pleasantly impressed!!

Very good food! Service was extremely fast! I had cheese enchiladas with a Dr Pepper. Dr Pepper was nice, but the enchiladas were superior. They tasted so authentic and delicious, this place has loads of vegetarian options I’m a vegetarian and I can approve that this place is a jackpot. if you stopping by Amarillo visit this place

Did the drive thru and got 4 dozen tortillas in less than 3 minutes!!!

Giving 5 stars because generally I really like this place and I want to be understanding given the very cold weather. With that said, I do want to mention that I thought I was crazy because when I entered location at 10:18am I was told they were not yet open. When I asked what time they do open I was told 10:30 or 12 minutes from the time I entered? I was confused to say the least because I come here fairly regularly and I’m pretty sure I’ve been here even earlier. Anyway, I checked their hours of service on google. Sure enough, it says they’re supposed to be open at 0630 am. Respectively speaking, I started my day at 04:00am and stopped here for my lunch, in which I only have 30 minutes for and still another 5-6 hours ahead of me. I guess that’s it.

We have stopped in here a few times as we pass through the area and I really like their tortillas. Normally get the chicken fajitas and I’m full. The people that have helped us when we where there were always nice. And yes they probably need someone cleaning the tables more frequently or have people take care of their own trash and then they wipe down the tables when they need them. We have always found seating, but I can see this as a problem on busy days as another review put it.

We love 💕 going to Rosa’s! I’ve been going for years. I now take my own family. We don’t even live near one anymore but when traveling will go out of our way just to eat there. Recommend 1000%

Driving thru Amarillo and wanted some good healthy food to go…..google suggested Taco Bell fresco….so thought I would give it a try. While the lady was nice…the food was not edible. I hated to be wasteful but chucked in the trash…tasteless and tired. I saw Rosa’s and went thru their driver …they were fast…the tacos were delicious..the salsa had good homemade flavor and the tortillas were fresh made. Such a better experience. Will definitely keep this place on my go to list when traveling in the area. Thank you.

Ok, so I've been to Rosa's Cafe for the Tortillas and Queso; and of course for Taco Tuesdays. But no one ever, informed me about the Breakfast Burritos. Truthfully, I found out about 3 months ago and the reason for why I'm writing this review. No matter what, if I have the extra $3.33 in my pocket. While I'm running late with nothing in my stomach to start the day. It still takes longer for me to order the, Emoji Blue Special, which consists of spicy potatoes, cherzo, egg and cheese on a soft tortilla, then it does for me to get through the whole drive thru process. It's always hot, the flavor is always great and it's always just the right portion. So, if you didn't catch my rough draft, I was simply saying, "Speedy Gonzalez can't catch that Rosa's Breakfast Taco Drive Thru Team!". Now that's how you get Five Stars, in a fast food critic review, from this guy. Thank You, Emoji Blue

Ordered the smothered burrito dinner. Great food. Cute but casual. The employees were friendly. You can actually watch them make the tortillas behind the counter which we thought was pretty unique. Good place for a quick bite. **They also have a drive thru

Traveling through, we decided to stop to try something non-standard. Rosa's has the efficiency of fast food. I don't know how many locations there are, if this is a regional chain. Food was excellent! Flavorful and accessible enough for anymore. The salsa bar lets you customize your meal even further, with 4 salsas, picked and fresh jalapenos, cilantro, onion and more. Portions are substantial - the picture is 2 meals, not 3. Happy to recommend, you'll enjoy your meal.

Friendly, and fast service. I had the taco plate (crispy). Rosa's did not disappoint. Chips and salsa was excellent. Try the carrot or chocolate cake for dessert. 😋 Definitely got my taco fix.

Character! Friendliness! Delicious food! Great menu! Accomodating! Our RV broke down in Amarillo, TX on a trip out West from SC. We were miserably hot, tired, frustrated and hadnt eaten all day. While waiting on an RV repair we found Rosa's because I dont like to eat at the same old chains when traveling. We were stranded with our housedogs and it was blistering hot. They allowed us to come into the covered, air conditioned portion of their patio and gave us cups of water for them. The food was served delicious. It was a fun experience and helped make the experience at Amarillo wonderful.

