Opiniones de Stick To My Pot Potstickers New York
Absolutely the best dumplings in the city! So fresh, flavorful and authentic. Love that they sell frozen bags too. Perfect for our Chinese New Year party
Food was great here. Ordered the pulled pork bento and the beef stew bento. Pulled pork was just right but beef stew was a little salty Also got the red bean mochi pastry. Omg, so good but too sweet for health reasons. I got the wontons. They were stuffed and decent in size. Probably the least favorite. They were good but just came back from eating at ding tai fung so my taste buds a bit spoiled.
I ordered a Scallion pancake and curry chicken over rice, which was very tasty and filling. I enjoyed my meal. There was one person manning everything. Wow! I love this quick and easy lunch spot.
I ordered the vegan dumplings in soup and pumpkin scallion side. The dumplings are a perfect symphony of taste, flavor, texture. The wrapper itself has flavor! Best dumplings I've had and I'm not usually impressed by vegetable dumplings. These are not plain and are full of flavor. Not an afterthought type of vegan option. It would be nice to have a second vegan dumpling option with tofu or alt protein. The soup is a perfect light seaweed broth not doing too much and not overly salty. Complimentary to the dumplings! The pumpkin is delicious, slightly on the sweet side, a little overcooked/mushy but not in a bad way. Some seating inside for dine-in.
This is a hidden gem near Penn Station. The owner is super friendly and cooks meals that remind me of homemade cooking. Everything is delicious, not gross/greasy like your typical Chinese restaurant food, and even if on some days it is a bit slow, it is 10000% worth the wait. Price point is amazing - much better than spending $20 at CAVA or any other "bowl" place. Hearty and always hits the spot.
Was in the mood for some dumplings. Wife and I walking around Manhattan stumbled upon this place. Got some delicious pan fried dumplings. Three shrimp three pork. Great value. Also got scallion noodles less than four bucks and beef bulgogi over rice. Very enjoyable. Will come back
The food was very good. I enjoyed everything. The dumplings were perfectly cooked. I also had a pork bao and red bean mochi cake. Service was good with nice staff. All around it was a nice little hole in the wall type of place. They kind of place you find by accident and just keep coming to.
The moment you walked in and you can already see a kid working, a great sign for great food The price is very friendly with the quality they provide you. Got the braised beef rice and pan fried classic dumplings, and as expected the food was amazing. HOT, very HOT (temperature wise), but man was the food delicious. They also didn’t skimp out on fillings for the dumplings and they’re filled to as much as the surface area allowed them to. 10/10 would recommend.
I was craving dumplings and came across Stick to My Pot, I was not disappointed. I tried the 6 piece classic & chicken and everything was amazing. Perfectly cooked, and the filling was very hearty. It was exactly what I was looking for, I will definitely be back. Can’t wait to try more from them! Check this place out if you’re in the mood for some dumplings!
Overall rating: 4.8 Really solid place that’s affordable and quick! The pork bun was soo good. I had the classic soup dumpling which was goodish. It was barely a soup dumpling. It was dumplings in a soup 🤣🤣🥲 But! I’m sticking with a high rating because I was so surprised by the quality & how affordable it is. I ended up getting a second pork bun, it was so good! Note it’s not the most filling meal but I do Iike the whole concept in general. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something quick!
Now this was a good lunch spot I can get down with if I was working or simply in the area! This small, family run business seems to make everything from scratch and they have an entire system to deliver fresh dumplings and sides. I saw a lot of people coming in to grab lunch before heading back to their day jobs, so this was a good sign. I went with two of my usual orders at dumpling shops: - Six Vegan Potstickers, all on a disposable plate, was full of homemade deliciousness. The filling was fantastic and the fact that each one didn't break apart was a win in itself. - Scallion Pancake looked and felt like a prioshky. It was certainly denser than ones I'm used to and was a decent side to my dumplings. This item took a bit longer to come out so I had to go check to make sure it was still happening. What's also great is how affordable everything was compared to the rest of the city. I think my entire meal came out to be around $10 which is nothing to scoff about in this day and age.
Stick To My Pot is the perfect quick stop spot for dumplings. Offering a variety of options, I went with the half & half (classic and shrimp). The person working there made the dumplings right in front of us and served us within 10 minutes! All of which tasted great! Additionally, they have an honors program which will land you free dumplings after a certain amount bought. Will be visiting again!
6/16/25 back for a quick lunch. Same order, still great! 5/12/24 first time here. Got word of mouth from several coworkers that this place is good. So i stopped in for lunch to-go. I got the 8 dumpling pack, 50/50 chicken and shrimp. Very good & Steamed perfectly too. I got an order of the noodles in scallion sauce, they were good and on the sweet side. Plus a pork bao for the GF. She really liked it. While I was waiting, the guy was making the dumplings for later in the day. He told me that all the ingredients were combined there to make it home made and fresh. So that was a good piece of info to have. I'll say the dumplings did taste fresh. They also have frozen dumplings to take home, i think i can get on board with that one of these days...
I made a catering order with them for my job and the delivery was prompt which is a huge plus. We ordered a pan of all of the dumplings and the scallion pancakes and everything was delicious! My team truly enjoyed everything. I really wanted to give it a 5-star rating but when I was eating my edamame, I found a caterpillar inside and that kinda took me out of it. I know this isn't an everyday occurrence and they couldn't have prevented this but it was still difficult to go back to eating after almost biting into the bug. Don't worry, I won't post the picture of the caterpillar.
Dumplings were ok. Sauce was a bit sweet which we didnt expect. Freshly made. Do not order the rice meals. We tried 3 of them- chicken curry, braised beef and pork over rice. They just don’t taste good. Squash side dish tasted like fish.
I am honestly confused by the 4.6-star rating this place currently holds. Based on the reviews, I walked in expecting a hidden gem, but I walked out regretting that I didn't just go to the McDonald's around the block. To put it bluntly, this was some of the worst Chinese food I have had in years. We ordered the beef over rice bento, an order of noodles, and a scallion pancake. Nothing served tasted fresh and the flavors were barely mediocre at best. The scallion pancake was absolutely disgusting- overcooked and completely soaked in old oil. It was heavy, greasy, and practically inedible. On top of the food quality issues, the restaurant itself wasn't the cleanest, which made the dining experience even more uncomfortable (there's no restroom to even wash your hands).
