Had their new Tomato/Pesto and Cheese sandwich. Very large and a great value. My girlfriend had their iced tea (so did I) and we both loved it. My other girlfriend was as impressed as we were how clean the restaurant was. We definitely will return!

Doubts are always good to eat, they can customize your order like a sausage,egg and cheese on a glazed cinnamon roll. The only little downfall is they make there coffee at a temperature that you have to sip your coffee, I don't like sipping my coffee. Like to drink my coffee just not extremely hot.

Great staff, fast service,,, no complaints at all. I ordered a hot machiatto sweet, light and it was perfect. Donuts during that time of day are limited, I usually get a Boston creme but had to pick something else cause they were out. Besides that everything was great from staff to what I ordered,,, I'd go again and recom.end it to others.

Friendly staff and fast service! Every so often the burn my croissant but I pretend is l a "flavorful char" 😂 . Even when their drive thru is packed they still move the line quickly.

The experience was great. Great food but it did take a WHILE to get my food.

Its Dunkin Donuts, not a 5 star gourmet restaurant. What else can you say? The coffee and donuts are fresh. The place is well maintained and clean. The staff is courteous and prompt. 4 out 5 stars because whomever designed the parking lot and drive through lane is a complete idiot. Corn mazes are less difficult to negotiate.

I’ve been going to this dunkin for 3 years, and it’s been going down hill for the last 3 months. The younger “kids” give so much attitude, laughs over the speaker, doesn’t give back change bc they don’t talk to you. they just guess what order you have. It’s mostly the afternoon crew. Food is normally cold, or just wrong, The morning crew is fantastic!

The drive through line took me 20 minutes to get through. The order was correct and ready when I got to the window ( I did an on the go mobile order) but wow I've never waited for coffee so long in my life for only having a few cars ahead of me.

They need to keep up with cleaning. Was not able to sit at any table with cleaning 1st. Floors were very messy. I cleaned before sitting down.

If a building could hate people, this one would. It's freezing cold inside, because the building doesn't want you there. You are guaranteed to hit a curb winding through the wacky drive thru, because it hates your car as well. If you park in the back lot, you gotta bob and weave around cars and the drive thru sign to go inside. I keep telling my wife to take the hint, that Dunkin' only likes her as a friend, if that. But she's a New Yorker and as such is addicted to it.

This Dunkin is 50/50 when it comes to quality and consistency. Some times I leave with exactly what I ordered, other times the drinks are completely wrong and I have to go inside and wait in line to get it fixed.

Went into Walden, NY store at 620am this morning for a box of Joe and a dozen donuts for a meeting at work. Coffee wasnt available, had to wait for them to make it ended up being late for the meeting. Not happy about that

It's a Dunkin Donuts. Same as any other. If you want coffee, donuts, or a breakfast sandwich it's probably a good place to stop. They are the only coffee chain that make coffee balanced enough for my taste.

Coffee is okay. Staff is mostly friendly. But, every time I order a bagel here I ask for it toasted and it's ice cold every time. This is probably the fourth time it's happened to me specifically at this location.

I've been to this location from time to time. This time we decided to go inside. For this review, it's more about the facilities since we only had coffee and not food. First off, this DD is totally surounded by Main St (Rt52) and their drive through line. So it's almost impossible to get into this building without having to cross some sort of traffic. It's not drastically bad, but not a great design. The layout of the store is different. It's not the roomiest place, but it does have some tables to sit down. The section where we sat had a few tables bunched together. So it can be a little cozy when folks sit at different tables at the same time. This is especially true if the other people are talking on their phone. Folks do not realize how loud they speak when having their private conversations. They had out caution signs even though it was obvious nothing was still wet. They were still there when we left. The place seemed clean, but didn't look it. I know that's kind of hard to explain. The coffee itself, was typical DD decent coffee. Again, we didn't order food. Not a bad DD. Although by far not the best I've been in either. But it is convenient for me at times.

I understand times are rough right now. Employees are not showing up for their shift & the employees who do show up maybe they’re not used to the environment. I’m not sure what’s going on but recently the waiting game at Dunkin’ has been a little crazy. It takes a few seconds to order through the drive-thru, you show up to the window and they take your payment, hand you the drink you’ve ordered & then you have to sit there for x amount of minutes waiting for whatever else you’ve ordered. The staff has always been friendly with me. Though I shouldn’t have to sit in the drive-thru line for almost 10 minutes waiting for something if there’s more than 4 employees on the same shift. If there’s no one (customers) in the dining area, then everyone’s attention should be helping those at the drive-thru window while an employee is making sure the restaurant is kept clean. I don’t know. Im sure someone will find my comment as a complaint I’m just trying to give a review of my service. I love Dunkin’ & especially the location here in Walden. I just wish the staff would be a little faster, that’s all.