Tacos Tuesday special is really good. Simple beef or chicken tacos, rice and beans but its done well. The hard taco shells are crispy and flakes. Well worth a visit.

Rosa's is the go-to for casual Tex-Mex, and never disappoints. However, some locations are of course better than others. This happened to be one of the best, particularly the beef fajitas. Do they come on a sizzling plate like the fancy places? Nah. Do they taste just as good? Yeah, or maybe better than most. Definitely a good value per dollar and thoroughly enjoyable food.

An excellent stop on our road trip! We ordered taco salad and the taco shell was crisp, but not crunchy. Just lightly fried to hold it shape. The beans and meat on the taco salad were incredible! It was a little more lettuce than I like, but I pushed it to the side to get to the hot stuff in the bottom! We also ordered an basket of eight sopapillas. They had honey on the table for us to use. Unlimited refills at the soda fountain. And an amazing salsa bar where we were able to add cilantro and pico de gallo to our taco salads. I wish I had one near me! I would go every week.

I wanted to come to this restaurant for the longest time, and finally today was the day. The place is super cute, I was surprised I wasn’t expecting this kinda of restaurant, is a combination of fast food and seat down restaurant but the best of both worlds. The decorations adorable, they have a condiment island that is fantastic, tons of options. The service, probably was my favorite thing, well trained employees, it was clean, and very helpful people. The food overall was pretty good, sadly I was overwhelmed by the options, but I think my favorite thing was the fresh made tortillas. If you are in Amarillo you should visit them.

I ordered the bacon, cheese, and potato breakfast taco - because eggs and I are not best friends...it was delicious. I love the decor and the music is fitting for the restaurant. There's a lot of parking available and the staff is really friendly. I give them a five star and will be back again.

Rosa’s Cafe is definitely one of our favorite chains and we enjoy it when we find one. This time, I had the nacho salad. I thought it would be larger than it was, but it was good. I also had a tostada and it was great! Mrs. Flip Out got a taco plate and enjoyed it. The flour tortillas are addicting, so we warned you. Easy to get on and off the highway so if you’re needing a quick bite, Rosa’s is great!

Fresh and true, yet packed with flavor and loads of fresh salsa options to top it off. i dont really care for tamales and theres was pretty good. the rice is flavored well and not bland, beans are nice. Got the deluxe sampler and everything was good. tea was a bit bitter was the only off thing. service is great too! will be back! attached lots of pics

The food was good, but I had planned on getting Tamales and they didn’t have any ready. We were told there would be a 45 minute wait. We ordered 4 Sopapillas to be picked up when we finished eating. The woman who took our order seemed new or nervous and it took a bit to make sure that our order was correct. While eating the restaurant was cold and we heard several customers commenting. When we went to get our sopapillas, the lady who took our order just asked us how many and didn’t ask to see the receipt even though we told her we’d paid. We told her 4 and got 8. Then as we were leaving the customer next to us noticed that thermostat was at 57 degrees. I told an employee and all she said was I don’t have a key. I explained how cold that was and she finally said she’d find a manager. I thought that it was unprofessional to say that instead of saying she would find a way to take care of it.

A
Ann Thompson

Delicious breakfast tacos! Nice salsa and condiment bar! Good coffee for .99 with choice of good creamers & real half and half. Attractive decor, comfortable. Only reason 4 stars instead if 5 is our order didn't make it too kitchen so had to bring it to their attention (and another customer, a local who orders 2 - 3 times a week for a work crew, said that's a common problem).

M
Mark Cruz

This location is always helpful. The managers are actually knowledgeable and helpful. We had an issue at another location with the drive thru employee sucking on her fake nails. GROSS!!! So we went to this location and the GM replaced all our food even gave us extras because of it even after we explained that the management team at the other location were rude and didn’t want to help us. This is a good location plus they have really good cup of coffee that I recommend if you need a quick cheap cup.

J
Jeremy Bauman

This is $5.32 of fajita meat. Yea be warned.

