Service is good, didn't wait too long to get our meal. but sushi rolls slices are huge but most part of them is just rice. Soups and ramen are delicious.

Llevo muchos años consumiendo de vez en cuando en el lugar, con el tiempo tal vez por la demanda que tienen y porque kapital sushi es asqueroso y es su competencia de en frente creo que se han visto saturados de trabajo lo que les ha llevado a descuidar mucho su atención al cliente e incluso el lugar, es bueno solo como recomendación podrían cuidar esos detalles que parece que el lugar se vea descuidado y tal vez contratar o capacitar algún otro mesero, se nota aún que es un negocio familiar y no han dado el salto a que se note un poco la formalidad. Esta vez tampoco pude obtener sus aguas frescas que creo que es un gran acierto en su menú.

La Verdad llevo bastantes años viniendo y me hace volver la Comida pero estando aquí recuerdo porque tardo en volver Su atención y su servicio dejan mucho qué desear y el tiempo de espera pff pésimo Pero la Comida es buena

I'm just going to share my experience from my last delivery. It was yakimeshi with chicken and beef. There was a tiny amount of squash and carrot—just a few tiny pieces of vegetables. The rice tasted strongly of butter. And sometimes the rice came out hard and dry. They didn't even provide utensils or a fork. And the pieces of chili in the soy sauce were huge; I understand they're supposed to be slices…

The food is quite good, the mixed fireball is highly recommended (delicious), but the sushi is very small and lacks flavor 🍣. The service is quite poor; you wait hours for your dish, and the lack of attention is something they should improve. As for the atmosphere, it's typical of most sushi places, but finding a seat takes a long time. There are many points to improve, but the fireball is the main redeeming feature of the place.

Muy mala la comida, pedí un ramen para llevar y me llegó salado de más , le pusieron todo el bote de sal y sin carne cuando yo lo había pedido con carne y la chava con mala cara te atiende yo tenía altas espectativas y me desepciono 😿

It's really good, but orders take a long time, especially for takeout. Perhaps they're short-staffed in the kitchen or the staff is new. They should anticipate delays or not say your order will be ready in 30 minutes when it will actually take more than an hour.

Pesimo servicio, tardan demasiado en atender se equivocan en los alimentos y todavía culpan a uno, anteriormente eran muy buenos pero el servicio cada día es peor, ya no lo recomiendo

Muy mal servicio los meseros te ignoran por completo si tu no les hablas ellos pasan de largo... La comida se tarda hasta 1 hora en llegar a tu mesa incluso si no hay mucha gente! La verdad recomiendo no ir a ese lugar!

le pongo porque no hay opción de 0, súper lento, para que me tomaran la orden una eternidad. Te tardas menos en comprar los ingredientes y hacerlo tú mismo que en esperarlos. Para terminar de de contar la mala experiencia que genera este lugar, las pastillas de menta no tenía frase.

Pésimo servicio, en pedidos para llevar no dan completo y cuando marcas te dicen que no lo cobraron, pero el ticket no te lo dan, en comida la verdad no es otra cosa del otro mundo hay mejores, si pueden ir a otro lado se los recomiendo, la verdad pésimo lugar y pésimo servicio

No vuelvo a consumir ahí, hice mi pedido para domicilio y me comentaron que se tardaba de 45 minutos a una hora. Paso el tiempo y como no llegaban llame para preguntar cuánto le faltaba a mi pedido y me respondieron que les llegó un pedido más grande y que le dieron prioridad a ese, por lo cual tardarían 45 minutos más pero yo hice mi pedido recién habían abierto, y no me habían podido entregar. Decidí mejor ir por el y ya venían fríos y mal hechos. En un rollo era muchísimo más arroz. Yo estaba confiada de esta sucursal ya que la sucursal del centro siempre había sido buena. Pero de preferencia no vengan jamás a este lugar.

La atención es realmente deficiente. No entregan la carta, el personal pasa frente a los comensales, te ve y simplemente te ignora. Incluso el cocinero circula por el área más preocupado por verse en el espejo y acomodarse el cabello que por atender. Da la impresión de que es un lugar pensado únicamente para pedidos por teléfono y no para atender a quienes acuden a consumir en el establecimiento. Estuvimos esperando al menos la carta y nunca llegó. Pésima atención al cliente. Definitivamente no volveremos.

Terrible place, waited over an hour for a small bowl to go and they weren’t even packed it was slow. Got home to really bad tasting fried rice that felt like it was the burnt part of the bottom of the pan really bad taste…. Couldn’t even camouflage the taste with soy sauce because they added jalapeños and lemon to the soy sauce for some weird reason and it was terrible. To top it off the front desk girl didn’t know anything of what I wanted to order. A true disgrace to Japan. Don’t go here

They used to be my favorites, but not anymore. There's a lack of organization for takeout and dine-in orders. I hope they manage to fix things soon, because they still have customers and haven't been affected by their poor service in the restaurant, with young people who think it's easy to do whatever they want. That said, the kitchen staff was good. But the cashiers, order takers, and servers were terrible.

Don't go. The food was terrible, and the service was awful. I felt ripped off paying over 100 pesos for stale rice with hardly any vegetables that they sell as yakimeshi. I could only eat the chicken and beef portions.

I'm giving it less than one star because the app won't let me. The service was terrible. We waited an hour for our food, and even then, it wasn't complete. Then it took another 20 minutes or so for the rest of the meal. Once we finally got the food, it was awful. The hibiscus tea was terrible, tasteless, and the sushi was mushy and bland. The only redeeming feature was the cheese skewers. Otherwise, I had a completely unpleasant experience. I won't be coming back to this place.

Excellent Food, But the Service Is Unacceptable! I come often because I find the food good and affordable. However, the service experience has fallen to an unacceptable level and is completely overshadowing the food. Disrespectful Delays: Today, we were told to wait 35 minutes, and after more than an hour and a half (90 minutes), our order still wasn't ready. To make matters worse, they took and delivered orders from people who arrived much later than us. This demonstrates a serious lack of organization in the kitchen and zero respect for customer time. Constant Problems at the Register: I've also noticed a recurring problem with the register staff. If an item is on the menu, but the person doesn't know how to enter it into the system, they simply refuse to take it or make you feel stupid, instead of asking for help.
