Preguntas frecuentes sobre Taco Bell
Opiniones de Taco Bell Canyon
I don’t care what anyone says, this is a quality Taco Bell. Chick fil a levels of customer service and the food is great. I’m honored to have dined here.
New staff does a good job of making sure orders are correct. Food isn't bad either. Definitely one of the better Taco Bells.
Kara was amazing her customer service skills are the best. I was having a stressful day and her smile changed everything. The food was wonderful and the restaurant was clean!
The kitchen crew at this Taco Bell are on their A-game. Very fast and very good. Thank you so much for getting such a large order of 48 tacos done in less than 30 min!
Accidentally made my order for the ring location but my girl Allison was super awesome and helped me call the other store to cancel my order, she even gave me their number to call them if it still showed up on my account. Really impressed with her stellar service today 🤩
Good food, but probably not getting the supreme lux box again, my girlfriend got the supreme lux box from here and I got the Nacho Bell Grande, but my girlfriend doesnt feel good after eating hers
Went through the drive through on August 22nd around 5:50 and it was excellent. I did not catch the name of the woman working but she was very cheerful and really brightened my mood. I ordered the cantina chicken cheesy street chalupas and they were delicious!
My food was made incorrectly the first time, but it was corrected immediately. Staff was very respectful, place was clean, and the food was made with care. Not spilling everywhere, not burned. Also got 2 free tacos since they made their order wrong (that's a vine reference but it also actually happened).
Let me tell you about this lady Melissa! She is definitely a smoke show and has superior manger talent! Always makes sure I have everything I ordered and what ever I need in my drink cup. I've also witnessed her helping other customers and laughing and being part of there good time enhancing there experience. I've also caught her in the drive thru and she always has a way of wanting me to round to the nearest dollar, for taco Bell's school program ! I'm sure she has a wonderful team behind her because my food is always super hot fresh and yummy 🤤
Night before Thanksgiving, only place open after 10:00pm. So happy they were. My only disappointment is that it seems like their burritos are at least 25 to 30% smaller than they used to be with less filling. I was really surprised when I got home and opened the two burritos I got and they were so short compared to what they used to be. Other than that it was delicious.
It was nice and clean. The layout is awkward because you order and pick up your food from one place but all of the tables and chairs are seperated by a wall. When our food was ready we were unable to tell because we couldnt hear the server. Also the low calorie grape drink was out of syrup and I had a nasty mouth full of that carbonated water.
The people working were very friendly and the food was well made. The dining area was kept clean and the service was fast. My only complaint is that they should really move the self-order kiosks inside away from the front door because the sun glare in the evening makes the screens very hard to see and use.
They were nice and let me and my son go inside to place his order because their sprinklers were on and spraying across the drive through. I had just spent $350 getting my truck detailed and was not willing to give up that shine on day 1. Hooked my son's tacos up and we were on our way within 5 minutes I bet. Great service! Control your sprinklers.
Service was great fast and efficient food was blown average when I use the expect from Taco Bell please improve
they didn't ask if I wanted any sauce and so I asked for some myself. Got none. Door was also locked during the day and so I couldn't just go inside and grab sauce packets. Didn't wanna go thru drive thru line again.
If you're going inside, wear a sweater. It's FREEZING inside the restaurant to where even the employees are freezing while working. There is no internal heater (nor talk of getting it fixed) and there seems to be no management who cares if the employees get sick or not.
It’s a hit or a miss. Sometimes their food tastes like they cleaned the grill with fabuloso, other times the food is phenomenal. Either way the employees are pretty nice.
Lobby closes early and the drive through is hard to navigate with a larger pickup 😒 but the food is just normal taco bell so as long as you got a smaller vehicle or its not passed 10 or whenever they lock it you should be fine.
What happened to the truth in advertising laws? I would like to purchase what I see in their pictures. If your going to short people on the ingredients in a Taco don't short them the cheapest ingredient which is the lettuce. That is the filler. I actually had more cheese in that Taco than I had lettuce.
This location is under staff for parts of the day. One particular manager is not helping the overal business as she lacks customer serive skills. The cleaniness of the store attests to months of having the lobby closed. If I would have taken pictures the health department would have ratedvit a c. The pace of service is good. Last semester's crew was much better in accuracy.
