My new favorite Taco Bell location! Ordered bean burrito extra beans and cheese, it came fast, hot and fresh and bursting with filling. Unlike my local (Brentwood) location, who charges for extra but doesn't give it to me.

The food was delicious 😋 everything was perfect. If you ever go there you should get the “Chicken Mexican pizza” no sauce not tomato 🍅 and if you would like add sour cream on top! Very delicious the workers are every kind very nice I recommend this place this is one of the best Taco Bell’s I’ve every been to 😋😁

I've been to many taco bells yet this one was the best so far. The drive thru was quick and my order was correct and ready to eat. Sometimes other locations drive thru is fast but food is too cold but here everything was perfect and quick. Fast and friendly service as well.

The service is great at this store. I was disappointed on selection a little no more of the chalupas chicken Chipotle burritos which I thought the flavor of those was outstanding and no apple empanadas!

If you're pulling into Taco Bell, you pretty much know what you expect, already. This location consistently delivers in the food department, and a bit more nicely than many for those choosing to dine-in. The decor is updated, adding a few bistro tables and stools to the usual suite of low tables, chairs and booths. The atmosphere is a bit more relaxing than older stores.

They do an amazing job at this location. You think Taco Bell's are all the same, but these employees do a consistently good job at making sure that there's just the right amount of each ingredient (unlike the one on Port Chicago...) Plus, you have to try their cinnamon twists. They're better than any other Taco Bell's cinnamon twists.

This is agood location. Good service andfood is great. Just disappointed with the drink selection. Not much for low or no sugar drinks.

Can be a notch above average depending on the time of day and who's doing the prep work. I've got in and out in just a couple of minutes, another time it took far too long for just a couple of simple burritos...with no-one in the drive-through line either.

Tried and true taco bell, wish happier hour for the freezes was longer and the tacos were not as expensive. When I was a kid they were a buck and that added up quick, now there almost x2 that. Still a good go to forndollar menu

All taco bells are the same. Sometimes they're understaffed, sometimes the employees are amazing, other times horrible. Sometimes the food is lazily made, cold, or overall disappointing. But most of the time, like 75%, everything goes fine.

I like the variety and the quickness of this place. They are usually out of the slushee that I want. Today I ordered in the app and didn’t get my full order. I have to now deal with the app since the store is separate from the app. This is the first time in five months that they made a mistake on my order. Still great service.

Next door to McDonalds in case you have a family divided! We were there after the lunch rush. Food was freshly made and tasted good!. Some of the tables needed to be wiped down, but the staff was friendly.

Service was significantly behind the curve for this location tonight. Orders were correct but the wait time was not justified by the number of other customers, nor was there any apology or explanation for it.

Same old taco bell food. Customer service is pretty good here. Not much else to say except the drive thru is generally pretty slow and the lane is small.

Be careful when using the drive thru because they can easily get your order wrong despite you saying want it is you want.

This particular Taco Bell isn't bad as far as Taco Bell restaurants go but honestly the quality of Taco Bell food is really low. It's not even that cheap. I'd rather go to a local Hispanic restaurant.

The issue is they don't know what the beans to tortilla ratio should be. Someone was trying to save food cost, which meant I got way too much tortilla and not enough beans.

This 2 star rating was hard for me because I love Taco bell but very disappointed taco shells all broke on first bite meat and cheese cold lettuce all white no green at all DISAPPOINTED Gave me all the wrong sauces : (

Very simple order - medium Baja Blast no ice, cheese quesadilla. Cashier repeatedly talked over me. I'd wanted a moment to look at the menu. But I couldn't even say that because he kept talking over me. So I was pressured and rushed. And the repeat talking over me meant he kept making mistakes because he didn't hear the order. Like the drink... First freeze, then large. How many times and ways can I say "Not large, I want medium"?? I had to ask for my receipt, which he didn't know how to get and had to have somebody help him. Worse, this man was wearing a manager's shirt. Will never go back to this location.

Soggy chalupa shells, soda water without the cherry pepsi, hot sauce instead of the requested fire sauce. Very disappointing. Higher prices with lower quality food. What an embarrassing "restaurant."

One word: Thrashed. Spent 20 minutes in the drive thru today. They had some kind of a problem obviously, and knew about it because they handed out a free taco coupon at the window to each customer and apologized, but didn't think far enough ahead to warn about the wait at the speaker box. The free $1.19 taco equates to $3.57 / hr to wait in the drive thru...lol. Miraculous and one extr star in that they got the order right somehow.

