I am an Uber and door dasher overnights and the ladies at this location are very friendly, on point, and professional. They handle pressure very well and never let it show. I’m always met with a smile and respect at the window. Keep up the great work ladies. And boss, if you’re reading this, give them a raise- they definitely deserve it.

This place is busy a lot and that is a good thing! I'm never disappointed! The employees are awesome & they deserve much praise! I doordash and it's usually at night and there is usually a line but they get you through there and always in good spirits! THANK YOU to the Employees, I appreciate ya 😁💯

My bf and I go to jack in the box a little to much lol it's close to our house and open 24 hours so it's convenient. Even with how much we go we've never had a bad experience, when we go at night the night manager is so nice and always gives us a really good amount of sauce and this morning we went and the lady at the window was so nice, she called me pretty and beautiful and called my bf handsome and told us to stay true to eachother and never forget to say I love you and asked if we are gonna marry eachother. She really made our morning❤️

I haven't had Jack in the box in years. I ordered the $8 special. I thought I was getting a burger fries and a drink, instead I got regular and curly fries, 2 tacos, and a double juicy deluxe cheesy burger, plus a large drink. I was delighted with my meal. I will be back😝🥳

I love this Jack in the Box! They always take care of me every time I come & I spend a lot of my lunch time here as it is a short distance from work and I only have a 45 min lunch break. The drive thru is almost always quick, precise, and friendly! They know me and I appreciate them, summer or winter! The jack in the boxes in Cleburne are terrible so it makes coming to this one a wait worth waiting for.

I mean, what can I say about Jack in the Box? It's always got the same thing at every one of the stores they're very consistent. So you always know what you're getting, and their food is good. Especially, their Egg Rolls, I think that's one of my favorite things, and I like their Ultimate Cheeseburger. r Their buns are always fresh and now they have like 8 different sauces. So if you want some chicken strips or something like that? Well, they've got all kind of things. You can dip them in. I've never had the chicken strips. The Good Good sauce is yummy, and I used it for onion rings. Oh yes, they stay open late. Some of them are open all night, and they usually move the line pretty quickly. If you're going through the drive through, I have not been inside, are Jack in the box in 20 years. So it's my go to for breakfast. Lunch or dinner if I'm in the mood for drive through. I don't generally go anywhere else because everything is so expensive now and I can get out of there under 20 bucks, for 2 people. Tacos!! Regular, Jumbo and Tiny tacos! Eat up!

You can't beat those sinfully delicious Jack in a box tacos. This location had exceptional service. There were two ladies working the drive-through, and they were both very friendly and insured they got my order just right and that I had all the sauces, dressings, etc to go with it.

I came through tonight for a DoorDash order and woman that was running out and taking orders all at once is SO optimistic and quick. I had to ask for her name “Makayla”, because I want to make sure that she gets some recognition. Every single time I’ve gone to this store it’s been gloomy, slow, and most of the employees have been rude. Except for her. I watched her tell every single customer to have an excellent or wonderful night, and it seemed like she genuinely meant it. Get this girl a pay raise before she finds better lol.

Went in there after I got off from my job and walked to Jack in the box. Went inside and the sweet old lady greeted me warmly and was so sweet. I only got a water due to the heat and I was walking. She gave me a small size which was perfectly fine. I went to get my water and she came over and asked if I was walking. I told her yes I was and she handed me a large cup instead. She was definitely the sweetest. Thank you!!!

Went today and got my kids favorite. A Oreo milkshake and an 8 piece nugget , I believe she said her name is Misty and she has awesome customer service sometimes when I go employee say that the milkshake machine is down but every time Misty is there, she makes The Oreo milkshake with no issue and she makes it really good and my son was very happy with how she made the shake. She even went above and beyond and sprinkled some Oreos on top. Lol, but every time we go and she’s there, she always has a smile on her face and great customer service 👍🏾

After reading the reviews I have to review the person that is responding to the reviews. Your responses just seem insincere and robotic. Is that a real person writing these review responses or an AI robot. They just seem generic and canned. Fixing the massive problem with this location would be great also. All I see is more bad reviews and someone and someone responding with a robotic answer then more bad reviews. A little less talk and more action.