M
Michael Robertson

I always enjoy eating here at Rosa’s. I don’t get the chance very often so I take advantage of it when I can. I ordered the beef fajita nachos and my wife had the chicken fajita nachos. I’m only giving a 4 because the cheese sauce was really sparse compared to the amount of chips and toppings. I little disappointing but the taste was good.

K
Kade Roberts (Realtor)

I absolutely love eating here however, it has been increasingly more and more dirty in the restaurant. Please someone wipe down the front door handles and windows. Gross. Also it’s so frustrating when your number for your order pops up wayyyyyyyy before it is ever really ready. The lady Christina mat the front that took our order was wonderful, sweet and in a great mood. That’s why I gave 4 stars instead of 3. Come on Rosa’s we love you!

C
Casey Benson

I needed something quick for dinner when travelling for work, and this place did not disappoint! Good tacos at a good price. My only complaint is that the beans are a little thick for me. But they had a good flavor and texture. I also appreciate that I can get everything without cheese as I am dairy free😃

M

Quick,delicious,tex-mex that is easy on your wallet! Try the homemade tortillas that are made on site with butter & honey. Yum!!

If you want to experience Mexican food, this is the place to go in Amarillo! The vibe, the music and the decor is on-point! I had the chicken tacos and they were flavorful and juicy. Waiters are friendly and even when busy you wait a max of 8 to 15min for food to arrive. Great place!!!

Got there at noon and beat the rush, it’s close to an open campus high school so busy time’s vary. I got the combination nachos that wasn’t bad, but not hot. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, clean and vibrant atmosphere. I’ll be back but I’ll try a different dish.

Went to Rosa’s on a Friday, New Years Eve, at lunchtime to eat while driving through Amarillo. We got there around 12pm and did not have a wait to order. This was my first time to eat here, and I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. When you get there you order off a menu board similar to ordering at any fast food restaurant, which did scale my overall rating down some. Ordering this way is faster and does cut down on the staffing overhead for the venue, but does make the overall experience less than a dining out feeling. The prices were standard and weren’t that expensive compared to other similar places out there. The staff were please T but I did feel rushed to make my selection since there was only one cashier working. After ordering they give you the beverage take away cup for you to fill at the beverage station. You are given a number on your receipt and when your number comes up on the various places tv monitors around the seating area, you proceed to pick up your order from a serving window outside of the kitchen On a plastic tray. The venue did have a salsa bar that was well stocked and clean, but did lack options that were not spicy. They did not have but 1 option that was not spicy, even the pick de gallo was hot, which was disappointing. The food was really good, definitely fresh and was served hot. The tortillas are made on site and you can watch them making them through a window as you prepare your fountain drink. The tortillas (flour) served with our meal were hot but extremely chewy and weren’t cooked all the way through. Typically in this type of restaurant you are given sapodillas complimentary, but they did not offer any type of complimentary option. You could buy chocolate cake, carrot cake, or sapodillas at the menu board upon entering and ordering. All in all the food was good, service was fast, dining area was clean, and we had a nice lunch. If asked if we’d be back, the answer in short is yes.

M
MeganThings

Cute place, easy ordering, and lots of seating area. Family friendly, workers are helpful. 3 taco plate for $9 and it was really big, refried beans and lots of extra toppings on the plate, I was full after one! I also enjoyed those poofy tortillas with honey on top as an appetizer.

We were on the road and wanted to go to a reliable place. We have been to other locations and have usually had great experiences. We had to wait about two minutes to have our order taken. We waited a reasonable amount of time for the food. The food was pretty good but I would have liked to see more chicken in the soft tacos. (Pic included)The salsa bar was clean and full. As always, the tortilla was warm and delicious. I would come back to eat again and would recommend this place to anyone who likes Mexican food.

Viridiana Alvarado

I can’t believe how fast the food was ready! Everything was very tasty. I got the bean and cheese tostada and the taco salad with chicken fajitas. Very good, specially for a fast food place. I really like the typical Mexican theme they have going on.

