On point with my food! Plus our daughter's happy meal was free to our suprise!!! Xoxo One of my favorite fast food places. Love the curly fries!! Would like the side of cheese sauce to be bigger since it's anywhere from .75 cents to over a $1 depending on the town you go in.

Clean and neat, despite a day of rain. Very hospitable staff who were helpful and friendly. The service was fast, the order was brought to our table. Giant drinks, fries brimming, tray was very neat.

I love Arby's food, their curly fries are great and their fish sandwiches are the best. To add to it all they have awesome shakes. The staff was very nice and helpful with my order.

Went to the drive through to try one of the Andes mint shakes in a whim. The service was fantastic and the ladies at the window were super friendly. Made for a nice quick trip.

The fish sandwich is by far the best of all fast food restaurants. They are not greasy and they are a fish fillet not chopped fish as are some other fast food places. If only they had some cole slaw, this could turn into a real fish dinner

Always a great meal. 2 for $6 deal on gyros...they are huge and very filling...a fluffy type pita bread with lettuce, tomato and choice meat.. served cold. Chicken Cordon Blue is a fantastic sandwich Arby's sells that you won't find at another fast food restaurant and the French Dip is another signature sandwich that's really tasty...served hot...roast beef and cheese and a hoagie roll includes a side if auju to dip it in. And a great side are the seasoned curly fries.

Food is great service is fast as they can be an friendly plus they haven't forgotten any of my food before and I haven't had any problems there and the French dip is one of my favorites an it's always good an tastes the same everytime

Batavia Arby's was great! Safety precautions in place. Interior very nice. Beef. N Cheddar, curly fries and Jamocha shake delicious! My BF has chicken Caesar wrap that was delicious as well.

I've been going to Batavia Arbys for nearly twenty years and I've never really had a bad experience; they have messed my orders up from time to time, but always fix it and let you keep the food they messed up, assuming you even want it. They will gladly bring food out to you and are always pleasant. Because I have been visiting the restaurant for a long time they know me, and will drop fresh fries as soon as I walk in; I always ask for fresh fries at all fast food joints. The food at Arbys is generally expensive, but worth the cost. There are low cost items on the menu. I have never had cold food at the Batavia Arby's.

My favorite fast food place in town! The restaurant was recently renovated, so it's very nice inside and out. The food is always made fresh and is hot and delicious, and the workers are awesome. Highly recommend!

They renovated and the place looks great. The food is always good. The service is quick. I needed to find a sandwich that wasn't just a plain roast beef and didn't have anything spicy on it for my autistic daughter. The manager found her an option that she loved. Wish I could remember his name. Oh yeah... they serve Coke products now. YAY!!

Food is usually always warm and order is usu correct. If there is a problem the employees fix it without any hassle. Great drive thru speed. Building looks like it could be renovated but I still give it 5 stars because I've never really had any issues.

Struggling. They kept saying they were short staffed. It took an extremely long time to order, we had to repeat ourselves 5 times and we weren't even in the drive through. Good food but the experience was rough.

If you want friendly service, good food, and don’t mind waiting a few extra minutes, this Arby’s is the place to go. Blaire has been my drive thru person the last few times I have went through. He is always so patient and friendly. You can tell he is smiling and enjoying his job. It is so nice to see. I made sure to tell him that I could tell he was friendly before I even pulled up and met him at the window. Thank you so much Blaire!! ❤️❤️

Love the beef and cheddar. My kid loves the brisket sandwich, gets it every time with curly fries and it's the only (ff) place in town that serves them. I love the potato cakes, basically triangular hashbrowns, but they are always hot and fresh. Never had a messed up order or cold food (and we are there way too much! ;) never had bad service, everyone is super nice, especially the drive-thru!

Arby's is my favorite of fast food restaurants! I have never had an issue here with my order or service. I gave it 3 stars for atmosphere because Brockport Arby's was the best with all of the vintage decor they had! I don't find anything wrong with this one but I find the decor boring compared to what Brockport had. I wish it was still there or that they will come back. I much prefer the Batavia location for customer service more than the ones in the Rochester area. Food at Arby's has been consistent. I typically order the regular roast beef, beef n cheddar, French dip, curly fries, mozzarella sticks, and cherry turnover so I can't speak on the other options but these have always been good for me! My family and I always enjoy our meals at Arby's. We now have to drive 30 minutes instead of 10 minutes but it's worth it for us!

