Horrible service, it's funny how the amount of ice cream they put in a sundae was 1in x 2 1/2in and we had asked for extra fudge. Even tho they had charged it the girl got upset because we asked for the extra, she made a face like she was putting the extra fudge out of her pocket. The girl who took our order when I provided code she asked "for the sauce for the nuggets?", I was thinking wait is my code incorrect, I don't think I ordered in the app sauce for the nuggets. I asked "I'm sorry?" Then again she asked, "for the sauce for the nuggets?" I was quiet for a moment then actually said BBQ and honey mustard. I would of thought, they're supposed to make sure they have the correct code and maybe say " It's for the 20 piece nuggets, what would the sauce be?" But no, the girl was in a rush they had no one before me and it was lonely. While we waited all of a sudden it filled up with customers. Anyways I got asked "for the sauce for the nuggets" and still didn't get BBQ nor honey mustard as I had requested instead I got 2 Creamy Chili for 26 nuggets in total (and no BBQ). It's very close to my home, but to be honest I rather drive more, than to go to that one McDonald's. Need better crew members. I don't think they know what customer service is. Maybe they should rotate people from another mcds so they can train them there.

I never leave 1 star review but this mcdonald's really messes the orders every time. 🤦🏽‍♂️

The place is nice, food is just like any other McDonald’s but they can never seem to get orders right. Either an item is missing or the customization was wrong.

This location need better management and more staff training. Their wait times are insane and the food is received cold

I hate to come on here but Every time I come to this location I’m either missing something make my order incorrect or they completely forget to do the order management really needs to be looked at because this is a recurring thing

Bad service every single time, either its a time issue or food quality issue… cold food, messed up orders, wait times from 20-30 minutes… they always tell you to park in a spot and theyll forget about your order.

I live three minutes away so I was happy as hell when this opened up. To be fair has not been open for long however this is by far the worst establishment and service I have ever seen in my whole life. I been twice only and every time long lines both times handed me the wrong orders and make me park up front to wait even much longer and then I get my food cold as hell or something still wrong not worth it being so close for what? Might as well go anywhere else no cap this place sucks

I paid $22 for my meal just for food to be cold, wrong, and the drinks to taste like shit!!! And its not the first time! They need better management and better service. Definitely dont even deserve the 1 star.

Then i finally did get my order, all the food is COLD like it had been made and was sitting out for 20mins. I rushly checked my order but upon getting home order was completely WRONG! No BBQ, No ketchup, No napkins, No straws 🤦🏻‍♀️ I know its a fairly new location but seriously get it together especially for the price of food now i at least my food to be warm 🙄

Was about to be given the wrong order until I told them it wasn’t my order then was asked a second time what my order was and once they gave me my food it was cold. Never coming back!

Called but no answer just like incomplete order so disappointed payed and didn’t get my food sadly didn’t realized until we were home .

The time is too long when you receive your order it's cold or they not now who belongs or they give you wrong order.At 2am to 5am it's the worst time to buy .they take for ever to give you service.when you order hot coffee they said that they don't have.its very bad at night.

Horrible service. I waited for over 30 minutes for a tote of cookies. I had to get off to remind them because it seems like they forgot about me waiting in the parking spot they told me to wait in. Only one gentleman was kind enough to give me an update as I was waiting inside while everyone else was walking around or talking. 😤 Never going back to this location.

First of all HORRIBLEEE SERVICE !! I’ve been 4 times to this established rudest employees laughing on their headsets when I’m trying to order the food on top of waiting for long time for it to be my turn the food is always cold I ordered a happy meal the lady in the window gave me the happy meal box open with the fries scattered under the box with no container to hold them. Once again i ordered breakfast pancakes and they didn’t give me any syrup. McDonald’s do better!! And hire new employees with basic skills and common sense.

Ordered some food with my friends except I only ordered a caramel frappe. They all got their food fairly quickly while I had to wait an entire hour for a caramel frappe. You have one job and can’t even do that😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬👿👿😾😡😡🤬

This place is being managed by the lady that’s in Zapata Hwy no wonder the service is terrible. Don’t stop here if your reading this go to any other McDonald locations except this one.

everytime i've gone they have taken like over 20 mins to give me my food. gave me cold fries so i went back and asked for fresh fries and they gave me cold fries again. when i went back there was a long ahh line and the manager was outside doing nothing with three other employees. the lady who takes the orders is rude. don't recommend going.
