KABUKI is a small ramen restaurant where authentic Japanese flavors are on full display. Their specialty is tonkotsu ramen, characterized by its thick broth with an intense flavor derived from the slow-cooked pork bones. On their menu, you'll find Kabuki ramen (a mixed broth of soy and tonkotsu) and Kabuki ramen diablo (their spicy version). I highly recommend both, as they are delicious 😋. The appetizer I tried this time was "otsumami menma" (seasoned bamboo shoots), and it was truly delicious. If you want to experience the authentic flavor of ramen, this is the place to go.

I never thought I'd be able to eat such delicious char siu in Aguas. They're particular about the meat they select in Mexico, where quality is not always consistent, and simmer it with vegetables to remove the odor, so it makes sense. The pork bone ramen soup is so good I want to drink it all up. The tea developed by the restaurant staff was also delicious. I'd definitely like to come back. Thank you!

The food is good, I already ate the ramen, actually the criteria regarding it I could say that it is good, but it depends a lot on how spicy you like it, I have more spicy tastes so it seemed to me that it lacked a little seasoning clarifying that it is not bad it is very tasty, but I have eaten some that to my taste taste more, I found it curious how the piece of meat was thicker than in all the other places I have eaten it, it only had one piece but it makes up for it with its size, I also go back to the previous thing regarding the ramen, to my taste I prefer it to be two pieces than a big and thick piece, I tried the calpis, it is delicious, I had never tried it before, so I could not give an opinion regarding it, I liked it.

Excellent service and unbeatable flavor. The place is small but has plenty of seating and a bar. The chef is Japanese and speaks both languages ​​fluently. It's on the second floor of the plaza if you can't find it. The Calpis is natural and comes with a cooler for the same price. The ramen is highly recommended; the meat portion is very generous and cooked to perfection. It's a very filling dish. If you're hesitant to go, I highly recommend it!! ❤️
