I've been coming to this jack in the box for years, staff is always great, fast, and always get my order correct.

The food was very fresh and hot. The hash brown was cooked to perfection, crispy!

One of the best Jack n the box you'll enjoy. Other than Yummy food, best services, like Iria, bringing your order to your table; Daniel & Rosa handing what you need(ketsup,saltpepper,jelly), Rosa quick preparation of your hot food with one other; & very reasonable price especially if you use their coupons; very very Yummy fill! The place is very cozy quiet, clean including the restroom, especially for children. All the staffs are very attentive. Thanks Jack.. see you guys again.. often.

Tonight I went to the location on Tustin n Heim n a great associate/worker by the name of Scott took my order. He is one of the first employees to take my order correct!! When I go to other locations I always ask a a large water and all locations give me a bottled water. But I don't ask for bottled water. I ask for a large fountain water. Which would be the size of drink I would be getting when I order my meal. I don't know why but I love the way your fountain water taste which is why I like ordering it. I just wanted to take the time and appraised the great customer service I had with Scott tonight!!!! He was awesome n I hope u train more employees like him! Totally awesome customer service!!!! Five stars for sure!! *****

Clean. Restrooms, and great prices. Especially if you like the 2 tacos for 1 dollar. My favorite is the spicy chicken sandwich meal. Has a small parking lot and couple of benches to sit outside

We had a massive drive through order and not only did they nail the order, they were extremely polite and fast. Special orders were all correct. Good job!

The only thing I've got wrong with Jack in the box is the 🌮 taco's, little beef 🍖 and nothing but Taco 🌮 shell and they put just regular cold cheese slice on it your not talking shredded cheese oh no the experience with the taco thing was horrible I wouldn't buy the tacos

It's one of the best jack in the box restaurant in orange by the freeway the 91 and the 55 going to riverside open late and EBT friendly. Everything was fresh like the lettas, tomatoes, pickles and onions. Friendly people and clean restaurant also the restrooms. Well enjoy your meal I know I did.

I totally forgot about their teriyaki chicken n rice bowl! It's literally been years and years! They still got it. Thank goodness it hasn't changed a bit. So good the way it was and still is!

I've gone to this Jack in the Box so many times, they would always know my order. The quality is extremely consistent and the prices are better than other locations. We are lucky to have this in the city of orange.

Ok so today is my cheat day and im craving something that makes you go hmmmmm....well I got that .went to jack in the box at 9:30 pm today ordered me some tacos let me tell you I don't know if the other jack in the boxs don't care but I went at the right time or someone knew what they were doing, but I almost fell out the car when I bit that taco it was fresh and the perfect Krispy and yes with a k .....rispy......I did not leave my teeth in the tortilla like the other Jack's I have been to.....you guys made my cheat day a good one thanks night crew at jack in the box ....delicious....

The meals are very well priced. You won't break the bank here. Teriyaki bowls are fantastic!

Food is usually good. I enjoy having a variety of options all day long, especially breakfast. Line is usually pretty short. Definitely worth a go if you are wanting some decent fast food.

Awesome crew I can't speak well it's very hard to understand me , so they made sure before they handed me my order it was correct. They did make it correct!! Kindest people ever!!!

I really liked this location. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They brought the food to our table and even came and checked on us a couple of times. The food tasted good and was cooked the way we ordered it. Overall, great experience.

I stopped in for breakfast and was disappointed with how dirty the place was at 8:30am. Every table was dirty and I was the only one in side.

Chicken fajita was filling. $5 + change (not as combo). Be sure you receive all of your change.

Food was good, but the dining area smelled like it was mopped with dirty water. Also they allowed a couple of homeless to hang out inside, and they had a very strong urine smell.

I did not care for their current ribeye steak and cheese sandwich. Flavor was good but Not enough meat, onions, or peppers , lots of cheese which was tasty. More like a melted cheese sandwich.

I got really bad food poisoning the day after getting a breakfast sandwich from there I'm not sure but it's the only difference between what I ate and everyone else I'm with. So it seems like it's very likely that's the source but I don't know for sure.

I mean it's okay. It's not really healthy tho if you want to prevent disease or Rona. Remember that D3 okay? 4,000 IU during cold months. Love em Taco tho

I gave 3 stars because the workers have always been nice, but the way the food has been is not consistent. Sometimes the food has been good,,,,and then I order the same thing and not good. Like there's a different cook or something. So, next time I went again to order fries,,,,but the french fries are too skinny and hard and I couldn't eat half of them,,,,so I wasted money....Please change your fries and get better ones.

The cashier was very friendly with great customer service. The order was really accurate. The only down side was that i was only able to get 2 out of 3 shakes due to no more mix. Other than that great experience.