I love going here and usually the man in the drive through on the overnight shift is absolutely wonderful, I always try to tip him when I go through because his service is 10/10. But tonight when I went through the woman working there was disrespectful and rude. Even after she gave me an attitude I still said no thank you when she asked me if I wanted sauces. I guess she didn't hear me because she just looked at me and said "Yes or no." I wouldn't say it ruined this location for me but I would definitely go out of my way to avoid her.

Used to be amazing but right now it's about a 50-50 shot of them getting your order right. Unfortunately they keep making the order wrong, burning the meat, and I keep getting cold soggy fries. When it's good it's amazing! I guess I'm a sucker for pain because I will keep going back, but I hope they fix it soon.

The inside was close and it was after 10am. They only had drive thru open and the line was extremely long and moving very slow. After being in the drive thru for over 30mins I made it to the window where I was informed that they gave my large order to the car in front of me. I then had to wait an additional 10-15mins. In this time I was advised that they were training and short staffed. Hence the reason for the lobby being closed and the service being extremely slow. However, I did count 5 employees working which should’ve gone smoother being that they only were serving drive thru orders. I will not be returning to this location. Ever!

Missing food as well as past the time it should be thrown out(old fries). Leads to your food being cold quite often once they take it off the warmers. Rare to get someone to answer the store phone if at all for any concerns. All-around much better off going to similar places like whataburger or mcds for your cravings.

This used to be one of my favorite places, but the past year it has gone down hill significantly. A few mistakes here are there are expected. And it's a fast food establishment. I don't expect fine dining. I have been annoyed they insist on the drink machine on the inside that never works or is always out of the drink I happen to want. After a string of cold food and wrong orders, today was the last straw for me. All 3 burgers were messed up, cold, and hard; and the drinks tasted like battery acid. One drink made my stomach churn and it burned going down. We just tossed everything and went somewhere else. I don't want to contact customer service, & I don't to be offered free mediocre food. I'm just done; at least until something changes.

The food is decent when they can get your order correct. Or when they're open. I've been through there several times only to be told "we're not taking orders due to a system update." And if they do take your order, be sure to check it before you pull away to make sure it's correct.

Ordered food in the app and had one of my coworkers pick it up tonight. We were not given straws or ketchup. I ordered the Bacon and Swiss buttery jack (sub American cheese), and the bacon was missing. Very disappointing.

Ordered on the app at 10:41pm. Said it'll be ready at 10:52. I pull up to the drive thru at 10:56, they ask us to pull around and park, they'll bring it out. It is now 11:15 as of me typing this and my food still hasn't come out. Multiple cars have gone through the drive thru and have gotten their food. I do not understand why I am waiting for my food that I ordered beforehand and still haven't received it. Now it's 11:20 and finally got it. Thankfully it's actually hot. And good thing we checked the bag for missing items because lady came back out with the other half of our meal. Be sure to check bags before leaving.

I do Uber Eats/Door Dash here and this place stinks. Should pay drivers more to pickup here since I’d never eat here just doing deliveries but food stinks to me. Also, is packed not sure why but lots of people enjoy jack in the crack. The smell of the food turns me off though. Also, sucks standing around forever to get the deliveries since it smells so bad.

Night shift manager (older white lady ) is rude af . If you’re a door dasher , I wouldn’t go here at night. They have no respect for the dasher , and will have u waiting at the lobby for 5+ minutes before 10pm. Just to tell u to go through the drive thru . I went to the drive thru just to wait 10 minutes just for them to give me the wrong person order . This isn’t the first time she’s done this . The manager on duty was rude. My roommate went to pick up for me, since I had order from the house and he was out. She refused his service and said that she has to see the phone. I called up there to confirm he could pick it up, and she just kept cussing and yelling. I saw other reviews with people saying they had other pick up there food. Why was there a problem now?

