My family is from New Orleans and this place hits the spot every time! On par with the best snoball stands in New Orleans. The service is always excellent and the snoballs are consistent. The blue bubblegum is just like I remember when I was a kid.

The best snowballs in Austin! They are - New Orleans style and fantastic shaved prefect ice with great flavor choices. I’ve been coming for so many years. They are open through the construction in the trailer on the side.

I got my first snowcone of the year yesterday evening! During renovations, Casey's is serving it up Mister-Tastee-style from their truck on premises. I was positively delighted to discover that despite their "limited" menu due to the circumstances, they were still featuring the only three flavors that matter (cotton candy, pink lemonade, and wedding cake, obviously.) After all these years, I still have yet to figure out how they manage to make their ice so unbelievably smooth and creamy. The texture is just divine, and the flavors are equally heavenly. It goes without saying that Casey's own✨️Nathan Gomez✨️provides the most pristine customer service, and his rad conversational skills are just as chill and sweet as the delicious treat. A visit to Casey's is always just downright delightful and an absolute pleasure. It'll always be one of my favorite spots in Austin. I friggin' love y'all, Casey's! 🤟

Casey's New Orleans Snowballs catered our 6th grade end-of-year celebration, and they were absolutely amazing! They brought a fun, flavorful menu with tons of variety and toppings the students loved. On top of that, they organized a snowball fight that had the kids smiling and laughing nonstop. I reached out on short notice, and Laura, their catering and events manager, responded quickly and made it happen. Huge thanks to the whole team—such a memorable experience for our students!

Casey’s New Orleans Snowballs didn’t just serve me shaved ice… they served me a spiritual awakening. I ordered a medium Tiger’s Blood and left questioning the fragile boundaries between man and dessert. The ice was so finely shaved I swear it whispered my childhood from a parallel universe back to me. You mean this is the life I should’ve been living? Halfway through, my brain froze so hard I briefly saw the Virgin Mary doing jazz hands. By the time I finished, I had adopted three stray cats, paid off a couple Of someone’s student loans, and promised a child in line that I’d be their godparent. 10/10 would transcend again. Casey isn’t just making snowballs, Casey is rewriting my DNA.

We love Casey’s! They have the best melt in my mouth ice and flavors! My two favorite ones are Orchid vanilla and pineapple with cream (trust me on that one 😉)

Casey's is a neighborhood favorite of ours, we love whenever they open up for the season. Casey's also served dessert at my wedding this year and they were a huge hit with guests and great to work with! Ask them about events, you won't regret it!