A decent place to dine if you don't have a lot of time or cash. There usually isn't too many people herein, so the service is immediate and efficient. This place offers a decent menu with various specials and dollar items. Other than that, there isn't anything extraordinary. Pros: reasonably priced, not crowded and efficient service. Cons: marginal taste.

This JITB is probably the slowest and most disorganized I've been to. The drive thru at night will take time. Going inside doesn't really help that much more. We have also had items missing from our order and discovered only after being too far away to make it worth it to circle back ... It's also kind of dirty inside

This is not my favorite Jack in the Box. The inside is rarely open whenever I go. I usually have to wait more then usual, and they have messed up at least one thing in my order at least 7 times out of 20. No cheese means no cheese. 🤦🏼‍♂️ never had a problem with the staff though.

Not my usual location, so I was bummed to see the 3 piece eggrolls I ordered actually open up to be 3 chicken tenders instead, and they charge for sauces here, $.25 a piece, eeesh. 2 sweet and sour came with the “egg rolls” but I asked for 2 ranch and drive thru employee was nice, so I obliged.

I don't feel good after I eat there, but the service is awesome.

I truly believe the Jack-in-the-Box is one of the worst fast-food restaurants that there is in the business. Their food tastes so generic and nasty, just order two tacos for a dollar and look at how cheap they are. Plus I'm not even sure what kind of meat is actually in these things.

Not impressed. So much lettuce on the burger you couldn't taste the meat. Also I asked for a #4 (cheeseburger) with lettuce, tomato and mayo. There was no cheese,but was charged for the # 4. Staff was friendly, but that is all it had going for it! I won't go back.

I bought a terriaki chicken bowl and the rice tasted all gross and it tastes really old. And it smelled really discussting. It was horrible. The broccoli was really mushy. And the chicken was the only thing that saved my flavors. The egg roll wasn't bad but it tasted old too. And I'm never going to buy the terriaki bowl again. Hopefully those who read this will consider and bit buy the terriaki bowl either. Otherwise I didn't like the bowl.

This place is so messy and gross. The floor is sticky and the workers seem too busy to take orders or clean up. This needs to be addressed ASAP.

The facility was clean. However the cashier (not sure of he was management or not) wasn't able to split my payment on two different cards. He was very rude about it. I have done this previously at an alternate jack in the box with no problem. Just a total lack of customer service and poor attitude.

I am so glad this is not my local Jack in the Box. The service was very poor. While there were many employees there, I was ignored at the counter for a very long time. The restrooms were in very poor condition. One was out of service and the other had a clogged sink with water all over the floor. I was barely able to wash my my hands.

Had a hard time with the girl behind the counter didn't want to let us use the bathroom although we just ordered thru the drive thru

This was my first time at this Jack In The Box , and we’ll be my Last! Being ignored by the crew, too the nasty looking windows, just comes off as unclean . I didn’t enjoy this experience at all. And the food was less then desired.

It took us over 10 minutes to get our order. We simply ordered a Jr. Bacon Chsbrg, Chk Sand. & an Ice Coffee. Cashier told cook how to make my chicken sandwich, and it was still made wrong. Manager standing around talking to employees while orders sit waiting to be given out. One of the worse JIB I have been to.

Passed by at around 1:48am ordered a sourdough grilled chicken burger Sandra was there working at the time first she forgot to add my large fries to the order so said she was going to give it to us for free... made us backup on the drive thru 2times idk why.. when I got home checked the burger and had giving me wrong burger gave me the meat one instead... called back and lady was fighting with me that I ordered the meat when I don’t even eat meat!! And plus my French fries where super sticky looked like they where showered in oil!!!

Ordered 2 tacos, one taco had a round bone, size of a bb bullet, and i bit down on it hard, i feel like my jaw is dislocated. I called them and they just said sorry. Whos paying for my cracked tooth? I knew the little smirk in his face when he handed me the bag was a little sketch.

They have some workers there that shouldn't be working there. Bad attitude, if you hate it so much, go work somewhere else where you don't have to serve customers. I get it, some customers are rude as well but don't put us all in that same category. Just stay at home and collect unemployment, I'd rather pay for that than rude customer service.

If your business is losing money I'm willing to guarantee you it has nothing to do with the amount of sauces people are getting. It's the service. the attitude.

I’m gonna chalk this restaurant up to terrible management. Every single time I get food here, I regret spending money here They never give hot sauce and they never ask you if you want hot sauce….. They act annoyed if you ask for sauce but if you do not ask, they will not give you hot sauce. So don’t forget to ask Ordering in the app is pointless. They they are always out-of stock or they claim they didn’t receive the order. If you ask for alternative food options because you already paid for your order, they refuse. Terribly managed and terrible customer service. They told me “we have no more tacos”. A few minutes later said “actually we do have tacos” and proceeded to sell me 2 old musty-tasting tacos. Come on dude, that’s disgusting. If you don’t have items in stock, you don’t have them in stock. Your solution should NEVER be “sell customers expired food” There is a Del Taco right across the street that is better-managed, food is fresh, and consistent customer service so Del Taco across the street is your best bet.