Mixed experiences, been there about 10 times in the last 4 months. I'd say mediocre at best. Seems like a lot of turnover, granted it's a taco bell.. Fast food prices are now unreasonable, so bump that wage up to make my service reasonable. Granted, I'll come again, but if there's another one on the way I'll stop there first.

I love chalupas, but this one time I stopped here at 1:30 pm you would think all food is fresh do to lunch hours but the chalupas we're old and chewy, the lemonade was so watery that had no flavor al all. I also got cinnamon delights but where to oily and old. Unfortunately this location 😕 didn't make it to standards.

Ive been here many times without problem til recently, the last time i went here i got really really sick.. puking n diarrhea at the same time for days.. didnt think much of it thought my last meal had been taco bell lol so whatever.. 10 days later i go back to this same tbell and just a few hrs later ive got full on green diarrhea, horrid stomach pain, and im puking my guts out at work on my graveyard shift just dying.. this time i know for sure the source cus the only other food i had today was a nutrigrain bar like 10 hours prior.. please take a serious look at food safety practices, somethins going on. Sucks cus most of the employees i see are the homies and theyre great but i did for sure get this bug from this spot.

Communication makes things run smooth. If you hire people that cannot communicate the English language you are going to deal with problems. Once again on my latest visit through the drive-thu I recieved food that was completely wrong. I gave the worker.... clear, concise order and they didn't make what I ordered. I seldom complain or give 1 star but this is now an almost every visit occurance.

The app claimed they were open until 2am (Fri night/Sat morning) and let me put in a whole order. I arrived before 1:30 and they had apparently already closed, the workers were actually hanging out outside. When I pulled thru and up next to them to get their attention they ignored me.

Fire the guy working at drive thru 8/8/21 10:40 pm He couldnt handle the drive thru and made everyone reverse out of it when he could have handled the situation properly. I already sent an email to corporate in the hopes that they will replace this fellow and get someone with some actual customer service

Their manager is a joke he does what he wants he closes the lobby and the drive thru for no reason and for a few min he opens everything again and closes again ??!! Like WTH is this. there was no explanation on closing no signs nothing just very unprofessional.

Their bathrooms are a health hazard. 1) filthy with a toilet brush just in the floor debris everywhere 2) i cut my hand inside their bathroom just teying to unlock the door (which took several minutes) I dont recommend if you have kids or cluastraphobia.

I've gone to this store 2x an each time my order is 2 taco supremes and each time they have somehow forgotten the sour cream. Each time that I've tried calling them after I get home I get something that seems to be a fax machine.

Ordered pickup thru the app. Food was tiny and thin with barely any ingredients. Order included a drink which I had to ask for, and, when I did, one employee just walked away. The second, who came by a minute later, scowled at me, stared at the receipt, then handed me the wrong size, and then scowled at me again when I corrected her. Bean burritos are made of more than beans and tortilla. Too bad the employees don’t know that. One burrito to make with no other customers…and it was garbage. Didn’t eat half of it. Also, the employees are too dumb to open the drive-through window, it took 4 of them to figure it out. What have they been doing for the drive through the entire first half of the day?? It would be comical if it didn’t also ruin my lunch break.

The food is consistent with other Taco Bell's. The staff could learn and benefit from being a little more customer friendly. Poor lighting in parking lot. Drive thru lane needs asphalt resurfacing And manager needs​ to be re trained and or rederected to another location

I’m also disappointed that employees are forced to work under these conditions. This place really needs to do better.

We were missing one bean and cheese burritos I went to the counter and the lady questioned our order she looked at her screen and then agreed they missed that one burrito as I went back and checked order two of our tacos were not supreme so I went back then she said in spanish now what are you missing , I was shocked she answers that way so I answered back in spanish not sure if she did not know I spoke the language and agin she questioned and then realized again that we indeed ordered two supreme tacos and really rude helped another customer she left the bag with two tacos at the phone order shelf and did not let us know they were ready I could not believe , then my child after 15 minutes asked if that was our order and she rudely said yes . Terrible customer service by this lady that truly thinks that because they have everyone order from a screen doesn’t think that her tone of voice or her attitude matter. We won’t be retiring to this Taco Bell it’s unfortunate that because technology has watered down our customer service department……
