They only have one menu, so they asked me for it because I was taking too long to choose. When they delivered my pizza, they switched it, but I didn't realize until we got home and opened it 🫤 I definitely didn't like their service for the prices they charge.

I placed the order by phone and it was ready when I arrived. I have no complaints about the service or the food; everything was excellent. What I didn't like, though, was that the guy on the phone offered me fries and a soda for an extra amount, which I accepted. When I got home after picking up my order, I realized that the fries in the box were ridiculously small, or maybe that's just how much they're supposed to be and the box was too small. Keep that in mind; honestly, there were way too few of them.

Pleasantly surprised by the service and the pizza at this Pizza Hut. We chose to dine-in and so our food was served on a round board. The pizza itself had the perfect crispy base and had a perfect cheese to sauce ratio. The staff were also really friendly and accommodating. Cleanliness is the only area where the restaurant was lacking - tables were dirty and floors needed a clean. They have some great online and in-store deals, so not a bad place to pick up a quick pizza.

The place is nice and looks clean but the cashier didn't know anything or give us information, didn't know their promotions or know what they sell, as for the pizza, the dough is really bad, it's kind of stiff when you bite into it, it's like a half-stiff bun and I don't like at all that they put oil around it, it's greasy, as a comparative example, the one from Dominos is soft and the bread has condiments that improve its flavor, in this case, the Pizza Hut dough feels chewy and tasteless, the sauce is acceptable along with the ingredients in relation to cost quality, they are very high priced pizzas for what they offer, I tried the crust stuffed with lirucisa and it beats them 😵‍💫 the truth is I wouldn't buy their pizzas again, I had high expectations for their return but nop they left me too much in 2000 they were my favorite pizzas

I was expecting more from Pizza Hut after going away so many years. Unfortunately, the toppings do not taste as I expected the place is ok to eat a quick bite but not build for families. Personally not going back there.

I ordered a pizza and the dough was disgusting: raw, dry, old, thin, and the toppings were small, dry, squashed, and colorless. When I bit into it, I couldn't tell if I was biting the pizza or the box; the slice was badly cut. And as I said, the pizza was drier and older than the person who made it.

They don't send any dressings or crushed chili peppers, and the solution is that it's due to branch availability, but when you pay they don't tell you anything about that.

I came for two Fittpizzas, one-topping pizzas each. There were only two people ahead of me. I've been waiting for over half an hour and they haven't given me anything, even though they've already served some people who arrived after me. I ordered a cheeseburger pizza on October 20th through Uber Eats. The guy paid, and that's it. Turns out, today I tried to order again, and it says I didn't pay for the pizza from my last order. Delivery people, as well as restaurants, need to be more careful about this. This isn't the first time I've ordered here, and I always pay more than 500 pesos! Now they're charging me double! My worst experience with Pizza Hot and Uber Eats!

Disappointing the Supreme Cheesy pops, the dough is dry and hard, the ingredients are small and dry, without cheese, just a mess in sight of the customer, Huitsitos Cheddar are hard, tasteless, Dips & Crunch 👎🏻, it took more than 45 despite placing the order through the application and picking it up at the branch, they only had part of the order... It's not worth it, there are better pizzas for that price and with better quality than what they offer.

I ordered a Pizza Hut Cheese, the one with the cheese crust, and they gave it to me as normal. This is the second time this has happened to me. It's the same girl who served me at the other branch they have in Galerías. I don't know if she didn't notice or if I didn't want to tell her anything because the truth is I was already hungry. The truth is that it was good and I have no complaints about the pizzas, but the service wasn't that good.

This was our first experience. We called to request delivery service and were told there wasn't one. We asked about pizza sizes, and they only said medium and large. We ordered a large one with French fries. And Wow! It came with 9 fries, hahaha, that's way too expensive for the amount of fries. And the pizza was cold and hard. When I got there to pick up the order, I realized they did offer delivery service, including individual pizzas... and they told us the pizza with cheese crusts was on sale for $129.00, which wasn't the case. What a sad experience.

We ordered pizza delivery through Uber Eats. The pizza arrived (super late). It was a special offer for two thin Extreme Cheese pizzas and some fries. The fries were very few, but the pieces were super hard (not crispy). They seemed to have been cooked for a long time because they were cold. The pepperoni had dry edges, as if it had thawed. In short, the worst pizzas I've ever seen (we didn't even eat them). I WILL NEVER BUY AT PIZZA HUT AGAIN.

Unfortunately, the employees are not well-trained. The pizza is bad, and the price isn't competitive with other pizzerias in the city. The wait is very long, and there isn't enough space for so many people waiting. In the photo, most of the people are waiting for their order.

The quality of the pizza was disappointing. It was hard and burnt, and the cheese had a strange taste—it didn't even look like cheese. I could only eat one slice, and I had to throw the rest away. It's definitely one of the worst pizzas I've ever had.
