Took forever to open but it's finally here and I don't have to drive to Weatherford now. It does cost more to get tea here but it's well worth it. I highly recommend the blueberry green tea.

This place is off the hook. Not a coffee drinker so no Starbucks for me. Heard about this place and I'm hooked. So many flavors and options. I definitely have found my favorites. Probably a good thing this location is not closer to the house. But taking a gallon or 2 homes helps with the cravings. Staff always friendly and when I have asked questions I received answers. So they got the A Game going. How about a Tea Buffett, where you can just sit and social media or whatever and drink tea ? Thanks for giving us tea drinkers options, see ya soon.

I have always been told to try HTeaO. While visiting Texas I had the opportunity and stopped by one in Burleson. The staff were extremely freindly, helpful & knowlegable about the teas and explained how HTeaO started. They had a huge variety of tea options that you can even sample before you chose which tea or tea mix(s) you would like. The tea had an amazing and refreshing taste & the best part they offer sweetened & unsweetened, along with having a sweet zero for us zero sugar folks.They had the little round crushed ice that is always fun and some fresh fruit, for a slight extra cost, that you can add to your tea as well.

Great place to get a sip even if you're not a big tea fan like me. They have lil cups so you can try all the teas before you purchase which is great for a picky person like me. Their coffee is pretty great too!

I’m not sure I’ll ever go back. I ordered a large sweet tea and changed it to a Texas tea. When I paid, the guy at the window handed me two straws. So I asked did I pay for two? There were only two drinks at the window and he was about to hand them to me. He answered no only one. I said are sure? I’ll take it if I paid for it. He said no it was my mistake. I asked one more time are you sure, he said yes. So I said okay and drove away… I paid almost $8 for one tea instead of getting two. Not sure why he didn’t give me what I paid for. The tea was actually really good, but this situation just left a really bad taste in my mouth. I live in Burleson so it’s even more of a disappointment. Probably won’t be back ever. Owner responded to me below about making this right... But when I responded to them, they still have not gotten back to me. Don't go there. UPDATE: I was contacted by the owner and was taken care of completely. He met with me and I got to hear his heart and how much he wants to make the overall experience a great one. Let me tell you; I’m really appreciative that he reached out and made time to talk with me. He definitely did not have to but it shows how much he cares. Go there and get yourself a tea because I love them! They taste great and now I’m drinking that instead of coffee :)

Love this place! If you have some time, go inside! I love that I can try each flavor to see what I like best. Plus, with some of the more popular flavors, I can buy tea bags so I can make more at home!

2 years ago, an employee with an interesting name related to bodies of water (I think it was “pacific” or “sea” or “lake” or something like that?) gave me the best costumer service I could ever ask for. When I was having a bad morning, I ranted to him about wanting to throw a beehive in an unsuspecting crowd in downtown Fort Worth. He talked me out of it, saying there’s nothing better to cheer you up than some good ole HTeaO. I realized he was right, and bought so much tea I went into crippling credit card debt. What a guy.

My daughter loves this place. She loves the Georgia Peach Tea. I cannot have it due to allergy issues, so I cannot tell you my opinion on the taste. I can tell you that the staff is friendly and helpful. Service definitely comes with a smile and is quick.

Something about having cold iced tea on a hot summer day after you get off from work or during lunch break! This tea is made with special filtered water so it is light and refreshing and your body absorbs it and it's so good too. Plus you can sample different flavors. You can also grab a snack and add fruit to your tea and look at the latest from Yeti, haha. Anyway, best place and not easy to replicate experience, it just makes ones happy to stop and get tea. Also keep an eye out for happy hour.

You get to try a sip of any flavor that you're interested in, before buying, and you have the option of taking a gallon of your favorite home, if you like! My wife and I visited HTeaO in Arlington at noon today and then the one located in Burleson tonight after dinner with some friends. The quality of products and service at the Burleson location is top notch, just as it was at the Arlington location. On our visit this evening we picked up some Sugar Cookies Confection covered cashews and my wife got the sweet and unsweetened blackberry tea; I went for a large cup of Sweet Georgia Peach tea; both are tasty! Tonight we signed up for the HTeaO rewards program and are looking forward to going to visit other locations. If you’ve never been to a HTeaO location, you should really try it out!

