I ordered in the app for dine-in pick up at the Midlothian, TX location. It wasn't very busy when I visited; however, the dining area had dirty tables and trash on the floor. The food and drinks tasted pretty good, until I went to get drink refills and saw the mold growing on the ice dispenser guards. Makes you wonder, if a restaurant has no problem with me seeing mold on the areas where the customers are...what does the kitchen look like?
My order was incorrect. Needs improvement. 2/28/25 update. Thank you Mrs Marie who, after being bombarded with customers, made a loyal customer and friend in me. My order was slightly wrong due to miscommunication but went out of her way to make it right. That's the leadership needed to serve properly. The whole team last night, I am grateful for, when initially I had reservations about going back to this Midlothian, Texas Whataburger because of past experience, has completely formed a great bond with this customer. I will be back as long as Emmy and Marie are working there.
Im really glad whataburger is open 24 hours so i can get food whenever i want. Just wish the shake machine wasnt down after midnight because i love a good chocolate shake in the middle of the night. Lunch and dinner always available is defintiely nice. 12 hours of breakfast is also a good thing. Only bad thing is the night manager which I'm unsure of her name but she definitely could be a little happier and friendlier, i understand its the middle of the night but if you hate your job get a different one

Food is amazing my go to order is the honey barbecue chicken strip sandwich love it. Employees are wonderful especially miss chayah always has a smile that brightens up my day and some killer dances moves.
Food was very satisfying, could’ve gotten it a lot quicker but worth the wait. Sat in line maybe 15 minutes AFTER I paid.
Cameron was extremely awesome tonight, made me his number priority and treated me and my friends very well!

I came on my lunch break today and it was extremely packed so I did have to wait but that is to be expected during most folks break/lunch time. I will admit that I’m a little difficult when ordering HOWEVER, they got my order right and everything was FRESH which is always a plus to me!! Thank you WB Midlo! (Picture not that great lol I was too hungry sorry)
I went to the Whataburger in Midlothian Texas and Cameron made me feel like I say down a fine ding place. He brought me my coffee, breakfast, straw and napkins checked on me while I was dining and wished on a good day. What a fantastic experience..... I had the egg, cheese, hash brown , sauce on a bun. No .... I don't eat meat so I opted to not have sausage but my breakfast sandwich was freshly made, hot, seasoned and deliciously delivered. This place was cleaned and my table was by a window so I was able to watch cars drive by and see the morning smiles as they entered the restaurant for breakfast... Truly a grand morning 🌄 experience to get me off to my day.
Line is always long at night but the food is always exactly what we order. I have to have no mustard because of allergies and they always remember. Onion rings could be better! We sometimes get just batter.
This store often gets a bad rap, sometime justifiably, and sometimes it's just bad customers. I haven't had issues here except for those caused by other customers. The staff is always courteous and they've never gotten my order wrong. The food is always good and hot.
The food was hot and delicious! However, we waited in the drive-thru for approximately 30 minutes before we even placed our order. Once we placed our order and got to the window, we waited another 15 minutes before we got our food. Also, we ordered two large root beers but only got one so we had to ask for the second one, even though it was one of the receipt. I gave it four stars because the wait was awful, but the food was absolutely delicious.
Here's my updated review of this Whataburger after they temp closed. 9/16/23 Before it was horrid, Their manager is stubborn is doesn't seem to like change, but it looks like all the backlash finally made them do change. So here's a follow up. During the review it was during 10:39am and it was packed with people. But taking a look in the back i noticed they were hard at work and nobody was messing around. I ordered a simple patty melt with a large fry, and med drink. The cashier lady wasn't overly happy or hyper, just wanted to get it done and get back to cleaning trays, which was fine by me. I'm an introvert. The time it took to get my order during this rush was OUTSTANDING. They have IMPROVED. ALOT. since the last time i was here. From the taste, the amount of salt on the fries, it was quality. they were a TAD overcooked, but it was understandable under the rush they got. so by no means will i hold it against them. To the manager or whoever that works here that reads this. Great job, you guys improved since the last time i came here.
