Food is prepared appropriately (I can tell the difference between clean and dirty oil used to cook food theirs is clean.) and tastes great. Biscuits should be eaten hot or they get hard. The neighborhood is one of the sketchiest in Abilene but would be a good neighborhood in Dallas.

Good food, but second time order was wrong. Got home and discovered while I ordered 5 tenders, got 3 pieces of dark meat chicken. Will always check order before leaving.

Not impressed with the smokehouse combo or chicken sandwich. Cheese bites are great. Service is great.

Asked if the meal came with biscuits , kid said yes. Get home not biscuits. And there was a dead cat laid out before the drive thru window. Chicken and sides was consistent. You know what your gonna get. Like everywhere else. Lil pricey

Worst Churches I’ve EVER been to. Tasteless food. Like licking a saltiness cracker. They cannot get their crap together. They closed and hour and 10 minutes early tonight. Why anyone would order from this location is beyond me

I ordered two 3 pieces meals of spicy chicken I got the food and checked my order my chicken was soaked in some kind of hot sauce and I asked the lady about it and she told me that they don't do spicy batter no more I asked her since when and she told for years so I asked for a refund and she got mad about it after a little bit of a attitude i got my refund and left FYI using Uber eats they'll forget to bag up all of your food and when you call them about it they'll tell you to call Uber eats and tell them to go back to pick up what they forgot to give the driver basically refusing to give you a refund

Went to Church's chicken and I didn't like the chicken. It was cold. I know by just looking at the color of the chicken when it has just been cooked. You can tell that chicken had been cooked 4 hours ago. I was very disappointed. Not going there anymore. Waste of money.

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. WORST EMPLOYEES EVER!!! They forgot TWO of my $4 sides and I was in a rush and wasn’t able to check before I left. I also ordered a sweet tea and they were completely out of it. THEY DIDNT GIVE US THE FREE PROMO ON CHICKEN TENDERS & THEY ARE RUDE!!! TERRIBLE LOCATION. I drove to a different one later that day and had a completely different and lovely experience. Great food just this location has GOD AWFUL EMPLOYEES! Especially the blonde short girl with glasses.

I tried buying two jalepenos, the server said he couldn't sale me any because the morning crew didn't bag any up , when they clearly had jalepenos on the counter in cups of five, A little common sense would go a long way if you want to continue to have customers!

We visited this Church's Chicken as we have many times before but usually go through drive-thru. This time we decided to get down and to start, no one greeted us. The girl at the front was rude to us and other employees. We were going to eat there but while ordering my daughter notices a cockroach crawling around on the counter. There was only one polite worker and sadly he works at such a run down restaurant. There was three workers in the front. It was the rude girl, the cook, and the drive thru guy and he was the polite one. If you are gonna eat here I would definitely double check your food for bugs.

Could've have been a good meal for the family Misty wants to argue with you about not putting food in the order. Pretty cappy with coming here 3 to 4 times a week. If you have issues I highly recommend going online a filling a complaint.

BEFORE READING just know I’m definitely not a Karen or the type to leave bad reviews unless it is absolutely necessary. I had just back into town from a long trip and was wanting some GOOD chicken and I had been told Churches Chicken was really good. I pulled up, ordered, payed, and the ladies were helpful and respectful and I got my food. Long story short, I opened my box and it was 100% rubbery, hard, old, thin, shriveled. The coleslaw was very good 🔥 but sadly not even the drinks were good. I just couldn’t believe how horrible the quality was. Now I did order the food at 8:40 which is 20 mins until closing. But I asked if it was okay before I ordered. They could have respectfully told me they are about to close and the fryers have been cleaned etc. or just say. The food isn’t fresh so maybe reconsider.