Our latest addiction. Unfortunately, this is the closest location to us. I'm thankful they make it worth the 25 minute drive.

I like the concept of all the different flavors of tea and that you can taste them before you buy them. Also that you can mix different flavors to make something of your own that your palette will like. The foam cup covers are such a great idea to keep your drink cold. The chi tea with milk and severing over ice was awesome. Great experience and will be back.

At 2 pm, happy hour starts, and the drinks are super cheap. I ordered four huge cups and only paid about $7; it's super good, and you can make your own drinks and sample them.

Friendly service and great tea selection. I really like being able to mix your own for different flavors and especially the no sugar selection. It's a bit pricey for tea, but when you're out and about and want something refreshing that isn't soda, it's a great option.

HTEAO in Burleson has consistently been a favorite of mine! The tea is always fantastic, and the quality of service is top-notch. For our recent Thanksgiving party, I picked up several gallons of tea, and it was a huge hit with the family! I was even able to enjoy a free gallon for my birthday as part of their birthday rewards program—such a nice perk during my birthday month! Placing my order through the HTEAO app was incredibly convenient. I love the variety of options they offer now, including curbside, drive-thru, in-store pick-up, and delivery. You can also choose to have your order prepared immediately or schedule a pick-up time that works best for you. I ran some errands before heading to the drive-thru, and it was so convenient to just give my name and have my order ready to go. The young lady at the drive-thru was super friendly and made the experience even better. As always, the tea was amazing, and the flavors we ordered were a hit! The family loved trying Blueberry Muffin and Gingerbread Man, alongside the Unsweet and Georgia Peach Mango. I also love exploring their Secret Menu flavors and mixing combinations for something new. My wife has been trying to get me off of the diet sodas....coke zero, diet coke etc. but I have never liked the tea at McDonalds, Chic-fil-a....etc.. until I visited this new store/business. you go inside and they have little cups that you can taste all kinds of tea...Georgia Peach, Texas Chia, Watermelon, Arnold Palmer, half tea, half lemonade, mint, Strawberry, ginger, on and on the flavors are incredible. I get the Georgia peach sugar free and add a splash of the Texas Chia sugar sweet. incredible. We now have also bought one of their water dispensers. We buy 5 gallons for $2.50 and love the water we get from them, it is the purest water I have ever tasted. We also get the finely textured ice which is so nice. my wife buys a gallon of the Georgia Peach unsweetened and drinks it all day....lol....thanks for this new business / restaurant in Burleson it has added so much.....Also, Paul, the owner is incredible, helps carry the water out to my truck!

I'm so happy we in Burleson have our own HTeaO. The people there are fantastic. The only small issue I experienced was I ordered unsweetened watermelon with my tea but didn't taste it. Next time I'll pay for an extra short of it.

I've been twice and have really enjoyed their tea both times. I would just like to see them add some shade areas for the employees taking orders outside. It was 106 degrees today, I'm sure something can be done to create some shade for these employees.

The staff is generally friendly, but very busy keeping up with everything and everyone as this is a very popular and busy place. With all the options for flavors and merch inside and great pricing on tea it's easy to see why this place is so popular. Perfect for that family looking for something to beat the heat, but not the pocketbook.

I was in TX for a wedding & was looking for something new to try. Went in, and the owner gave us a tour of the teas and how it works. It was refreshing that you could sample the different teas and how to make their Berry Blast 😲 He stated that HTeaO was coming to AZ. I'm super excited 😄 😊

I love this place. Minus the very rude young girl working early mornings. Snatches your card. Very rude. Slams the windows. This is 3xs I've experienced this. So avoid going in early am. My favorite time is late evening. Those girls are rocking it.

If you're an iced tea lover, you're going to want to try this out. Lots of fun flavor combos to try in sweet and unsweetened varieties. It's self-serve, so you're paying a flat rate by the size of the cup, not the contents, so go wild! Only thing I'd like for them to add is one or two caffeine free flavors for folks who have to keep a check on caffeine levels. BTW, the Chai is YUM!