Whataburger - 09/07/2025 Order 1 Patty melt, no onions, med fries, diet coke Order 2 Sweet and spicy bacon cheese burger, fries, coke Order 3 Grilled chicken sandwich, fries, unsweetened tea Portions are great! Patty melt may be better with bacon however we highly recommend it. Sweet and spicy BCB was really good (and messy). Grilled chicken sandwich was good however doesn't stand out. Fries for all orders were wonderful! Drinks good as well. We also highly suggest you get both regular and spicy ketchup. Both are simply wonderful! We didn't go in the store. The outside of the building was really nice and neat as well as the drive thru area. The staff was very nice and kind however our ketchup was forgotten and we needed to ask a second time. Our order took right around 20 minutes to get and we didn't recieve any updates from the staff regarding any delays. Summary: Our experience was great! If the speed of service or order updates happened, we'd go up to a 5 star experience.
OK let me be fair and just say, I love whataburger! That being said, this poor location just can't seem to get it right. The drive thru is always super slow, and it's become a running joke in our family guessing which order will be wrong. So recently I've decided to try to order curbside. Today I sat outside for 15 minutes waiting for my order to be brought out. I finally went in only to see my order is just sitting there getting cold. The poor girl at the register, who was sick and should not have been at work, said she was sorry she just could not bring it out. I counted 6 people in the kitchen area. This seems like plenty of help.The lobby was full of people openly complaining. Will I go back, yes I love whataburger, and believe in supporting local business. My hope is the owner will read this and reach out to somebody to help this location run more efficiently. I think the poor employees just need some training
It tastes real good but be ready for TONS of line in the drive through every time. But besides that it’s a decent little place! (Get the chicken it’s better than the burger!)🍔
Food is decent. They seem to mess up my order often. When using the mobile app your food is never ready when the app says it will be.
After my last visit I need to change my review. Note to managers: don't put the chattiest employee on the front register when it's really busy. Branden just kept going on and on after people had paid instead of taking the next order making the line move extremely slow. That's just not what he should be doing during a rush. And he kept holding a stack of cups, no idea why he never put it down. Plus he kept putting his fingers inside the cups when handing them out. He seems like a nice guy but really needs to be properly trained and to know when it's okay to be chatty and when it isn't. Service times were pretty slow too.
35 minutes to go through the drive-thru. I tried to give them a second chance and had the same long wait so I just left the line. The food can be good but the time it takes to get your order isn’t worth it
Other than the food being hot and fresh, there's not much good here. Dining room was dirty and it took 20 minutes to get my food. Others were waiting at least as long and a couple said they were waiting more than 30 minutes. But they sure were getting the drive thru orders out quickly. It's frustrating they will prioritize drive thru over done in like that.
Their sprite is consistently bad, 3/5 times the double charge for cheese on the burger, and the order turn around time is kind of slow. The food meets my expectations for a whataburger, and the staff is friendly.
Went to the drive thru after work and did a mobile order. I was in line for 28 minutes before I got my one item which was the honey chicken biscuit. The biscuit was so stale and dry it was as if it had been sitting out for hours. The tender was more like a nugget with next to no honey on it. Very disappointed.
Just moved here and went three times in the first two months. None of the times was my order right and two of the times I had to wait quite longer than other fast food establishments, even the ones where they make your food to order. Lots of socializing with each other for the staff. I watched two staff members come out and sit down in the restaurant and visit and talk to what seemed like family and friends. I think their food is good but their service at this location was not. None of the times were busy at all.
We've never been here and had an order completed how it was placed. They always mess it up somehow. From adding extra ingredients to the order, forgetting to remove ingredients, or just straight up giving you a completely different order. They deserve an award for so consistently messing up. Luckily there's a McDonald's next door that can manage not to screw up. Stay far away from this location.