This place is ridiculous. Chicken was cold and fries. Always out of something. The people working there look homeless. (Shorts and t shirts, no teeth) can’t understand them on the speaker. The girl at the drive through didnt listen. Didnt understand and acted like I was the problem. Then I waited forever to get the window. They asked me to pull to the front. I waited forever again. They brought out my food (50% of it was incorrect). I asked where my drinks were. She said the lady at the window was supposed to give it to me. She walks away (also, her belly was hanging out from under her shirt) and she went and put my babys juice in a bag with fries. So i had warm juice and cold fries to top it off. Dont eat here!!! Go to Jack in Alvarado instead.

Tried to order tacos and was informed this location was out. Then had to wait a ridiculous amount of time going through the drive thru line. My last visit, I ordered ahead and still had to wait 20 minutes for my food. This is the absolute worst Jack in the Box I have ever been to.

Megalodon and heaven are the managers that were in charge whenever we ordered our food. We did not touch our food at all after noticing that it was cold and literally are in town on business and the restaurant is 2 minutes away. The manager acted very gangsterous and I didn't appreciate being flexed on. She demanded that we bring the food back to them to get our refund after we paid it for a delivery. Our order told over $45 all of my life savings. Actually maybe heathers life savings but still yet it is a hefty price. We ordered it three days ago and it was magnificent but these two managers were using very vulgar words in reference to my wife about how she was trying to get one over on her c * ** a**. My advice is go to McDonald's and get you a Big Mac or a slurpee. But don't go see Heather at Jack in the hole. This is a honest review with a little bit of comedy but all things almost are true except for megalodon. Terrible customer service will never come here again should have gone to out in burger or taco satchel. I want the other managers back. Highly disappointed guys don't take this from anybody. Like I am driving back up there after I paid $91 for delivery probably. Lmao

Wife and I drove through for dinner Friday night. We had had bad experiences with whataburger. Braums. And sonic. So we decided to try jacks. Well first off the kid took for ever to take the order when he did we had to correct what was on the screen two times but that didn’t help the food was all wrong and so wet and soggy it was not eatable. So sad a brand icon that we had grown up on is being killed by kids that could give a dam.

Does anyone know who the guy working the drive-thru window at Jack in the box is??? Asking cause this dude would not let my mom hardly speak while ordering our food, when we got to the window he was SOOO rude! He practically THREW OUR FOOD AT US ALONG WITH THE DRINK, and didn't even bother to ask "need any sauces?" Didn't even say "have a good day" and when we were at the window there was a woman ordering and he wouldn't let her get a single word out!!!!! The late night staff is incredibly slow and inconsistent, and the food is noticeably lower quality then other Jack in the Box's in the area. I can't speak for the day service but I'd recommend going to the Crowley location for late night food

I order on line got there and then said they couldn't find my order and they weren't busy when I got my food it was cold. I called them they kept hanging up on me. I ask for sauce and ranch they say it was in the bag. No napkins or sauce in the bag.

I tried ordering 4 tacos from the app at night last week. Previously they'd let me walk through the drive thru, but apparently this night, some sociopathic nutjob was triggered by me not having a car. Of course, they didnt tell me why they wouldn't speak to me on the speaker, they allowed 9 cars to line up behind me, gooing down the street. So I attempted instead to just get their attention up front. They not only ignored me, but quickly marked my order on the app as already picked up, even though they refused to hand it to me. The next day the charge still hadnt been reversed, I tried calling many times, but they do not use the phone inside that location. Its been 6 days now since the incident, and 5 days since I sent management an email basically saying "like, ok guys, real nice. Now refund my measly 2 bucks to my card, its the principal of the matter here" to which nobody replied, forcing me to escalate the complaint to corporate, along with the records of the order, the stolen money and the 2 pathetic employees who, if not working such a meager living, I'd say do not even deserve to be employed in fast food if they are this level of sadistic and entitled. Not ever going back to that location, run by incompetent fools.

This place is never open during the night like it says it’s supposed to be. The two females that are there say that their system is down every time we come to visit. States that it’s 24 hours and open from 4 AM to 4 AM DAILY.