Manager seemed nice but other 2 employees were very dry and waited infront of the register and never got served. I had already ordered at the machine just needed to pay and got asked what I needed told an employee then got ignored until I left
I would have given one star but a guy at the restaurant was really courteous so giving two stars. So we(I and my family) reached here to enjoy our favorite chalupas. We decided to eat inside the Taco Bell. So we had to wait for 10 minutes to place an order, then they were out of black beans. So we just got one chalupa with black beans out of five chalupas we ordered. The chalupas were ok but not up to the mark as they normally would be. Two girls working there seemed unprofessional. It was not a good experience at this place.
They don't put enough meat on their tacos... I had one teaspoon of meat on my tacos when I got home. It's not worth the price
The food usually tastes ok. But literally the last 5 times I’ve gone, I ask for no sour cream on my burrito and literally every time it is on there. It’s not hard AT ALL to read a screen and not put sour cream on a burrito.
I just went through the drive up to get a chicken power bowl and it was missing the rice, Pico, and cheese. I saw a few beans so I can't say that they were "missing" though it wasn't what I've gotten in the past. Of course I didn't notice until I was already back to work. Tried to call to let them know and the phone just rang and rang.
Service was slow. Ordered ahead and they did not start making food until after I got there.
Have had long wait times when I order on the app. Should be pretty simple to make a $15 order in under 5 minutes or so. Mine took over 30 today. Management is slacking.
The service here is downright horrible. Workers have bad attitudes towards everyone, food is inadequately prepped and served, (they leave the bag open when it comes to deliveries even though they're supposed to seal it off with delivery stickers) they skimp out on food and so much more. I can tell this is a management issue since these workers have got away with this atrocious behavior for far too long at this location. Don't get me wrong, this place has a lot of potential, but potential is all they will ever have if they don't get their act together and stop treating customers like a waste of space. It's egregious that a well renowned franchise like Taco Bell has fallen from glory by letting this type of behavior at one of their establishments go unpunished.
Asked us to go through the drive thru a second time to place a second order. Unbelievable.
Order of just nacho fries took 16 minutes they messed up another order of mine took 16 mins to fix it what is this damn staff they put shame to taco bell
Having been a 25-30 year customer of Taco Bell I find it necessary to comment on this facility. It has to undoubtedly be the worst one I have ever visited. The tacos had a dusting of cheese - three or four tiny slivers of lettuce and something that tasted like meat but didn’t really look like it. To top it off all 6 tacos were broken. I may try Taco Bell again but it will not be the one in Canyon, Texas
Had to go back through the drive through 4 different times to get my order right and even after the 4th time it was still wrong. No sauce on items missing items old food. Nothing was good about this experience
I've been through the Taco Bell in Canyon Drive Through twice.. I understand there's a certain time limit on fast food drive-thru, but come on you guys put bean burritos/food together with some pride like you have work ethic... together guys.. does the proprietor not care what kind of quality this food looks like when it's coming out of the wrapper. The beans go inside of the tortilla and then you wrap it pretty simple. I have four bean burritos but I can't even pick up with my hands.. I have to use a fork and a knife to eat it because it's so messy... Wow... Horrible.. I'm going to try 1 more time... Then ill be spreading the word on social media about how horrible the canyon Taco Bell is.
Went in for a burrito Supreme and they gave me a 5- layer instead. That's a big difference between. Do better Bell, do better.
If you're not going to be open until 1am then say so. Also your late night crew can really cut corners and skimp out on making orders barely enough meat and supremes arent supremes. Edit: instead of saying this store closes at 1am. Should try, closes when convenient. Cause yall dont stay open till 1am and close 20 min early. If you're really having schedule issues then say limited service for x amount of time. This is a college town and yall cant stay open to what you say you stay open till?
Absolute rude manager. Her name is melissa. Showed up at 9am to grab breakfast. Was told i was wasting her time by being in the drive through and was told to leave. Never been treated as badly as i was today at this location.
Multiple times I have had wrong orders and the food always lower quality and less full then other Taco Bell locations. All the lights were off this evening to look closed. Clearly needs new management
I picked up an order and when I got there they said the order wasn’t ready for 30 mins atleast 30 mins, then after we came back they said both orders “disappeared” while waiting one of the workers was in the parking lot playing with a cat with their gloves. Terrible service.
Terrible customer service. Stood at counter waiting to order while the manager stood right near register chatting with an ex employee. No wonder no one was inside. I must have been the last person to get the memo about this dump. Wish there was an option for negative stars.