L
Lisa Johnson

The food was great, we received it quickly, but the stress and anxiety caused by the lady that took our order was disturbing. She stood at the counter, taking orders like she hated her job, yelling at the other employees in front of the customers in line, and very obviously she didn’t want to be at work the way she kept talking about when she got off. Yelling at the ladies who were doing the cooking and clearing tables. The next time I eat here, I will drive up. She needs to find a new job that does not involve customer service!

a
arnold longoria

Tortillas were not very good singed or all folded up

M
Matthew P

Unfortunately, I found the experience to be somewhat underwhelming. While the portion size was generous, the flavor of the ground beef was lacking. The meat tasted bland and seemed under-seasoned, which left the overall taste quite flat. Additionally, the tortilla was a bit too chewy, making the texture less than ideal. The toppings and fillings, such as lettuce, cheese, and salsa, were fresh, but they couldn't quite compensate for the lackluster beef. Overall, the ground beef burritos at Rosa’s Cafe were disappointing. With some improvements in seasoning and preparation, they could potentially be better

C
Cheryl Dutton

I was looking for chicken tamales. When I walked in there was nobody at the hostess area and there was nobody up there near the cashier's desk I waited for about 15 minutes before somebody noticed I was there. It was another 10 minutes before they could get to me to get my order after the hit already gossiped. But they did have the chicken tamale I got a doz. and they were spicy never had Tamales that were spicy. They have a bar that has all their condiments on it except for sour cream

C
Caroline

This happens too often on Tuesdays at this location. It's not a deal if you're giving half the normal amount of meat/veggies.

K
Kimberly Haisten

Ordered the new chorizo & potato & cheese breakfast taco and am terribly disappointed! I should have just ordered potatoes wrapped in a flour tortilla-see photo. VERY tiny bit of chorizo & cheese were included.

Decent food. The condiment bar was nice but the entrées were fine but not earth-shattering. Really Decent prices and portions were quite adequate. Nobody ventures into the dining room. Took me several minutes to find an employee to get a to go carton. Everyone was friendly.

Out of beef 15 minutes wait time. They Forgot my queso. They smothered the hot peppers in all my meat so all of it was way too hot for my children to eat .....you can tell it was purposely.....

Drive thru service is terrible in the evening. Apparently they have to get orders out quick so they take an order and won’t take another one till the first car leaves. They practically throw your order at you once you do get to the window. One time they didn’t even charge me cause they said I was taking to long with my Apple Pay!!

mdwtrout

Ho-hum, nothing to see here, cheap breakfast. Nothing authentic about this steak fajitas and eggs breakfast. Filling ? Yes. Tasty? Not so much. But Rosa’s customers know what they’re getting, no surprises. Good ambiance, salsa bar, friendly service at least offset the blandness.

W
Waylon Hardwick

Restaurant was dirty, hot sauce bar completely empty, order made wrong for the second visit in a row. Gave them another opportunity to redeem themselves, but yet again they fail. Complete wast of money $60 for 2 people to eat

E
Elizabeth Wills

When we walked in, we had to wait for the staff to stop laughing and cutting up in the food prep area even after they saw us walk in. The staff had left their old pizza and plates on the table in the dining hall by the window where the customers could watch tortillas being made. The food was fine, the atmosphere was fine minus the staff.

S
Sandra Truman

The girl taking orders was nice but incompetent, no one around to help her. I didn't notice she only charged us for 1 side of rice instead of 2, it took me 13 minutes to get that second side of rice. The main reason for that was employees ignoring customers,- I wasn't the only one-. There were only a few customers in the whole restaurant The food was probably good, just cold by the time I got to sit down and eat. Do better Rosa's.

S
Saiko Akuma

The food itself is decent, but not worth the price. They also shorted me on my tortillas and told me they wouldn't give me more since that's how many it came with, but I know that's not true since I've gotten the right amount before. It's also not clean in this restaurant at all. There is no one else other than myself and my friend at the restaurant yet every table we tried to sit at has had a considerable amount of grime. Overall, not worth it.

