They were short handed and the woman took my order and she had to have been the one managing because she was in command, not to mention the sweetest and most natural beautiful woman I have ever seen in my life and so personable and comforting.... a delightful treat for me! Oh, and the food was great !

I had a chicken quesadilla and was really really good. The presentation of their food and things to add to it was cool. The staff there is friendly and courteous. Lots of natural light in the dinning area. Plently of room for sitting inside and outside. Lots of choices on the menu.
This place is neat and clean, and the food is hot to serve and fresh. Also there is this good looking little worker there named Kassy. And she's got to be the hardest working,polite, and not to mention professional person at this restaurant! Go Kassy! Give this gal a raise!!!!
Burrito or bowl style Fresh Mex. You pick ingredients. Very clean with friendly staff. Had a chicken bowl. It was was excellent. Hot sauce was very hot. I only ate half and was full.

Food was great , had amazing service from Rae she was so apologetic for us having to wait for fresh steak and being out of chips, she was so sweet and kind truly made us wanting to return, thank you for a great night out staff was amazing
The food was very good. I brought my best friend in all the world Ezequiel Vazquez. It was so peaceful and calm in the restaurant we were able to talk about the Bible and have a good time join our food. They have a whole vegan menu. I’m a vegan so that’s what I really liked about it.
2.50 for a spoonful of avocado? I felt I had been shortened my portion of barbacoa. When I brought it to worker at register she told me I had received my portion in a most unconcerned manner. She did offer me another portion for $5. Soda fountain area was a mess. I could care less attitude of the employees really soured me on this place
I absolutely love Chipotle and I eat at this location on average of once per week. The staff there are always beyond friendly and most of them have memorized my order at this point, lol. The food is always fresh and delicious. I will continue to be a regular customer. They also let my work hold a fundraising event there and we raised several hundred dollars in just a few hours.
The food is fresh, tasty, and amazingly plentiful. I have been going there for a couple of years now. One of my friends has major allergies to hidden additives and Chipotle is one of the only safe places she can eat. Awesome. Keep it up!
Usually order on the app to order pick up. Have always had my order ready by the estimated time given to me on app. Usually always get a bowl. Their hot salsa is a hit and miss. Sometimes it is just the right amount of spicyness or really spicy sometimes. Not their fault, just on the peppers, just a heads up, but really good on flavor though.
My veggie bowl was delicious! The staff on 2-14-21 was Awesome! They had a power outage due to a car accident down the street from them so mobile orders weren't recieved by the store including my order, but the staff handled the situation very well (wish some of the other customers would have understood it wasn't their fault!) I will continue to give this Chipotle my business.
Went into chipotle today expecting it to be just any other visit but I got the absolute best customer service from Raevyn. She was so helpful, had a smile the entire time, and just did her best to make sure not only me but every customer after us left feeling appreciated. She is the reason people come back to restaurants!

Emma is absolutely wonderful during my visit to Chipotle. She was very sweet and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and that made the visit even better. She also did a great job keeping the area clean and organized, showing real care and attention to detail. Her positive attitude and hard work really stood out. My bowl was also very delicious!!

High praise to your crew tonight 07-18-2025. Major kudos to the one girl cooking all the food while there were three in the front. But also a big name drop shout out to Asia, who was such a light hearted and friendly face while I waited for my food. She has such a fantastic spirit. Exactly the kind of person you want serving your customers. This comes from a culinary professional of 8 years. Keep at it honey, you're doing great. I want to shout out Ms. Gina!!!! I came in a week or 2 ago, and she was amazing. We had great conversation, she helped me pick out the best bowl I’ve ever had there! I don’t normally come to chipotle so I never really know what to order. She made it so easy! I asked her how her day was, she asked me how mine was. Being someone not necessarily working in the food industry but customer service, it’s so important to me to treat other workers with how I want to be treated & she definitely reciprocated that energy back to me <3 I hope all her days are great & she deserves a raaaaaise!! Thank you Gina!!
