I ordered a cheeseburger pizza on October 20th through Uber Eats. The guy paid, and that's it. Turns out, today I tried to order again, and it says I didn't pay for the pizza from my last order. Delivery people, as well as restaurants, need to be more careful about this. This isn't the first time I've ordered here, and I always pay more than 500 pesos! Now they're charging me double! My worst experience with Pizza Hot and Uber Eats!

Disappointing the Supreme Cheesy pops, the dough is dry and hard, the ingredients are small and dry, without cheese, just a mess in sight of the customer, Huitsitos Cheddar are hard, tasteless, Dips & Crunch 👎🏻, it took more than 45 despite placing the order through the application and picking it up at the branch, they only had part of the order... It's not worth it, there are better pizzas for that price and with better quality than what they offer.

I ordered a Pizza Hut Cheese, the one with the cheese crust, and they gave it to me as normal. This is the second time this has happened to me. It's the same girl who served me at the other branch they have in Galerías. I don't know if she didn't notice or if I didn't want to tell her anything because the truth is I was already hungry. The truth is that it was good and I have no complaints about the pizzas, but the service wasn't that good.

This was our first experience. We called to request delivery service and were told there wasn't one. We asked about pizza sizes, and they only said medium and large. We ordered a large one with French fries. And Wow! It came with 9 fries, hahaha, that's way too expensive for the amount of fries. And the pizza was cold and hard. When I got there to pick up the order, I realized they did offer delivery service, including individual pizzas... and they told us the pizza with cheese crusts was on sale for $129.00, which wasn't the case. What a sad experience.

We ordered pizza delivery through Uber Eats. The pizza arrived (super late). It was a special offer for two thin Extreme Cheese pizzas and some fries. The fries were very few, but the pieces were super hard (not crispy). They seemed to have been cooked for a long time because they were cold. The pepperoni had dry edges, as if it had thawed. In short, the worst pizzas I've ever seen (we didn't even eat them). I WILL NEVER BUY AT PIZZA HUT AGAIN.

Unfortunately, the employees are not well-trained. The pizza is bad, and the price isn't competitive with other pizzerias in the city. The wait is very long, and there isn't enough space for so many people waiting. In the photo, most of the people are waiting for their order.

The quality of the pizza was disappointing. It was hard and burnt, and the cheese had a strange taste—it didn't even look like cheese. I could only eat one slice, and I had to throw the rest away. It's definitely one of the worst pizzas I've ever had.