B
Bert Jones

I don't normally have a complaint when I come to Rosa's but today I'm not sure what happened must have been the rush from people who are tired of turkey. So when I pulled up I was greeted at the speaker or the window. The manager was frustrated because the card reader broke. When I get my food and get home there were no cheese on my tacos just meat ( 3taco dinner) and shell, my tortillas was hard, and I had spoon size amount of beans fit for a toddler. Disappointment is an understatement when your hungry and have your mouth set for a meal!! I know your busy but slow down!! Thanks

C
Coyle

I was told this was a burrito and paid $6 for it. How long does it take to develop drips from the door handle to the floor in a bathroom? Well, that's how long it's been since the bathroom was cleaned. No wonder counter orders are ignored until the drive thru is caught up. They don't want you to come inside. You'll see the complacency of the management and the staff.

M
MaryLou Dennis

Well, I had a nice thorough review all typed up and hit the wrong button. I saw the words draft saved but now I can't find it so I guess I have to start all over. I've been here half a dozen times and find it to be mediocre at best. Their main draw for me is that they have Fanta Red soda which I love even though I try not to drink it too often and I only know of two places in town so far that carry Red soda, here and the North Heights discount Cafe. I came in for breakfast a couple of times try their migas but they were a big disappointment. They don't even to seem to have any chips in the mixture which is part of what makes Migas unique. The enchiladas were okay but nothing to brag about. I came in on a Taco Tuesday to try their tacos but they were about the same quality as Taco Bell. Their chips are a big disappointment. I've had tortilla chips in bags from the grocery store that tasted better. Definitely not anything homemade. I would say there is nothing authentic about this restaurant and its food. There are so many better Mexican places in town where the food tastes wonderful. My biggest disappointment was when I went in yesterday. I had a craving for red pop and as long as I was there I decided to get a nice cheap taco salad. It was adequate but no more than that. But the worst thing was that when I went to find a table every single Booth had a dirty table and here we are in the middle of a pandemic in mid-august of 2020! I kept going from one to the other hoping to find a clean table. I finally sat down at one that I thought might be clean but there were crumbs on the seat, the table was sticky and there were rings on the table from for drinks that had been sitting. When I rubbed them with a clean napkin they came right off so obviously they hadn't been cleaned. I gave up and sat there but if I come down with a coronavirus virus it's going to be their fault. This is at least the second time that I waited and waited for my number to be called and never did hear it. If I hadn't gotten up to go find the bathroom I wouldn't have seen my food sitting on the back counter waiting for me to pick it up. I was in there for at least half an hour and the entire time I was there I never once saw anyone come out to clean the tables even though there were hardly any customers in the place so it's not like they were too busy. Finally a lady came out and gave some of the tables of quick swipe and had someone remove the dishes but she didn't spray anything on the table that I saw and all she gave them was a cursory swipe, not the kind of scrub down you would expect considering there could have been Covid germs on the surfaces. They didn't make any effort to wipe down the salt and pepper shakers or the seats either. She skipped one table completely. I'm sure her eyes are better than mine are and if I could see the fact that it was not clean she should have been able to but of course she glanced at it from across the room. It was really disgraceful when you think about all the people eating on those tables and maybe sitting down at a table that hadn't been cleaned and they didn't know it. I guess they don't care if their customers get sick and die. I won't be back unless it's just to get a Fanta Red soda to go and maybe try one of those good looking desserts I saw sitting on the counter. I've never tried one but they definitely look good.

Came to this location to grab a to go order. The drive thru was full so I went in, no problem. The employees flat ignored me standing there for 10 minutes. Finally took my order and then focused solely on the drive thru orders. After another 10 minutes or so they came to the pick up area and called a number for someone who ordered after me. I asked the lady about my order and she seemed uninterested and walked away. And the amount of food was less than satisfactory. Paid extra for cheese and got a pinch of cheese. You want Rosa’s go to the location on hillside and Soncy. They are the only location worth anything.