I was a little let down on the Strawberry Passion, as it tasted bland. I was expecting it to be a little more strawberry-ish and sweet. Overall, the customer service was great, as she explained the option of coming inside on the next visit for a taste test, the benefits of downloading the app, and the different options of beverages. 🍒🍓🥤🥤

Went there for the drive-thru iced teas at the Burleson TX location. Love the peach, the coconut and the mint. Can't say much for the customer service. The girl at the window rolled her eyes at us because we decided to order more drinks than what we originally ordered. After the window closed she proceeded to yell through the window at my daughter. Some people shouldn't work with the public.

Their tea selection is amazing! I love trying the monthly flavors. I wasn't sure if they were open. Their lawn is way overgrown! I'm glad they are open still!

Just joined awhile back. Not going into details, but bottom line...Stopped by Burleson and Employee C D was rude and very condescending. Didn't get what I ordered. Work on that customer service first HTeaO.

The tea is not as flavorful as it was when I first started going a few years ago. Also the app is an ongoing issue with receiving and redeeming points. For the price I expect a premium product.

We frequent this location often. The customer service is okay not great, but today Andrea (name on receipt) was just rude. She will definitely run off customers with that bubbly personality. I always try and give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but man she was not nice.

I love stopping in for a tea and I come and get my big water jugs filled often….. but the customer service is the worst. 😜. I’m pretty sure the one girl that’s always scowling and rolling her eyes is one if the mangers. Today I go in and two people in front of me and she treated them the same way…. Like she hates being there. Zero hi or thank you….. nothing but mean looks. Do better!!! It’s easy to be nice!!!!

This place isn't my favorite, I would come more frequently or even leave a higher review, but the service can be hit or miss. They don't talk to you very much, just stare, watch you, aren't super friendly, ect. Going to the drive-thru is kinda the same, they talk super fast, and just try to hurry up and get you out of the way, even when they're completely dead. They don't like when you ask them questions either. My favorite flavor was the blueberry summer-ade. I asked if they were going to be bringing it back out and got told they aren't doing mix of the month anymore or even just seasonal flavors. If they don't have the summer-ade, I'm not coming back!

The tea at this location could definitely be better—it lacks flavor and tastes watered down. At first, I thought it might just be how they brew it, but then I visited the North Richland Hills location, and the difference was night and day. Their tea was full of flavor and actually enjoyable. Curious about the contrast, I asked an employee at North Richland Hills why their tea tasted so much better than the Burleson location. He explained that they clean their containers weekly and don’t “recycle” old tea. Apparently, at the Burleson location, they mix fresh tea with old tea instead of cleaning the containers regularly, which can water it down and dull the flavor. To the owner of this location: please consider cleaning your tea containers weekly and avoid recycling the tea so much. It makes a huge difference in taste—and it’s the reason I now drive farther just to get a decent cup

Edited 11/1/25 The customer service at this location has gone downhill. I asked the worker to give me a moment while my child decided what he wanted to drink, and she kept asking us if we were ready to order two more times within 5-10 seconds. I've gotten catty vibes from several workers at this location. Need to have a meeting with your staff. This is a frequent stop for my child and I, and everything I've ordered has been great from tea to coffee. My child did get one of the Poppy drinks that were there for a limited time, and I thought it was gross but he loved it.

I understand being short staffed, but when there is two people, having one in the drive thru and one to help the inside people when they walk in seems the most reasonable. You see two different parties come inside, and yet both employees stayed in the drive thru area. I had to stand there for 5 minutes trying to get one of the girls attention for a simple question. Did not even attempt to look at me till after five minutes when the one girl says sorry we are short staffed. Then instead of coming to me where I was standing she went to the other party that was at the register even tho they had just walked up. The woman had to tell her I had been waiting. Then when I wanted to use two rewards you were rude about it? A simple nice explanation of ‘hey unfortunately we can’t do that, and there is a time limit’ would have been fine. Not going on about how you’d be in trouble and have to lock my account which only the online support can take off if we tried to use both, even if in different transactions. We come here often, that won’t change because we enjoy it, but please make sure your employees have some common customer service even if busy and short on help. :)