Dadgum. I try to be patient with Whatvurgers since they make food fresh but its frustrating to sit in line for over 20 minutes to receive very cold food and get home to find your kid missing their treat. This is the case here the majority of the time!
I recently went to this location after an evening out. I ordered a Whataburger Jr. # 7, which is what I would order when I frequented Whataburger. The employee gave me a sum of $8.00. Although, it was not an outrageous amount, it was still more than usual. When I approached the window to pay, I asked again why the price was higher than usual? He responded with a lower amount, but would not explain how he came up with a flat fee of $8.00. I believe they were rounding up the totals and keeping or doing something with the change. I do not mind donating, but please ask for permission first. Just an weird experience.
Boyfriend went in to grab us dinner, They Forgot the honey BBQ, Both packs, The white gravy tasted off, Like breadish and it was 3 guys, It was ordered at 10:16, Picked up at 10:30ish, And the guy took the receipt off the bag/didn't give us one so we can't go back and refund the meal or at least get compensation, Usually very good service at this one but today I'm disappointed
They messed up the order. Ordered a whataburger with cheese and ketchup only, it came out with that but mustard as well. The person who took the order did the right order and was polite the whole time, when I informed them of the error the register lady was nice and polite and said they would fix it, no big deal accidents happen. Then somebody else came out and started to argue with me saying they made it the way it is on the receipt (see pic) it was not made the way it is on the rec. They did finally come out with the corrected burger, this is what pushed my button. The made the new burger with ketchup and cheese only but put so much ketchup on it that you could have added to orders of fries and not needed ketchup (see pic). The added amount of ketchup was around 2 whataburger packets of ketchup, this is obviously done out of spite. Highly recommend dodging this place like it's a bio lab in china.
I dont know if the people working at this store speak or read English. I am seriously fed up with having to double check the orders. They never get the orders right. The food is always good. It is never what I ordered. I guess I need to go out of town to find service from a crew that cares about their work.
Would not recommend the mobile app for curbside ordering. I’ve had several bad experiences and waited about 40 minutes for my food on my last visit.
It’s edible. Honestly, there is nothing great to speak about here. Most of the time the food is just warm enough and not too bad. It’s fine when you need something quick on a late night and there isn’t much to choose from. Unfortunately, you can’t count on the fries being hot and crispy. You’ll most likely get fries that are warm and soggy with very little flavor. The days of having the good Whataburger fries have passed. You will most likely also receive half of the fries in the larger containers, so just save your money and order a small fry. The amount for the small fry seems to be the amount they put in every size. I wouldn’t say I recommend stopping here, but if it’s a late night and you just need something in your belly it will do. I recently tried a salad and it was okay, but half the lettuce was browning and I had a stomach ache shortly after eating it. It could be worse. It could be McDonalds.
Really need to remove the “Fast” part from Fast Food. Every time I’ve done the drive through I’ve waited an avg of 30 min in line.
Drive through wasn't moving, so we went in....we ordered lunch for 5 people and 3 were wrong, after waiting 25 minutes for our food. Both trash cans were overflowing and a customer was trying to put trash in can and it wouldn't go in and one employee just stood there and watched her. Large spill in front of trash can that the same girl ignored and she was suppose to be sweeping the floor but if she had been moving any slower she would have been going backwards. There was a bunch of employees there but only 2 were doing anything. Worst whataburger experience I have ever had....won't be back....
Do not visit this location. They are slow and have no operation efficiency whatsoever. It does not help if you order ahead or anything like that. You will wait 30 min for fast food. The ownership or management of this place needs some serious help. Basic concept - if you don’t have the staff to properly operate DONT OPEN, or stop taking orders. Got my online curbside order at 11:28am, I had to go inside and get it. I ordered it at 10:47a. This place is a JOKE.