Always great staff every time I go to jack in the box, super sweet and very helpful. I went this night and a very old 2 teeth man became very rude and disrespectful. I think he began making jokes ( that made no sense) and really took me by surprise with his terrible customer service skills. I got all my food so I’m very happy with that, but teach your workers to be polite. ( I hope you enjoy your nickel).:)

Sorry im a weird person who likes to walk inside and not be forced to sit in the drive thru for 40 minutes waiting for my cold food because the workers are to disrespectful to let a customer make their lobby dirty and forbid they have to clean up

Horrible customer service. Took 5 minutes plus to get served, no one welcomed us in, took more than 10 minutes to get the cold food to us. The lady that took the order, a tall woman with reddish light brown hair, clearly didn't want to be there and seemed offended we dared to come in. Overall a poor experience, the food tasted fine it was just cold. The drink machine was also broken but that's not too bad, that happens. Everything else was unacceptable.

It’s 11pm at night. The worker said he can’t take any orders. Only DoorDash or Ubereats. The whole menu is turned off from the tablet so you can’t order on DoorDash or Ubereats. He was just outside smoking cigarettes. He said “I’m still getting paid on the clock”. While he’s doing nothing. It’s not even 2am. It’s 11pm and he hates his job get new management asap. They always get my order wrong as well.

The people working the drive thru are not very intelligent. Twice in a row now I ask for taco sauce (ordered 4 tacos each time) and the worker puts 2 hot sauce packets in the bag......for 4 tacos. Get a clue or if you just hate your job so much get a different one. Rude and bad service.

Took 25 minutes to get my drive thru order after they gave it to the wrong car because the server brought two bags and couldn't remember which orders she had. Then 10 minutes later, she brought out my remade order and had somehow managed to bring me the wrong order. All the while she was sniffling and coughing on the bags. An absolutely disgusting and awful experience.

i very rarely take time to make reviews with a complaint but on top of getting orders completely wrong the meat was not fully cooked and made my boyfriend extremely ill. do NOT eat at this location, especially at night.

When I first came to the drive thru speaker, I was told we'll be with you in a minute. I then, after 3 plus mins, heard someone say Do you want to order or what? I said yes I do..but first can you tell me what the sauce is on the waffle fries? The reply was We don’t have any. I asked about the Banana French Toast sticks reply was we don't have any, oh wait she said she found some do you want them? I replied Yes, the order of 3 with a small Mint Oreo Iced coffee. Reply was is that a combo? I replied yes, sure. Was given the total . Drove to the window, the lady told me the total again handed her a $10 got change she handed me the mint oreo iced coffee with no whip topping or oreo, I said there's supposed to be topping with oreos she took it back yelled to someone saying she says there's suppose to be whip topping on this they apparently said yes and apparently told her oreo she put both on top and handed it to me. Then handed me my bag and closed the window and took another order. As I was driving I realized she didn't give me the chocolate dip for the sticks. I went back to the drive thru and let her know, she said pull forward, she poured the chocolate for the ice coffees in a small container came to the window handed it to me and shut the window again. I am a GM for a local Food Establishment, I could tell she was stressed and being the only one working the drive thru didn't help with her demeanor. I also feel the GM failed this employee by not giving her enough, if any, training. I would never want any of my employees to ever feel or be in this situation. It was bad enough that one of the main items posted was not available, but then the crew doesn't have the training or the customer service to provide for even mediocre service, it makes the customer's visit even worse. I believe if I feel like Jack in the Box, I will take an extra 15 mins going south to the Alvarado store or Just head the opposite direction from this store going east to the local Burger King. In all my years as a GM, RGM and Store Manager, I would never want any of my customers to have a visit to my store, like I just did tonight at this one. This wasn't the 1st time, 2nd or 5th, that Ive visited this store, but it will be the last time. This isn't the 1st time, and or 5th time, that certain items were not available. This was not the 1st time, and or the 5th time, the customer service was less than a level 2. This is the last time I will be spending any of my time, and money at this store. Someone needs to look into this store, the proper training and customer 1st needs to be adjusted. You're Branch Standards need to be implemented. Thank you for your time, I hope this helps your Branch understand the true meaning of making the Guest 1st. We are in the business of making the customer number 1, this Branch is failing beyond all measures.