Great food, friendly service, good prices! Also appreciate the cleanliness & "modern" interior. I ordered a sofritas burrito bowl with black beans, pico de gallo, & salsa. Sofritas could have been warmer, but I still liked it anyway. And their customized nutrition calculator is AWESOME!!! I log all my meals into my Fitbit app, & their calculator was super helpful. Great place to go if you want healthy, authentic Mexican food at a reasonable price.

It has a simple menu. We had 2 burrito bowls and one burrito. You build your own out of choices . It cost over 30.00 which I thought was a little pricey for take-out. You can dine in but the floors are bare concrete and it didn't seem to inviting. Guacamole was $2.25 extra. (?) The food was very good and plenty of it. Employees were nice but one and she was probably just having a bad day . The parking lot is very small for all the businesses they have right there on corner of Florida and Lyon. Worth the trip. I'd go back.
So this place a regular Chipotle with a great staff for the most part. The older black lady there though has never seen money from before 2000, it seems. She wouldn't accept my $20 that was a bit old but still real. And I saw it happen to another senior citizen and they weren't too happy. So it sucks that she isn't informed.
Good food like most Chipotle restos, but the line can take too long from folks not knowing what they want or are ordering for entire family from text messages, etc..ridiculous. Where's the express line for folks who know what they want and just wanna order and get their food vs waiting 20 minutes on disorganized, unprepared folks taking up too much time in line?
Wife placed online order for pickup while I was out and about and I stopped by for pickup. New Pastor Chicken was really good in burrito and all food was good. However, they forgot to provide the drink that came with the kids meal. Didn't know until we got home. Staff was friendly.
Food was filling and good. The guacamole is always delicious. When we walked in, the employee told us there was no more lettuce, so we had to get a regular bowl rather than a salad. As the employee was leaving work for the evening, she left with a big bowl of lettuce. Not cool at all.
The past couple years I had a few rough experiences ordering from this Chipotle. But recently the past week I decided to order again and I can tell food is prepared much better than the past. I hope it stays consistent
Good location with nice staff. It's always clean and efficient. I have had some issues when ordering ahead online, but never when ordering in person. Generous with their portions.
They were out of forks out front. I asked the Mexican girl server and she said I will get some after I take these people's order. I wish she just went in back and grabbed me a fork. Now we are all waiting for forks. A big employee asked if I had a to go order. I said no I'm waiting for a Fork. He nodded and asked someone in back if they are getting forks. 1 minute later the girl returned with forks. My food was getting cold. The service at this Chipotle sucks. Just my experience.
Don't get me wrong, I love Chipotle, but the staff here can be very greedy with how much they put in your burrito. I just feel like you gotta find that one person who just does it perfectly, otherwise it's like your stuck with just a tiny scoop of chicken. The staff here is always friendly though so you can count on that!
Only second visit to any Chipotle. Went for a fundraiser. Did you know they give 50%??? The people were nice, restaurant was clean, the food is a bit spicy though. The veggies...the spicy veggies...yeah, they aren't marked as such.
When going to chipotle you expect all of then to be the same. This place isnt always clean and it's not very well stocked. Every time I order a bowl they barely put a scoop of rice and beans in the bowl and you have to ask for more. They dont have the chips ready and fresh. Every time I've gotten a bag of chips they are always stale. Only reason its getting 3 stars is because we already love chipotle but this one doesn't uphold the chipotle standards.
Did a take out order online and it took them 45 minutes past the ready time to have my order ready. Seems like they could benefit from having more staff to help expedite the line and to go orders. Food was good just pricey but what isn’t now a days.
Food was good as usual. Service not so much so. When I ask for condiments, salt and pepper, they told me there's two sets on the tables in the dining area. I looked around and all the empty tables and didn't see them. I asked the gal do I have to go find them myself? She got a bit huffy and ask for salt from the back for me. Kind of ruin the trip for me.