You know it's hard to believe the company's been there 70 years of that location with the customer service experience this morning waited waited waited while being ignored at the front line. Got my own or 10 to 15 minutes later get to the car and I find out that the fries are completely code not even warm I go inside and I try to get someone to listen to me known to listen but the cook heard me put some fries down then I witnessed another guy dumping all the fries back into the fryer crazy that they reheat their fries then I see them take the fries out that they put down for me one order and hand it to another person and send it to drive through I try to get their attention. That is completely ignore me I can see why this place is empty customer service is terrible.

Ordered a chicken sandwich meal on the mobile app and when I drove up to pick up my order, I asked for two ranch and Alexis the manager said I had to pay extra for any condiments. However, my friend was in the car with me and she had just made an order at the drive thru right before me and paid separately, it was a large fry, and when she asked for a ranch Alexis gave it to her for free. So I asked her why I had to pay for any condiments, and my friend didn't when my order was larger and was an actual meal, It just didn't make any sense. She proceeded to tell me that she can not just give me condiments I had to pay for them and then she slammed the drive thru door. She stepped away for a few seconds and came back and she opened the drive thru window and said "yes?", she was clearly upset and continuing to be rude. I proceeded to pay for the two ranches, she was rude and rolled her eyes and practically threw my debit card and receipt in my hand.

By far and away, the worst Jack in the box I've ever been to. For starters, the drive-thru was only five cars long and the parking lot was empty and after 10 minutes when the drive-thru didn't move I figured going inside was probably better. Boy was I wrong. I'm not sure if there was only two people working or if there were other issues, but just like the drive-thru the front was completely empty. There were a couple people eating and two others in line that had gone in some time before me. When help finally came, The first guy's order was taken and then the employee completely disappeared. 5 minutes later he comes back and completes the transaction and then takes the next guy and then disappears mid transaction again. He gets to me while he's mid transaction with the other guy. I had to get my own receipt and my own water cup because like the previous two I was ignored mid transaction. It took a crazy long time to get a couple tacos and some fries. When I finally did they were so unbelievably overdone that it was almost inedible. It didn't seem crazy busy to me, but if there really are only two people working at the time then I can see how they're in over their heads. Now I haven't even discussed all of the tagging and scratch windows on the inside. It was crazy how unkept and filthy this place is. This is Villa Park, it's not a slum but Jack in the box. Sure perpetrates it like it is. There are some Jack in the boxes near me and get a lot of hate but none is more deserving than this one.

I ordered today a sourdough Jack and the meat smell old and taste rotten. Made me sick. Very disappointed even though i was starving I will not eat this. I only my tacos and stuffed jalapeños

If you like waiting extremely long times before being helped while sitting at the speaker in the drivethrough this place is for you! They stand around and talk to eachother the whole time so dont expect your order to be made in a timely manner. Waste of time and money.

Last couple times I've gone the service is good at drive thru but the cooks are bad.. I ordered 4 tacos. 3 of them had sauce and cheese missing it was lettuce and meat only.. called and the mod did say I could come back and replace my order but I was already halfway done eating. Otherwise it's ok there

This isn't the first time I've received chicken strips like this. I'm not going to waste my time coming back to this location.

What the hell did they put in the large Coke Zero? That is all I order yesterday, 01/02/26 at the drive thru around 12:15am. I’ve done it plenty of times at this location and others. But, for some reason I could not fall asleep afterwards. This has never happened to me before. Which I find very interesting.

Discriminatory location the team member Lidia refused to cook my second order ,the manager had to practically beg her to cook it . After an hour I finally got my second, the manager refused to speak with me about it , they offered a free meal to compensate, which I never got after waiting for nearly 30 minutes again .

I got cold tacos ( not to mention I was shorted one taco), a luke warm kids burger and the fries were not fresh or hot either. The only positive was the girl handing out the food, she was pleasant. Check your change. The lady Lidia will over charge you and won't give e you the right change. I went though drive thru and gave her my card and she said thecard didn't go thru. I was surprised. She said I had to pay cash I gave her 10.00 and my bill was 8.61. She game me 49 cent. That didn't make sense so I went I side and looking at the receipt I said the card did go thru and added 10. Cash bring to 18.10 that I gave her. I asked for mycorrectchangr and my 10 dollars. She gave it to me but was offended and started talking trash about me in Spanish. Hahaha I speak Spanish too. Is that the customer service that kack in the box instilled in there training.