I had one great experience here, but every single other time I've come here has been absolutely deplorable. I've received the wrong order several times, the food has been cold every time except the first, and the service has been slow and absolutely ridiculous. Seems like it's time for a full reset of staff, because not only were the workers so slow and disrespectful that picking up my order took a literal hour for a single munchie meal, but I have lost money through doing UberEats because they were barely doing their jobs and serving people. The after hours pick up window would be great, if they actually used it instead of just directing people to it and never answering the doorbell or bringing the food to it. Absolutely ridiculous.

I don't know where to start. I've never been inside this location until this visit, only through the drive-through. I have never been overly impressed, but going inside was a nightmare. My wife and I will never return to this location. When you walk in, it smells like the restrooms, and every surface was gross and sticky. The drink machine was out of almost every option. While the customer service wasn't bad and the mistake was corrected, the manager seemed like she couldn't be bothered when there was an error in the price we were charged. Service gets 2 stars because the lady that rang us up was new and was very nice.

This place will let you sit in the Drive-Thru for an hour and when you get to the window, THEN they'll tell you that they can't make your food. When you ask why? They can't give you an answer right away and then turn around and tell you they don't have it. If the employee would have lied a little better, I would have believed it and let it be. But it doesn't help when the other employee seems to be constantly irritated & is complaining about the amount of food people are ordering.. not good customer service, at all. I'm unsure how either one of these girls have a job. The dirty looks they give you through the store windows are so rude and childish. I missed 1.5 hrs of work because of this situation! Update: haven't been back here since I left the last review. Tried to give you guys another chance tonight.. I've been out here freezing waiting to pick up a delivery order for the last 15 minutes and AGAIN I waited to be told they can't make shakes!! Uber needs to drop this location, bad for business!

I got a cake and the smash burger by itself. I get to the window and I pay she gives me the bag and no burger. Then she stated she didn't charge me so she rung a burger and had me park. I get my food and get home and check my account. Sure enough I paid $13 for a burger and cake the math isn't adding up. I've tried to call 4 times no answer. I want my money back jack!!!!

About 2 weeks ago I don't know why you were even open. No chicken no burger patties no fries. Basically you had nothing. This week y'all were out of tacos n a few sodas. This is not the first time this year alone. This has happened repeatedly. Someone really sucks at their job if you are consistently running out of practically everything on the menu. The drive thru is always slow n you pull up to the menu n no one greets you for 10-15 min.that happens last night. The fries were soggy,my chicken pita was barely warm.no condiments were offered. The girl in the drive through looked frustrated. This job used to be the best but it sucks honestly.

Wow, this Location is in need of help. Staff is rude. In our order burger was cold, chicken Sandwhich was soggy <been sitting for a long time> tacos were greasy greasy and cold. Curly fries lukewarm And our drinks were not filled up properly- there was 1 1/2 inch missing from the top- on all of our drinks. The window persón said- what do you want me to fill them? Burleson Location, Clean out your staff or youre going to be closed soon. Poor management to allow this to happen.

Wouldn’t even give this place a star at all. Placed a mobile order at 5:58 didn’t even get my order till 6:50!!!!!!! Literally ordered 2 tacos and a burger and fries and 2 drinks! Honestly would really like a refund for this. Plus not only that but the workers in there were constantly playing while there were all kinds of people waiting in the drive thru and inside the store for their order! This place is ridiculous and definitely will not return!!! Get this place some help seriously, new employees and all!!!! When I got my food after waiting almost a whole hour my food was ice cold, no lettuce at all in the tacos everything was just awful! Bad service and bad food! Workers there give you crappy attitudes the whole time you’re there! Would not suggest going here!

Just letting you know, if you want their food better order 2 days early. Waiting 45 mins for double orders is ridiculous. Told to pull around front to special window and told they are waiting on the patties to cook. Meanwhile drive thrubcustomers keep moving thru with their full orders. Management really needs to schedule employees who will actually cook at night. Getting more worse than McDonald's in cleburne. If you like door dash from this place, might reconsider and choose whataburger instead for your late night cravings.