Took 25 minutes to get half my order. Then another 20 minutes to get my 2 other taco's because I got pushed to the back of the line
Highly disappointed! Only ordered 3 items. Only 1 was correct. Tried to call and couldn't get through. Like the unhooked the phone or something. Ugh. All I wanted was a Chicken Bowl. Gosh! By the way they were not busy at this time
Bad customer service when we went tonight and the kitchen was like a hangout for people they were standing around on their phones and eating food in the kitchen, 6 plus people standing there and they were so focused on each other they couldn’t even give us our correct order and all of our food. Definitely won’t be going back anymore
Just spent 30 minutes getting 3 wrong orders. Threw away the "sorry, free taco" coupons. Won't be coming back.
I've driven all across America, and this is by far the worst taco bell I've ever been to. Staff is rude and they have screwed up the order EVERY time I've been there. Food is either ice cold or stale, or the food item isn't made correctly. I'm surprised this place is still in business
Do NOT buy from this Taco Bell !! Worst I have ever seen !! I actually took, what they called food, back !! Got my money back !! SUCKS !!
Either they need more people working or the people that are working need to work faster. I understand that they were extremely busy today but me and my friends got here at 12:40 and we didn’t leave until 1:10 and we were late to our 6th periods.
This is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Both inside and drive through orders were very slow. It took exactly 42 minutes for them to get me my order, by which only contained 3 items. While standing in line waiting for my order to be called, I watched the workers prepare the food, out of the 5 that were there, one wasn't wearing a cap or a hair net of any kind. 2 workers were preparing food without any gloves, one of them was what appeared to be the manager. One of the workers was consistently burning himself with the iron press, and consistently changing his gloves because he kept them with the iron, by which didn't help the speed of the orders. They'll be lucky if i spend my money there again.
There's only one respectable employee there. I never get what I pay for. They always screw up the food. There's a funky smell inside, so I always go through the drive thru. If you go during the day, most of the staff is too busy paying attention to their phones. And if you go at night the staff is too concerned socializing amongst each other to even give you napkins. Don't bother asking for the manager; he's just hanging out too. Terrible service. Except from one employee.
One of the only food items from Taco Bell that I liked. AND IT'S BACK. I had to go get the Mexican pizza. Not sure what happened, I remember it having meat on it. Mine was beans, cheese and a not so good Enchilada sauce. I honestly am not sure if it was gross all along or just this time. So very disappointed 😞.
My husband and I have gone to this taco bell multiple times over the past couples months and each time we go we either order something get to the window and pay and then are told that they are out, get our food and look through it and we weren't given all of our food, or we were given some of our food and something that neither of us ever ordered instead of something that we did order. Also my husband get the tacos quite often and they usually seem like the tacos are pre-made and have sat for a little while because they are soggy. Tonight we went and order our food and a 12 pack of the Cinnabon delights when we get home yet again we did not receive what we ordered. We payed for the Cinnabons yet did not receive them and they did not give us a receipt and never asked if we wanted one so with a crying baby in the back seat we were a bit distracted. I'm just tired of giving them chance after chance only to spend our hard earned money and not receive what we paid for.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely horrid location. I have gone there 3 times just this week trying to get breakfast. They open at 9. I get there at about 910. I say hello to the speaker for another 10 minutes only for them to pop on and say they are not going to open for an hour? Now I'm late to work and don't have any food. Save yourself some hassle and don't come here.
Worst ever! I use to eat taco bell all the time like seriously almost daily, and well that slowed way down to like usually less than once a month. Because they can never and I mean NEVER get an order right. Went through drive up and received someone else's order so wrong all the way. While I was waiting in line my sister called and wanted something so instead of being rude to all the other patrons and asking the man just to add to my order I drove around to place a second order. At least it gave me a chance to check my bag and realize it wasn't even my food. So I'm already in drive up for second time and attempted to back out so I could handle mistake face to face but there were cars behind me. So I placed second order and asked if they could fix my order. Pull hand them their food back that was not mine and they seriously tried handing me the same bag back because they had two to three bags stacked there. I said no yall have it wrong again that's the same bag I just handed you. Again while waiting I check my other order and that damn order was wrong too. I just forget after 40 freaking minutes in a drive up window it was obvious they have no clue how to get things right. It was awful experience and customer service and no customer satisfaction. I would seriously give them no star if I could.