We arrived before midnight, placed our order, and then literally sat for 20 mins. We had 4 simple orders, #2, #13, Whataburger Jr., and #20. No extras or special orders. Over 20 mins... then the hashbrowns were cold. No picante offered. Fries were barely warm. It was extremely disappointing as we had spent the entire day working over 14 hrs at NTIF and just wanted to grab a quick dinner and get some sleep. We were staying 5 mins from the restaurant, but everyone began eating as soon as they handed us the food. I was too exhausted to go back and speak to mgr but did complete the store survey. Will never go back again Whataburger is no longer the best burger place in Texas.
Maybe should gone thru drive thru. We went in and waited 30 minutes for our order. I think the staff of 10 people forgot. The hamburgers were WAY overcooked and dry. The cheese was not even melted on the cheeseburgers. We noticed the drink machine had a lot of “out of order’ signs too. We won’t be back.
This location is the WORST! I always have the worst experience here. The management in particular SUCKS. They are very rude to customers and their staff and unorganized. It takes 20 MINUTES to get any simple order. The staff however are usually polite and trying their best to do their job under the chaos this place calls “management” I really wish the upper level management in corporate would find a better suited management staff. From now on I will just drive to a different Whataburger location.
Have been sitting here for over an hour. 2 cars have gotten their food already. There’s 2 cars that were in front of us that haven’t gotten their food yet and they were here well before the people that got their food already. Employees would come out asking if the orders were ours and they weren’t. They haven’t asked us to pay yet. Seems like they are making random orders. Don’t waste your time here. Go to the one off of 287, way better experience there and they are quick and friendly
I had the worst experience this morning for a morning breakfast. I had to call back to see what time they open. The person in charge said the Drive is open for Twenty Four hours and the quality of the food indicates that quality. The food was horrible and the coffee was cold. I was there at 5:30 in the morning thinking I would get fresh food that was only a wish. I waste $15.10 would have been better if I lost that money. I ask the cashier if the insulation on the cup was that good due to the fact the cup wasn't hot. She told me the coffee was fresh what a joke. I would give it a negative star but couldn't. My order number is 522580. The lady behind me saw me at work and she was complaining about the speed of service. I had to wait and still got bad food.
Couldn't understand the guy. Sat in line 45 minutes. If you have time to kill at 7 in the morning on a work day this might do it for you! Good luck. However if Michael is working the window you're sure to make it to work on time! He is a gem.
Food mediocre at best at this location. Women’s restroom was FILTHY. I’m talking about pee on the seat, period blood on the floor. No toilet paper in the stalls and no soap in the dispenser! It was 1pm on a weekday, there was absolutely NO excuse for it to be that dirty. Makes you wonder how the employees were washing their hands after the restroom? Gross.
Apparently, they lost our order or gave it to someone else. As we were dine-in, we saw 6 other orders come out. I gave them my receipt to help them find the order and it was cold. Not a great experience. Do better.
Slowest fast food resturant i've ever been to. Waiting over 15min in the drive thru and then they forgot to give me my milkshake.
IF I COULD GIVE ZERO I DEFINITELY WOULD. We place an online drive thru order and show up and are told to pull into curbside. That’s fine I get that. I wait for about 45 minutes and go in to ask for my order. One of the workers go in front of me in the line to pay for a drink and they are pretending that he is a customer. After waiting through another 10 minutes of their nonsense a customer that was waiting to the side approaches and the cash register goes on about how he can get a job were the customer works. Finally he asks me how he can help and I tell him I’m waiting for my curbside/ drive thru order and he has no idea where it is. The worker that cut in front of me for the drinks who is sitting at a table shouts that it’s in the warmer. My order sat there in the warmer enter hour and a half that I was there and I went through every service they offer just to get my food that was missing stuff. This place needs some new management or something. Asap
Food took forever. Only got 3 meals. Asked for separate tickets and they put it all on one. Hot coffee came with a loose straw lid.
Lost my order for half an hour for 1 burger. Took 3 managers and supervisors to give me my money back. .