Ihate doin fast food reviews cuz id have nothing but fast food reviews! But last couple of times I was here was horrible, made me not want to go back to any jack in the box. lady in the drive thru late night got the worse attitude and be jaw jacking her mouth and her eyes and honestly when she hands me my food don't even want to eat it anymore ugh!

Pulled into the drive through and it took forever, tried to order all day breakfast and got a rude and indifferent girl saying “we don’t have breakfast” I asked for a minute to look, tried ordering a few things only to get “we don’t have that” a few more times. Pull up then the window, the girl keeps slamming the drive through door and being agressive and rude. The food was cold and undercooked the boba was hard as rocks and the chicked sourdough was soggy and not cooked.

Quick and fast always.. can't beat the breakfast jack for a quick breakfast on the go.....6/14/21..horrible..1star ... Came back on 6/22/22 Some lady that was at the counter was cussing and interacting with the manager.. They gave her free food I'm guessing she worked she worked there but was not on shift. The photo attached is the person that got free food and that was causing. She was not mad at the employees they were cutting it up.

The employees and managers are rude and don’t care if you get the correct order. Got a jumbo jack with cheese and fries with no salt. Opened up my order and salt was on the fries and no cheese on the burger. Went back through they got the fries right but gave me a chicken sandwich ended up going in and got another jumbo jack but no cheese again, when I brought it up they took my sandwich back and slapped a piece of cheese on it and didn’t have gloves on. The whole experience was a mess. This isn’t the first time but it was definitely the last time for me.

well I ordered some tacos 32 to be exact when I got home with them I realized that they had no cheese or sauce on them and more the 2/3rds of them had been cooked till there was no meat left in them I try and eat at jack in the box a couple times a week but the last couple of times it's been like this I know it's just tacos but the person cooking the tacos should have some kind of pride don't know if I'll eat at Jack in the box again ty

Do not accept door dashes from here they put all drove thru orders and other customers Infront of you I waited 30 minutes for 4 tacos and ended up cancelling This happens all of the time here day or night

Me and husband were very disappointed! We ordered 2 sourdough jack meals. We ordered thru drive thru then lady told us to go park out front and wait they had no cars in the line. We and waited 15 mins food came out cold fries, drink taste like lemon added to our coke. Sourdough bun was not toasted. Aweful taste.we threw it out . Never go back .we wasted money and time. Understand jacks not gourmet food we just want hot and done food.

Have ordered many times from this place and they either treat you with attitude or ignore you for many minutes. I treat them very kindly and quite literally 9 times out of 10, they give me horrible service or mess up my order! If it's not the coffee tasting expired or poisoned, they leave out entire items from our order, like they just want to give you payback for asking for food! Go to another Jack in the box, MAYBE you'll get better service than this nightmare of a place. No wonder they are understaffed with a high turnover rate. I blame the manager. She's especially rude!

They got the doors locked at 7:00, made me go through the drive through to pick up a doordash, then sent me to go park in front of the doors instead of using the drive through. There is no one else around. It’s not busy in the slightest. They are wasting a lot of my time for no reason I can see whatsoever and my customers time as well.

I've been coming to this Jack In The Box for over 20 years, and the last 2 times have been the worst experience. Same blonde haired girl at night, first time told me to pull into the front space and I waited 30 minutes for my order after 4-5 other cars came and went, shoved my food out of the window, with no apology or explanation actually without any dialouge, and the food was cold. Like they forgot I had been waiting. I'm all about giving second chances, but tonight I'm informed part of my order can't be made, had to remind her to give me a refund, remind her to give me my drink and gave none of the sauces noted on the mobile order. All the while, she acted like I was inconveniencing her. Being in this same line of business, I get that sometimes things are hectic, but don't treat your customers like less than. Sucks because late night staff used to be amazing.