I got the beef and my wife got the chicken, both were good. Curly frys were hot and crisp. We had the special favored skate, tasted like a Creamsicle, very good

Just had a very unusual fast food experience. The young lady working the drive through was friendly, spoke clearly, and said, “I appreciate you! She will go far in life. The guy who brought our food out to the curb was very pleasant and thanked us too. Nice job to whoever is finding and training these exceptional people!

Arby's has been my favorite fast food place for a while and they never disappoint. I love the roast beef sandwiches and curly fries.

Arbys has some of the best fast food sandwiches on the market. The smoked brisket is excellent. The Reuben is very good. The Arbynator is also very good. A little pricey, but very much worth the extra dollar or two compared to the "King", the Arch's", or that little red haired girl. Stamped out greasy burgers. Yuck. Go to Arbys and enjoy what you eat.

They have decent food decent prices and the customer service there was really decent in the restaurant was clean so overall I had a good experience bringing my family there

Good food at fair prices. Only issue is that out sandwiches were cold in the middle. They didn't microwave them long enough.

First time going to Arby's with the kids, they were disappointed when it wasn't McDonald's! However, once they tried the roast beef sandwich, they enjoyed every last bite, including the curly fries! Staff was very friendly. Will return when we are in the area again.

This place is usually pretty good at getting the order right, however they have messed up from time to time. Most generally, if you bring it to their attention, they are willing to work with you by remaking it correctly, or giving you a credit towards your next purchase.

Bacon Swiss chicken my go to. Always good. Menu always changes with new items. Rather go here then anywhere, just pricey.

It's Army's, of course, but it was clean, staff was courteous and efficient. The sandwiches were assembled well, and served quickly. The manager made rounds to all of the customers, and was responsive to the needs at the next table. It would be nice if all of these shops were run so well!

I think Arby's has great sandwiches! But for me to have to spend $15 + for lunch is a little much. Especially since I buy lunch almost everyday. But I do Love my market fresh sandwiches and curly fries (the best fries ever)!

Very nice restaurant. They've had a recent remodel which makes it much nicer than it was. Staff was nice and attentive but the manager stood with his back to the front counter and was complaining about financial numbers saying "so and so should've been told to go home, now I have to do this and that." Overall nice place for a quick bite to eat.

Food wasent as warm as id like it but the thing that got me was the sign by the road that said "Hiring Exp Only" . So I decided to ask the drive thru gal how much an hour they start off at and she said minimum wage and I thought to myself , wait what ?, you need experience to make minimum wage? , made me laugh , I'm just saying that's pretty bizarre

To be honest I don't eat here much I like late cooked food for my dinner.

Apparently they ran out of everything, atleast thats what I was told. The associate that took my dine in order told me all they had was "small" fry containers so we could only get small meals... I literally saw large containers holding fries... Not impressed.

I had French Dip sandwich, just so, so. My wife had Turkey bacon sandwich it look good and she enjoyed it. Guess I should have had one too

This Arby's is in need of a little cleaning. It is uncomfortable to see dried meat on a machine that is slicing your food. The finger prints all over the front door instantly made me alittle concerned .

The employees were confused and messed up the order in a way that didn't make sense. They still got us our food. Took 15 minutes and the cars behind us had to wait longer. One guy ended up leaving

This particular Arbys was out of many food items. No fish, no turnovers, no coffee!! We were frustrated and decided to get dessert somewhere else. We did get the beef and cheddar meal and an Arbys classic meal which were delicious.

I went to try the Mac and cheese 🧀 in Batavia NY. It came out cold very cold. I enjoyed my sandwich but the doors are locked and walking in over a foot of snow just to find out you have to pull out into traffic just to go back to go get in line for the drive thru is just rude. Plus to get very cold Mac and pay over $10 bucks for close doors and ❄️❄️❄️ you tell me how many stars staring off in 2022 ?? But they got the meat 🥓🥓🥓😂🤣 Update came almost one month later to do the Mac again 🙄 no luck-cold.Evetything else was great

Place looks much better inside and out, since the much needed remodel. I love the snack size curly fries- perfect size! There is a spicy ketchup available which was tasty mixed with the horsey sauce.