Waited a half hour and then told they have chicken but have to wait on the beef. I have never had this bad of service at Rosa's. Very disappointing to say the least! After 48 minutes of waiting, found out the food was sitting and getting cold without our order number being called. Will not be back at this location again!!! Was given a $15 gift card for our wait and ate cold food. Was apologized to but most of the staff couldn't care less. Looking for someone that can use a gift card because I won't be back!

The service here has really gone down over the years. Every time we go there we have issues. Yesterday on taco Tuesday we got tacos with stale shells and queso that was thin like water. Maybe we got old food because it was takeout and we couldn’t complain while we were there

Cold food. Kids just playing around and on their phones. Dirty restaurant. Horrible bathrooms. Won't recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants good food. If negative stars were possible this would definitely be one of those. Needs real supervision, not kids running the place. Everything was broken including the soda machines

The food was sub-par at best with potatoes in my burrito for some reason. Aside from the mediocre food, the service was absolutely terrible. My son had to use the bathroom and the only toilet paper in the whole bathroom was a roll on the floor. When I asked for one we waited for several minutes until I finally went to ask again. They explained it was sitting outside the bathroom on a table with no packaging at all. This was on top of the bathroom looking and smelling like it hadn't been washed in a month.

Didn't give us our correct order at all got some sort of tostada salad instead of our chips and salsa, the portions were very small and they gave us no silverware. I ordered nachos and they were already soggy and looked old and stale when I got them, the cheese sauce looked like baby vomit, ive had better at school cafeterias. Never had a good experience at any o Rosas establishments. Overall mediocre food.

Usually great BUT this time I found veggie stickers cut up in the Pico. There's no excuse. I don't want to eat plastic. I didn't tell anyone because,,who do you tell,, so I am informing the public right now. Watch your food add ons closely. Thanks.

The service was horrible! We always stop here when we travel through town, but never again. We could see that most of our food was ready and on the line. They even put our number up, but we continued to wait for our food with no one around. Our food got cold just sitting there. One of the young men finally said they were out of chicken so they were just waiting on the chicken. No wonder they were empty on a Saturday night. The lady cleaning the tables was nice.

Ordered 2 things and asked for a hot sauce and a pico. No pico and order wrong! Can't get two things right nor the sauce asked for. Pitiful

Apparently it's really hard to remember how to make a entree that you probably put together 1000x a day. Got tamale dinner and they couldn't even put the chili con Carne on it

Food was average. Service was just okay. All three tea cannisters were empty. The dining area was filthy and all the tables were stacked with dirty dishes and trash. Tried to get a table cleaned, took about 20 minutes. Staff acted like it was not there problem. Won't be back.

Came in about 30 minutes before close to order carry out. The girl taking our order was clearly put out that we showed up 30 minutes before close and then several things we tried to order they were “out of”. Why not just close 30 minutes before, if you don’t want to serve customers before your closing time? Of the food we did get, it was either cold or stale. Even the queso, which is usually our favorite, was not good at all! Tasted burnt and old. We normally LOVE Rosas! We always look for one when traveling through Texas. However, this one was very disappointing…

Drive up orders are pathetic. Endless number of times the order is wrong in the sack they hand out and don’t order sopapillas at the window because you will not get them. If you check the bag at the window then they ask you to go park and wait on the correct food- which takes twenty minutes.

This place has fallen severely downhill. They've failed to give us all items ordered, queso usually, tortillas, whatever. They've missed something we've paid money for the last three times we've gone. This time, I mentioned that they'd missed the queso last time and please don't forget this time. They forgot. I checked the bag at the window, so I was able to ask for it, but that wasn't the worst part tonight. While eating my enchilada combo, I chomped down on this weird, metal wire that was in my enchilada, apparently. It sucked. My tooth is not feelin' great. I'm not going back. I may need to go to a dentist, though.

Usually their Chile Verde is really good. It is my favorite dish there. But this visit it was terrible. No sauce, Dry. Under cooked potatoes.

Ridiculous, I came in at 9 ordered I was the only person in the store yet I didn't get my food for a full 30 minutes when I received my order they gave me a single tortilla I specifically ordered 4 the 2 my plate came with plus an additional 2 after I noticed this I got ignored by the people behind the counter who were working the drive thru which is odd that this store had the timer of the drive thru posted where I can see which is the stupidest way to judge efficiency. Do you time how long your employees sit on the toilet too? Or how long a customer sits in a booth?