Don't get me wrong the food tastes great & the staff are professional too but this location is getting docked because the horrible portions of food for the price I paid. Usually I've gotten a decent portion but this last visit was sample sized. The guy gave me a tablespoons worth of steak....... LITERALLY!!! It was a quarter of their spoon amount. The rice & beans could fit on their spoons they use. I got a teaspoon worth of corn & cheese. There was more lettuce than anything else. I asked for some more rice but dude barely put anything on it. For almost $15 for that I wanted to just walk out & go somewhere else but I hadn't eaten all day so I just got it. I don't know if I'll end up buying from here again because I truly felt robbed with what I got. Keep in mind I eat at Chipotle often so this isn't inflation rations 😂
First time coming to a Chipotle I Entered into the place was clean it. The smell of the food was filling the place. It smelled so good I ordered a chicken protein bowl, it was delicious the price was around 16 bucks with a bag of chips and small drink. It was worth it I got filled up my only complaint was the atmosphere it was like being in a mess hall on a military post or a cafeteria. It's more of a dining out experience rather than dining in.
I haven't been to Chipotle in a while and my first time back I walked up to the counter and everyone just stared at me, didn't greet me or say welcome to Chipotle. I had to say are you ready for me to have my order taken. Is this the norm?
Stopped here on the way to Idyllwild for lunch. Even though the place was fairly empty, the tables hadn’t been cleaned, which was disappointing. The portions were also quite small for the price. While the location is great—right on Main Street—I’m not sure I would recommend this spot.
Used to be good. They got stingy on portions and that staff went downhill. No hello upon entry, the boys irritated you came. The staff USED to be great now they have no customer service skills and are super super slow.
I felt rushed, by the person making my burrito...And he kept repeating we have brown rice , is that ok? Like 3 times, and we black beans or regular beans? Like 4 times, I thought I was supposed to choose, what I wanted as a topping on my food , like subway...it was a weird experience..I won't be returning
Chips are always stale and hard. Food is ok. Portions small. Staff meh. Music is loud. Finger prints on glass. Dirty tables. Slow.
The food is always great, however when my family calls ahead to make sure one of our orders has Plain White rice without the Cilantro, we can never get a hold of someone in the restaurant. It's almost like they actively ignore the calls. It makes it frustrating as it's happened multiple times in a row now.
The food was good, I got a chicken bowl, they barely gave me anything. Put about half the food in it as they usually do at other chipotle’s. Some of the girls had attitude and where rolling their eyes at each other and at customers. Not the best customer service, everyone seemed distracted. And it wasn’t too busy. Maybe like 3 ppl ordering max.
The food are good. Of course, Chipotle designed it. The service is good. Friendly workers. But they rarely clean up. Tables don’t get cleaned or wiped. Rice drops and tomato cuts dry up on tables. The floor is messy with drops of food. I go there a lot but I always bring wet wipes to clean the table.
Went today to get a bowl with a side tortilla. Lady skimped on the meat. I asked her to please put a little more. White manager lady comes up and sarcastically says “that’s 4oz of meat”. I said okay so the customer is wrong? And they didn’t respond to me. Bad customer service. At least try to make an effort.
It used to be ok. But now they are serving way less food. The workers always seemed stressed. I wouldn't recommend it unless you're just crazy for this food. It's also so expensive for what you are getting. For 3 of us we paid $60 dollars! For chipotle, no thank you.
If it wasn't for the sweet, polite, and kind service that is some times so hard to get in town I would give this place a 1 star. I paid $19.36 for pollo bowl and chips and quacamole. The chicken was cold and taste so old horrible. Rice was stale and cold as well. The bowl taste like it was cooked days ago and reheated. Very disappointed for my one day out splurge meal.
Ordered food for pick up. Burrito was missing the meat and they forgot my guacamole. The biggest issue is that when I called, this location REFUSED to answer their phone during business hours. I was unable to speak to someone about their shortcomings and my food was subpar.
