I ordered a pizza for carry out and very happy with the whole experience. The food was ready when I arrived. It was hot, fresh, and made exactly as I ordered it. The pizza smelled amazing and I ate two slices driving home. The slices where cut nicely and easy to hold did not make a mess in the car and wad delicious. The lady who waited on me was very nice smiling and friendly the service was fast and easy.
Order process using the website was fast and easy. The order was delivered before the estimated time and the pizzas came really hot and delicious!! The delivery guy was really nice. Every time I confirm to myself Pizza Hut is one of my favorites. Well done guys!!! My order was perfect!! 5 stars to this Pizza Hut

I called over the phone and spoke to Maria. I called from California to order a pizza for my Dad who is in a nursing home in North Bay Village and hasn't had Pizza Hut in 20 years. She went on and beyond to help me make it special for my Dad, her customer service was beyond friendly, helpful and overall AMAZING!! Thank you MARIA you are a wonderful person, Pizza Hut is very lucky to have you working for them, keep up the great work!!!
The manager was really nice, I had a bad experience with DoorDash which is not Pizza Hut employees fault. She reached out to me personally and made the experience better! Thank you!!
My family and I went one day when we had no idea what to eat because we were exhausted, and the pizzas we ordered were a lifesaver—so much so that we had to go back the next day for another one. It's a shame we didn't stay longer, otherwise we would have gone every day. The cheese was melted and charred, but perfectly done; the pizza was incredibly fresh, and the flavors were unbeatable. We had a great experience with both the cashier and the kitchen staff. Hopefully, we'll see you again soon! ;)

The pan pizza evokes memories of a time long gone when the hut was the pinnacle of American pizza. I am not sure why they are trying to branch into other types of pizza when the core product is so good. Accidentally had the 'hand tossed' cheese pizza which frankly was not very good. The single pan pizza on the other hand seemed straight out of a fond childhood memory. Do yourself a favor and make sure you are ordering pan pizza! Note to any tourists without a US phone number (you need to enter one to order), they may try to call you to verify the number and given the website doesn't allow you to enter an international number you shouldn't order this way or end up like me waiting over 2hrs for a pizza that never comes (had to go to the store where they told me it was cancelled - on the tracker it still said in preparation...and I don't think I got refunded either).
The pizza is good and pasta is also good. The location is bit difficult to find at night as there was no proper board and board was not lit. The inside atmosphere or vibe is not pleasant. Need to improve..
We went to get a pepperoni pizza from Pizza Hut, and it was exactly as we expected. The place was simple and quiet, though the air conditioning was perhaps a little colder than we anticipated. The service was good, and the wait was no more than 15 minutes. They did run out of small bottles of soda, though.
The lady working didn’t speak English, and was very rude, prices much higher than expected.

We ordered 3 pizzas for delivery while staying at Miami beach Saturday night. It was definitely later than they claimed but it arrived still hot and cheesy good. It seemed to be made fresh and was accurate to what we ordered. They did not send plates as requested. We used paper towels instead. Overall good experience and we ate it all. Thank you
Good pizzas, good location
If you are ordering from this place and you're from out of town and don't speak Español; make sure they repeat your order back to you. Better yet, use the app! I'll be contacting their corporate office after this weekend to get my money back for the product I was dissatisfied with on the account of terrible managing etiquette. Y'all aren't going to ruin my Art Basel 2024 experience with your terrible customer service skills taking your job shortcomings personal.
Slowest service on the beach! 20 minutes late and counting for a mobile pick up.
💩 only deserves 0 stars, we travelled there specially whilst holidaying in mid- beach as my son loves pizza hut and was looking forward to trying it in the states. The staff paid no attention to us, 4 of them around 1 other member of staff looking at a phone, totally ignored us whilst we sat there for over 10 minutes, with me throwing in a few heavy sighs to try and get attention, before we got up and left. Went to Venezia, 2 minutes walk North, and was greeted with a smile as we entered and got served properly to good food.
The rudeness of the staff is unmatched Expecting me to do things your way when I am a customer before you take my order. This is not customer service.You're supposed to treat the customer as a customer and not like someone who owes you something. Not only do you treat me like as if I owe you something, you're also talking to some random person on company time. This is unacceptable by any standard. This incident happened at ten thirty a m on saturday The sixteenth of august. And should be investigated. Staff under no circumstances should be demanding the customer to act and say certain things before serve them it should be focused on maintaining a fast and friendly environment.Regardless of how they are feeling.
Absolutely horrible experience for a scheduled delivery order at 7:00 p.m. and it is now 8:41 p.m. with no food. Upon my first call to Pizza Hut after I had received a confirmation email I was told my order was delivered and after the second call I was told that the order had never been received which was a lie because both the delivery driver and I got a confirmation of the order. After the third call I was told that the order was canceled and no one could explain why I got no notice that the order was canceled since I had been waiting and tracking my delivery through the doordash delivery driver who was on the way to the store to pick up the order. The person with whom I spoke also could not tell me whether or not my credit card was going to be credited for the purchase price and told me to call back the next day. I'll never ever is Pizza Hut again for any deliveries and I have deleted their app from my cell phone.
Two hours of waiting time they ask me to cancel and reorder because doordash their delivery service doesn't accept my order because i did not tip.. even though pizza hut charge me 6 dollars for the delivery????? where are we????
Doordash partner sucks. What's the point of ordering through the website I had to wait longer because the driver had 3 more orders to deliver
Service is the worst. THE WORST EXPERIENCE of my life. Even one star feels too much. We were the only customers sitting inside, still they made us wait around 30 mins and upon asking twice, the Cuban lady finally bought us our pizza, BUT IT WAS COLD. I'm amazed how they're surviving in such a location.
This is an absolute disgrace. The two Cuban women were talking and yelling inside and completely ignored me for 17 minutes. At 6:56 PM, a young lady from the shift change came in, clocked in, and immediately helped me — but the two women from the previous shift never attended to me even though my order was already placed and waiting. This is a total disrespect to the customers. The Manager must take immediate action on this. Today is Labor Day — if they don’t want to work, they should quit the company. I strongly recommend people not to buy here; no customer deserves this kind of treatment.