We have gotten food from here a lot over the last 18 years and the service has been great....until recently. The last 3 times we have gone, they have gotten our order completely wrong AND overcharged us. This evening has been no different. We wanted 2 tacos, a quesadilla, 2 bean and cheese burritos and 2 orders of cheese and chips. We got the 2 tacos and the quesadilla, BUT was shorted a burrito and ....HOW DO YOU GET orders and cheese and chips wrong?? And they charged us for 2 nacho bell grande. We won't go here ever again!
Food was cold and not fresh. Chips were stale and taco shells soggy. Items were wrongly prepared. No tomatoes on nachos grande. Basic items were out of. Quesadillas were so extra spicy, that you could not eat them. No napkins or receipt. They were busy, so it seemed like items had been pre-made and sitting to be sent out ahead of time.
This location has messed up my order so many times. They've missed items, switched my order with another, and completely missed additions made from the order ahead app. Not only that but they've made items wrong so many times before. Either just slopping all the ingredients down on the same place on nachos or completely missing the tostada on the crunchwrap. I can excuse a few mistakes but c'mon!
Would give this place no stars if i could. Lived in canyon my whole life and it has never been this bad! If they get your order right they definitely wont prepare it properly. Extremely poor management. Wont have anything in stock. Save your money go to taco villa!! Smh
I ordered off of door dash today and my daughter’s chips tasted like chemicals and when I tried to call them they had disconnected their phone . So safe to say I would not eat / order from here ever again!
You know it would be nice to not sit and wait 5 minutes just to be told "we are closed now" when the lobby and drive through light is on. At 10 PM. 5 cars lined up behind me. Don't advertise you are opened till 1 AM. Mediocre food too.
There is a reason the rating is so low on here. 06/04/2024 10 am the short little man with the attitude is rude and has no business running a fast food joint. The little man needs to go work in a warehouse away from dealing with the public. He is rude brash and flush with little man syndrome.
Terrible drive through experience tonight. Very lazy manager running it. Made me wait for no reason at all at the speaker because she didn’t want to confirm my order, then Told me they were out of something they weren’t out of, so she told me.. wellll you have to pay for it, which I said that’s fine and she just threw it in the bag and said have a good night.
Stone cold food (even though I specified a pick up time for that reason), no diablo sauce as requested, the burritos were missing the fiesta strips and the sodas were flat. Terrible experience after a 9hr cross country road trip. We should have done pizza 🙄
Had a mobile order and had to go back because they forgot our tacos. Went back about 15 minutes later, and they kept asking about our order and what all was missing. Then the female worker proceeds to ask for our bag and goes through it to see what was missing even though we showed them the order and they had it shown on their screen. Didn’t find it necessary for them to go through the bag with their probably dirty hands. She didn’t seem concerned or enthused to help and had an AirPod in the entire time. Burritos were wrapped and labeled wrong, and one was cold. Asked for sweet tea but they didn’t have any of course, and had to ask for napkins since they forgot them both times.
Nick was rude, unprofessional, and dirty. He kept touching his hair and food. He left a dust pan and broom in the kitchen next to a food prep table. After almost an hour of waiting he had helped every Uber eats, mobile order, and drive thru. Even the guy that got off work got his food faster than we did. I finally asked about the wait and he said we were next. I was kind and patient. I see him slide two more bags out the window and start another Uber eats order for a guy that walked in about 40 minutes behind us. Nick said the drive thru is first due to the timer. I told him my time is valuable too. He replied with "since you want to get an attitude". I laughed in shock and told him I would like a refund. He told me "no" and laughed. I asked who the manager on duty was and he said he was, another young lady he pointed to. I said "ma'am" and she turned. She was very polite and professional. Her name is Nikki. I tried to explain to her what was going on. Nick continued to try and yell over me. I told him to "go on and go back to work". He said "I am" and stood there. He was hand on hips saying " this is what really happened" and tried to go on. Nikki told him to "go away" and he did. He then grabbed a dirty broom and dust pan leaving it in the prep area and going back to making food. Very disgusting as he did not was his hands during any of this. We never got our order. Unsweet tea is kept behind the counter. Lobby was dirty. Employee was eating in the lobby.