Went in to get food for my son and I before work. Not only were the portions extremely skimpy, they forgot to put my chips in my bag. I understand its only like $2, but $2 is $2...I tried to call three times and let them know because I can't go back right now but no one seems to know how to pick up a phone.
I ordered through their apps menu and did a pickup order where I paid online. I've done it before so I figured I wouldn't have any problems, except they didn't put four items I ordered into my burrito. If I'm paying 12 bucks for a burrito I expect everything I ordered to be put in the burrito. I was very dissatisfied and disappointed. Whoever they have there doing pick up orders now mustn't care to read the orders or they must only be reading half of the order since they forgot to put cheese, sour cream, lettuce, and corn salsa in my order.
This is one of the worst Chipotle I've been to! Very filthy poor costumer service just a very poor experience ! Management where are you??? Please get this place up and running properly or just get some else that can do a better job.Very disappointed
This store gives ridiculously small serving sizes on their bowls. It has gotten to the point I have to get multiple bowls just to feel satisfied spending a ridiculous amount of money. 10/10 would NOT recommend this chipotle

Ordered through delivery and was not satisfied. We paid extra for extra meat and they did not put it. Also we ordered the quesadilla and it didn't come with any source am guacamole or salsa like it shows everywhere. 51$ order and we are still hungry. Won't do that again.
Why do workers at Chipotle always try to shortchange you on Meat, Cheese, and Guac. It's almost as if company policy is to cheat customers to help their bottom line? I paid $2.50 for guacamole, and watched the worker carefully try to fill 1/4 of the spoon and give me the tiniest serving possible while glancing at me nervously to see if I would notice. The Chipotle customer experience is a terrible one. Very dishonest business.
they need Jesus! I will never come back due to the simple fact after time and time again I have issues with the same employee which I’ve now found out her name is Ebony and she is terribly rude. I’m surprised she still works there as her customer service is horrendous, and I’ve seen her and another man she always talks to who also works there smoking marijuana on property. I love your food, Chipotle BUT I can’t say the same for your employees. Will never be returning to this location.
Normally I enjoy ordering , this place started with bad customer service. They started to place the order how they wanted and then explained to us it’s a extra charge for more meat, also forgot the cheese in child’s meal and then had no lemon wedges. Won’t drive here again...
The portions were very Little compared to other chipotle locations. Concerning anything more about the management, it would make this place change and start getting normal size portions.
Dont order online. They will just give you what they have and not give you what you paid for. My roomate and I ordered and hour before closing and both burritos with chicken. We noticed there was almost none. Asked for extra rice and no beans. Got little rice. They still charged me for double meat and know as soon as i get home there wont be anything i can do. I have worked at Chipotle before and i know it sucks to make chicken even when its so close to closing but suck it up. Its the job guys. If you dont like it, the community college is up the street. Better yourself and get that job, becouse you are obviously to important to do the job Chipotle hired you for, so quit and let someone that needs the job make my god damn chicken.
Food was disgusting, steak and chicken tasted old and my food was cold. I order my food online and still had to wait 15 min extra. Will not be coming back. Over the bad food at chipotle. They kept making the food for the customers that were walking in at the same time they were making mine but kept passing on finishing my order. Bad, bad, bad.

We normally come to this chipotle location once a week between 5:30-6:30pm. Every time we come they are always out of something and the wait can vary between 15-30mins. It’s not science, if you are half way with an item there should already be the replacement cooking and almost done so they aren’t running short. Never fails. Get with the program chipotle staff!!!!
They only had one guy up front, the cashier would occasionally come to the front just to cash out the customers.there was no cook.. my wife and I ordered a salad they ran out of steak, limes, and most importantly vinaigrette, wich is why we order the salad. They didn't tell us they didn't have any vinaigrette untill after we paid. We ask to talk to the manager, she was really rude. She told us that it would take 20 minutes to make the vinaigrette. She said we have to wait. That was the only option she gave us. Horrible costumer service. Horrible management
I love chipotle but this experience wasn't good. I ordered a steak salad and the steak was cold. Like it had been in the fridge. The tomatoes were smushy and lettuce not in good shape. I picked out what I could that looks a percentage decent bit after 2 fork full, I threw it away I live 35 minutes away...I'll change my review if this location can make it right.