3-14-24 Going to start time stamping my updates since I try this location every so often to see if it gets better. Well I'd say it's better than last time I went since last time I went wait times were an hour. This time it was 14 minutes from my order to getting my food only for my burger to be cold. I can't recommend this location to people still as the service just hasn't been good in years.
Black girl named momo being disrespectful wouldn’t let us get our fries so we went through drive through and still couldn’t get our fries. refusing our service so we had to get someone else to go get our food then when we get food it’s cold.
We just left the Whataburger in downtown Midlothian,my wife ordered the Cobb salad with whata chicken and ranch dressing,oh and by the way we ordered dine in. The chicken was missing from the salad no ranch and no fork or knife, I ordered a number 2 with mayo and cheese plus all the regular veggies, the cheese wasn't even melted a little,as a consolation they gave us a apple pie to make it all better. After all of that I still had to go to the counter and ask for the chicken for her salad. We only spent thirty dollars for a cold burger and have a salad,I am usually not that hard to please
15 minutes past the time the app said it would be ready. How is this possible? I ordered it through the app before I got here, and still waited 15 minutes past the time the app said. Someone placing an order in the restaurant shouldn’t wait 15 minutes.
So we came to whataburger getting in line of the drive through about 10:40 pm. We finally make it to the window after placing our order at 11:35. Where they ask if we have placed an order. We respond yes where the manager goes on to tell us that they haven't even started our order yet and would we like to wait another 15-20 minutes or leave. We chose to leave. I understand being understaffed, but the customer service was subpar they should have been asking people long before this if they would like to leave. Instead of making us wait an hour to not even get food. Do better whataburger.
Whataburger Drive thru in Midlothian was a huge mistake! Kept repeating my order over the intercom, was given the wrong order and had them correct it. Went home and was missing items! Checked my receipt and was given the wrong receipt! Will not be using the drive thru again.
It took 40 minutes to get one burger and one fry. Everybody running around like a chicken with their head cut off! Terrible terrible Whataburger.

I went here on 4/25/2025, and had a poor experience at the drive thru. I ordered two #1 burgers and asked to not add mustard on them. I don't remember being asked if I would like the other ingredients on the burger–I just assumed that the other ingredients (besides mustard) would come with it. When I got home, I found that they gave me two burgers with a slice of cheese, a patty, and mustard when I asked for no mustard. My burgers had no lettuce, onions, or tomatoes like on the menu. I've never had an issue like this happen to me before at this location.

Got to be the worst Whataburger location I've ever been to. It's constant, reoccurring issues. The drive thru takes 20-30 minutes, the food is nearly always cold, fries are stale, food items missing, missing dipping sauces, I could go on. I genuinely don't know who runs this location, but they should really be fired. We pay too much for meals nowadays to receive this level of quality
I have been going to this place for a while and they used to have really good service and get the food out quick. But now they have poor service, and very slow to get the food ready. I recently put in a mobile order 20 minutes before hand and they still didn’t have it ready by the time i arrived or in the next 10 minutes i was there.(they never even started). would not be a place i’d recommend
This location is terrible, don’t know why I go back. Stuck in line 15 minutes. Girl taking order is incompetent. They have no fountain drinks. Get to the window and Ms Incompetent drops my credit card under my vehicle & I have to get on the ground and find it. I have 1 orders that has no onions & all others are the same. You would think they would have the common sense to mark the one order that was different. But they didn’t. This place is a JOKE.
I had an order with only a large fry and it took over 30 to to get that order. At around the 15 minute mark I went to ask about the order because I could see multiple large fry's just sitting there. I got the response " Umm that just means your order isn't ready". I explained the order was just a large fry and she did nothing to try and fix it just turned around and walked away. At the 30 minute mark I went up to a different worker I believe his name was matt and told him about the situation and he corrected it almost immediately and was very apologetic about that. Matt had great service but I cant say the same about all the other workers.
Worst place in the entire franchise. 30 minutes in the drive through, no matter what, minimum. 45 minutes inside, on to-go orders. The orders are wrong more often than not. The owner needs to get his crew in shape, but I won't be back anyway. The other one in town isn't much better.