You see two different parties come inside, and yet both employees stayed in the drive thru area. I had to stand there for 5 minutes trying to get one of the girls attention for a simple question. Did not even attempt to look at me till after five minutes when the one girl says sorry we are short staffed. Then instead of coming to me where I was standing she went to the other party that was at the register even tho they had just walked up. The woman had to tell her I had been waiting. Then when I wanted to use two rewards you were rude about it? A simple nice explanation of ‘hey unfortunately we can’t do that, and there is a time limit’ would have been fine. Not going on about how you’d be in trouble and have to lock my account which only the online support can take off if we tried to use both, even if in different transactions. We come here often, that won’t change because we enjoy it, but please make sure your employees have some common customer service even if busy and short on help. :)

The tea at this location could definitely be better—it lacks flavor and tastes watered down. At first, I thought it might just be how they brew it, but then I visited the North Richland Hills location, and the difference was night and day. Their tea was full of flavor and actually enjoyable. Curious about the contrast, I asked an employee at North Richland Hills why their tea tasted so much better than the Burleson location. He explained that they clean their containers weekly and don’t “recycle” old tea. Apparently, at the Burleson location, they mix fresh tea with old tea instead of cleaning the containers regularly, which can water it down and dull the flavor. To the owner of this location: please consider cleaning your tea containers weekly and avoid recycling the tea so much. It makes a huge difference in taste—and it’s the reason I now drive farther just to get a decent cup

I asked the worker to give me a moment while my child decided what he wanted to drink, and she kept asking us if we were ready to order two more times within 5-10 seconds. I've gotten catty vibes from several workers at this location. Need to have a meeting with your staff. This is a frequent stop for my child and I, and everything I've ordered has been great from tea to coffee. My child did get one of the Poppy drinks that were there for a limited time, and I thought it was gross but he loved it.

Please do not go to this store. They are very rude. Have very bad customer service. And the drinks are not worth it at all. And there are not professional at all? I read the reviews. And I still went into the store to see for myself in every review on here. Talk about how rude. The staff is and how they have bad customer service. They are so right,

Drinks great, service is always less than ideal but today was the worst. The drive through order girl was extremely rude when first taking our order then it continued when we were at the window. What happened to customer service??

I’ve been to the Bedford and Arlington locations. I took my Mom yesterday to get tea in Burleson. We got 2 unsweet coconut teas. I don’t like sweet tea and my Mom is diabetic. A girl took the order and a guy gave me the tea at the window. He was super sweet and polite. I drove off and we tasted the tea. One was sweet . It was super sweet. I tasted both and it was a clear difference. No big deal I just went back so we could switch the tea. I was not rude at all . I didn’t ask for money back . All I asked for was switching the tea. I said we ordered 2 unsweet coconut teas and one was sweet . I said can we get an unsweet one. I handed the tea to the girl . She had long brown hair and glasses. She said it was not sweet I sat here and watched him make it . She said well whatever it wasn’t sweet. She just kept arguing with me . I don’t get what the big deal was . It’s not like I was asking for anything other than just switching the tea. I’ve never been anywhere where the order wasn’t right and treated like that. Especially when I wasn’t rude in the first place. It was just absolutely crazy to me. So I definitely won’t be going back to this location. The boy handed me the tea and I told him thank you! Mistakes happen and I wasn’t even mad until she acted crazy about it.

The tea was ok, we expected more like herbal teas and loose tea leaves. I mean it’s a tea place! But no, I make better tea at home. Customers service was awful and rude. They were no help. Will not be returning. Very disappointed.

While I love thier teas, their customer service is terrible. I have been trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but I give up. They are not friendly, very unhelpful, and not customer oriented. I have had issues with the app ordering multiple times, and when I went today they just looked at me and said it must be an app glitch. They offered no assistance or alternate option. I just walked out. Not sure I will be back.

Lady at the window forgot she had her mic on and was having a whole 10 minute convo until she realized. Finally acknowledged us and “said were you ready to order?” Like yeah, just waiting on you. Then we order and says that a particular drink only comes hot when we get it iced all the time. We just said nevermind and left.