Way over priced, the food was bland. I had the bowl and my wife had a burrito. And both weren't very good. In all my 76 years I have NEVER seen watery Sour cream! Which was basically thicken milk..one of the servers behind the counter wasn't using utensils to pick up food, but used herhands. Even though she had plastic gloves on, she should have NEVER EVER picked up food with her gloved hands. This place has NO senior citizen and or military/veterans discount. The seating, wooden chair actually had rather sharp edges. This was our very first and last time in this place. Never ever will we eat here again..
Came in on Sunday 3/11 for dinner @ 7p Was disappointed due to no meats were fresh...out of barbacoa to just be told after waiting in line for 5 min that there was gonna be a 40 min wait on barbacoa. Trash in lobby was over flowing. It wasn't busy at all to have encounter all this.
Horrible experience. Second time I ordered online for pickup, I requested and was charged for double steak. There could be an argument there is not reasonably enough steak for one serving. If you’re going to charge $20 for a bowl, you should ensure the order is exactly how it is requested. And if you are going to charge for extra (anything), you should be sure to fulfill your end by providing the extra product that was paid for. Either need to lower the prices to reflect the service and reduce expectations by the customer or provide service that justifies the outrageous prices. Potentially my last meal at chipotle, absolutely my last meal at the chipotle Hemet location
Couldn't eat it because the rice was undercooked and too hard. The chicken was overcooked dry and crunchy. I was totally disappointed with the two burrito bowls I ordered.
So Friday, January 27th around 8:40pm I made a far commute to this location for a garlic steak bowl. When I arrived there wasn’t any present so the cook said he’ll throw some on the grill it’ll be a 4 min wait! I waited & then I noticed the guy in the front that prepares the food was eating out of the food containers with no gloves on, he also has long hair without a fish net or it being pulled back in a ponytail. Once they called me over I seen that the steak was undercooked. So I asked the guy preparing my bowl “doesn’t that look undercooked?” He shrugs his shoulder & ask another employee & she does the exact same thing. I told him you guys obviously are shrugging your shoulders because you guys know it’s not properly cooked & all he says is “do you want it or not?” Like are you serious ?? This is the worse chipotle I ever been too & they were out of everything! The night staff needs to seriously be talked to because this is unacceptable!! Especially the guy that was eating the food with his hands & no gloves. I’m disgusted!!!

If I could give no stars I would I’ve been throwing up sick for 2 days with food poisoning after eating here I DO NOT recommend this place
The manager on shift was being very stingy on the portion sizes for some reason. I asked for double protein and the 2nd scoop was only half the size of the first scoop, so I asked for a little more. Then he proceeded to sneakily charge my order with queso even though I never got queso. Probably to make up for the little bit of extra protein he had to give me.
DONT order online. Really bummed with the service, little to almost no rice/beans/meat on both meals. This food isn’t cheap, I’m disappointed that the portions are so small that as soon as I opened it I could see the bottom of my bowl. I didn’t even get regular serving this is ridiculous. Customers are paying for the convenience and food and it seems to just be frustrating to visit this location now. Wouldn’t recommend this location for people who don’t have the time to deal with the hassle of getting decent servings.
I have been going here for at least two to three times a week. It's been my fav go to place, but some of the people working here, some claiming to be managers, though I only remember seeing them more recently, aren't listening to customers when the place orders. I told the lady three times I wanted corn, and at the end she finally heard my friend say corn, and just threw it on top of the lettuce in a rude way. I told the manager I wanted a full refund, and she, at first gave me a partial refund. I had to go back in to get a full refund. Horrible service!
They never open at 10:30am as there posted schedule and when they do they are not even ready. They all seem bother when we are outside waiting for them to open.