Whataburger, what happened to the quality of food? You guys have always been slow, I can handle that, but I can't handle IN and Out Burger embarrassing you with great quick service and a superior product. Come on, Whataburger, get your stuff together and represent Texas like you did years ago. If you think you're hitting the mark, you're wrong.
This is my second time there in three days (wish I would have learned from the first experience). First visit on Saturday, walked in because the drive thru was so long...only to see 3 groups waiting on food. Should have taken that as a sign to go somewhere else. Ordered anyway only to witness two of the three orders before me were waiting for 30+ minutes. They both canceled their orders shortly after that. I waited a good 35-40 minutes for my food. Tonight, I went and tried to order what I wanted. I only got half of what I wanted because they weren't serving any breakfast for some reason. Fine, whatever...I ordered chicken strips and large fries. I was warned that the strips would take 6 minutes (which I am totally fine waiting for fresh food). Get to the window, pay, and ask for ketchup with my meal, only to be told they didn't have ketchup. My food certainly took longer than 6 minutes...but to be fair, the guy did wait for the delivery guy to bring in ketchup so I could have it. He earned the extra stars. Other than that, I will be going to the Venus Whataburger from now on.
The order I requested in dive thru was not what was received at the window. It was one menu item.
Terrible drive thru waiting time. Terrible inside service for dine in and take out. 3& 4 people on break at the same time. Customers waiting and waiting Unacceptable!!!
Received a food delivery at my home from this store, burger was cold and I received no ketchup or napkins. Fries were also cold only thing good was the drink.
Very disappointed about this location. Several times ordering from this location, they have been getting my orders wrong. Items that I paid extra for are missing. Things like cheese and ranch or gravy. Recently the evening and night crew have been awful and my recent order was disgusting. No cheese on my burger that I paid for so I had to find a slice of cheese to replace it and PINKNESS IN THE MIDDLE!? No disgusting. When trying to call the location directly no one answered the phone so I was left to call customer service. The guy with customer service said he would take my information down and figure a way for my compensation and I should hear something within 3 to 5 business days from someone. Up till November 8, 2021 and NOTHING. This place is a joke and I wouldn’t recommend this location. Go somewhere else.
I love the food. However, there is no other slower location of any type of food anywhere else. It's awful. My last two trips here have resulted in waiting over 20 minutes in the drive thru. The guy who handles the drive thru is cool. I swear the other staff are surprised when people order food. Especially biscuits. I'm waiting right now. At 27 minutes, I go inside and get to hear the "manager" yelling at the other people in the back and chewing out the drive thru guy. Completely mismanaged. Got my food at 35 minutes. Proof of the wait in the photo. I have ordered for pickup through the app three times and all three times, I waited for at least fifteen minutes after it said it was ready. I won't be back to this location until "under new management" is posted on a sign.
It was dirty when I came in today The food came out incorrect I didn’t see the employee that usually gets things out . I think her name is shey she usually greets me with a smile and gets the orders correct. Management needs to do better with managing things and treating employees. Things were getting better for the last couple of months but after today I will go to the other location in midlothian. I usually go here daily. They need to stop running off good employees
If I could give this location a (0). I would. Went through the drive-through and I was the fourth car in line to get to the window. I set in my vehicle for 35 minutes before I was able to get up to the window. When I did get up to the window, a black kid about 14 years old, open the window and asked me what I wanted!! I explained that I had ordered a Whataburger with cheese and no lettuce and a large Dr Pepper with Extra ice she then told me my order was going to cost $9.83 which I handed her a $10 bill. She shut the window and here I said it again for another 5 to 8 minutes in my vehicle until she opened the window and asked me what did I order again! ! I told her exactly what I ordered once more and then I would like to have salt pepper, and my change and my drink! She looked at me like I had six heads for asking for my change back! She did then shut the window, and I waited another eight more minutes before they finally opened it up gave me my change, handed me my sack with my Whataburger in it and my drink I didn’t ask for the manager. A white woman came to the window and asked me what did I want and I told her that I have been in line for over 35 minutes and what it happened and she looked at me like so what!!! Whataburger is going downhill fast!
