Taco Bell Canyon Reviews
Lobby closes early and the drive through is hard to navigate with a larger pickup 😒 but the food is just normal taco bell so as long as you got a smaller vehicle or its not passed 10 or whenever they lock it you should be fine.
Service was slow. Ordered ahead and they did not start making food until after I got there.
Have had long wait times when I order on the app. Should be pretty simple to make a $15 order in under 5 minutes or so. Mine took over 30 today. Management is slacking.
The service here is downright horrible. Workers have bad attitudes towards everyone, food is inadequately prepped and served, (they leave the bag open when it comes to deliveries even though they're supposed to seal it off with delivery stickers) they skimp out on food and so much more. I can tell this is a management issue since these workers have got away with this atrocious behavior for far too long at this location. Don't get me wrong, this place has a lot of potential, but potential is all they will ever have if they don't get their act together and stop treating customers like a waste of space. It's egregious that a well renowned franchise like Taco Bell has fallen from glory by letting this type of behavior at one of their establishments go unpunished.
Might be the worst Taco Bell I have ever ordered from. Ordered 2 bean burritos and added beef. Got home took a bite and it was just beef no beans. The amount of beef was almost nonexistent. This is a pathetic excuse for a fast food restaurant. From now on will just goto Taco Villa and pay more.
My online order was correct, but when my husband picked it up, the employee argued with him about how to pronounce my name and even wrote it differently on the bag to prove her point i see it was wrote correctly before until he told her how it was properly pronounced It felt unnecessary and unprofessional. I hope staff can respect customers names as written on their orders and not argue with them about how their name is pronounced.
Worst taco bell I've ever been too got cheesy roll ups for my kids that aren't even melted inside cold I got chips with side of cheese sauce gave me 8 chips that's it didnt give me steak which paid extra for and failed to give me any mild sauce or any sauce for that matter would rate negative if I could went about 4:18 pm 2/27/26
Took 20 min to get our food and didnt get any sauce in our quesadillas or burritos. No good comment on the service either. Worse taco bell I ever stopped at!
to the managers/owners: Whoever is doing the closing shifts ( especially on weekends) blasts the music. This keeps people who live close by from being able to sleep. Please fix this issue.
8/10 they get the order wrong. And we have to pull around and wait in line again if we made 2 mobile orders. Even if EACH mobile order has one item. I've already paid! Always misses forks/sauce/gives the wrong taco/burrito. Sad. This location used to be so much better.
I wouldnt recommend this one, food use to be good, but now it stinks, got 2 supreme lux box, didnt get many churros with it, also rest of the food, not so good, they can honestly do better than this, i would recommend the one in hereford
Dont waste your hard earned money on this taco bell because ive tried to give this taco bell chance after chance. But clearly they do not care to even put the slightest effort into the food they make. If you can't work decently well for a taco bell job, then you need to reevaluate yourself, and learn how to cut the quesadilla how its supposed to be cut instead of making zig-zag lines in my food. One time my whole 30 dollar meal was cold and I told them about it and the manager told me it was my fault. Absolutely unacceptable management and work ethic. Its taco bell, honestly embarrassing you can seem to put enough meat in my Dos Locos Taco, lazy.
My husband went in for lunch today and ordered and paid for it. When he tried to get said food they told him that he didn't pay and wouldn't give it to him. He was literally able to pull up the transaction and show them proof of payment, but they still denied him his food! I feel this could have definitely been resolved much better... not only didn't he get his lunch, he had no more money to go somewhere else! Despicable customer service!