It's our Dunking Doughnuts an I supported.Iam just gonna say they keep it clean an workers are nice folks.They not use to serving full lines outside an inside, it does get crowded at times do to the rise in population in the area but it's our Dunking Doughnuts an I love it. Remember when they first built the place nice quiet fast service, yeah back when we had less folks living in the area. Ah those were the days "Now back to reality, crowded times"

Not a bad place but first the drive through is so poorly designed it's hard to get through it without hitting your tires or rims on curbs!! Then when we got to window employee informed us they forgot to start our order. So of course they rushed. My ham egg and cheese on English muffin was barely toasted so I did not enjoy and my girlfriend's sausage egg cheese was thrown together terribly and not very good. I thought maybe just caught bad time but went back next day and they burned my English muffin.

So the workers are all amazing but for the past month or so the ice coffee I’ve been ordering has had a weird taste, like that it’s almost mixed with ice tea. I never had this issue before and it’s randomly happens, both me and my boyfriend have been noticing it.

It's dunkin. Staff is friendly. I find that most dunkin' Donuts' buildings need some maintenance. They need to invest some money in upgrading and maintaining the buildings.

Service is spotty one day it's great the next day you wait 10 minutes for everything. Very unreliable.

When DD first opened...the women who worked there were fabulous. DD was a well oiled machine. The young people who work there now have no common sense and always get orders wrong.

I go to this dunkin daily as it's closest to my home but due to them constantly going thru employees I've had numerous orders messed up and when I tell them the next day they offer nothing even though I paid for the wrong item there are a few employees that have been there a bit that are very nice and get my order right but when you pay over $6 a day for a latte and then it's wrong multiple times it would be nice to be offered a free one due to inconvenience I know there's a new manager now so hopefully things get better and maybe they will start closing a bit later than 8pm too

I came in 10:30 am Sunday 5/15 great drinks but food was terrible I ordered a sausage egg and cheese wake up wrap with the new omlet egg and first time I just got egg and cheese so I went through drive through they got me sausage egg n cheese but the cheese was white cheddar and I specifically said American cheese I couldn't go back in I have a meeting for volunteer ambulance corps so I could only eat the sausage patty I wotk at the montgomery dunkin donuts and the walden one makes dunkin look terrible this isn't the first time, go to montgomery one we get plenty of people saying montgonery one makes everything right, like I said the drinks were spot on the food was the worst

Went for breakfast and ordered a breakfast sandwich and some hash browns. Both were very burnt and honestly not at all tasty. Not sure if it was just a bad day for them or if this is the norm, but it wasn't the best of experiences.

I have to stop coming to this location. Coffee is not cheap and when it comes not right, it makes it even worse. Syrup on the bottom of the cup because they don't stir anything for some reason. But this is the second time I have gotten ice coffee that tastes like sludge. Stay away from this location it has gone downhill.

I love Dunkin and I understand that working at a Dunkin can be frustrating and overwhelming at times. But my orders are never right. I come in every day and each time I have to go back to get my order fixed. They are always nice and quick to fix it though, which I appreciate.

The everything bagel is entirely different to the one that is served at other DD, only has sesame, poppy some sort of brown powder. They seem to be using butter mixed with shortening. Notice it doesn't melt even after it is toasted. Friendly staff and clean. I have pictures of the above two items which I mentioned about.

This is consistently the worst Dunkin Donuts store I visit. It is a mile from my home and I drive to Montgomery because they get it right. This store has never once gotten an order 100%. Typically they don't put sugar in my coffee or they'll put too much after I order a large with cream and 4 sugars it is a light and sweet. The lines are atrocious especially at the drive thru. I have been in that line many times for over 20 minutes with only 5-7 cars. Yesterday I drove away because I sat waiting for them to answer me at the drive thru for over 3 minutes. The design of the drive thru is ridiculous and locks you in so when they are extremely slow(most days) you can't get out and go around. Today my wife ordered me a blueberry muffin not toasted with butter....usually they just screw up by toasting it or giving me a cranberry or something, but today we got a plain bagel with cream cheese. More often than not it's the manager that is screwing things up. If it wasn't for the location being so close I would never go there. They really dropped the ball on this location. Sad

Extremely bad service! It's bad enough they always burn the coffee but the hot chocolate?!! C'MON!!! Then when we asked for a cup of water, they refused saying they couldn't give us water. Water??! Water! Save yourself the trouble and go to Stewart's instead, it's on the same street.

