Popped in for lunch, great customer experience, even better wing stop!

Gregory was friendly and polite as soon as we entered the establishment. He offered us a sample of a new flavor while we were looking at the menu and let us try samples of flavors we were interested in. He was very thorough with our options and making sure he got everything we wanted correct. Gregory even explained that we can have as many flavors as we wanted, risking that the order could become more complicated he still offered it. No other establishment does this locally and no other wingstop has had this level of service. The food was cooked fresh and tasted phenomenal.

Absolutely FIRE Food holy CHRISTMAS NUTS. I got the warmest garlic wings and it felt as I walked out with my stomach filled with diamonds. Their ranch is so gas, my only complaint is that they don't serve it from the fountain beverage machine so I could drink it off the tap. Get yo'self from fries and don't go easy on the ranch. Idk what everyone else talking about my chicken was fully cooked. 🤓✌️🧔‍♀️

I ordered wings for the Super Bowl and it took an hour longer than normal. Busiest day of the year so that’s expected. But the management gave me a free meal for two for the inconvenience. The food is always delicious too!

I eat at Wingstop quite often but usually visit the Stonebridge location. I happened to be in the area and thought I would check the newer location out. Noah at the register was extremely kind and helpful. While the food was good my only complaint was how long I had to wait. It took 40 minutes for me to get 10 chicken wings and an order of corn. There was one person on the register and one in the kitchen cooking the food. The board was filled with orders and people coming in for there orders. No one was in the restaurant eating. There were two staff members outside I am presuming on a break. I think they need to work on having more staff in the building during peek times.

Cashier was trying his best but could not figure out how to enter the lady’s in front of me order or my order. My order was strips and fries. Additionally, they put sugar on their fries. It’s disgusting. If I want fries, it’s because I want to eat something salty. Threw them out.

I live approximately an hour away and was in the area about 3 weeks ago. I ordered my food online. When I got to the location, it was neatly packed and waiting for me. I got home hours later, ready to eat..when I unpacked my order, it was W R O N G. I had 6 wings and N O F R I E S!! I called back and spoke to a manager- explained what happened and provided my information. He told me that I would receive a refund in 7-10 days....I am still waiting.

Ordered online at this location for the first time 5/22/2026. App said order would be ready in 20mins. When I arrived, the restaurant was extremely under staffed for dinner time. Only 2 employees. 11 other individuals were in the restaurant waiting for their orders as well. Had to wait 40 mins in the restaurant past the ready time provided. Very disappointed as my family enjoys Wing Stop.

They took my order, charged me, but then said it was too late for service. It took minutes to take my money, but it takes 7 business days to give it back.

Have doordash drivers fill drink orders which besides being unsanitary is against health codes 🤷🏼‍♀️ do your job.

This is probably the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to my entire life. I wonder why every time I come past there, nobody’s there well I was like guess I’ll take a chance. Now I know why nobody comes here. They are rude as all get out I paid almost $16 for 10 wings and some fries. Then when I went to leave, I asked the lady for sauce which she proceeded to tell me I had to pay for and I’m like wings don’t come with sauce? She’s like not if you order them individually and I’m like OK I wish you would’ve told me that in the beginning so then she said I’ll just charge you for him. I was like all right. Let me get four. She said that’ll be $6.78. I said you can keep that and walked the hell out. Only decent thing I have to say the lobby was clean, but that’s only because nobody eats there