Good food, always. But poor customer service and when I ordered a pork belly sandwich I got a buffalo chicken sandwich instead. Are you kidding me? I was looking forward to trying this new sandwich and realized after I got home it was completely different. How the hell do you confuse pork with chicken?

Today we stopped for a beef and cheddar. We waited in line ( 2:10pm) for a total of 10 minutes before we made our order. About 7-8 minutes more we received our food. Not exactly what we ordered, But pretty close. I really can't be too upset because they looked short staffed. And there were a lot of people in front of and behind us. On a bright note..food was served hot and the young man at the window had a smile and was professional and friendly.

Waiting forever in drive thru, could have had them pull up and let me get my food. But that would require you to think fast. Mozzarella sticks tasted like grease, maybe change your oil, u could yell they sat and waited for me. Not hot or yummy. Ya'll need to step it up. Its fast food fast, not fast, food slow. Ugh.

I tried the Buffalo chicken wrap. Ingredients in wrap was good but the wrap is like eating leather. Vhate does not describe how I dislike the outer wrap. Curly fries were FRESH and delicious. Drink was strawberry lemonade and quenched my thirst. I will not eat the wraps anymore. Rest of selection in food will bring me back.

They gave me the wrong meal at first and said they would bring out the jalapeno tots when they were done but never did. Plus the lady who took our order was kinda rude and me and my fiance saw her touching food to make it without gloves on which was kinda gross. The food was really good though

Rode by 9:10 all the light were off and menu sign in drive thur was off but were still open ask the kid in the drive thur what time they closed said 10:00 ??? Guess they didn't want any customers. went 9/21/2022 at 9:00 pm told there out of Roast beef what a joke

It's very suspicious that this specific Arby's has received mainly 5 star reviews, albeit there's only 4 reviews before mine. Me, all of my friends, and pretty much everyone in town has had more than one horrible experience here. The service is awful, hair in the food all the time, managers don't care, I could go on and on. You can drive up to order while they are obviously still open and occasionally nobody will answer, but you can even hear them talking quietly sometimes. Orders can get messed up a bit more often than other fast food restaurants but that's not a big deal. I always avoid coming here.

I haven't eaten at an Arby's in years... The curly fries were good but the Beef and Cheddar didn't hold up to bring as g as I remember it being. And the prices were so high. Sandwiches alone were $5 to $7 if not more. By the time you make it a meal it's over $10. I know this is for all Arby's not just the one I ate at. There was a couple there dining in and they got 2 meals. Their bill was $24!! That's just crazy if you ask me.

So my family decided to visit Batavia Arby's because they have great food. Well we get there and noticed a sign on the door that says "Lobby is closed due to NYS guidelines" yet there were people in the lobby eating. According to the drive thru employee, those people that were in the lobby were friends and relatives of the owner. So according to that logic, it's totally fine to decriminalizate on who can eat in your restaurant or even use the restroom? Every other restaurant allows people to eat in their lobby and use their restrooms. I'm taking it that this owner thinks they are privileged. Boycotting this Arby's until they get their act together.

First of all this trash Arby’s didn’t have chicken cordon bleu nor salad or pretty much nothing the Buffalo wings tasted so bad it tasted like Ebola A very infectious disease this Arby’s had nothing everything out of stock or discontinued bad fryer oil everything you can think of this place is a discrimination to Batavia NY 14020 never go there please for sakes and the boneless wings had so much sauce enough for 100 wings

My wife and I went through the drive thru,for lunch on Monday 1/25/2021. Approximately 12:30pm After waiting in a long line,we ordered 1 beer&cheddar 1 crispy chicken 1 Buffalo chicken sandwiches. Both chicken sandwiches were Not cooked thoroughly. More RAW than cooked. Because we were just passing through Batavia, we did not have time to go back for a refund. Very disappointed. Will not be returning to this Arby's location. Management should be aware of this. Before they end up with a lawsuit against the franchise....

Locked doors at 6 and they only had drive thru operating And told up after they had 4 cars ahead waiting they were not taking orders again (at the voice only spot before the window) for 20 minutes Worst crew ever except for sonic who has open forescent sign at 5 pm n o one is there though it's all lit up The quality of the rochester work pool is zero

If I could put 0 stars I would they always get the order wrong. I dont think I've ever eaten there and have gotten my order right the 1st time. The staff then gets mad when you take the food back and say it wasn't what you ordered I have taken the same order back 3xs and they still got it wrong at that point I was just done dealing with them.