First (and last) time here. My son (who lives in Corpus Christi) has raved about this place for months…so when he came to town he insisted that we go for their “amazing” tea…sadly, it was gross, weak, watered down and flavorless. Luckily you are able to get samples of the different flavors (I tried 5-6 different ones) but all were equally disappointing -needless to say I opted out of getting a drink here (and went to Chicken Express for “real southern sweet tea”). Son said the tea in Corpus was “way better” :( drove from Fort Worth to Burleson to discover HTeaO was a NO for me :(

My husband and I absolutely love their Tea. Unfortunately we just had the worst experience in the drive-thru with the lack of customer service skills. The young lady was rolling her eyes and being rude. Asked for the manager and she stated she didn’t appreciate us making a complaint about her minor employee and called us hostile for asking to speak to her. Very disappointed. Needless to say we won’t be going to that location again.

The girl at the speaker on may 25th at around 2:30pm has a nasty attitude. I pulled up to the speaker and she was pissed about something idk but for some reason she felt the need to correct me on how how I ordered, I asked for a sweet tea with watermelon flavoring she responds snarky with “We don’t have sweet tea with watermelon flavoring it’s a Watermelon Sweet tea.” Okay? Girl you know what I mean. C’mon. Not only that but the way she speaks was aggressive. Please take her off the speaker for your customers sake. Thank you.

Be careful purchasing gallon teas from this location. I purchased 2 gallon regular sweet teas via the HteaO mobile app for delivery. Both teas were labeled as sweet regular but 1 of the gallons was actually chai tea. When I called the location, and spoke with Trinity, the manager, she offered to replace the gallon. When I visited the store, I was told, there was no way it would be mislabeled and I probably just didn’t like their regular sweet tea. After getting a new gallon from the shelf they tried it as well and confirmed that it was labeled as regular sweet but the tea was actually chai tea. We got another gallon (gallon number 3) off the shelf and that gallon was mislabeled as well as regular sweet but clearly chai tea. It seems that whomever made that batch of teas today mislabeled them and the manager even agreed after sampling them herself but then in the same sentence after trying the teas herself called me a liar. Instead doing the correct thing and pulling the mislabeled gallons down they plan to keep them up and sell them as sweet regular. They offered me a 4th gallon from the shelf right after saying they cannot offer me another gallon because there was no way they were mislabeled. Why would you offer another gallon if I was lying? Especially after she sampled them and agreed? My husband and I regularly buy regular sweet gallon teas from this location and never have made a complaint or had an issue until today. I declined a 4th gallon because i was worried a 4th gallon would be incorrectly labeled as well and I requested a refund and will not be going back. Very poor customer service and very poor business ethics. Mistakes happen, I wasn’t even mad, I just wanted the correct tea. I’m just shocked how they handled this. So sad.

I ordered a large unsweetened peach ginger tea with peach fruit topper through the drive-through. My drink was ready by the time I got to the window but I ended up having to wait on the cashier to take orders from the cars behind me so I ended up waiting anyway, which seemed silly. I waited for her to stop talking, then she took my card and ran it, then I watched her take more orders, waited more, then she handed my card back. Then I waited some more, the whole time just watching my drink, and finally she gave it to me. Tbh that was pretty annoying and I wish I didn't tip her. Moving on, the tea was bland. There was so much ice it literally tasted like I got a large ice water in a cup that once had tea in it. The fruit topper was in a small to-go cup like the size of a standard condiment cup and I had to add it myself. When I did, it added nothing to the drink, no flavor whatsoever. So basically I paid $6 for a glorified ice water. This place isn't for me.

Redeemed my points for 1 gallon of free tea. Now normally I will let a lot of stuff slide, but this store didn’t have the flavor that I normally drink. I asked for a “ fresh “ gallon thinking they would bring me one. Instead they bring me one that indicates I’m supposed to chug this by tomorrow. I asked the staff if that was okay, and they said oh yeah you can drink it after that date. My question to the manager is why do you have a chug date, if the product is fine for consumption after the date on the front label. The staff didn’t seem to care.