First my wife picked up a caramel swirl late with almond milk for me and one with whole milk for her. When she got home she told me they told her the one with almond milk had the check mark. They were exactly the same color! Almond milk always mixes darker. I knew they gave me whole milk as well. She went back and got it corrected. Now I'm eating a Boston creme donut and there is raw filling inside. This has been the worst Dunkin donuts experience I've ever had. I just had surgery and the last thing I need is for my stomach to be blowing up. First with the deliberate whole milk attempt and now with a raw donut. Are you guys trying to hurt me or what! Never going back to this Dunkin ever!!!!

Who ever is plowing this parking lot needs to be replace , I couldn't drive around the building cause of how he plowed it. Two mistakes in the last week. I travel to Monticello every day and here I sit at my desk again today this time with no milk in my tea. It's not hard to make a tea with milk and sugar.

i ordered a small iced coffee with 3 caramel 1 cream. get to the window and the person misunderstood it and made it with 3 caramel and whipped cream and i understand mistakes but then i receive my coffee after they remake it and it has no caramel in it. i dont know why its always the kids that work the afternoon/evening shift that always ruin my order.

Ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel toasted with butter FIRST and a medium hot chocolate with whipped cream. Waited for my bagel while other customers came and went. My hot chocolate was given to me as a hot coffee with whipped cream... and the cup was barely half filled. I WON'T be returning to this store

Why work when you have zero desire to actually work? My daughter and I pulled up and placed our order. We were ordering two drinks, that's it. Not for 20 people. Yet the girl taking our order had the nerve to loudly click her tongue in annoyance with our order. The kicker? They got both drinks wrong and were even more annoyed with having to make them again. Seriously. The quality in workers has gone downhill here.

Placed a pickup order twice from this location. I placed a pickup order because I have a baby and it's easier for me to go through the drive-thru to pick it up. However, the drive-thru line was insane so I decided to go inside. There was nobody inside waiting. Three people behind the counter and not one asked what I needed. I sat there for at least 5 minutes... HOLDING A BABY. All three looked up at me at some point but continue to take care of the drive-thru. I ended up going through the drive-thru to to get my order because there was nobody attending inside. This is the second time this has happened.

Keeping it Real

When you break down the numbers, Dunkin’ Donuts is charging premium prices for a product that costs them pennies. Their own industry benchmarks show the total cost to produce one donut: ingredients, labor, overhead, everything, is roughly $0.20 to $0.35. So when this place us turning around and charging $2.00 for a single donut, it’s not just a markup, it’s a ripoff. For the price of two or three Dunkin’ donuts, I can buy an entire Entenmann’s dozen, and the quality is consistent every time. Dunkin’, on the other hand, has become a gamble on freshness, consistency, both in product and customer service. The service is hit‑or‑miss at best. I’ve walked in multiple times to find the store understaffed, the counter empty, and I'm waiting around with no one in sight. Other times, the crew is in the back laughing, joking, or hanging out with friends while I'm standing at the register waiting to be acknowledged. I’ve literally watched two employees sit at a table with their buddies when I walked in and standing there waiting to order. So I’m done with that location. The only bright spot is the manager the big guy, who actually runs the place like he cares, when he's there. He’s solid. But one good manager can’t compensate for a crew that treats the job like a social club.

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband is diabetic and when ordering his coffee he said no sugar. The person taking the order put on the screen 5 cream 5 sugar my husband politely tells her no the coffee is wrong no sugar and she rudely says you know it's much easier if you tell me what you want and not what you dont want! He did he said 5 cream you added the sugar without even asking! We will never go to this Dunkin again the drive through lady needs to learn some hospitality!

I am not joking when I say this I was with my friends and her mom and I ordered an avocado toast because they didn’t have any bacon for a bacon egg and cheese that I originally wanted This girl who was yelling at one of the workers handed me a box with avocado spread and a barely toasted piece of bread it tasted awful and I wanted to gag and for some reason the bread was wet too The workers used to be so nice. Absolutely worst dunkin ive ordered from. Mind you i used uber eats to order this but the level of neglegence that an employee has the nerve to burn a bagel and still send the order blows my mind. I am taking this matter up with uber eats for a refund. I have been trying to call the store to kindly explain to a manager the situation and it appears there phone lines do not work. I also will be filing a complaint with the better buisness bureau for not being able to call and speak to someone.