Went to the drive-through repeated the order five times each time he kept saying the same thing which was wrong so we went inside. we ordered it he still got it wrong he finally got it right so we thought but he didn't STILL got it wrong plus I asked for no hot peppers because I'm allergic to them, but he forgot and they were gonna put it on it, and all he did was laugh and the manager didn't do anything ... lousy service and rude

Went in here with my family not to long ago…. Had the worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant. One of the employees boyfriends was just hanging out near the sauces. My wife and 4 children were in there we were trying to get sauces…. One was empty…. I asked a lady (employee) if they had any more, she said was rude and started filling sauces. I stood back to wait so I could get some when she was finished. Her boyfriend decided to try and pick a physical fight with me! (Her boyfriend did not work here) I tried to dodge the fight which the man became very persistent…. Another family called the police at this time. I went to the front and saw multiple employees working… I asked for a manager… A guy and lady both said we are managers….. so I looked at them like UM…. Hello!?!?! They said there was not much they can do….. When the police showed up the man left…. I asked the managers for a number to get ahold of someone….. they gave me the store number. We finished our food and left. I have called and went in multiple times since this incident and no one seems to care…. That’s fine!! Not only will my family never eat at this establishment again. Either will multiple others and more and more people that we tell this too. Keep it classy Batavia Arby’s. Because you sure aren’t recently….. it’s suppose to be a family establishment not a thug hangout spot. Also, please go look through all my other reviews. I have never had to do such a negative detailed review in my life. This is my first one to the tons and tons of others I have….. I’m not just complaining to complain. I’m trying to save any other “family’s” thinking is ok to bring your family here!! Don’t do it!!! NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY!

Absolutely ridiculous stopping here this night. Everyone behind the counter fought on who was going to take our order. Then we had placed a mobile order to take home to our families back in Rochester, and the entire crew was arguing and cussing over that order while we were sitting in the restaurant eating our dinner. Was the worst experience we had ever had. Arby's if you are reading this - you need some new people at your Batavia location.

This is the second time I have gone through the drive thru and didn't get what I wanted. A beef & cheddar classic with mozarella sticks. Never got my side of cheese nor the horsey sauce I asked for both times. They got it correct when I went inside and said something after the first time. I can't believe these people want to make $15/hr and can't get a simple order right. I use to love Arby's food but probably won't go back.

Not happy my husband was there last week and got food and I'm going to get mozzarella sticks and a sesame seed bun with double Swiss lettuce and extra mayonnaise of veggie sandwich and they always do like the deal where you can get two for a certain price and they told him he can't do that which is a lie because anytime we've gone in there like last year was like two for five they would do they would link it to I'm not sure what it is now I believe it's like two for seven I think I seen on TV and now they're saying we can't do that I will not be going back to this location again for food cuz $40 for all that food was ridiculous when our food used to cost no more than like 30 bucks it's not even worth going there anymore. I can go to Wendy's and get a veggie sandwich and all that stuff for like a fraction of the cost and come home with more food. I love Arby's but they just lost my business because they've always gave us that deal with the food and did that bundle for the cheaper price because my sandwich does not have me it should be a lot cheaper that's why. Once again messed up my meal now they can't answer the phone done ✅ never again that's was my mother's day present a gift card for $35 and I got zipped for dinner while my family got to eat shut this location down

Dated restaurant, food gone wayyyyyyy down hill! Ordered a double bed and cheddar....I got a thimble size glob of cheese & absolutely no sauce, completely dry. Tasteless, dry, fries made with old oil & this was at noon!! For those prices.....never again!!!!

On 1/8/2025 my husband and I ordered food through the drive thru in the total of $26.55. Generally, Arby's was an "ok" place to eat however, upon getting home we were extremely disappointed in the quality and taste of our meals. Just disgusting period! I later contacted customer service to file a complaint and request a refund for the just awful food and I was told this location would contact me with a couple days to rectify the situation and issue a refund. I've yet to hear from the manager of this location. Highly unprofessional and poor customer service period! This experience left a bad taste in my mouth and we probably won't be returning to this location. Knowing that the management doesn't value the service and quality of the food at this location is just appalling. If NO stars for a rating was an option, this would be my choice.