It's always the same lady that can't get an order right. Her name is Olivia. I ask for a #14 spicy chicken sandwich with cheese and she asks me how many tenders? No. I ask for the new chips ahoy flavored cold brew, she asks me vanilla or caramel? No. I ask for the monster shake and she says what oreo? No the new monster one. Anytime she takes my order it's messed up. Pumpkin spice churros please? No here's regular. Like seriously come onnn I came specifically to try the new chips ahoy cold brew and I got just vanilla flavored. Not cool at all. Always Olivia too every single time it's wrong.

Went Inside to order 2 jumbo Jack's and 20 minutes later went to counter and asked about my order, was ignored by the cashier and when I spoke to the manager whom didn't speak English very well ,didn't have a answer to what took my food so long, all she wanted to do is give me a deep meal and all I wanted was a reason what took so long, walked out without getting a answer and will not be eating in this location or any of their other locations and can not recommend this or any of their establishments for lack of communication and reason for such horrible service, was spending $20 a week on lunches but will be giving my hard earned money elsewhere.

Terrible experience, terrible staff, terrible service. I ordered a large amount $30 worth to go and they messed up the order twice. The second time, I wasn't having it and I kept the receipt and returned to this location and called them beforehand to let them know. I arrived, the manager did not speak English and started looking at me in a weird way. They didn't want to compensate me for the order. I wouldn't eat here because the staff are unprofessional and they mess up any order over $15 and they refuse to correct it.

When I went through the drive thu over a month ago they asked what size combo and we said Medium. I guess they were out of medium containers and so they gave a small without asking what size we would prefer instead. They forgot my fries, straw and there was little, to no meat on the tacos. I tried to contact customer service on the Jack in the box website and I got no call or response from a person. I tried this jacks again a few weeks thinking it was a fluke. Once again through the drive thru and once again my order was messed up and did not taste right. I wrote Jack in the box again and again no response. In both instances the had an automated email send a week later to see if I was contacted. I followed the prompts both times and gave the correct number and no response. I love Jack in the box and I loved how consistent each location used to be. The other Jacks off Katella is awesome. This location needs to get it together. Also, corporate Jacks customer needs to get it together. I am a boss in the customer service industry and I would have addressed a customer issue right away. Unfortunately, even with the other locations still upholding their quality, I won’t go back due to the lack of response.

So Disappointed I ordered Vanilla SHAKE with Boba I got ice Coffee with Boba...See pics Below Today's coffee Boba Disappointing. The Boba is Hard, discolored n not round fluffy n chew as Fresh Boba should be. Do the look at this daily ? Do they do a taste test daily ? 🤔 Boba should not be dried out n or hard. Today again I have 64 point yet app won't let me use 60 points on myBurger. So i odered 2 burgers n 2 tacos yet Jr the guy can not count to 2 n 2 is 4 items n only gave me one burger but i drove around n came back as i check my bag n guess who does not need to ask why im back he already knows he owes me a burger. Now for $20.00 an hr you would think they could hire people who can count at least up to 20... Last time: I was trying to use that app today n it was not letting me get the jacks birthday free Tacos. So I decided to get the burger n use my points 64 to get free 60 point burger but it won't let me do that either. No One is in the drive thru line so I drive up to the window for help with the app. The manager rudely intreputs me while talking to the guy at the drive thru window from my car no one is behind me noone is ordering . Yet the manager tells me we can't help you with the app you need to get out of here you need to move on we are on a timer . What the hell I go to Jack n the box once or twice a week n he treats a customer like this... what timer dang . 😳 I'm calling corporate...

this place is horrible. I never do reviews... but i ordered a sausage scramble on sourdough and when i got to the window the lady told me she didnt have the sourdough if i wanted a breakfast jack in place of the scramble. I said no because they arent the same price and asked for my money. Then she tries to tell me she can make it for me. That was rude, lazy & not very customer service like. so I continued to get a refund..

***UPDATE*** And again…. Sign on the door says the dining room closes at 11. I was there a little after 9 Friday November 1 and door was locked. This time the employee mopping didn’t even acknowledge me knocking. Very disappointing for those of us that don’t have cars. Yet again another location with already horrible service that the signage on the door shows that the dining room closes at 11 yet here we are at 8:35 and it’s closed. The employee cleaning the tables could only muster a cut throat hand gesture. And that’s all he could do as I pointed out the sign on the door.

This is my first time and last time to visit this chain. The worst place I have ever seen in regards to food, hygiene, and comfort. I would never return there unless I manage the branch. This place is a total disaster!! I will not eat there even if the food is for free. See pictures and decide for yourself. The 1 star goes to the sweet staff who work there. Other than that, this place deserves nothing but a thumb down.
