Absolutely amazing establishment. Best pizza in the Bay area staff are amazing. Manager is amazing It's really cool you can bring your whole family and everyone can choose different pieces. And they heat them up on the spot or if you decide like me to take a pizza home and feed the whole family absolutely amazing food with top-notch ingredients. Pizza my heart is the best pizza anywhere between Santa Cruz and the East Bay. Love them so much. Sweet heat is the absolute best!

This place screams mom & pop shop! It has been consistently good. I couldn’t believe there’s more than one store. The quality of the pizza & ingredients are that of folks that has poured their heart & soul into their product. I’m a fan!

The young woman who got my pizza saw I was carrying my baby and would not be able to also carry two large pizza boxes. She offered to walk the pizzas to my car with me. Thank you sooo much to this young woman. The pizza was delicious too!

Never been to a Pizza My Heart and left unsatisfied. I've done both dine-in and take out. My favorite pizza is the Big Sur, but any of the pizzas with ricotta cheese are a must-try! Slices are thin but large. One slice can satisfy if you are only a little hungry, but I've never been able to limit myself to one slice. The integrity of the slices themselves is excellent. Your cheese and toppings won't decide to slide off randomly after taking a bite. If any of your toppings fall off while eating, it's most likely because the slices are loaded with toppings (this is a good thing). There will still be plenty of toppings left on your slice and you'll have a little snack left on your plate once your done with the slice!

We've been long time Pizza My Heart customers, but usually visit the WC store. We've recently switched over to the PH location and are even happier now. Pizza's are just as tasty, service was friendly, and the restaurant is clean. Best part is that parking is plentiful and easy. We'll keep coming back.

Nothing says EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service than ordering a pizza and salad online, walking into the restaurant at the promised time, and watching the staff member cut your right-out-of-the-oven HOT pizza! That’s a WIN in my book!

Best pizza in the area! The crust is just right, thin but not too thin. Sauce, cheese, and toppings, all top quality. The Big Sur is what we order every time - I know, we should branch out - but it’s a brilliant combination! Not at all surprised it’s an award winner.

Y'all I have ordered from this place 3 times for delivery and let me tell ya, they DELIVER! The Big Sur pizza has been our go to and it's so tasty, all the right flavors. And that garlic bread they have is very fluffy and just the right amount of garlic on it. Also I know I only live a short distance from them but that deliver time is crazy, like in a good way. Anyhow if you havent gone to Pizza my heart, go there and eat. Very good 10/10

My pizza was looking a little old, no problem, but it went into the oven and it was still room temperature when I ate it. Cashier had no customer service, very much what slice do you want-heres your total, if that. It's a little more pricey compared to places in Todos Santos and Clayton. I'll give it another shot the next time I'm in the area.

Usually I go to Walnut Creek Pizza my Heart but I was so hungry I decided to stop here at Pleasant Hill. Walked in & was ignored, they served the older white couple before acknowledging me although I was there first & walked to the ‘order here’ sign. But hey, being a black lesbian, I’m used to it. After I got my food I look at it & ….. eww, hella holes from the lack on cheese. Photo gives it more justice, very dry, very hard. No bueno. Then while leaving an employee walked in as I walked out… do you think he held the door? 😅 Point is, go out the way for the service & food you like & deserve!!!

One word, over priced Soggy Pizza, they can’t even make you the slice you want because it takes 25 minutes, what they had available was so limited and plainly disappointing. Pieology was way better and cheaper!

Couldn’t tell you if the pizza was good or not because the guy working behind the counter was just unpleasant and condescending when we didn’t know exactly what to order right away. Didn’t even stick around to try it. It was our first time. Really disappointing to feel like an inconvenience.

I would not recommend this place to anyone because it’s completely worthless—a waste of time and money. They show one kind of pizza, but what you actually get is totally different. Before you place an order, they are very nice, but once the order is placed, their behavior becomes rude and unfriendly. I highly do not recommend this place.