Really slow service in drive thru. What happen to what a burger quickness before they sold??
This place is historically awful. Seriously, not sure how they get reoccurring business. Food wasn’t cooked, fries were cold, was missing half the order, and the other half we did receive, they shorted us significantly.
This is by far the slowest whataburger in Ellis county. 15 mins in the morning for a meal when there’s no other cars in front of me? Absolutely ridiculous. Save your time and go to the one off 287. It’s still faster to drive all the way over there and back compared to sitting here waiting.
I would give more on service but, part of service is not only being friendly but, delivering a quality product. What-a-burger is fast food but, when it is cooked and prepped correctly it is far from rubbery. The hash browns literally seemed like they were left over from yesterday then nuked in the microwave before I received it. Not crispy and fresh as they should be. Also, how can a whats in the burger be out of Dr. Pepper in Texas? Poor management not ordering supplies in a timely manner? (I understand if there is a shortage of syrup, I’m just flustered over the sub par food prep)
The worst whataburger ever! Don’t waste your time or your money at this place. The manager is so unprofessional and should not be in customer service. She’s lazy and rude. If you want fresh food or your order done right you’re better off going next door to McDonald’s. This is the salad I got because they were mad they didn’t put my salad in the bag. It’s supposed to be a Buffalo Ranch chicken salad. They definitely need a whole new team of staff at this place.
Every time I give this Whataburger another chance I get reminded why this might be the worst Whataburger in the state of Texas. I stopped going through the drive through because I got tired of 30 minute waits. I go in and every time the burger isn’t hot enough to even melt cheese. Fries are cold and never salted. No pride at all at this place.They do keep the place clean, but would happily trade a greasy floor for a decent meal. Avoid this place and try the one in Venus on 67.
Whoever's cooking the eggs in the morning does not need to do it anymore... My whole biscuit is littered with eggshells... I absolutely love buying food just to throw it away...
I recently placed an online order at this location and encountered an issue with my order. I informed the manager or employee wearing a grey shirt that two out of three burgers, ordered with cheese, were prepared incorrectly without cheese. The employee responded in a dismissive and unprofessional manner, asking, “Do you want me to give you the cheese or remake the burgers?” This response was confusing, as providing cheese separately was not a practical solution. I requested that the meat-and-cheese-only double burgers be remade as originally ordered. The employee appeared visibly frustrated by this request, and another staff member remarked, “Now what?” in a way that felt dismissive. This lack of attention to detail and poor customer service made the experience frustrating, as it is not the customer’s responsibility to ensure order accuracy. I have avoided this location for some time, hoping for improvements, but the customer service and order accuracy remain subpar/poor. My family enjoys Whataburger, but the consistently poor experiences at this location are making it difficult to find reliable locations to visit.
I was there today ordered 2 extra chocolate chip cookies got home didn't have them. I called the store to get a refund and they informed me I would have to drive back up there in the ice to get that refund! I sat down to eat my food and unwrapped my burger and it has no veggies on it! I asked the person taking my order if what i ordered will still have everything on it i just don't want mustard he told me yes. We'll it did not! I am highly unsatisfied with the service and food.
Worst breakfast sandwich of my life. Waited over 20 mins for 1 sandwich. Biscuit is dry, sausage is burnt and egg overcooked. To have to wait more than 20 mins for this is a crime. I hope someone important in your establishment is reading this. I will never go back to this location ever again.
As I was walking out with my order last night (which turned out to be wrong) I overheard the employee's discussing recent events. The grown man with the drive through headset on said, "That .30-06 was on point." I know my $15 every couple weeks won't be missed but I will never give another dime to Whataburger just in case that man might benefit from it.