I had ordered a dozen of pork tamales and once I got home they weren’t fully cooked!! of course I went back respectfully and not wanting to make a big deal out of it (even though they weren’t cooked!) I got the dozen remade (or so I thought) and went back home. Got home and checked them and most of HALF weren’t cooked! Clearly you can tell they weren’t fully cooked! How can you serve that to people?! My family ate the ones that were cooked because CLEARLY the manager didn’t understand. I understand how rough it could be working at a fast food restaurant (I worked at one in the past) but if you do not care about something this SERIOUS, quit your job. I’m all about being respectful but once it came down to having to deal with the same problem TWICE, i draw the line at. Especially when it came to feeding my family. That picture does not give it justice but touching it and the way it looks, you can tell it is not fully cooked.

Yo this place was terrible. This is cafeteria style Mexican food from a can. This location specifically was disgusting when we went. Non of the tables were cleared off. The salsa buffet was trashed and gross. And the bathrooms were a nightmare. It did not seem like any of the staff gave a crap at all.

When I worked at my old job we used to get Rosa’s breakfast tacos with “spicy” beans and I can never remember what they were called so I decided I was going to ask when I went to Rosa’s to get breakfast tacos. When I pulled up through the drive thru I asked the lady if they still have the spicy beans that go on the breakfast tacos. The lady then said yes they are called chorizo beans. Great. So I asked if I could get two breakfast burritos with chorizo beans, egg, cheese and potato’s. The lady then huffed on the speaker and said “hold up you need to repeat that” in a rude tone. So I then repeated my order and asked “the chorizo beans are the spicy beans right?” And then the lady said “OH MY GOSH, so you want the chorizo, egg, cheese and chorizo beans” I said “no, I want the chorizo beans, egg cheese and potato” she then huffed again and was damn near yelling the options of the chorizo breakfast tacos. I was honestly shocked at the service I received through the speaker so I insisted to just keep it at potato egg and cheese. The food was decent but the service was terrible.

Went to the drive through. Ordered queso. Usually they give me chips with it. She just gave me the queso. When I asked about the chips, she got an attitude and said you have to ask for them . So I asked for some chips. She gave me half a bag and tossed it at me. Not good customer service

I couldn't get any ice and no sweet tea was made. I had combo fajitas and both meats was so old we couldn't even eat the chicken. This will be my last time here.

I went and ate there on Memorial day 2 Mondays ago. Me and my wife were traveling through and stopped to get some Rosas. I love Rosas. It was dinner time and this location was dead. Wrote it off to being a holiday. We were craving nachos. We ordered fajita chicken nachos. Figured we could share. Once we went to get the order it was on a small plate. Like a kids size plate. Maybe 15 chips? Super disappointing on the portion size for the price $10. Definitely not enough to share. Then I go order a chicken enchilada plate. The sauce was cold. I brought it back and they made me another. The sauce was a little warmer. I would not recommend this location to anyone. I doubt I will ever return to there again. I feel bad for Amarillo because this location really needs to get there act together. It hit us both wrong that day. Raise your standards Amarillo!

The restaurant is FILTHY. Food was dried & sticky on nearly every table. People coming in had no where to sit due to this. There is trash, food, spilled drinks all over the floor. The salsa & condiment bar containers were mostly empty. The sweet & unsweet tea container were empty. People were standing & waiting for several minutes even after their number was called. I didn’t go into the restroom because I didn’t want to risk it being worse than the dining area. My husbands food was sent out wrong even after the lady taking our order tried to correct the preparer. The metal silverware was filthy in the containers as well like they were never washed, we used the packages plastic ware. Pray for all of us that made the unfortunate decision to eat there this evening. 0 stars & hoping we don’t get food poisoning!!! ***20 minutes later - scratch that, I threw it up. I have the expectation that the kitchen was as bad or worse than the dining area.
