Big Country Coffee Abilene Reviews
It has a Play place! I don't know any McDonald's anymore that have one. It's also one of the nicest looking ones! Colonial house in the bay style!
This is my local McDonald's so I've been here more than any other. When I do visit other McDonald's, I am often disappointed. This review is based on this particular McDonald's and not whether McDonald's in general is five stars or otherwise, but this McDonald's in my opinion is a five-star McDonald's.
This location has done an entire turnaround when it comes to timeliness and services overall. Keep up the good work.
The one in Dunkirk is pretty solid. They never mess up my order. They can be really busy, but they handle it well.
The service is great and the restaurant is clean. The food is always fresh and it is my favorite McDonald's. My kids love the indoor play area. I gave the food 4 stars but only because it's McDonald's food can it really be 5 stars lol. But seriously it's always fresh and hot at this location.
Its been there forever. Its Mcdonalds. Good. Bad.
I usually use the pickup option, and it’s consistently a good experience. My orders are ready on time, accurate, and the staff is friendly when I check in. The app makes it easy, and the pickup spots are convenient. Every now and then there’s a short wait, but overall, they do a nice job keeping things running smoothly.
Good good sometimes slightly hot or either very hot except the fries are always soggy service sometimes the don’t call your number and either some tables are super dirty or clean every so or then
Its mcdonalds. Not exactly fine dining but a quick meal in a hurry. you get what you pay pay for. Nothing wrong with the occasional mcdouble or double cheeseburger and some fries. I wouldn't make a habit out of them but I did eat their breakfast too often. I started eating better and now avoid eating mcdonalds on a regular basis but the occasional stop will be ok.
On multiple occasions I have purchased food from here, told to go park and wait for them to cook it. Every time I’m told to go wait the burgers are still raw in the middle. This time I got home and didn’t have a chance to sit down to eat for a few hours. Completely raw, only the outside is lighting browned. Like it Barely touched the grill. Maybeline offered for me to come back to fix my meal but I’m not dragging two toddlers back out 20 minutes one way. This is a serious health violation, that food should reach a certain temp internally before serving to the public. I have also ordered breakfast from here and received frozen McGriddles not realizing it until I’ve gotten my kids to daycare and sat them down to eat before heading to work. I’m absolutely disgusted, maybe the staff should revisit their food safe classes or actually do their jobs. I don’t care how busy it is or what time limit you have on your screens to push customers out the lines. Do better.
So I went to this McDonalds to eat the cashier said Order on keyass machine cause none would take are orders and I got my meal and my dad wanted a milkshake so he ordered one and when l gotten my food an the cashier said “there milk sake Machine is “broken” so the cashier said, do you want a icy And I said sure not knowing a milk shake cost 5$ and a icy cost 1$ my dad was not there cause he was in the bathroom so I told my dad there milk shake was broken so I gotten a icy for him and then told me she scammed me so he went back and ask politely ask to please give me a refund and she said “YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE WENT TO THE Bathroom WHEN A KID WAS HERE !” and my dad was kinda pissed how she scammed a 12 year old. McDonald’s if you see this change staff please and there were only 2 people there
Ordered 2 happy meals via the app Both were missing toys and chocolate milk When I asked they said they had run out which is fine however all this stuff was available on the app to be purchased at full price. This is against the law in Maryland as a deceptive trade practice and a failure to disclose Maryland Commercial Law Code § 13-301(2
It’s McDonald’s food and that right there explains how it taste, but the service is ridiculous. Just about it every time I order from McDonald’s in Chesapeake Beach there’s something missing from my order. OR if i use one if the “deals” like buy one meal, get one free. They charge me for both. The older staff members are ignorant. And some of the younger staff have no idea whats going on.
100% of the time the drive through doesn’t hand out my entire order. The last five trips have resulted in me having to go back in and get it fixed. Today, the drive through shorted my order two orders of nuggets and sauces. When explaining the issue, the worker didn’t understand much, likely due to her lack of understanding of the English language. This branch needs to quality check better!
Every night Sunday- Wednesday at 2:30a.m.we try to get Mcdonald’s after work an for the past year or so we have been told every single time that “they are shutting down the registers for 30 minutes so the system can reboot for the day” and we understood that so we started coming in at 3 am so the system should be rebooted or close to it but they still tell us the same exact thing. We wait 15 minutes and the system is still down we try to come at 3:30 system is still down. We have even rush there to get before 2:30 and they always say the same thing. So from 2am till 4am their system is rebooting??? We talked to an employee once that said the manager uses it as an excuse so she can take a 2 hour lunch break…. must be nice to have to 2 hour lunch break while I just got off a 10 hour shift and can’t get any food because it’s 2am and they are the only place open that’s supposed to be “open 24 hours a day”. So we stopped trying but tonight me an my boyfriend were very hungry so we tried once more and again they were doing a “system reboot” but they were just sitting in the lobby. I get the system has to reboot but it doesn’t take 2 hours every Sunday through Wednesday.
If you have to go to this McDonald's, PLEASE don't order the orange juice with your meal! You'd be better off drinking water from home, because that's exactly what the orange juice tastes like! The only thing that resembles orange juice in this pic is the color. They are obviously diluting the mix to stretch the supplies.
