I just was at this location which is my regular location. I was having a rough day and the employee working register and drive through absolutely made my day. She was working about at 7:22Pm May 18th. Extremely accommodating and helpful and definitely was the best part of my day. I regretfully did not get her name but my experience was fantastic. I will continue to go to this location and recommend it to all my friends for as long as she works there. Please give her a raise. 🫶

I came here the other day after ordering on the app. When I arrived the drive thru line was long so I went to pick up in the store instead. A worker was putting a sign on the door closing the dining room and cash registers inside. I asked if I could pick up my app order. She said yes. The reason she closed the dining area is they were short handed on workers. I had to wait a bit longer than I should have but the workers were trying hard to get my order. Also they kept communicating about my order and apologizing for the delay. I will go back but I hope they are properly staffed next time.

I rarely go to fast food, but with the rush we were in the other night I needed something quick, fast and inexpensive. The food was good compared to some other locations I've had in my time, it was hot and fed which was great. The wait time was long and that set back our plans but overall good experience

For it to be a Taco Bell, I got what I would expect, and a little more. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by multiple people, very nice. It was pretty early in the morning, I start work at 5am. I asked if Lunch was available, and received no judgement. My food was out as fast as I was ordering it, Hot as can be. It’s Taco Bell… I got what I wanted.

I went and ordered some chalupas. They came out good. I also ordered an order of the cinnamon twists and received them with NO CINNAMON 😡😡😡

It's Taco Bell. The employees here are cool people, good service, much love. The problem here is this one doesn't respect many of the national sales and promotions. Pay attention to the pricing on the app so you don't get tricked, and go to the one on monument Blvd for online deals if you are close enough.

Nastiest Taco Bell I’ve ever had in my life. Never eat there on Sundays around 5 pm. All my food was stale and old. Had to exchange my fries because the first ones they gave us was HALF EMPTY LMAO. They were chill about the exchange but yeah the food was nasty today. Any other times it’s been good but definitely not going on a Sunday ever again! Don’t say I didn’t warn yall! The Cinnabon delights were delightful as always tho those never disappoint!

Ive been here many times without problem til recently, the last time i went here i got really really sick.. puking n diarrhea at the same time for days.. didnt think much of it thought my last meal had been taco bell lol so whatever.. 10 days later i go back to this same tbell and just a few hrs later ive got full on green diarrhea, horrid stomach pain, and im puking my guts out at work on my graveyard shift just dying.. this time i know for sure the source cus the only other food i had today was a nutrigrain bar like 10 hours prior.. please take a serious look at food safety practices, somethins going on. Sucks cus most of the employees i see are the homies and theyre great but i did for sure get this bug from this spot.

What a huge waste of time.. I ordered on the app for a pickup in the store.. when I get to the store I find out the pickup is closed. To make it worse you can't even order at the drive-thru you have to go to the window which takes way longer!! If you can't do a pickup you should deactivate the app for the store!! Doesn't take a rocket scientist!!

Today I went to this Taco Bell to buy food and I am extremely upset and disappointed. The kitchen staff were wearing masks, but they were coughing nonstop while preparing food. That is completely unacceptable and very concerning for customers. I lost my appetite immediately and did not feel safe eating there. This shows a serious lack of care for health and hygiene. I’m also disappointed that employees are forced to work under these conditions. This place really needs to do better.

We were missing one bean and cheese burritos I went to the counter and the lady questioned our order she looked at her screen and then agreed they missed that one burrito as I went back and checked order two of our tacos were not supreme so I went back then she said in spanish now what are you missing , I was shocked she answers that way so I answered back in spanish not sure if she did not know I spoke the language and agin she questioned and then realized again that we indeed ordered two supreme tacos and really rude helped another customer she left the bag with two tacos at the phone order shelf and did not let us know they were ready I could not believe , then my child after 15 minutes asked if that was our order and she rudely said yes . Terrible customer service by this lady that truly thinks that because they have everyone order from a screen doesn’t think that her tone of voice or her attitude matter. We won’t be retiring to this Taco Bell it’s unfortunate that because technology has watered down our customer service department……

Unbelievably poor service. From not being acknowledged by staff upon entering for a few minutes, short rude interactions, eye rolling, the works. Honestly so shocking I almost can’t believe it. Never again will I visit.

Ordered pickup thru the app. Food was tiny and thin with barely any ingredients. Order included a drink which I had to ask for, and, when I did, one employee just walked away. The second, who came by a minute later, scowled at me, stared at the receipt, then handed me the wrong size, and then scowled at me again when I corrected her. Horrible food with horrible customer service