Possibly the worst experience I've had at a taco bell i ordered 2 chulupa supremes only got one when I took it out of the bag it wasn't even wrapped dumped all over the table guess you have to lap your food off the table
Came there and they messed up the whole three out of the five tacos were missing on the order and then the special request stuff we put on them. We’re not as we asked for it. When we told the staff to fix the order, they were giving us attitude. Honestly, not the best place to go to get Taco Bell. If you wanna have a good experience, just go to Amarillo. Update: It’s been over 2 months came back service still sucks now even the drinks don’t have the sirup they give me Pepsi that was just water not even carbonated
I really wish I could do like a 2.5 star. But because of all the combined past experiences, rounding down. So, positive first. The food itself is never half bad. I mean, it's taco bell so you are not expecting too much in the first place. The place was clean, the staff all around acted nice but they were too busy kinda parading around like kids. Saying things "They don't know how we do it on the night shift!" Well, perhaps that's where it needs to end. Cause onto the bad. I usually come in the evenings when I did go and they have historically always messed up my orders. And it really isn't that big of a deal. I just don't get sauces. No sour cream. No ranch. Nothing but the veggies, cheese, and meat in whatever I order. And, for awhile they have been great at getting my orders right. Well, not this one. I got a cheesy gordita crunch, quesadilla, 5 layer burrito, and a chicken flatbread. Planned on munching on that yesterday and today. But nope. Had really looked forward to that 5 layer burrito. I just don't get it with sour cream. It's really good otherwise, but sour cream all over it. Same thing with the chicken flatbread, just had to put their sauce in it. The quesadilla and the Gordita crunch did not have any sauce in them, so I know that at least know how to read the screen. So, even though spent 20 dollars...only ate 10 dollars worth of my food. And to make matters better, I noticed the kiosk didn't send me the receipt, so I couldn't return it. tl:dr - Stop playing around so much and pay attention to the orders. I truly believe they know what they are doing, just too much jumping around and giggling between each other to read the screen. Only eating half my order isn't a good experience. EDIT: I had to do it. Since this review I've tried going back there several times. They are WAY too inconsistent on making orders correctly. Like, I worked fast food for 7 years. I get it, it sucks...but read the screen. I won't be returning anytime soon. Had to bump it down to a 1 because it's not getting better. And they don't care if you mention anything.
Today was supposed to be an exciting day I took a very important test and passed it with flying colors, but I got a call that my friend was not feeling good and so as a good friend would do I picked her up and I needed some food after my test and I decided to go to Taco Bell. this Taco Bell is the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to in my entire life. The food was absolutely buns. Day ruined. thank you. (the people were nice though)
I'm really disappointed with the Taco Bell in Canyon. They have consistently wrong food, incomplete orders--every single time we go. The cherry on top though, is their absolutely deplorable service!! When we go, the drive up workers always act like their babysitter isn't watching. Cussing, playing around, not listening or caring about their job or their customers. The taco bell establishments in Amarillo are much more professional. I have had it with this one in Canyon. This is my fourth time in 3 years to go to this location tonight, and yet again... They didn't get my order right. :( Plus, the 3 workers I saw and heard were cussing and acting like 12 year olds at the drive up window. No "thank you, have a good night", nothing. Just slammed the window and continue their horseplay, and gave me an incomplete order. I've been young and dumb once,too.... but I didn't do it in front of customers at my job. Grow up taco bell staff.
We ordered a veggie bowl, but what we received was far from what we expected. It looked like the beans had been scraped out, and we initially thought someone had eaten from it. However, the bag was still taped closed, so it was clear it hadn't been tampered with. We're disappointed with the quality and attention to detail in our order.
Every time we go to this Taco Bell, something is wrong and the staff acts like they truly don’t care. Save your energy and just drive to the Taco Bell on 45th in Amarillo. They are always so nice and make great food. Todays evening events consisted of a burnt tortilla on our taco that they tried to hide by flipping the burnt part to the inside but failed because our toddler opened it and found it. They didnt put the outside tortilla on the Gordita crunch. All 3 of our quesadillas were burnt. It was a $40 dinner that was awful. We will sadly not be back.
I highly recommend you not eat at the taco bell in canyon the managers nd employees dont wash theres hands like they are suppose to. Where the food gets dropped in water has not been changed for about 5 month's now and the oil to fry everything hasnt been changed in 3 weeks, its black and makes the food taste awful and are still severing to the customers just disgusting. The drink station hasnt been cleaned, if you take the little nozzles off that are suppose to been sanitize every night, they have mold in them. The restrooms are never cleaned, the whole place is never cleaned it always have a very disturbing smell. Trashes are always full and the employees are always sitting down or on there phones and whileing making the food. This place is not sanity at all. They should not be open at all! If i could give zero stars i would cause this taco bell is trash.
Second time I've had to come back and fix my order. First time, no cheese, on a CHEESY Gordita Crunch!! This was the last, and still no cheese... I originally ordered no spicy ranch add sour cream. Didn't follow that, along with literally a taco wrapped in a tortilla (no cheese). Called them and went back... they got the ranch/sour cream right... but added lettuce. I'd give them 0 stars if I could.