Since this was my first visit to this place since moving to town I will 1st give the positive. The people were nice and took orders quickly. And like most Fast Food places, have a help wanted sign in the door window. However, that completes the good. They were busy but it took over 44 minutes to get a combo and $5 box to go. The drive up line was out to the street so I. Hose to park and go in. As is my custom when I do that, I mentally mark my place I the drive through line. I placed my order at the same time as the car 3 cars in front of where I would have been. There was 1 person inside waiting on a single order to go when I placed my order. My 'place in line' went as well as 3 more cars and no food delivered over the counter. Finally the lady got her order, then several customers that come in after me got their orders before I got mine. Obviously they prioritize the drive through and ignore the ones they all ready have money from. Since this is a college town, there are a lot of fast food places to eat and I will not need to return to this Taco Bell again.
Ordered 3 tacos and they were all shells. $10 for shells. Very little meat, cheese or anything in the shell. I'm going to guess probably a tablespoon all together. Garbage! I'll never eat here again. Taco Villa is much better than what this place has to offer. PURE GARBAGE! My wife's Mexican pizza was covered with tomatoes when I asked for none. This place is poorly managed is why they have the I don't care attitude.
You guys need to change your cooking oil. I ordered a couple of tacos the other day and they were so rancid. Ordered pizza today and couldn't eat it because shell was so rancid
Today I went to the Taco Bell In Canyon Texas and the food was trash. I spent close to $40 ($35.55 to be exact) on food we weren't able to eat. I live clear across the other side of town and didn't check my food until I got home and was not about to drive all the way back to the restaurant and use what little gas I had left in the car. The tacos were literally dripping with grease, the bottom of the shells were so soggy they stuck to the wrapper when trying to open them. The chalupas were so hard and looked nothing at all like they do on the menu. It's frustrating to spend any amount of money on anything and it not being what you expected or as advertised let alone the time and gas wasted also. Fast food chains have just gone to crap and honestly it's a lot cheaper and safer these days to just cook at home......Todays taco bell visit was a great reminder of that. Ridiculous.
It seems like they like yelling at each other more than actually working together on orders. Even after getting my food after they yelled they put lettuce on my crunch wrap and it was literally nothing but bread and lettuce. Maybe I’ll stick to something more simple like water if I ever come back again.
Ordered 45 dollars worth of food then was told they were out of mild sauce so I asked for a substitute of creamy jalapeño sauce was told no they charge for that also got my drinks with no straws was also informed they were out of straws, got to the hotel to discover I had diet pepsi and half the food was wrong tried to call the number on the receipt that also matches the web site does not work. Absolutely worst part of our trip so my recommendation is to aviod this location pick another food place might cost more but you will probably get what you order and they more than likely have the things like condiments and straws in stock.
A bit late but posting this so Taco Bell knows about this. We were headed to the canyon on Black Friday and wanted to pick up lunch before leaving Canyon. It was 9:30 AM, but still very cold, and were glad to see GMaps say this location was expected to be open (with a warning that Black Friday hours may vary). Reached there, and a notice on the door said "closed for Thanksgiving", but the door wouldn't open. We almost gave up when we saw a lady inside, but either she didn't notice us or ignored us (what do you think? 😀). We thought perhaps the side door was what we need to use, but that was locked too. There was a car parked next to the side door. I made eye contact with the man and woman in the car and pointed towards the door, and they both made a face that seemed to indicate they had no clue about it. I headed back to my car, and we started discussing lunch options. Suddenly, the man from that car came out, bolted to the front door, which magically opened for him. The lady drove off, she was presumably just dropping him off. We followed hoping it was now open but turns out it was locked again and now the two people inside either didn't notice us or ignored us (what do you think? 😀). We also niticed that the man was wearing Taco Bell uniform. We understand that they were not in a position to serve any customers at that time, or it simply didn't make financial to open when very few customers are expected, but I would have appreciated some honesty and clear communication. We have been to many Taco Bell locations and have been generally satisfied but this one was definitely a weird experience.
I am done with Taco Bell. I have a lot of issues with them it seems wherever we are ordering from. However, this particular Taco Bell in canyon needs new management. The building looks as if it is falling apart. It’s actually a running joke in this town how bad it looks. More importantly is the fact that they never have the items they need to serve their customers. Today I tried to order a power bowl and they didn’t have a lid so they couldn’t sell this item to me. I am on a particular diet for health issues and that salad is one thing I can eat without issues. Either they are out of chicken, beans , tortillas, cheese. Rice. I mean it is every time my family tries to order food from them. So I will not ever be back to this Taco Bell. They need to re- staff this place. They lose more business then they get. No wonder they can’t afford to fix the building.