I know it was after 11pm, but the girl at the window acted like I was putting her out just by placing an order. The fries were ice cold and the burger was pure grease. I didn't expect the food to taste grest because it is a fast food chain, but the service made it taste terrible. I'll drive farther away next time I want Jack in the Box.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at Jack in the box. After waiting in the drive thru lane for more then 30 minutes I finally received my order to get home to realize half was missing. Ordered 3 1A and 2 chicken strip kid meals. After realizing my order was not complete I tried calling numerous times but no answer at 1:39am. So I drove back from Joshua to Burleson to get my order fixed because I just paid $44.73 for food I did not get. Once I arrived I let them know I was missing a kid meal and 3 medium fries she tells me to pull forward. One I get to the window she hands me a bag with just burnt chicken strips no fries. When I tell the heavy set black lady I was still missing 3 medium fries and the fries with the kids meal she gets an attitude. Walks to the back and comes back with four bags! Yes four bags for each fry! She was being petty with the pink hair lady she was with they was both laughing! The fries was still wrong curly and dry like they been sitting there for a while! Instead of fixing a simple error they went of their way to be petty and still not get it correct!

Stay away from this place. Severely understaffed, unresponsive, and untrained. I placed a mobile order here last Sunday. Order was estimated to be ready in 10 minutes. I arrived 10 minutes later and sat in the drive thru for 50 minutes. When I finally got to the window I found one associate working, and that my order was not ready. They were still waiting on part of my order. With 2 upset kids in the car I asked to be refunded for the item not ready and just get the rest of my food so I could leave. I was told the associate didn’t know how to do that and would have to get someone from the back to help her. I told her not to worry about it. She then went back to running the counter. She was handling money and food back and forth with no gloves and no hand washing. She was also chewing gum and I saw her gleek twice. At that point I decided to cut my losses and just get a refund as I was grossed out. I couldn’t get her attention to ask for a refund as she was running around everywhere else. I finally gave up and left with nothing but over an hour of wasted time and 3 hangry people. I tried all week to contact the store via phone and a survey asking to be contacted to get a refund. After a dozen failed attempts I finally just disputed the charge on my card. I will never go back to this location.

Me and my mom had just gotten off work and wanted some food, almost no one there so we went to jack in the box and waited 20 minutes and there was someone behind us. The drive thru person said the wrong total after we even asked if he added everything. When we finally got to the window we got our food but he hadn't even made my ONE drink yet. In the 20 minutes we waited, it was supposed to be no ice yet i still got ice to. Do better.

I came through the drive through @ 440am. This location is advertised as 24hours. The associate at the drive thru tried to refuse me service until I told them I had made an online order. I ordered some monster tacos.... never in my life have they ever been coated in a syrup! Not only did they try and deny my service they sabotaged my food by adding syrup on them! Corprate should look into whatever they did to my order....

We've had great experiences in the past, but things have gone down hill and bad. Not sure if it's the kids working here now instead of the older folks that were, but the change is noticable. Aside from a Jumbo Jack being the same size as a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger and my popcorn chicken orders being half filled the prices are going up and service is severely lacking. There's no care given to making the food it's just thrown together all sloppy and gross. I'll be driving out of my way to other locations to get my burgers from now on. Miserable looking, sloppy, grease covered garbage with over priced skimpy servings.

Just picked up late lunch from here. Staff was rude. The window employee was on her phone while serving us. I confirmed my order with her when I got my receipt because I didn’t see the charge for cheese and she confirmed yes, I added cheese. So after waiting an extended period of time I got a “spicy chicken sandwich” with no added cheese or extra mayo (no mayo at all) and the two tacos were undercooked and mostly lettuce. This is the worst food and staff I have ever encountered here.

I don't know about the food is because I never was able to order. I sat in the drive through at the speaker for 20 minutes. I finally gave up and pulled to the window. It took forever to get the girls attention and when I asked her "Whats going on, your just not answering the speaker." She replied that "she was making orders." I asked "for who the lobby is closed, but there is a giant line in the drive through." She just told me "to wait" and closed the windows. I drove off, of course I no longer wanted food from there. All total it was a waste of half an hour and I'm still hungry, and out of time. No food for me!!! I tried to call the customer service number, it just keeps beeping. I tried to call corporate, but that number is invalid. I guess they aren't interested in how their establishment is serving the public.

Sat at the drive through for 30 min and I asked finally hello, are you guys ready? And replied "no were not ready, we have a screen full of door das and mobile orders and there is only 2 of us" ended up leaving with no food.