Took too long for my mobile order. I could've just gone in line and order it would've been much faster. Guy on the cashier was rude and the service was slow.
Before ordering I was informed that they were out of Shredded Cheese and Guac. I asked if they could sub the queso blanko, for the Shredded Cheese, she said no bc they have to charge extra for it. I then asked why because its not my fault they ran out of Cheese, and shouldn't they try to substitute it because of the issue with having no Cheese. They still said no they would still have to charge me for it. So that's what I did spent an extra $5.25 to get Cheese for my salad and two burritos. Didn't even mention I was a Retired Navy Vet and ask for a discount because they customer service was so awful I just wanted to leave, should have not paid and just walked out without the order! Never coming back to this Chipotle or maybe even any Chipotle again because that queso dip was old n gritty, hope I don't get sick!
Food poisoning. 7:28PM 11/07/25 Friday Night. Order #406 I won't name the host here, she's not completely at blame. I order the Limeted Time Carne Asada Bowl. Side of guac, sour cream, and kids carne asada meal for my sister. We all got sick, even my mom because I shared half of my bowl with her. Upset stomach all night. Thank God for Pepto. Also to note: "Cross contamination", when the Host was packing my sour cream in the small container, there was a mystery chunk that fell in, looked like some tomatoes got mixed with the sour cream, that could be bad for persons with food allergies. I'm pretty sure the meat got us sick, but it also could have been old room temperature sour rcream. Other notes: That facility could be cleaner.
I got sick from eating my steak bowl but it was tasting different I realized the white rice was crunchy it was indeed not cooled all the way maybe I could delt with it if it was softer but let me tell you I never ever had crunchy rice I ate as much as I could before I started getting nauseated. Has to toss it out waste o. My money and I had stomach cramps and diarrhea for a whole day to the next . Thank God it went away was like lil over 24 hrs of he'll. Be careful sample the rice first ny mistake I ordered pick up on my app .
I bought bowl and a larger bag of chips and some of the chips were ,not fried like if they were mixed fresh with old ones , and poo serving r amount food, not worth it, $
From today 08/26/2025 around 3pm. These are 2 barbacoa burritos made by two different employees. The only difference is one has onion/pepper/salsa and the other doesn't. I've eaten at Chipotle before with these differences and never had an issue on the size. Doesn't have to be perfect, I get it. I'm not one to complain but the size difference was obvious. Instead of making the smaller burrito more full like the other, (as I politely requested) the manager avoided me and made me feel like it was my fault for watching it and not saying anything?? I assumed the employees had proper training on delivering relatively similar sized burritos (so issues like these won't happen.) Not sure how this falls on the costumers for not "watching it" as I'm not trained on chipotles standard portion sizes? If I'm paying for the same meat burritos I expect similar sized burritos (as the costumer). I couldn't even compare them until after payment as they weren't made at the same time and by different people. Instead of fixing the issue he kept going back n forth with me. I told him I wasn't sure why we were having this conversation (polite way of saying argument as any other place would've fixed it without hesitation) to which he responded with "oh you don't know why we're having this conversation? " after that I asked for his name (so I can report him to corporate ) he didn't want to give it to me and said he legally didn't have to? Very unprofessional and Lazy. Poor management. I will not be coming back.
They don't have any of the sale we see on tic toc and they are not will to compromise, or make any of the deals? And they only give you one scoop of chicken in your bowl. Store manager needs to eat a snickers. Super rude, made a big about asking for extra queso on the side since employee didn't put much in the burrito. I paid for it. Almost 25 bucks for a meal and gonna make a big deal about extra cheese on the side, ok. Also, flies in the restaurant. Not going back.
I love chipotle but his location is filthy and I’ll never come back. 7pm, one customer in the entire store and after ordering found every single table filthy and uncleaned. One table had a bag of food sitting on the floor. I wiped off my own table, and after eating that bag of food was still sitting there on the floor. Used the restroom before leaving, also as gross as a desert truck stop. Meanwhile, manager and staff all seemed to just be standing around.