We went in to eat but was treated so badly by the manager on duty David we just left. He said his top priority was his drive-thru customers and he did not have time for lobby customers. We were told to use the kiosk or we could not order here. When we had a question about the kiosk he told us that children could operate that better than us. That is when we left. Enough abusive behavior from him. He is not management material. Had to put 1 but should be less than zero.
For the last year every Friday, I come get my son 2 bean burrito with extra cheese and onion, and 2 soft taco…. On the burrito there is NEVER EXTRA Cheese and barely any onion! The only reason I keep coming back is because my son request it but he hast to go home and he adds cheese and onion to his burrito. This is gotten out of hand I request it and I pay for it every single time $.70 per burrito for almost a year, that’s ridiculous. I brought it to your attention will fix it and they didn’t the same thing in the day I requested and brought it to their attention. They didn’t give us hot sauce and when I asked for hot sauce, they give us two! Very disappointed and will make a 20 minute drive to see if I can get what my son request. This is very very disappointing.
Might be the worst Taco Bell I have ever ordered from. Ordered 2 bean burritos and added beef. Got home took a bite and it was just beef no beans. The amount of beef was almost nonexistent. This is a pathetic excuse for a fast food restaurant. From now on will just goto Taco Villa and pay more.
My online order was correct, but when my husband picked it up, the employee argued with him about how to pronounce my name and even wrote it differently on the bag to prove her point i see it was wrote correctly before until he told her how it was properly pronounced It felt unnecessary and unprofessional. I hope staff can respect customers names as written on their orders and not argue with them about how their name is pronounced.
Worst taco bell I've ever been too got cheesy roll ups for my kids that aren't even melted inside cold I got chips with side of cheese sauce gave me 8 chips that's it didnt give me steak which paid extra for and failed to give me any mild sauce or any sauce for that matter would rate negative if I could went about 4:18 pm 2/27/26
Took 20 min to get our food and didnt get any sauce in our quesadillas or burritos. No good comment on the service either. Worse taco bell I ever stopped at!
to the managers/owners: Whoever is doing the closing shifts ( especially on weekends) blasts the music. This keeps people who live close by from being able to sleep. Please fix this issue.
8/10 they get the order wrong. And we have to pull around and wait in line again if we made 2 mobile orders. Even if EACH mobile order has one item. I've already paid! Always misses forks/sauce/gives the wrong taco/burrito. Sad. This location used to be so much better.
I wouldnt recommend this one, food use to be good, but now it stinks, got 2 supreme lux box, didnt get many churros with it, also rest of the food, not so good, they can honestly do better than this, i would recommend the one in hereford
Dont waste your hard earned money on this taco bell because ive tried to give this taco bell chance after chance. But clearly they do not care to even put the slightest effort into the food they make. If you can't work decently well for a taco bell job, then you need to reevaluate yourself, and learn how to cut the quesadilla how its supposed to be cut instead of making zig-zag lines in my food. One time my whole 30 dollar meal was cold and I told them about it and the manager told me it was my fault. Absolutely unacceptable management and work ethic. Its taco bell, honestly embarrassing you can seem to put enough meat in my Dos Locos Taco, lazy.
My husband went in for lunch today and ordered and paid for it. When he tried to get said food they told him that he didn't pay and wouldn't give it to him. He was literally able to pull up the transaction and show them proof of payment, but they still denied him his food! I feel this could have definitely been resolved much better... not only didn't he get his lunch, he had no more money to go somewhere else! Despicable customer service!
Possibly the worst experience I've had at a taco bell i ordered 2 chulupa supremes only got one when I took it out of the bag it wasn't even wrapped dumped all over the table guess you have to lap your food off the table
Came there and they messed up the whole three out of the five tacos were missing on the order and then the special request stuff we put on them. We’re not as we asked for it. When we told the staff to fix the order, they were giving us attitude. Honestly, not the best place to go to get Taco Bell. If you wanna have a good experience, just go to Amarillo. Update: It’s been over 2 months came back service still sucks now even the drinks don’t have the sirup they give me Pepsi that was just water not even carbonated
I really wish I could do like a 2.5 star. But because of all the combined past experiences, rounding down. So, positive first. The food itself is never half bad. I mean, it's taco bell so you are not expecting too much in the first place. The place was clean, the staff all around acted nice but they were too busy kinda parading around like kids. Saying things "They don't know how we do it on the night shift!" Well, perhaps that's where it needs to end. Cause onto the bad. I usually come in the evenings when I did go and they have historically always messed up my orders. And it really isn't that big of a deal. I just don't get sauces. No sour cream. No ranch. Nothing but the veggies, cheese, and meat in whatever I order. And, for awhile they have been great at getting my orders right. Well, not this one. I got a cheesy gordita crunch, quesadilla, 5 layer burrito, and a chicken flatbread. Planned on munching on that yesterday and today. But nope. Had really looked forward to that 5 layer burrito. I just don't get it with sour cream. It's really good otherwise, but sour cream all over it. Same thing with the chicken flatbread, just had to put their sauce in it. The quesadilla and the Gordita crunch did not have any sauce in them, so I know that at least know how to read the screen. So, even though spent 20 dollars...only ate 10 dollars worth of my food. And to make matters better, I noticed the kiosk didn't send me the receipt, so I couldn't return it. tl:dr - Stop playing around so much and pay attention to the orders. I truly believe they know what they are doing, just too much jumping around and giggling between each other to read the screen. Only eating half my order isn't a good experience. EDIT: I had to do it. Since this review I've tried going back there several times. They are WAY too inconsistent on making orders correctly. Like, I worked fast food for 7 years. I get it, it sucks...but read the screen. I won't be returning anytime soon. Had to bump it down to a 1 because it's not getting better. And they don't care if you mention anything.
Today was supposed to be an exciting day I took a very important test and passed it with flying colors, but I got a call that my friend was not feeling good and so as a good friend would do I picked her up and I needed some food after my test and I decided to go to Taco Bell. this Taco Bell is the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to in my entire life. The food was absolutely buns. Day ruined. thank you. (the people were nice though)
I'm really disappointed with the Taco Bell in Canyon. They have consistently wrong food, incomplete orders--every single time we go. The cherry on top though, is their absolutely deplorable service!! When we go, the drive up workers always act like their babysitter isn't watching. Cussing, playing around, not listening or caring about their job or their customers. The taco bell establishments in Amarillo are much more professional. I have had it with this one in Canyon. This is my fourth time in 3 years to go to this location tonight, and yet again... They didn't get my order right. :( Plus, the 3 workers I saw and heard were cussing and acting like 12 year olds at the drive up window. No "thank you, have a good night", nothing. Just slammed the window and continue their horseplay, and gave me an incomplete order. I've been young and dumb once,too.... but I didn't do it in front of customers at my job. Grow up taco bell staff.
We ordered a veggie bowl, but what we received was far from what we expected. It looked like the beans had been scraped out, and we initially thought someone had eaten from it. However, the bag was still taped closed, so it was clear it hadn't been tampered with. We're disappointed with the quality and attention to detail in our order.
Every time we go to this Taco Bell, something is wrong and the staff acts like they truly don’t care. Save your energy and just drive to the Taco Bell on 45th in Amarillo. They are always so nice and make great food. Todays evening events consisted of a burnt tortilla on our taco that they tried to hide by flipping the burnt part to the inside but failed because our toddler opened it and found it. They didnt put the outside tortilla on the Gordita crunch. All 3 of our quesadillas were burnt. It was a $40 dinner that was awful. We will sadly not be back.
I highly recommend you not eat at the taco bell in canyon the managers nd employees dont wash theres hands like they are suppose to. Where the food gets dropped in water has not been changed for about 5 month's now and the oil to fry everything hasnt been changed in 3 weeks, its black and makes the food taste awful and are still severing to the customers just disgusting. The drink station hasnt been cleaned, if you take the little nozzles off that are suppose to been sanitize every night, they have mold in them. The restrooms are never cleaned, the whole place is never cleaned it always have a very disturbing smell. Trashes are always full and the employees are always sitting down or on there phones and whileing making the food. This place is not sanity at all. They should not be open at all! If i could give zero stars i would cause this taco bell is trash.
Second time I've had to come back and fix my order. First time, no cheese, on a CHEESY Gordita Crunch!! This was the last, and still no cheese... I originally ordered no spicy ranch add sour cream. Didn't follow that, along with literally a taco wrapped in a tortilla (no cheese). Called them and went back... they got the ranch/sour cream right... but added lettuce. I'd give them 0 stars if I could.
